Abstract

The covid-19 pandemic affected various aspects of life, one of which was education. Education is one of the most basic human rights that humans have. In the constitution chapter 28 c verse (1), chapter 28 e verse (1) and chapter 31 the constitution of the republic of Indonesia of 1945 have clearly guaranteed the right of education for Indonesian people. Thus, governments are required to implement what is embodied in the constitution during the pandemic. This paper aims to examine the role of governments toward responsibility for the constitutional rights of education during the pandemic. The study was conducted using a juridicum-normative-research method. As a result, Indonesia's education rate declined because of lack of understanding and lack of access to state-provided facilities. This has caused a variety of controversy. On the part of the learner, there are difficulties and pressures on the assignments given by the teacher. It was concluded that the government in this case did not meet the constitution to satisfy the right to pandemic education. Governments are not quick to deal with this issue. But to build a country with adequate human resources and compete internationally, education is a major factor.

Abstract

Background:  This mixing of cultures will also create a cultural reproduction that has the potential for diversity. This culturally diverse country, of course, has a lot of characters from various regions and cultures.Purpose: This research is expected to be a means to reopen the repertoire of the diversity of characters in Indonesia that has begun to be forgotten. In this study, the author will reveal a number of efforts to maintain the Indonesian script.Design and methods: the research design was using the library research method. Sources of data used in this study are in the form of documents, books, journals, digital applications obtained through the internet network.Results: The heritage of Indonesian characters is very diverse with the plurality of tribes in Indonesia. With the support of the development of information technology, the revitalization of Indonesian script culture is very possible to be popularized again.

Abstract

In Indonesia, the marriage law is regulated in UU No. 1 of 1974 which has been amended to become UU No. 16 of 2019. In addition, non-Moslems may comply with the provisions of the marriage law contained in the Civil Code. Marriage is an initial process for the formation of family life and the beginning of the manifestation of forms of human life. The daily life of men and women, created by God Almighty, naturally haa an attraction to one another to share affection in realizing a life together or it can be said that they want to form physical and mental bonds to create a happy, harmonious, and eternal family. Understanding the marriage law needs to be done with humanist efforts and cannot be done instantly. The efforts to understand the marriage law need to be made to all levels of society, especially for school children so that the marriage they live in can be in accordance with the objectives of the marriage. School children are classified as immature and they still have an important responsibility to study. They really need information about the marriage law in order to gain a comprehensive understanding of marriage because they are in a stage of growth that is full of curiosity. This program aims that school children will not get missed-information about the marriage law. Therefore, school students are one of the targets of this program.

Abstract

Aktifitas olahraga tanpa disadari atau sadar sering dilakukan dimana-mana. Aktifitas ini berkaitan dengan gerakan jasmani, bermain, dan rekreasi. Olahraga rekreasi ialah olahraga yang mengarah kepada aktifitas gerak yang bertujuan untuk kesenangan dan bergembira. Banyak yang dapat menemukan olahraga rekreasi di tempat-tempat wisata, jenisnya juga semakin berfariasi dari yang mulai berpetualangan sampai dengan yang menantang, salah satunya olahraga gateball. Gateball merupakan jenis olah raga yang unik, karena dimainkan secara bersamaan antara tujuan rekreasi sambil meraih prestasi.Tujuan yang ingin di capai dari penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui perkembangan olahraga gateball, hambatan olahraga gateball. respon pemerintah, masyarakat, dan faktor pendukung olahraga gateball di Kabupaten Semarang. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif yaitu data yang dikumpulkan berupa kata-kata, gambar, dan bukan angka-angka. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Penelitian dilakukan secara lisan (wawancara) dengan 4 responden. Lokasi penelitian di Balai Besar Wilayah Sungai Pemali Juana. Data hasil penelitian yang telah dikumpulkan sepenuhnya dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian : Perkembangan olahraga rekreasi gateball belum begitu luas dikenal dimasyarakat. Setiap cabang olahraga pasti akan memerlukan perhatian khusus dari pemerintah dengan harapan olahraga itu sendiri akan berkembang dan lebih maju. Kurangnya sosialisasi dan kurangnya pertandingan yang diselenggarakan oleh pemerintah menjadikan olahraga gateball kurang diminati masyarakat. Hambatan yang terjadi adalah dari sektor pendanaan, harga peralatan olahraga gateball lumayan mahal untuk kalangan menengah kebawah. Simpulan hasil penelitian : Perkembangan olahraga rekreasi gateball di Kabupaten Semarang kurang begitu luas. Hambatan yang terjadi adalah soal pendanaan dan mahalnya peralatan olahraga gateball. Respon pemerintah sampai saat ini belum memberikan bantuan dan respon yang baik, sedangkan respon masyarakat sangat baik dan mendukung dengan adanya olahraga rekreasi gateball. Faktor pendukung dalam olahraga ini adalah pendanaan dan sarana prasarana.Sports activities unconsciously or consciously often done everywhere. This activity is related to physical movement, play and recreation. Recreational sports is exercise that leads to the motion activity aimed at pleasure and fun. Much can find recreational sports in tourist places, the opposite is also increasingly varied from the start up to a challenging adventure, one gateball sport. Gateball is a type of exercise that is unique, because it is played simultaneously between grabbing achievement. Recreational purposes to be achieved from this research is to know the development of sports gateball, gateball sport obstacles. response of the government, society, and supporting factors gateball sport in Semarang Regency. research approach is descriptive research that collected data in the form of words, pictures, and not numbers. Instruments in this research is observation, interview, documentation. , The study was conducted orally (interview) with 4 respondents. The research location in the Balai Besar Wilayah Sungai Pemali Juana. Research data that has been collected fully analyzed qualitatively. Result: The development of recreational sports gateball not so widely known in the community. Each sport will certainly require special attention from the government in hopes the sport itself will be developed and more advanced. Lack of socialization and games organized by the government to make the sport less attractive gateball society. Barriers that occur are from the financial sector, price gateball exercise equipment is quite expensive for the middle class down. Conclusion The results of the study: The development of recreational sports gateball in Semarang district is less extensive. Barriers that happens is a matter of funding and the high cost of sports equipment gateball. The government's response to date has not provided relief and a good response, whereas an excellent public response and support with the recreational sports gateball. Supporting factors in this sport is the funding and infrastructure.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop and validate an instrument for assessing secondary pre-service physics teachers’ TPACK in technology – supported classroom environments. In order to achieve the purpose, a total of 116 items with a 6–point Likert type scale in 7 domains with 18 items in Content Knowledge (CK), 32 items in Pedagogy Knowledge (PK), 14 items in Technological Knowledge (TK), 20 items in Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK), 9 items in Technological Content Knowledge (TCK), 10 items in Technological Pedagogical Knowledge (TPK), and 13 items in Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) were developed for the instrument. Theoretical framework of survey development process and results from a pilot study on 1005 pre-service and in-service science teachers would be discussed. The construct validity of this instrument was examined through confirmatory factor analysis using principal axis factor (PFA), and multiple PFA method are applied after selecting items without sharing of factor loading to ensure there is no ambiguous of items respective to the formed factors. In terms of those applied, the result shows after the modification and/or deletion of 66 of the survey items, the 50 items-survey is a reliable and valid instrument that will help educators design longitudinal studies to assess physics preservice teachers’ development of TPACK.

Abstract

Teacher education program design using Shulman’s Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) is inadequate informing the professional capabilities of a future teachers to deal with technology integration to enhance teaching and learning in the 21st century. Adding Technology as another core component and its relationship to being Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) by Mishra and Koehler (2005) is wide. The paper presents the case that preparing the instrument to measure TPACK for pre-service science teachers is one of the important aspects. The research aimed to define indicators and items development of the TPACK instrument for Indonesia's pre-service science teacher. Seven sub-domain indicators i.e.: Content Knowledge (CK), Pedagogy Knowledge (PK), Technology Knowledge (TK), Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK), Technological Pedagogical Knowledge (TPK), Technological Content Knowledge (TCK), TPACK itself, and items are developed according to its rational. The paper discusses the rationale and its background on 31 indicators with 116 items resulted from this research and seeking for further validation and other necessary statistical processes

Abstract

Saat melakukan penelitian, performa pompa kargo sangatlah penting, tentunya dengan dukungan dari pesawat bantu tergantung dengan perawatan yang baik. Cargo Oil Pump Turbine sebagai pengubah energi potensial menjadi energi mekanik dan juga penggerak pompa kargo. peneliti menemukan adanya masalah pada cargo oil pump turbine. Kejadian yang saya alami selama praktek, ketika kergo operasi discharge pompa mengalami RPM hunting sehingga putaran tidak maksimal. Setelah diperiksa ternyata terjadi kerusakan pada turbine blade dan juga kebocoran pada vacuum condenser.

Abstract

Penelitian merupakan proses pemecahan masalah dengan menggunakan suatu pendekatan metode ilmiah dalam merumuskan ataupun menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada dengan sistematis, namun pada dasarnya penelitian ini adalah cara untuk menemukan teori ataupun menambah perbendaharaan ilmu pengetahuan yang baru atau minmal memperkuat yang sudah ada. Dalam kegiatan Penelitian untuk menemukan pelaut handal dan professional dapat pula dimaknai sebagai cara pengamatan atau inquiry dan bertujuan dalam mencari jawaban permasalahan atau proses penemuan pemecahan masalah, baik itu discovery maupun invention. Discovery diartikan hasil temuan yang memang sebetulnya sudah ada, sebagai contoh misalnya penemuan benua Australia dan sekitar kepulauan pasifik selatan adalah penemuan yang cocok untuk dimaknai sebagai discovery. Sedangkan invention dapat berupa sebagai penemuan hasil penelitian itu sendiri yang betul-betul baru dan hasil dari adanya dukungan fakta aktual dan emperis, Misalnya hasil dampak pandemi dari virius yang ada dimana dapat di buktikan dari akibat di tandainya dari ada korban manusia yang mati secara tidak wajar dan massif dan bahkan dapat lebih mengenaskan jika dinyatakan berakhir punah, kemudian diteliti untuk menemukn jenis yang baru serta mendapatkan solusinya. Penelitian adalah berupa suatu usaha untuk menemukan, mengembangkan, dan menguji kebenarannya dari suatu masalah atau suatu pengetahuan dengan menggunakan metode-metode ilmiah yang sudah ada dan masih dapat digunakan. Para pakar mengemukakan pendapatnya yang berbeda dalam merumuskan batasan penelitian atau penyelidikan terhadap suatu masalah, baik sebagai usaha observasi mencari kebenaran melalui pendekatan ilmiah dan hasil temuan pengalaman dari fakta lapangan. Dari beberapa pendapat tersebut jelas kiranya bahwa setiap orang pada prisipnya akan memberikan pengertiannya tentang penelitian yang berbeda-beda. Perbedaan tersebut biasanya tergantung dengan beberapa faktor seperti diantaranya, latar belakang pengetahuan seseorang serta pengalaman yang dimiliki seseorang.

Abstract

High School (SMK) is one of the educational institutions responsible for creating human resources that have skills so that at the time of graduation can develop performance in the world of work. most vocational school students who take multimedia corner where currently have spawned creative works. The existence of Law Number 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright is very important for the existence of legal protection for the copyrighted works of SMK students in the multimedia field. Because of the importance of understanding copyright and its legal protection. The targets of this activity are students of SMK N 1 Demak majoring in Multimedia, which are expected to develop their potential in finding creative works and knowing their benefits and legal protection. The method used in overcoming problems regarding developing the potential of SMK students in creating creative works. So that SMK students know the legal protection and benefits of copyrighted works and understand things that can be categorized as copyright works, who has the right to be the copyright holder, and what actions can violate Rights in accordance with Law Number 28 of the Year 2014 concerning Copyright. The steps taken to address the issues described above are: (1) Development or socialization of copyright recognition; dan (2) Coaching in developing the potential of vocational school students in creating copyrighted works.

Abstract

In Indonesia, the marriage law is regulated in UU No. 1 of 1974 which has been amended to become UU No. 16 of 2019. In addition, non-Moslems may comply with the provisions of the marriage law contained in the Civil Code. Marriage is an initial process for the formation of family life and the beginning of the manifestation of forms of human life. The daily life of men and women, created by God Almighty, naturally has an attraction to one another to share affection in realizing a life together or it can be said that they want to form physical and mental bonds to create a happy, harmonious, and eternal family. Understanding the marriage law needs to be done with humanist efforts and cannot be done instantly. The efforts to understand the marriage law need to be made to all levels of society, especially for school children so that the marriage they live in can be in accordance with the objectives of the marriage. School children are classified as immature and they still have an important responsibility to study. They really need information about the marriage law in order to gain a comprehensive understanding of marriage because they are in a stage of growth that is full of curiosity. This program aims that school children will not get missed-information about the marriage law. Therefore, school students are one of the targets of this program.
