This study aims to map the challenges faced by science teachers in designing inquiry-based learning through a systematic literature review (SLR) approach. The PRISMA method was used to screen articles from the ERIC database published between 2020 and 2025. Out of 292 initial articles, a rigorous inclusion-exclusion process narrowed the sample to 14 relevant studies, which were then thematically analyzed. The findings revealed nine major thematic challenges: limited understanding of inquiry, lack of experience, reliance on traditional teaching methods, difficulty integrating inquiry into classroom practice, insufficient institutional support, inadequate professional development, challenges in designing inquiry elements, time constraints, and unsupported assessment practices. These challenges are interrelated and reflect the multidimensional nature of barriers to effective inquiry-based science instruction. This study provides empirical contributions to support science education policy development and the design of teacher training programs responsive to 21st-century learning demands.

This study delves into the legal frameworks governing mineral and coal mining operations, focusing on their implications for community welfare through the prism of environmental ethics. Through qualitative research methods with a normative juridical approach, this research scrutinizes the transition from Law Number 4 of 2009 to Law Number 3 of 2020 and evaluates the juridical ramifications of the latter on societal well-being. Drawing on data from library research, legal document analysis, and stakeholder interviews, including perspectives from entities such as Jatam and PT Selo Argodedali, the study offers insights into divergent opinions regarding the efficacy of the legislative revisions. Findings indicate discord between mining entities and communities, with the former advocating for regulatory revisions while the latter perceive losses due to mining activities. Moreover, the study critiques the 2020 Minerba Law for its perceived neglect of environmental ethics, prioritizing exploitative practices over environmental preservation. Ultimately, this research underscores the imperative for legal policies to uphold community welfare in harmony with environmental ethics, as mandated by constitutional provisions.

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of productivity efficiency in the department of Welding Body Production Plant 1 PT TMMIN Karawang in 2023 which decreased to 98.79 (from the target of 99.6%). If calculated by annual production, an average of 65 units of cars per month must be outlined, from a total production of 5723 units (period of 2023). The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence technology and HR competencies on work productivity. This type of research quantitative, with data analysis techniques using Microsoft Excel and SPSS 20. The data collection technique is conducting field observations, distributing questionnaires, and documentation. The population in this study is the department of Welding Body Production Plant 1 PT TMMIN which was sampled using multistage cluster sampling technique, totaling 95 respondents. Research results the correlation coefficient of the technology variable (X1) has an R value of 0.434 which means a positive relationship with a moderate interpretation of work productivity. And the coefficient correlation of the HR competency variable (X2) has an R value of 0.306 which means positive relationship with low interpretation of work productivity. And simultaneously, the R2 value is 0.191 which means that technology and HR competencies have a significant effect on work productivity by 19,1%. It can be concluded, the better between technology and competence of human resources, the more work productivity will increase.

ABSTRAKKegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat bertajuk Campus Day: Pengabdian Masyarakat Edukatif untuk Pelajar dilaksanakan sebagai bentuk kontribusi perguruan tinggi dalam mendukung peningkatan pengetahuan, motivasi, dan wawasan pelajar tingkat SMK di wilayah Lampung Timur. Kegiatan ini bermitra dengan SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Labuhan Maringgai, SMK IB Khalifah Bangsa, dan SMK Muhammadiyah 1, serta dilaksanakan pada tanggal 17â€“24 Juni 2025 bertempat di Gedung KH Mas Mansoer, Kampus 3 Universitas Muhammadiyah Metro. Metode kegiatan meliputi seminar, diskusi interaktif, pelatihan motivasi, serta pengenalan lingkungan kampus sebagai upaya memperluas wawasan pelajar mengenai dunia perguruan tinggi dan karier masa depan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pelajar memperoleh peningkatan pemahaman terkait pentingnya pendidikan lanjut, serta meningkatnya motivasi belajar dan minat untuk melanjutkan studi ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi. Program ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap pelajar dan diharapkan dapat menjadi program rutin tahunan.Kata kunci: pengabdian masyarakat, pelajar SMK, campus day, motivasi pendidikan, edukasi karier.

This study analyzes the factors influencing parental decision-making when selecting a kindergarten (TK) in South Semarang, Indonesia. It examines the direct and indirect effects of the marketing mix—conceptualized through price, place, and physical evidence—and brand image on the school choice process, with trust hypothesized as a critical mediating variable. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing a structured questionnaire distributed via WhatsApp to parents of kindergarten students. Data from 153 valid responses were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 4.0.0.9. The results confirm that both the marketing mix and brand image exert significant positive direct effects on parental trust and, subsequently, on the school decision-making process. Trust fully mediates the relationship between the marketing mix and decision-making and partially mediates the relationship between brand image and decision-making. Notably, brand image demonstrates the strongest direct influence on the final choice. The model explains a substantial proportion of variance in trust (65.8%) and in the decision-making process (67.8%). This research provides a nuanced, context-specific model for early childhood education (PAUD) marketing within a developing urban setting.

Mathematics learning poverty remains a pressing challenge in Indonesia, where a substantial proportion of students fail to attain curriculum-level conceptual understanding. Although national and international large-scale assessments have documented the scope of this problem, comparatively little research has examined how mathematics learning poverty manifests at the classroom level in terms of students’ conceptual thinking, instructional practices, and teachers’ professional learning needs. Addressing this gap, the present study conducts a classroom-based needs analysis to investigate mathematics learning poverty and to explore how a school–university partnership mediated through lesson study (SUPER-LS), informed by principles of slow pedagogy, may offer a context-sensitive response. A convergent mixed-methods design was employed. Quantitative data were collected through diagnostic assessments administered to 336 Grade 8 students, while qualitative data were obtained from structured observations of 12 mathematics lessons and semi-structured interviews with six mathematics teachers. Quantitative results indicate substantial conceptual deficits (M = 32.57 out of 100, SD = 17.45), particularly in fractions and algebraic expressions. Analysis of student responses reveals systematic misconceptions and fragile conceptual understanding rather than random error. Classroom observations further show predominantly teacher-centered and fast-paced instructional practices, with limited opportunities for student questioning, reasoning, and reflective engagement. Teacher interviews highlight a strong commitment to improving student understanding, alongside constraints related to instructional time, workload, and examination pressures. Taken together, these findings demonstrate that mathematics learning poverty emerges from the interaction of student-level misconceptions, instructional practices, and structural conditions. The study provides an empirical foundation for designing diagnostic-informed professional learning. Within this context, SUPER-LS and slow pedagogy function as context-responsive frameworks to support deeper mathematical learning, collaborative teacher inquiry, and more reflective instructional practices aimed at mitigating mathematics learning poverty.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya nilai perusahaan sebagai indikator kepercayaan investor, khususnya pada sektor telekomunikasi yang menghadapi persaingan bisnis yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Return On Equity (ROE) dan Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) terhadap nilai perusahaan Price to Book Value (PBV) pada PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk periode 2014–2023. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif asosiatif dengan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan tahunan. Analisis dilakukan melalui uji asumsi klasik dan regresi linier berganda menggunakan SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ROE berpengaruh signifikan terhadap PBV, sedangkan DPR tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Secara simultan, ROE dan DPR berpengaruh signifikan terhadap PBV. Nilai Adjusted R² sebesar 0,728 menunjukkan bahwa model mampu menjelaskan 72,8% variasi nilai perusahaan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa profitabilitas menjadi faktor dominan dalam meningkatkan nilai perusahaan, sementara kebijakan dividen belum menjadi pertimbangan utama investor.

The success of the procurement is influenced by the planning of procurement that are well contained in the procurement plan. From the procurement history in Universitas Brawijaya it is known that there is a gap between planning and implementing procurement. This study aims to uncover and evaluate problems related to procurement planning in the University of Brawijaya environment while providing solutions to overcome these problems. Problems were revealed through in-depth interviews with procurement management officials. There are four sources of problems related to the procurement plan. Universitas Brawijaya leaders must give more intense attention to the procurement planning process so that these problems can be reduced

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) kerajinan bambu di Desa Sukasari, Kecamatan Tunjung Teja, memiliki potensi besar yang bersumber dari ketersediaan bahan baku lokal dan keterampilan masyarakat. Namun demikian, daya saing UMKM masih relatif rendah akibat keterbatasan diversifikasi produk, desain yang konvensional, serta belum optimalnya penerapan branding lokal. Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat daya saing UMKM kerajinan bambu melalui diversifikasi produk dan penguatan branding lokal. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif yang meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan, pelatihan inovasi dan pengembangan desain produk, pendampingan pembuatan identitas merek lokal (logo, kemasan, dan narasi produk), serta pendampingan pemasaran dasar. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan variasi dan nilai estetika produk kerajinan bambu, meningkatnya pemahaman pelaku UMKM terhadap pentingnya branding, serta meningkatnya kemampuan pelaku usaha dalam memasarkan produk secara lebih profesional. Program ini juga mendorong pemanfaatan identitas lokal sebagai keunggulan kompetitif dalam memperluas akses pasar. Dengan demikian, penguatan diversifikasi produk dan branding lokal berkontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan daya saing dan keberlanjutan UMKM kerajinan bambu di Desa Sukasari, serta mendukung pengembangan ekonomi lokal berbasis potensi desa.

Purpose: This study aims to examine the effects of social media marketing activities, namely entertainment, personalization, and trendiness, on purchase intention, with brand awareness positioned as a mediating variable within the Indonesian market context. Design Methodology Approach: A quantitative research design was employed using a survey method. Data were collected from respondents in Indonesia who actively engage with social media and have prior experience in online purchasing. Measurement items were assessed using a Likert scale. The proposed model was analyzed using Covariance Based Structural Equation Modeling with LISREL to evaluate both measurement and structural models. Findings: The findings indicate that entertainment exerts a significant positive effect on purchase intention, whereas personalization and trendiness do not demonstrate direct effects. However, all dimensions of social media marketing activities significantly enhance brand awareness. Furthermore, brand awareness is found to fully mediate the relationship between trendiness and purchase intention, while no mediating effect is observed for entertainment and personalization. Practical Implications: The results suggest that marketing strategies should prioritize the development of engaging and trend oriented content to strengthen brand awareness, which subsequently drives purchase intention. The absence of a direct effect of personalization indicates a potential misalignment between current personalization practices and consumer expectations, thereby requiring a more context sensitive and culturally adaptive approach. Originality Value: This study contributes to the literature by providing empirical evidence on the mediating role of brand awareness in the relationship between social media marketing activities and brand awareness in an emerging market setting. The use of a covariance based structural modeling approach strengthens the robustness of model validation and extends methodological rigor in this research stream.
