Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan penerapan aplikasi kesehatan di masyarakat adalah kemampuan masyarakat dalam menerima penggunaan aplikasi kesehatan. Keberhasilan implementasi aplikasi kesehatan harus mampu mengintegrasikan teknologi kesehatan digital dengan kebijakan pemerintah. Untuk memastikan masyarakat dapat menerima dan menggunakan teknologi kesehatan digital, maka perlu didukung oleh perguruan tinggi untuk memberikan peningkatan pengetahuan dan kemampuan menggunakan aplikasi kesehatan dengan baik kepada masyarakat, terutama pada masyarakat dengan kondisi demografi yang kurang ideal, seperti rendahnya literasi digital. dan buruknya akses terhadap kesehatan. Bintaro merupakan salah satu kelurahan di Jakarta Selatan yang memiliki visi untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat dengan memaksimalkan penerapan teknologi. Dengan kondisi geografis dan demografi penduduk yang cukup menantang dalam menerima teknologi baru, maka diperlukan kegiatan yang dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan pengetahuan untuk menggunakan aplikasi Kesehatan Masyarakat sebagai upaya meningkatkan penerimaan pelayanan kesehatan secara cepat dan memadai. Oleh karena itu, tim dosen Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Mercu Buana Jakarta melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat untuk memberikan sosialisasi penggunaan aplikasi Kesehatan untuk membantu mendukung program pemerintah dan juga program Kementerian Kesehatan dalam hal kesehatan digital transformasi.

This study aims to describe Patience and Gratitude According to Ulya Ali Ubaid the Perspective of Islamic Education. The approach used in this study is an analytic descriptive approach where after the data is collected, the data is sorted and classified and then categorized according to the theme raised. Bronchial asthma is an obstruction of airflow characterized by an increase in airway sensitivity to the shape of external stimulation. Physiotherapy examination includes an examination of spasm, examination of sputum, examination of thoracic cage expansion, examination of shortness of breath, examination of pain, and examination of functional activity. In this case, the chosen technology is Infra Red(IR), Chest Therapy, and Respiratory Muscle Strech Gymnastic (RMSG). The research aim to determine the effect of physiotherapy management in cases of bronchial asthma. The study was conducted at the Surakarta Center for Lung Health Society with analytic descriptive methods. Subjects were bronchial asthma patients with modality IR, Chest Therapy ,and RMSG. The data collection method of research analysis is by auto anamnesis method, the research instruments are examination of spasm with palpation, sputum with auscultation, thoracic cage expansion with midline, shortness of breath with the Borg Scale, pain with a VAS scale and functional activity with a six-minute walk test. Results: After 3 times of therapy as follows: (1) no decrease in spasm T1 = 1 at T3 = 1 (2) Reduction of sputum T1 = 2 at T3 = 1 (3) Increase in thoracic cage expansion of T1 difference in axilla = 2, ICS 4-5 = 3, Proc. Xypoideus = 2 becomes T3 at axilla = 2.5, ICS 4-5 = 3, Proc. Xypoideus = 2 (4) Reduction in shortness of breath T1 = 3 at T3 = 0 (5) Reduction in pain T1 = 3 at T3 = 1 (6) Increase in functional activity T1 = 330 meters at T3 = 360 meters.Physiotherapy intervention withmodalityIR, Chest Therapy, and RMSG can reduce the problems that exist in the condition of Bronchial Asthma.

Shopee is one of the largest marketplaces in Indonesia. Various facilities are offered from this marketplace. Ranging from electronic goods, fashion to daily necessities are also available. The problem in this research is the increase in purchasing decisions at major Shopee events that offer big discounts. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of discounts and purchase intentions partially and simultaneously on purchasing decisions in the Shopee marketplace for STIE Tamansiswa Banjarnegara students. This research uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires and research samples as many as 87 people. The analytical tools used are instrument test and classical assumption test. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination test R square with the help of SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that partially discount (X1) has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions and purchase intention (X2) has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. Then simultaneously discount and purchase intention have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. The value of the coefficient of determination R square is 57.9 percent of the purchasing decision variables influenced by the discount variable and purchase intention. While the remaining 42.1 percent is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The conclusion in this study is that the higher the discount rate and purchase intention, the higher the purchasing decisions made by consumers.

Background : Anemia in adolescent girls (rheumatism) will have an impact on health. The government's efforts to prevent and control anemia in adolescents include a program that provides iron tablets to adolescents every year. Providing information or knowledge can be done through health education. Several educational media developments with advanced technology have been carried out, such as through an audiovisual (video) approach. Not only does it have an attractive appearance, animated videos make the information provided last longer in the memory and make respondents satisfied/happy. The effectiveness of a video can also be seen from the length of time the information can remain in a person's memory. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of video media on knowledge of anemia prevention in adolescent girls.Methods : This type of research uses a quasi-experimental pretest-posttest group design. The population in the study was 58 respondents using a total sampling technique, with data analysis using the Mann Whitney test..Result : The results of the study showed that the knowledge of young women before providing health education using video media obtained results with a median of 21.97 with the lowest value being 12 and the highest value being 29. The knowledge of young women after providing health education using video media obtained results with a median of 26.62 with the lowest value being 21. and the highest score is 30. There is an influence of video media on knowledge of anemia prevention in young women (P value 0.000).Conclusions : Health workers, especially midwives, in providing health services can provide information to the public, especially young women, especially about anemia by encouraging a program to take Fe tablets correctly and appropriately.

Perencanaan bisnis yang tepat sangat diperlukan mulai dari pemasaran, pembukuan, branding, serta bagaimana cara menciptakan dan mengupgrade produk agar menjadi kreatif dan inovatif. Konsistensi menjadi sentuhan terakhir yang menentukan keberhasilan suatu usaha. Oleh karena itu salah satu upaya untuk turut serta dalam meningkatkan kemampuan manajerial pelaku UMKM adalah dengan mengadakan pelatihan Manajemen Usaha Kecil atau MUK bagi UMKM. Maksud dilakukannya pelatihan ini adalah untuk turut serta memotivasi dan meningkatkan kemampuan pelaku UMKM di bidang manajemen usaha dan menambah wawasan dan pengetahuan peserta mengenai beberapa strategi yang bisa dilakukan pelaku UMKM dalam pengembangan usahanya. Secara keseluruhan peserta dapat berpartisipasi dengan baik dengan tingkat kehadiran 100% dan juga sungguh-sungguh dalam menyimak materi yang disampaikan. Serta dapat memberikan pendapat dan pertanyaan selama jalannya pelatihan.Dari kegiatan pelatihan ini peserta diharapkan mampu berkompeten dalam mengelola dan mengatur berkembangnya usaha di masa sekarang terlebih dan yang akan datang agar dapat naik kelas. Naik dan turunnya suatu usaha tergantung pada keputusan yang dibuat, sehingga dapat beradaptasi dengan kondisi yang ada pada saat ini.

In a customer company is one component in advancing the company. Serving and protecting customers is something every company should do. Customer is a king who can change the situation on the company. But the customer must also be monitored so as not to be arbitrary to the company. Company monitoring must be done by a company for the convenience of the company. Customers who violate the rules and can not comply with the conditions set by the company may harm the company in the future. In order for the company to lose nothing it will have to do things like create new customers, add customer lists, change and delete customer lists, customer memo credits and record the balance of customer receivables is a company's monitoring activities to its customers. The use of WBAOS 2.0 (Web Based Accounting Online System) can facilitate the company in performing customer monitoring as well, in addition to accounting activities. By using the system the company can monitor customers anytime and anywhere with the internet connected. So that monitoring can run more effectively and more efficiently.

Assets are entities that are tangible or intangible and have economic value. In a company, assets are important, because assets are assets that must be managed properly to provide good benefits also to the company. Companies must be able to keep the value of each company's assets to always be at a high level, avoiding damage so that the value of the asset does not fall in the selling price. With asset management, companies are increasingly eager in planning outgoing expenses to maintain the value of existing assets, monitoring assets that are bought, sold, or otherwise depreciated. Asset management based on this online accounting system, companies get asset data reports, accumulated depreciation of each asset until the asset value is updated or real-time. Any assets that have been added in the system can be archived, edited or deleted. Import feature on this system also facilitate the company in doing penginputan asset data in large quantity. Thus, with the asset management system directly synchronized with the company's financial data, will provide work efficiency in monitoring each company's assets. Terus menurunnya rasa impati dan sikap yang mengarah kepada aklak anak-anak membuat prihatin semua pihak. Kesadaran anak untuk memiliki rasa impati terhadap teman sejawat, saudara bahkan orang tua terutama di daerah perkotaan menjadi perhatian bersama terutama dosen sebagai pendidik. Kegiatan PKM dilakukan untuk mengedukasi anak-anak di daaerah Cimone Kota Tangerang dalam kemampuan dan kesadaran memiliki rasa impati dan beraklak baik melalui pendidikan karakter. Edukasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode ceramah secara langsung dimana narasumber menyampaikan materi dan diakhir kegiatan anak-anak diberikan pertanyaan atau kuis. Ada diskusi secara interaktif di akhir cerita setelah narasumber menyampaikan materi. Peserta dapat bertanya langsung kepada narasumber seputar materi, diskusi yang interaktif terjadi dalam kegiatan ini. Kegiatan PKM ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman dan edukasi mengenai rasa impati dan aklak baik melalui pendidikan karakter, sehingga kekuatiran orang tua selama ini dapat diminimalisir

Airports in Indonesia often face bad weather problems that affect visibility and impact flight operations. Historical data shows several incidents caused by decreased visibility due to fog or rain that resulted in flight delays and cancellations. It can be said that the importance of more accurate visibility estimates to improve safety and operational efficiency at airports. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of the Back Propagation and Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) models in estimating meteorological visibility at airports because accurate visibility is very important in determining operational decisions, especially during bad weather conditions. The selection of the Back Propagation method is based on its advantages in handling various types of data dynamically and in a directed manner so that it is more precise in predicting visibility based on interrelated meteorological variables. While Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) is very effective in handling problems involving image data. However, currently there are quite a lot of studies that use CNN for text processing because the results are quite promising. The data used is meteorological data that includes temperature, humidity, air pressure, wind speed and other parameters at Radin Inten II Airport. From the results of this study, the Backpropagation model is better in ROC AUC (85%) compared to CNN (84%), this shows a slight advantage in distinguishing classes. The CNN model is better in Precision by 71% compared to Back Propagation 70%, which means it is slightly better at avoiding false positive predictions. CNN has a higher correlation on the test data (0.20) compared to Back Propagation (0.18) indicating its predictions are slightly more in line with the actual data. The larger correlation difference in CNN (0.18) compared to Back Propagation (0.10) indicates a higher possibility of CNN overfitting compared to BP. Since both models show almost the same performance and the difference is not too significant, the choice of model can depend on the specific needs in the implementation. If the goal is to get a more stable model, then Backpropagation is more recommended because it has a smaller correlation difference and higher ROC AUC. However, if what is sought is a model with more accurate predictions in real scenarios, then CNN can be a better choice because it has higher Precision and better test correlation.
