ABSTRACT Increase Interests Read Students By Using a strategy KWL using Media Puzzle Letter Grades 1 On Ma ta Lessons Languages Indonesia SDN I Wantisari District District Lebak province of Banten . Research is conducted is aimed to improve the quality of their learning Languages Indonesia on aspects keterampillan memebaca pemhaman students class I Program Study of Undergraduate Education Teacher School Primary in  School High Teacher Training and Science Education Sheikh Mansur Based on the formula, the problem of the lack of understanding of students about Languages Indonesia , then push the author to conduct research on how the effort g uru to improve pemaha man students about studying Languages Indonesia student school basis . In this study the authors used the KWL strategy with letter puzzle media Methodology The study 's authors use the research is conducted Action Class with grooves observations to determine the extent to which the student / students understand the reading interest in teaching Languages Indonesia , especially about increasing the interest in reading . To know that all writers do the implementation of learning in class , which consists of four stages , namely Planning ( Planning Measures ), Acting ( Implementation Measures ), Observing ( Observation ), and Reflekting ( stage assessment / evaluation ). And the results of the observations were conducted teacher well . Because most major components of which have been determined in the implementation of learning has been implemented with good Results The study , from the results of learning are good , then it will be obtained the results were good as well. The results of research in tian showed that pembelaj aran Languages Indonesia through learning media puzzle experience an increase . It is can be seen through the cycle I / meetings I students learn completely new reach an average value 83,5 In cycle II there was an increase in students studying tu NTAS with the results of the average value of 90.35 The average activity of students in aspects of the seriousness and liveliness work the assignments given by the teacher in the first cycle are in the Good category and the second cycle is in the very good category. Abstract

This study aims to describe the process and results of learning Indonesian in improving the poetry writingskills of fifth grade students at SDN 1 Parahiang through the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL)approach. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with the John Elliot model. The stepstaken include planning, action, observation and reflection.The subjects of this research were 29 students of V Sdn 1 Parahiang Lebak Banten. This research wasconducted in 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of 1 meeting. Data collection techniques used are tests,observations, and documentation. The results showed an increase in student learning outcomes. In the preaction test the average value was 63.28 while in the first cycle the average value reached 78.66. Thus theincrease in the average value of writing poetry from pre-action to cycle I was 15.38 points. In cycle II theaverage score reached 84.72 which increased by 6.06 points from cycle I and 21.44 points from the preaction test. From the results obtained, it can be concluded that the Contextual Teaching and Learning(CTL) approach can improve student learning outcomes. Based on the research results, teachers areadvised to apply the use of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) approach because it is proven toimprove student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to improve learning outcomes on the subject of Indonesian socio-cultural diversity in socialstudies (IPS) subjects using media images in class IV SDN Sukajaya 1 Koroncong Pandeglang AcademicYear 2023/2024 This research is a classroom action research which includes four stages namely planning,action, observation, and reflection which consists of two cycles where each cycle is carried out in twomeetings. The subjects in the study were 25 grade IV students at SDN Sukajaya 1 Koroncong PandeglangRegency, consisting of 10 male students and 15 female students. The data collection instrument usesobservation sheets and tests. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative and quantitativedescriptive analysis. The success of this research can be seen from the results of student learning which hasincreased in cycle I and cycle II.The results showed that there was an increase in student learning outcomes in Social Sciences (IPS) subjectmatter on Indonesian Socio-Cultural Diversity. The results of student learning completeness in cycle I,namely out of 25 students there were 7 students who had finished studying and there were 18 students whohad not finished studying. Whereas in cycle II there was an increase in learning outcomes, namely there were23 students or around 92% who had finished studying and who had not finished studying there were 2students. with the average score of students who experienced an increase in cycle I and cycle II, namely from60 to 80.4. There were positive changes in attitudes and activities in students during the learning process inaccordance with the results of observations during the class action. Based on the results of this study, it canbe concluded that social science learning outcomes (IPS) on socio-cultural diversity in class IV SDNSukajaya 1 through media images have increased and received a positive response from students.

Abstract

Abstract

Based on initial observations in class III SDN Cilaja 2 Pandeglang, it was found that student problemswere in the way of teaching the teacher who tended to be monotonous and rarely used learning media.Besides that, sometimes the teacher only gave assignments in the form of orders so that students copied thematerial in the textbooks, while some of the students had not master reading and writing skills. This causeslow learning outcomes for students, especially in Civics subjects which are still below the KKM. Toovercome this, it is necessary to apply learning innovations using learning media, one of which is usingPuzzel media with the formulation of the problem "How to use Puzzle Media on Material Symbol of thePancasila Precepts in Pancasila and Citizenship Education Subjects (PPKn) in class III SDN Cilaja 2Pandeglang? And how can the learning outcomes of Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) on thePancasila precepts symbol material using puzzle media improve student learning outcomes in class III atSDN Cilaja 2 Pandeglang?"This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which consists of III cycles. In carrying out thistype of PTK research, it only involved one class as an experimental class without any comparison classwhich aimed to determine the effectiveness of Civics learning using Puzzle media in class III students atSDN Cilaja 2 Pandeglang. The data in the study were collected using observation techniques, tests,interviews and documentation.The results of the research carried out showed an increase, namely in the pre-cycle the average studentcompleteness was 50.94 with a completeness percentage of 32%. in the first cycle it was 41% with anaverage value of 55.32, in the second cycle it was 68% with an average value of 62.76 and in the thirdcycle it was 88% with an average value of 80.23. With these results, it can be concluded that studentlearning outcomes through the use of puzzle media can increase as desired from the research results andpuzzle media are expected to be used in Civics lessons to improve student learning outcomes

Abstract

This research is classroom action research (PTK) whose implementation includes four stages, namelyplanning, action, observation and reflection which consists of two cycles where each cycle is carried out intwo meetings. The subjects in the research were class IV students at SDN Saruni 2, Majasari District,Pandeglang Regency, totaling 31 students, consisting of 16 male students and 15 female students. Datacollection instruments use observation sheets and tests. The data analysis technique used is qualitativedescriptive analysis and quantitative descriptive analysis. The success of this research can be seen fromstudent learning outcomes which have increased in cycle I and cycle II. The results of the research show thatthere has been an increase in student learning outcomes in Natural Sciences (Science) subjects using thedemonstration method. The results of student learning completion in cycle I were that out of 31 students therewere 14 students or around 45.15% who had completed their studies and there were 17 students or around 44.85% who had not completed their studies. Meanwhile, in cycle II there was an increase in learningoutcomes, namely there were 29 students or around 93.54% who had completed their studies and there were2 students who had not yet completed their studies or around 6% with the average score of studentsexperiencing an increase in cycles I and cycle II, namely from 66 to 73.87. There were positive changes inattitudes and activities in students during the learning process according to the results of observations duringclassroom actions.

Abstract

The method used in this research is collaborative classroom action research (PTK). Researchers collaborate with teachers to plan, identify, observe and implement the actions that have been designed. The research design used is a spiral system classroom action research using the Hopkins and John Eliot model which begins with preliminary action then continues with planning, action, observation and reflection. The research was carried out in 2 cycles. The research was carried out at SDN Sukamanah 2, Kaduhejo District, Pandeglang Regency. The samples selected in this research were 22 grade 4 students, consisting of 14 boys and 8 girls. In this research, there were several stages carried out from pre-cycle research, cycle I, and cycle II The results of this research show that in pre-cycle conditions, 1200 students completed their studies, around 18.18% of 22 students with an average class of 55. After carrying out activities in cycle I, the number of students who completed their studies became 1470 students from 22 students. or around 50% with an average score of 67. In cycle II, it was discovered that there were 22 students out of 20 students who had successfully completed their studies, obtaining an average score of 85 with a completion percentage of 90.90% and could be said to be successful. The increase in student learning outcomes in Natural Sciences subjects, the material on classifying animals based on the type of food, is motivated by the use of effective and fun learning media so that it can motivate students' interest in learning to be even better. The learning media used is audio-visual media.

Abstract

Pelatihan adalah proses pendidikan jangka pendek yang menggunakan prosedur Pelatihan sistematis dan terorganisir, sehingga tenaga kerja non manajerial mempelajari pengetahuan dan keterampilan teknis untuk tujuan tertentu. Pengembangan merupakan kegiatan yang diarahkan untuk menyiapkan pegawai pindah ke jabatan baru karena ada pengembangan, Kinerja adalah catatan hasil yang diperoleh dari fungsi pekerjaan atau kegiatan tertentu selama jangka waktu tertentu. jenis penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan populasi d penelitian karyawan Hotel Torsibohi yang berjumlah 50 karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini dikarenakan jumlah populasinya tidak lebih besar dari 100 orang responden, maka penulis mengambil 50% jumlah populasi yang ada pada Hotel Torsibohi yaitu sebanyak 25 responden dan 25 responden sebagai uji cobaBerdasarkan hasil output pada uji parsial menghasilkan penelitian bahwa pelatihan dinyatakan memberikan pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil output pada uji parsial menghasilkan penelitian bahwa pengembangan dinyatakan memberikan pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawanPelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sehingga Hipotesis1 diterima.Pengembangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sehingga Hipotesis2 diterima. Pelatihan dan Pengembangan berpengaruh signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja karyawan, sehingga Hipotesis3 diterima.

Abstract

Terentang Baru Village is in the Batin XXIV District, Batang Hari Regency, which is 25 km from the sub-district capital. The area reaches 2,551.6 ha, with a population of 2,972 people. The population has the potential to be developed, the skills they have can form reliable and quality human resources. Ecoprint training is a simple, natural way of adding color to fabric by paying attention to local wisdom. Ecoprinting is done by using existing plants such as leaves, twigs and flowers without chemicals so it is very environmentally friendly. Ecoprint can be used as a business opportunity that produces art products with high selling value, which can increase people's income and economy. The aim of this service activity is (1) to improve the skills of the community in Terentang Baru Village, and (2) to create environmentally friendly business opportunities in Terentang Baru Village. The location of the activity was carried out in Terentang Baru Village, Bhatin XXIV District, Batang Hari Regency on September 14 2024 involving 6 students and 3 lecturers. The target of the activity is the people of Terentang Baru Village. The type of activity consists of an initial stage in the form of observation, followed by counseling and training which is the core stage of the activity. The final stage of the activity was evacuation. The evaluation results show that they strongly agree with the ecoprint training, which is one of the product trends that uses environmentally friendly natural dyes and is profitable for business. Ecoprint skills can create jobs, which are competitive with new innovations.

Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan pesat teknologi dan media sosial, penelitian ini menjadi sangat penting untuk menguji pengaruh media sosial dan gaya hidup terhadap keputusan pembelian produk skincare, khususnya di kalangan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis (FEB) Universitas Muslim Indonesia yang beralamat di Jl. Urip Sumoharjo Km. 5, Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan, Indonesia, dan berlangsung selama dua bulan, dari November hingga Desember 2024. Populasi dalam penelitian ini mencakup seluruh mahasiswa aktif Angkatan 2021 Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Muslim Indonesia, yang berjumlah 496 mahasiswa. Untuk menentukan sampel, kami menggunakan rumus Slovin, sehingga jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 84 responden. Data primer diperoleh dengan cara memberikan kuesioner atau lembar pernyataan langsung kepada 84 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel media sosial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sementara gaya hidup juga memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.
