Abstract

Strategi pengembangan kelompok kewirausahaan yang sangat baik untuk diterapkan di negara-negara berkembang adalah pengelompokan (clustering). persaingan antar sesama UMKM di sub sektor yang sama di dalam suatu kelompok (klaster) akan meningkatkan efisiensi bersama (collective efficiency) dalam proses produksi, spesialisasi yang fleksibel (flexible specialization), dan pertumbuhan yang tinggi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat berupa penyuluhan dan pelatihan kelompok kewirausahaan bagi ibu rumah tangga di Kelurahan Kemijen Kecamatan Semarang Timur Kota Semarang ini merupakan kerja sama staf dosen dengan Bidang Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Fakultas Ekonomika dan Bisnis Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 (UNTAG) Semarang. Abstract

This community service program was initiated due to the limited capacity of food MSMEs under the Gabungan Organisasi Wanita (GOW) in Semarang City, particularly in product diversification, certification, and sustainable marketing. The goal is to enhance competitiveness through an integrated mentoring approach in these three areas. The program applied the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method in five stages, including training, mentoring, and product showcasing. The results show significant improvement: 86% of MSMEs developed new product variants, 100% obtained PIRT certification, and 96% established active digital marketing platforms. On average, sales increased by 42.7% and market reach expanded by 213%. This program demonstrates the effectiveness of participatory and collaborative approaches in empowering women-led MSMEs sustainably

Abstract

Penurunan moral menjadi permasalahan yang semakin marak terjadi akibat kurangnya pembinaan tingkah laku pada anak usia sekolah dasar. Perkembangan moral anak sekolah dasar dalam perspektif teori Lawrence Kohlberg menjelaskan cara anak membentuk pemahamannya terhadap nilai moral. Pada tahap pra konvensional, anak-anak patuh pada aturan karena ingin mendapatkan penghargaan dan takut pada hukuman. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui implementasi reward dan punishment teori Lawrence Kohlberg pada perkembangan moral anak sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan literature review mencari dari google scholar berdasarkan kata kunci “perkembangan moral anak, Lawrence Kohlberg, reward punishment” dan rentang 2019 sampai 2024 menggunakan Publish or Perish dengan hasil 33 artikel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi reward dan punishment efektif dalam membentuk moral anak sekolah dasar. Anak yang diberi reward menunjukkan perilaku positif. Sebaliknya, punishment yang diberi dengan tepat mengurangi perilaku negatif. Kedua pendekatan ini membantu anak memahami konsekuensi dari tindakan yang dilakukan dalam perkembangan moral teori Lawrence Kohlberg.

Abstract

Masa remaja merupakan periode penting dalam perkembangan psikososial seorang individu, terutama dalam proses eksplorasi identitas. Lingkungan sebaya menjadi salah satu faktor yang perlu dipertimbangkan dalam proses eksplorasi identitas seorang remaja, karena remaja cenderung mencari dukungan dan pengakuan dari luar keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis lingkungan sebaya dalam upaya mengeksplorasi identitas pada remaja dengan menggunakan kerangka teori perkembangan psikososial Erikson. Metode penelitian menggunakan studi literatur dengan menganalisis penelitian terdahulu yang relevan terhadap judul penelitian. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa dukungan sosial dari teman sebaya memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam membentuk identitas, meningkatkan rasa percaya diri, dan membantu mengatasi kebingungan identitas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendalami Internalisasi Kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Islam Pasca Pandemi Covid-19 melalui Merdeka Belajar di SD Al Azhar 1 Batam. Kondisi darurat pandemi Covid-19 dan krisis pembelajaran yang terjadi selanjutnya telah berpengaruh besar pada reformasi pendidikan Indonesia. Salah satunya di SD Al Azhar 1 Batam. Termasuk sekolah yang terdampak akibat Covid-19 terutama pada kurikulum yang diterapkan. Metode ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Informan penelitian seperti instruktur pendidikan agama Islam dan kepala sekolah sebagai sumber data primer. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, dan observasi dan dokumentasi. Pengumpulan data diikuti dengan analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa internalisasi kurikulum pendidikan agama Islam pasca pandemi Covid-19 melalui merdeka belajar di SD Al Azhar 1 Batam yakni: 1) kurikulum 2013 disederhanakan selama Covid-19 dengan Kurikulum Darurat yang mana pada kurikulum ini diberikan kewenangan kepada satuan Pendidikan untuk menentukan capaian pembelajaran pada siswa. Melakukan pembelajaran dengan model daring melalui perangkat elektronik, dan beralih ke Kurikulum Merdeka belajar sejak tahun 2022 hingga saat ini di tahun 2024. Tentunya di dalam kurikulum Merdeka ini memberikan banyak pilihan kepada peserta didik yang mempunyai keahlian dan bakat masing-masing. 2) SD Al Azhar 1 Batam memberikan beberapa kegiatan ekstrakulikuler bagi peserta didik sehingga nantinya mereka mampu mengeksplor bakat dan minat nya masing-masing. Selama pelaksanaan kurikulum Merdeka dijumpai beberapa kendala dari guru yakni kurang paham dalam penggunaan media elektronik, kurang paham tentang kurikulum Merdeka, Hal ini tentunya dapat menghambat proses dari pada kurikulum Merdeka itu sendiri. Kepala sekolah sudah memberikan beberapa pelatihan bagi guru untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru tentang kurikulum Merdeka, administrasi, dan juga media ajar yang menarik bagi siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine employee performance strategies through competence and work discipline. The population and sample used were employees of the Regional Secretariat Office of Pati Regency in the general section, totaling 50 respondents. The data collected were 50 respondents from the Regional Secretariat Office of Pati Regency, specifically the general section. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample. Data collection methods using primary data. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, the results of the analysis reveal that partial competence can be used as a strategy to improve employee performance through knowledge, skills, experience, attitudes, and education levels that support the positive and significant results of the analysis, as well as work discipline that to improve employee performance can use work discipline through high attendance, obeying the rules, obeying work standards, working ethically according to the results of the analysis which show positive and significant.

Abstract

During postpartum period, woman's body experiences significant hormonal, physical and emotional changes. There are 3 types of basic needs that must be met during this period, including activity needs, rest needs and nutritional needs This research aimed to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes with basic needs fulfilments during postpartum period. This research used a cross-sectional approach. The population was all normal postpartum mothers in Public Health Centers and Independent Midwife Practices in Semarang City and around. However, this study selected 30 postpartum mothers as the respondents by simple random sampling technique. The research findings showed the most significant relationship were attitude-rest practices and knowledge-nutritional practices which the p-value was 0.001. The p value of knowledge-rest practices relationship was 0.002, attitude-activity practices 0.003, attitude-nutritional practices 0.028, and knowledge-activity practices 0.035. Postpartum mothers should understand more about their basic needs; thus, all their basic needs can be fulfilled well.

Abstract

Continuity of Care (COC) is a service that is achieved when there is a continuous relationship between a woman and a midwife. Based on PWS-KIA data, the incidence or cases of pathological obstetrics in pregnancy were 12%, cases of childbirth were 13%, cases during the postpartum period were 7.4%, and cases in newborns were 3.7%. However, the implementation of Continuity of Care (COC) at the  Health Center itself has never been evaluated. This study is to analyze the implementation of continuity of care in pathological pregnancy services at Primary Health Center. This study was a qualitative descriptive study with 5 midwives and 2 pregnant women as the samples. The data were gathered through a Focus Group Discussion. The results of the analysis were in the form of a narrative. The service mechanism for pregnant women with their own pathological problems is carried out according to the SOP in the Puskesmas. Meanwhile, for pathological cases of pregnancy, a referral will be conducted to a general practitioner and will also be referred to a nutritionist if the pregnant woman has malnutrition problems such as anemia. The study reveals that midwives' knowledge of COC ranged from first heard (surface introduction) of COC to COC as continuous care. The support system in the implementation of continuity of care is cadres. The inhibiting factor in the implementation of continuity of care is that the limited number of midwives at Primary Health Center.

Abstract

Regular recitation in Banjarsari Village, Enggano District, North Bengkulu Regency has a strategic role in community empowerment. UINFAS Bengkulu KKN students, Group 6 Batch 3, play an active role in optimizing the recitation activities through mentoring. The implementation of this activity involves several stages, namely an initial meeting with the recitation committee, active involvement in each recitation session, and post-recitation evaluation. The results of this mentoring method include an increase in community religious knowledge and strengthening social solidarity. The evaluation showed that the program succeeded in improving the community's religious understanding and creating stronger social ties among the recitation participants. It is hoped that this mentoring method can continue to be applied and developed to improve the quality of routine recitation in the future, as well as strengthen the role of recitation as a means of community empowerment. This routine recitation, apart from being a means of learning religion, also plays an important role in shaping the character of a more religious and empowered community. Through this activity, KKN students not only learn to apply the knowledge they have gained but also contribute significantly to the empowerment of the Banjarsari Village community

Abstract

This research is a research on the development of authentic assessment instruments. The types of data used in this study are quantitative and qualitative data. Quantitative data comes from scores of assessment experts, learning experts, and practitioners. Qualitative data includes comments and suggestions for product improvements from assessment experts, learning experts, and practitioners. The products produced in this research and development are in the form of Project Task Books and Authentic Assessment Instruments on Project-Based Learning Theme 8. The Project Project, Project Book product, refers to the Authentic Assessment Instrument on Project-Based Learning. The Project Task Book is used in Theme 8 Subtheme 3. Students must complete two project assignments. The results of the product feasibility test show that the Project Task Book is very feasible to implement. First, feasibility is assessed from content validity of 87%, construct validity of 87%, and practicality of 78%. The Authentic Assessment Instrument product on Project-Based Learning Theme 8 refers to three feasibility aspects. First, the feasibility of the guideline target is 83%. Second, the feasibility of the content of the guidelines is 88%. Third, the feasibility of the code of practice is 75%. This product can be an alternative for teachers to assess students' abilities in project assignments. Teachers can use this assessment instrument product more creatively and innovatively, for example, by designing project assignments according to the region. This product can be disseminated in teacher competence, educational journals, and social media.
