This research was conducted in Kayu Raja Village, Keritang District, Indragiri Hilir Regency, to know the activities of women workers in the copra processing business and describe the social interactions of women workers in the copra processing business. To obtain accurate data using descriptive qualitative research methods with data collection using in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation. The results of the analysis show that there are various kinds of work activities carried out in the copra processing business, starting from the process of opening the chest, cleavage, transportation, drying, collecting coconuts, gouging, the process of dividing the shell and the process of burning the surface which will become charcoal. Copra processing workers come from the Bugis tribe, so in interacting, they use symbols, namely the Bugis language. The analysis of research observations showed an excellent interaction between female workers in the copra processing business. Female workers are housewives who also have a role in the domestic sector, like housewives in general.

Rare earth elements (REEs) are crucial to numerous industries of high-technology as raw materials. The growth of a long-term relationship between REE supply and demand to develop hi-tech industries is becoming tight in the world market, while the mineral supply chain is being distorted by COVID-19. The availability of information and data regarding the REE resource potential and characteristics are interesting research subjects to examine its economic value as alternative sources. This research aims to provide basic information about the existence and characteristics of REEs in cassiterite-associated minerals located in Bangka and Belitung Islands. Fifty-one samples consisting of primary deposits, placer deposits, concentrates, and tailings were collected from the southern Bangka and Belitung region. The samples were analyzed using microscope, x-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), electron probe micro-analysis (EPMA), and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). The results show that the REE-bearing minerals comprised monazite and xenotime. Monazite, the most dominant REE-bearing mineral, contains light REEs (Ce-dominant), while xenotime contains heavy REE (Y-dominant). The results of SEM with energy-dispersive spectroscopy show that monazite contains other LREE (La and Nd), and xenotime also contains other HREE (Dy and Yb). Moreover, zircon and ilmenite can be considered as economical cassiterite-associated minerals that have other mineral inclusion, but have no REE contain.

Kondisi hunian masyarakat yang buruk akan berdampak pada kesehatan, masalah sosial, dan menurunnya kesejahteraan. Dalam rangka meminimalisasi hal tersebut pemerintah mencanangkan sebuah program bantuan rumah yang disebut dengan Bantuan Stimulan Perumahan Swadaya (BSPS). Bantuan Stimulan Perumahan Swadaya (BSPS) merupakan bantuan yang bertujuan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hunian masyarakat dengan asas gotong-royong. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Nagari Sungai Tarab, Kecamatan Sungai Tarab, Kabupaten Tanah Datar yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang terjadi dengan adanya Bantuan Stimulan Perumahan Swadaya yang meliputi aspek terhadap kehidupan sosial dan apa saja yang menjadi faktor keberhasilan pembangunan rumah melalui program BSPS. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi dari penelitian ini berjumlah 106 penerima bantuan dengan sampel 51 penerima bantuan yang dipilih dengan teknik proposional sampling. Data tersebut dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Dengan demikian, diperoleh hasil bahwa pengaruh BSPS terhadap kehidupan sosial penerima bantuan yang terdiri atas penerima bantuan dengan keluarga besar dan penerima bantuan dengan masyakarat termasuk dalam kategori rendah. Selanjutnya, indikator yang menentukan keberhasilan pembangunan rumah dengan program BSPS, yang paling berpengaruh adalah kualitas rumah dengan persentase 98,0%. Adanya program BSPS memberikan pengaruh kepada masyarakat yaitu tercapainya standar sehat dari rumah yang dibangun dan meningkatkan solidaritas bagi penerima bantuan yang melaksanakan gotong royong.

Sektor food and beverages dipilih sebagai objek penelitian karena sektor ini berperan penting dalam memenuhi kebutuhan utama masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui pengaruh green accounting terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan sub sektor makanan dan, untuk mengetahui pengaruh corporate social responsibility terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan sub sektor makanan dan minuman, untuk mengetahui pengaruh green accounting dan corporate social responsibility terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan sub sektor makanan dan minuman. Metode pengumpulan data adalah Penelitian Lapangan (Field Research) dan Penelitian Kepustakaan (Library Research). Jenis dan sumber data adalah data primer dan data sekunder. populasi pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2019-2021 sebanyak 17 perusahaan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 14 perusahaan. Metode analisis adalah analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian adalah (1) Green accounting secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan sub sektor makanan dan minuman, (2) Corporate social responsibility secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan sub sektor makanan dan minuman, (3) Green accounting dan corporate social responsibility tidak berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan sub sektor makanan dan minuman.

This qualitative case study explores the intricate relationship between self-regulated learning (SRL) and critical thinking in a blended learning environment. Using a case study approach, the research aims to develop a substantive theory that explains the pedagogical mechanisms underlying the effectiveness of this modality. Data was collected from 34 participants through a 55-item SRL questionnaire, student interviews, and document analysis of critical thinking test results based on Ennis’s indicators. The study followed the core procedures of grounded theory, including open, axial, and selective coding. The findings led to the development of the Integrated Critical Stimulation conjecture, which posits that blended learning is a uniquely synergistic approach that effectively fosters critical thinking. This synergy is a “dual stimulus,” where the face-to-face component provides crucial scaffolding and real-time feedback, and the online component offers a space for autonomous practice and deep reflection. The study’s most significant finding is that this synergy is particularly effective for students with moderate SRL abilities, who benefit from the balanced support and autonomy the blended model provides. The conjecture suggests that a deliberate and strategic integration of modalities, tailored to student characteristics, is key to developing critical thinking skills.

Due to the increasing demand of proficiency in English, every school and institution has also demanded their students to learn English. To identify whether the students have understood the subject matter, tests are being conducted to measure the students’ understanding. Several studies agreed and confirmed that tests can make the students feel anxious. As an affective factor, test anxiety has been investigated a lot. The current research focuses on test anxiety as the major affective factors. Thus, this research aims to find out the test anxiety level of students at Senior High School level, along with its relationship with the students’ gender and major. Moreover, the causes of the test anxiety were investigated according to the students’ own perceptions through semi-structured interview. To gather the data for this mixed-method research, the Test Anxiety Scale and semi-structured interview were conducted. The overall result showed that the students had moderate level of test anxiety. Female and science class students tend to be more anxious than the male and social students are. The factors of the test anxiety mentioned by the participants are English understanding, test preparation, time limit, pressure to prove oneself, and test procedure.

Communicative competence underlines that grammatical knowledge is not enough to interact adequately, and thus includes pragmatic skills. For example, several communication errors, for confusion, may take place without logical understanding. Furthermore, politeness is an essential component of pragmatic competence. Many work has been carried out in this area, but few have shown the differences between the linguistic politeness of the language of male and female in the speaking classroom, while its primary findings are statements. Such work is carried out in the speaking classroom of university students, in particular in the sense of global foreign affairs. The statement is based on the Bacha, Bahous & Diab (2012) translation from DCT. In addition, certain politeness hypotheses are used to interpret the results. The studies have shown that women are more respectful than male students in general. Finally, teachers will comprehend this reality since they do not require male students to be as respectful as girls, they are practically peculiar.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of moral values among Islamic boarding school students based on the thoughts of Burhanuddin al-Zarnuji as described in the book Ta'lim al- Muta'allim at the Darul 'Ulum Islamic Boarding School in Padang. The type of research used is field research with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data was obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation, which were then analyzed in depth to describe the application of moral values in the lives of santri. The results of the study show that the process of moral character building at the Darul 'Ulum Islamic Boarding School has been going well and reflects the main values in Ta'lim al-Muta'allim, such as respect for teachers, politeness, discipline, and manners towards knowledge and others. The main supporting factors for this success include the exemplary behavior of the teachers, the role of senior students, and a conducive and religious boarding school environment. However, the process of moral development still faces several obstacles, such as a lack of dormitory supervisors, limited facilities and infrastructure, and the influence of outside cultures that cannot be completely avoided. This study concludes that the character building of students at the Darul 'Ulum Islamic Boarding School has shown positive results, but needs to be strengthened in terms of guidance and supervision so that moral values are not only understood conceptually, but are truly internalized in the behavior and character of the students.

This study aims to find out what strategies are often used by teachers at SMAN 2 Tembilahan. The researcher found the problems is the strategies used by the teachers in teaching speaking at SMAN 2 Tembilahan have not been identified. The researcher chose SMAN 2 Tembilahan as the research location because the researcher saw that during PPL, the students’ ability in speaking was good and only a few students were somewhat low in speaking. The design of this research is descriptive research. The population of this study is English teachers at SMAN 2 Tembilahan. The sample for this study are two English teachers. To obtain data, researcher used interview and questionnaire as instruments, for interviews 5 question and for questionnaire 13 questionnaire. The researcher found strategies that are often used by teachers in teaching speaking. There are five strategies used by teachers in teaching speaking namely role play, storytelling, reporting, presentation and discussion group.

This study explores the life and literary contributions of Darman Moenir, a prominent writer from West Sumatra whose works reflect the interplay between Minangkabau cultural identity and Indonesian literary modernity. The research aims to examine how his personal experiences, socio-cultural background, and artistic vision shaped his writings and career trajectory from 1970 to 2012. Using the historical method, which comprises heuristic, critical, interpretative, and historiographical stages, this study analyzes primary sources, including interviews and personal documents, as well as secondary literary materials. The findings reveal that Darman Moenir's works, including Bako, Dendang, and Aku, Keluargaku, Tetanggaku, embody realism, romanticism, and expressionism while addressing social and cultural themes. His achievements and awards highlight his significant contributions to advancing Indonesian literature. The study concludes that Darman Moenir's life and oeuvre represent an enduring dialogue between local wisdom and national literary expression.
