Abstract

Abstract: Professional zakat or income zakat is zakat that must be paid because it has reached the nisab of assets and is perfect haul based on income obtained from a particular business or work, whether carried out personally or by institutions, organizations and groups. This study aims to determine the literature of muamalah scholars related to professional zakat. This study uses qualitative research methods by examining data based on literature from books and books about professional zakat. The results of the research in this study can be conveyed by the author that in the Fiqh Muamalah literature each ulema has his own perception regarding the implementation of professional zakat. It can be clearly seen that there is an error in the provisions of assets subject to professional zakat, such as the opinion of Yusuf Al-Qardhawi requiring professional zakat every monthly salary as a farmer who pays zakat every harvest, provided that it has reached the nisab. Meanwhile, according to the opinion of Shaykh Bin Baz and Shaykh Muhammad bin Saleh Al Utsaimin, it is not obligatory for a professional zakat to be paid for someone who, after receiving his salary, is used to fulfill his daily needs so that there is no salary left in the following month, but zakat may be imposed if each time If the salaryman sets aside part of his income as savings, then it is obligatory for him to issue zakat with the provisions of perfect haul and property. In the opinion of the writer, professional zakat tends to be as conveyed by Yusuf Al-Qardhawi. According to the author of Shaykh Muhammad's opinion, if the consideration is to meet daily needs, humans will never have enough with all types of needs, so they always feel inadequate and in the end don’t pay zakat. Keywords: Fiqh Muamalah, Professional Zakat, Islamic Law.

Abstract

Indonesia faces the challenge of a double burden of disease, where the prevalence of non-communicable diseases is increasing while communicable diseases remain high. In toddlers, this double burden includes the incidence of Acute Respiratory Infection (ARI) and nutritional problems, which are the main problems in Nii Tanasa Village, Konawe District. This study aims to analyze the relationship of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) indicators to the risk of double burden disease in toddlers in the region. This research design is a Cross-Sectional study with a population and sample of 43 toddlers. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the Chi-Square and Fisher Exact tests. The results of the analysis showed a significant relationship between family smoking behavior (p-value=0.015), exclusive breastfeeding (p-value=0.000), toddlers not weighed at the posyandu/health center (p-value=0.000), and main water facilities (p-value=0.000) with the incidence of double burden disease in toddlers. However, fruit and vegetable consumption did not show a significant association (p-value=0.330). This study confirms that specific PHBS indicators, such as smoking behavior, exclusive breastfeeding, and primary water facilities, are associated with the incidence of double-burden disease in toddlers. Therefore, the community needs to increase the implementation of PHBS to reduce health risks among toddlers in Nii Tanasa Village.

Abstract

The development of Islamic teachings in the archipelago cannot be separated from the role of Walisongo. Walisongo preached and broadcast Islamic teachings in Java in the 14th century. Long before Walisongo’s arrival, they still used a da’wah system with the pattern of inviting communities of various beliefs to follow Islamic teachings and this took place with little response because the community still strongly followed the traditions of their ancestral religious teachings. After Walisongo’s arrival, the da’wah system used implemented several methods that attempted to change old things that were not in accordance with Islam through a cultural approach. With the da’wah methods used by Walisongo, Islam quickly entered and developed in the archipelago. The propagation of Islam in the process of its spread in Java has been etched in history and the success of the Guardians is recognized as having expanded the adherents of the Islamic religion to the majority of Indonesian society, especially Java, both in urban, rural and mountainous areas. This is proven by the construction of mosques as places of worship and as places to teach religion. This research aims to determine the role and methods of da’wah used by Walisongo in the development of Islamic culture in Indonesia. The method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and literature study as a data collection technique.

Abstract

Based on the results of research in the management of coastal areas in increasing tourists visiting Mattirotasi Beach, it is known that the results of the analysis of the coastal tourism environment are known to have a coastal height of 0-3 meters above sea level with a slope of 0-8%, coastal bathymetry in the city of Parepare, wind speeds ranging from 173.4 m. /min to 117.6 n/min can generate sea waves with a height of 0.5-1.2 meters. Meanwhile, in the East monsoon, which has a range of wind speeds between 133.2-45 m/s, it is able to generate waves that reach a height of 0.4 – 1.4 meters. up to 0.1852 m/s. With wave intervals ranging from +1.1 meters to 1.5, and seeing the potential for attraction, there is the Nusantara Port which functions as one of the main gates as access to Tanjungpinang City. This area stretches for ± 5 Km and is directly adjacent to the waters, so it has the potential to be developed as a recreational area with the potential to present a sunset view by the beach and Suppa Bay. This condition is also supported by the strategic position of the City of Parepare as a Madya City which is a connecting node in the central part of South Sulawesi Province towards West Sulawesi and the northern part of South Sulawesi Province. Therefore, the Mattirotasi coastal area is a coastal tourist attraction that has quite a variety of attractions. This beach tourism activity is included in the recreational category, which is the type of activity that is most dominantly carried out by tourists.
