Abstract

Optimalisasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Pendidikan (SIMDIK) memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi dan kualitas pendidikan di lembaga pendidikan Islam. SIMDIK berfungsi sebagai sistem informasi yang terintegrasi, yang menyederhanakan pengelolaan data, meningkatkan transparansi, akuntabilitas, serta memfasilitasi komunikasi antara berbagai pemangku kepentingan, seperti pihak sekolah, guru, siswa, dan orang tua. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana SIMDIK dapat mengatasi berbagai tantangan yang dihadapi oleh lembaga pendidikan Islam, baik dalam hal administrasi maupun pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan SIMDIK dapat meningkatkan akurasi pengolahan data dan efisiensi administratif dengan mengurangi penggunaan metode manual. Selain itu, sistem ini memungkinkan pengambilan keputusan yang lebih cepat dan berbasis data yang lebih akurat. Dalam konteks pembelajaran, SIMDIK mendukung penerapan strategi pembelajaran berbasis data, yang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dan memperkuat keterlibatan orang tua dalam proses pendidikan anak. Namun, implementasi SIMDIK juga dihadapkan pada berbagai tantangan, seperti terbatasnya infrastruktur teknologi, kurangnya kompetensi pengguna dalam mengoperasikan sistem, serta adanya resistensi terhadap perubahan, baik dari pihak internal lembaga pendidikan maupun dari masyarakat. Untuk mengatasi hambatan-hambatan tersebut, lembaga pendidikan Islam perlu meningkatkan infrastruktur teknologi informasi, memberikan pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi para pendidik dan staf administrasi, serta menciptakan budaya organisasi yang terbuka terhadap inovasi. Dengan implementasi yang tepat, SIMDIK dapat menjadi alat yang strategis dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, meningkatkan transparansi, dan memperkuat daya saing lembaga pendidikan Islam, serta menciptakan lembaga pendidikan yang lebih profesional dalam menghadapi tantangan era digital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dalam manajemen pembelajaran di MAN 3 Karawang. Fokus utama kajian meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, serta evaluasi pembelajaran oleh kepala madrasah. Menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala madrasah telah menerapkan strategi perencanaan pembelajaran yang sistematis melalui penyusunan RPP dan silabus. Pengorganisasian dilakukan dengan jelas melalui pembagian tugas dan persiapan pengajaran. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran berlangsung interaktif dengan pendekatan komunikatif dan penguatan kompetensi guru. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui berbagai metode seperti tes, observasi, dan diskusi, dengan tindak lanjut yang sistematis. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya penguatan fasilitas dan pelatihan guru untuk mendukung keberhasilan pembelajaran di madrasah.

Abstract

Contemporary education policy is faced with the challenges of globalization, technological advances, and the need for inclusiveness, so a new approach is needed that is able to respond to these changes critically and adaptively. This research aims to analyze the integration of Islamic epistemology, which emphasizes spiritual and moral values, in the design of more inclusive and educational policies. The main focus is the integration of Islamic epistemology, which emphasizes spiritual and moral values, as the basis for a more inclusive and sustainable education policy. However, previous research has not examined the comprehensive application of Islamic epistemology in contemporary education policy. The method used is a literature study with a qualitative approach to identify the relevance of Islamic epistemology in the educational context. The results show that the integration of Maqashid Sharia principles can create more equitable education policies, address access inequality, and provide solutions for social, economic, and environmental sustainability. The use of Islamic financial instruments such as zakat and waqf can also expand access to education for marginalized groups, increasing inclusivity in real terms. The implications of this research provide practical guidance for the development of education policies based on Islamic values that are holistic and oriented towards long-term welfare.

Abstract

The use of artificial intelligence (AI) in education has sparked discussion regarding its impact on the epistemological assumptions underlying the teaching-learning process. This study aims to analyze the impact of AI on educational epistemology, particularly in the development of critical thinking of junior high school students. The method used is a literature review with philosophical and technological approaches to explore the relationship between AI technology and epistemological assumptions. The results showed that AI, with its ability to process and present information, has the potential to change the epistemological approach from exploratory learning to more structured and data-driven. It is concluded that AI has significant implications for educational epistemology, necessitating adjustments in teaching methods to sustain the development of critical thinking.

Abstract

This research explores the role of ontology as a philosophical foundation in shaping contemporary educational theory. Ontology, which focuses on the nature of reality and existence, has profound implications for teaching methods, curriculum design and evaluation of learning outcomes. This study highlights that ontological assumptions influence how knowledge is understood and implemented in educational contexts, especially in the complex digital age. Using a qualitative approach and desk research, this study reveals that ontology in education includes not only an understanding of physical reality but also the complex interactions between humans, technology and the environment. The results show that a more holistic, integrative and contextual ontological approach is needed to face today's educational challenges, such as character education and inclusion. In conclusion, critical reflection on the ontological assumptions underlying educational practices is essential for curriculum development that is more adaptive, relevant and responsive to global change.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the application of scientific methodology in the learning process at Raudlatul Athfal (RA). Through a descriptive qualitative approach, data were obtained from observations, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the use of scientific methods, such as simple experiments and observations, help children develop critical thinking skills and curiosity. However, some of the obstacles faced are limited facilities and lack of training for teachers. This study highlights the importance of teacher training in the implementation of scientific methodology in order to create effective learning and support children's holistic development.

Abstract

This research examines the application of philosophy of science in the training of Islamic educators with a critical approach to improve the quality of education, especially in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah M Three, Bandung Regency. Philosophy of science, which includes aspects of epistemology, ontology and axiology, provides a conceptual framework for educators to understand knowledge more deeply and integrate it with Islamic values. The research used a qualitative approach with a case study method, involving in-depth interviews with teachers and madrasah principals, as well as observation of the training implementation. The results show that the application of philosophy of science in the training of Islamic educators at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah M Three has enriched teachers' understanding of ethical and moral values-based teaching, and improved reflective abilities in the learning process. The training also encouraged innovation in curriculum development and teaching methods that are more relevant to students' needs. In conclusion, the application of a critical approach based on the philosophy of science has the potential to improve the overall quality of Islamic education through improving teachers' pedagogical, professional, personality and social competencies.

Abstract

This study explores the application of the ontological approach in learning akidah in Raudhatul Athfal (RA) and its impact on children's spiritual understanding and faith development. Traditional learning approaches in most RA generally emphasize memorization, leaving less room for children to understand the concept of faith in depth. This study aims to evaluate the extent to which an ontological approach can deepen children's understanding of faith by promoting reflection and essential understanding. Using a qualitative approach with a case study design at HALIMAH Kindergarten, this study found that the ontological approach, which focuses on the essence and meaning of faith, plays an important role in shaping children's personal faith. The results show that this approach helps children to internalize religious values in a more meaningful way, not just memorization but also deep understanding.

Abstract

This study is related to the importance of understanding epistemology among students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Hasan in Bandung, considering the increasingly complex and diverse developments in education. In the context of globalization and digitalization, a good understanding of epistemology will help students assess, choose, and effectively utilize various sources of knowledge. The purpose of this research is to identify how students utilize available knowledge sources and how this contributes to the development of their epistemological understanding. This study also aims to understand the constraints and challenges faced in accessing knowledge sources. The method applied in this study is a qualitative approach with techniques such as interviews, field observations, and document analysis. The information involved in this study includes students and teachers who provide diverse perspectives on the use of knowledge sources. The results show that students have varying levels of understanding about epistemology. Most students tend to rely on traditional knowledge sources, such as textbooks and teachings from teachers, while a small number have begun to explore digital and non-traditional knowledge sources, such as the internet and social media. The study also identifies several challenges, including the lack of training for students in critically using digital knowledge sources. The conclusion of this study highlights the need to strengthen epistemology education at the madrasah, providing broader access to diverse knowledge sources, as well as the importance of training teachers to facilitate a deeper understanding of how students access and utilize knowledge. Thus, this research is expected to contribute to the development of more effective curricula and teaching methods in the madrasah environment.

Abstract

Perencanaan pendidikan Islam yang matang akan menghasilkan pendidikan yang baik. Pendidikan yang baik adalah pendidikan yang mampu mengembangkan seluruh fitrah peserta didik, yaitu fitrah akal dan agama. Salah satu ajaran pendidikan islam yang harus ditanamkan dalam diri setiap peserta didik adalah pendidikan karakter. Pendidikan karakter adalah proses penanaman nilai-nilai kebaikan dalam diri siswa agar menjadi pribadi yang berbudi pekerti luhur, baik dalam hal moral maupun sosial. Pendidikan karakter penting karena dapat membentuk siswa menjadi pribadi yang memiliki sifat-sifat terpuji, terhindar dari perilaku buruk, dan mampu mengembangkan emosi dan sosialnya secara positif. Sehingga tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi pendidikan karakter berbasis manajemen nilai-nilai Islam dalam pembinaan akhlak siswa MTs. Asy-Syuhada. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah dengan wawancara dan observasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa implementasi pendidikan karakter di MTs. Asy-Syuhada sudah terlaksana dengan baik. Namun menurut penulis, dalam pelaksanaan perannya perlu untuk melibatkan kerjasama dengan orang tua siswa dan masyarakat lingkungan supaya pendidikan karakter yang sudah diajarkan di sekolah, mampu merealisasikan siswa dalam kehidupannya di lingkungan rumah.
