Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan manajemen sumber daya manusia di SMKS Hassina. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Subyek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, guru, siswa dan beberapa karyawan yang diambil secara acak. Data yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan manajemen sumber daya manusia di SMKS Hassina sudah dilakukan dengan baik. SMKS Hassina memiliki komitmen terhadap pengembangan sumber daya manusia pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan melalui berbagai program unggulan dalam rangka meningkatkan dan mengembangkan kompetensi dan profesional pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the transactional leadership style in improving teacher performance at MI Rambay Sukabumi District, using descriptive qualitative reaseach methods and collecting data through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation studies, the results of this discussion are that the leadership style at MI Rambay in improving teacher performance is a transactional leadership style.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the role of transformational leadership and teacher job satisfaction in improving teacher performance in Mts Tunas Harapan bangsa. In detail, this study was conducted to answer the following research questions: how high is teacher job satisfaction, how high is the transformational leadership role that the principal has and should implement and how high is the resulting teacher performance. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, meaning that researchers go directly into the field to see and analyze the situation after it is described in a scientific article. Data collection is carried out by observation, interviews, sources to teachers and principals, as well as documentation collected. From the results of this study that the role of transformational leadership in the school has been carried out and influential but teacher job satisfaction is still lacking so that it affects the resulting performance. Therefore, researchers are further encouraged to continue this research in the context of work motivation variables which will later produce good job satisfaction and will have a positive effect on improving good teacher performance.

Abstract

Based on the whole description of the principal's management, teachers' professionalism and the community's participation in improving the quality of teaching in this school, it can be concluded from the research results that the educational program organized by the school organization is basically very successful. it is difficult to achieve if the opinions of the principal, teachers and the community about the real meaning of education and the implementation of the educational process in schools are not harmonized. Therefore, school leaders in this case the principal, teachers and the community must work in an integrated manner to achieve each educational goal. Forming the next generation of quality in terms of knowledge, skills and attitudes. When we talk about education, the first thing that comes to mind is "school". Schools in this case are public organizations that provide educational services to the community to improve the quality of individuals in the community. Therefore, it is natural that the community demands a "good school", which is reflected in school performance. Here, school education quality management requires principal leadership, teacher professionalism and optimal community participation from the results of research at SMK IT MADANI BAROS CITY SUKABUMI. This research is a descriptive qualitative research that finds, discovers and explores knowledge about the principal's leadership, teacher professionalism and community participation in improving the quality of education at SMK IT MADANI BAROS SUKABUMI, based on the results of interviews with the high school principal that the principal of SMA Madani Baros has tried to improve the quality of learning by always holding regular meetings once a week and checking teacher attendance to monitor the fulfillment of the vision and mission of SMA Madani Baros sukabumi, the principal also motivates teachers and motivates teachers to participate in workshops. SMA Baros Madan sukabumi teacher professionalism, community participation at SMA Baros Madan Sukabumi is very supportive of the existence of this school and the school also received responses and votes from the surrounding community and the existence of SMA Baros Madan is very good community support. because there is only one high school.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how participative leadership improves the performance of teachers in MI Azzainiyyah and how school leaders can make decisions when teachers need to achieve quality education in schools. This study uses a qualitative approach, naturalistic techniques and triangulation. Data recovery through observation, interview and documentation, and fieldwork. In this study, researchers discussed the work of teachers. Effectiveness is therefore determined based on the evaluation and reflection of the inspector's work according to the school's goals. The results of this study show that participatory management can improve the performance of teachers, including the creation of good lesson plans with pre-primary activities, main activities and closing activities

Abstract

This article is based on the fact that almost all over the world there are still unequal relationships and attitudes towards women and men. The director of SMA Cokroaminoto Sukaresmi (Cianjur Regency) pointed out that women can also be school principals or head wardens. The aims of this study are: 1. To describe the principal's management strategy in applying management style to improve the quality of education at Cokroaminoto Sukaresme High School. 2. At Cokroaminoto Sukaresme High School there was talk about a female principal management strategy that would enable teachers to improve the quality of teaching. Sukaresmi District, Cianjur Administrative District. 3. Cokroaminoto Sukaresmi High School, describes the factors that encourage and hinder the effectiveness of the leadership role of women as school principals in improving the quality of learning. Sukaresmi District, Cianjur Administrative District. This research method was applied with a descriptive qualitative approach, and the researcher used a purposive sampling method to determine the research topic. Methods of data collection in the form of observation, interviews and documentation using data sources from school principals, vice principals, teachers and students. Data analysis for this study consisted of data reduction, presentation and validation. Sources and techniques of triangulation The validity of the data using triangulation. The survey results are as follows. 1. The management style adopted by the director is transformational management. 2. Teacher approval by the school principal to improve teaching quality, namely a) participation in training b. Teacher awards are given by the school owner. 3. The factors that support school management to improve the quality of teaching are formal and informal organizations, mutual cooperation and kinship and the quality of teaching declared by the government. Facilities and infrastructure impede the quality of education for school principals, but graduates are less competitive.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of democratic leadership style on performance at KKM MTs Sukaumi City. The variables used in this study were Democratic Leadership Style as the dependent variable and the performance variable of the MTs KKM Members as the independent variable, while data collection techniques used observation and field studies in this study, the researcher interacted directly with all members of the MTs KKM Sukabumi City. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between democratic leadership style on the performance of KKM MTs Sukabumi members. Researchers get information and facts, that the attitude of the KKM MTs Sukabumi City leaders is democratic, harmonious communication is established between the chairman and its members, the chairman always provides joint performance motivation for its members.

Abstract

The madrasah principal's style, method, and managerial abilities in his capacity as a leader are very important for success in improving teacher performance under his leadership. The purpose of this study was to reveal in depth the managerial leadership style of the Ibtidaiyyah Assa'idiyyah Cipanas Cianjur madrasa principal in improving teacher performance. This research is a qualitative field research that is a descriptive case study in nature. Methods of data collection using in-depth observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out starting from data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Extended attendance, triangulation, peer discussions, and clarification with informants were carried out to test the validity of the data. The study results show that the madrasah head's planning to build the character of teacher performance at MI Assa'idiyyah Cipanas Cianjur.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the effect of democratic leadership style on teacher performance in Kuttab & PPQ An-Nubuwwah Sukabumi. A quantitative approach was used in this study using data collection methods through questionnaires which were distributed to teachers as the research sample. The results of the study show that the democratic leadership style has a significant positive effect on teacher performance. Democratic leadership style allows teachers to involve students in the learning process, encourages active involvement, and builds strong relationships between teachers and students. In the context of Islamic educational institutions, the democratic leadership style has proven effective in increasing student motivation and learning outcomes.
