Within the democratic Pancasila system regulated by the Indonesian government, every citizen's right is guaranteed by the government and religious organization to express their beliefs. Aceh, which has enacted regional regulations based on Islamic law and received government support for their implementation, has the freedom to establish its own policies. This study analyzes Aceh's implementation of the Criminal Code (Qanun Jinayah) as well as in its Sharia Court. The case study methodology utilized in this study is intended to provide qualitative data through description-analysis and descriptive qualitative research. According to this study, the execution of Qanun Jinayah in Aceh frequently generates controversy because certain parties believe that the implementation of the law violates human rights, which are normally maintained in democratic countries such as Indonesia. The law applies to both the Muslim and the non-Muslim Achenese. Despite this, numerous parties continue to support the execution of Qanun Jinayah, as they have complied with the exact law recognized by the Indonesian government.

Kebisingan ditempat kerja dapat mengganggu daya dengar pekerja, mulai dari gangguan konsentrasi, komunikasi sampai kenikmatan bekerja yang akibatnya pekerja cenderung berbuat kesalahan dan akhirnya menurunkan produktivitas kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara intensitas kebisingan dengan gangguan pendengaran terhadap produktivitas kerja di PT. PLN (Persero) Sektor Pembangkitan Punagaya. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan cara total sampling sebanyak 85 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh intensitas kebisingan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan dengan nilai p value 0,898. Ada pengaruh antara gangguan pendengaran telinga kanan dengan produktivitas kerja karyawan dengan nilai p value 0,000 < α 0,05. Ada pengaruh antara gangguan pendengaran telinga kanan dengan produktivitas kerja karyawan dengan nilai p value 0,000 < α 0,05. Adapun saran penelitian ini yaitu sebaiknya sebaiknya perusahaan menyediakan alat pelindung telinga yang aman dan nyaman digunakan oleh karyawan, dilakukan pemantauan penggunaan kelengkapan alat pelindung telinga karyawan secara berkala, peneliti selanjutnya, diharapkan kepada peneliti selanjutnya dapat meneliti lebih dalam dan lebih jauh lagi serta menggunakan analisis yang berbeda dan metode yang berbeda sehingga memperkaya analisis data penelitian serta penelitian ini dapat menjadi bahan dasar dalam penelitian selanjutnya dan menambahkan variabel independen laiannya yang berhubungan dengan produktivitas kerja

This research discusses the application of the principle of freedom of contract in land sale and purchase agreements from a civil law perspective. This research uses an empirical legal research method with an empirical juridical approach to examine legal and social phenomena related to land acquisition for the public interest. Thus, this research aims to understand the legal process and social realities that occur in society related to land acquisition. The results show that the land sale and purchase agreement must fulfill the legal requirements of the agreement, such as agreement, capacity, specific object, and halal cause. The principle of freedom of contract is an important principle in the implementation of agreements, but it is not absolute and is limited by legal provisions to ensure justice and order. This restriction aims to protect weak parties and prevent abuse, as well as create a balance of rights and obligations in land sale and purchase agreements. Therefore, freedom of contract must be exercised responsibly with due regard to the norms of law, decency and propriety.

This study aims to determine the regulations governing marine businesses and Blue Economy in Indonesia and analyze the implementation of marine business development for coastal communities based on Blue Economy in Kolo Village, Bima City. This research uses normative legal methods with statutory and conceptual approaches to analyze regulations and legal values related to blue economy-based marine business development in Kolo Village. Data is sourced from primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials, which are collected through systematic literature studies to answer problem formulations. The results show that the development of the marine sector in Kolo Village, which adopts blue economy principles, has a solid legal basis, both nationally through Law No. 32/2014 and internationally through UNCLOS and SDGs. The region holds strategic potential in three main areas: environmentally friendly fisheries, marine tourism and the marine product processing industry. However, implementation is still faced with structural constraints such as regulatory complexity and limited human resources. Achieving sustainable development in the region requires a comprehensive collaboration that integrates three fundamental elements: environmental protection, strengthening the local economy and structuring the legal system. This holistic approach will create an ideal coastal management model - capable of improving the welfare of local communities while ensuring the preservation of marine resources for the future. Kolo Village has the potential to become a model for implementing ecologically sound and socially just marine development concepts.

This research aims to find out the legal regulations governing the protection of Fashion Industry Product designs in Indonesia and the obstacles faced in the implementation of legal protection of Fashion Industry Product Designs in Indonesia. This research uses a normative approach to examine legal protection of fashion industry product designs in Indonesia. The focus of this research is on the system of legal norms and the concept of justice based on public views on changes in the purpose of punishment in the Criminal Code (KUHP). The approach used includes conceptual, statutory, and comparative analysis to understand related legal concepts and principles. Secondary data sources used include legislation, literature, journals, and research results. Data collection was conducted through a literature study by analyzing written documents and related electronic sources. Thus, this research aims to understand the legal protection of fashion industry product designs in Indonesia and related concepts of justice. The results showed that the legal protection of fashion product designs in Indonesia is based on three pillars, namely the Industrial Design Law regulated in Law Number 31 of 2000 concerning Industrial Design, Copyright regulated in Law Number 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright, and Trademarks regulated in Law Number 20 of 2016 concerning Trademarks and Geographical Indications. Although comprehensive, its implementation still faces challenges such as the complexity of registration and piracy. To optimize protection, regulatory harmonization, increased IPR awareness, and effective law enforcement are needed. Thus, Indonesia's fashion industry can develop sustainably and increase global competitiveness.

This study explores the concept of waqf and ibtidā’ in the recitation of the Qur’an by analyzing al-Dānī’s book al-Muktafā fī al-Waqf wa al-Ibtidā’. As a crucial instrument in maintaining the semantic and theological integrity of the sacred text, this discipline integrates grammatical analysis, qur’anic exegesis, and qirā’āt. Al-Dānī classified waqf into four categories: waqf tām, kāfī, ḥasan, and qabīḥ—based on a multidisciplinary synthesis of oral transmission (riwāyah) and literary understanding (dirāyah), with reference to 20 classical authorities, 150 exegetical issues, and 617 grammatical studies. This qualitative research, grounded in content analysis, reveals al-Dānī’s influence on subsequent scientific codifications, such as the expansion of the waqf classification into eight types by Zakariyyā al-Anṣārī and the consolidation of ‘Uthmānī’s rasm criteria in Aḥmad al-Ashmūnī’s Manār al-Hudā. The findings affirm the relevance of isnād-based methodology in preserving the authenticity of the Qur’an while highlighting the dialectic between technical precision and interpretive flexibility within the Islamic scholarly tradition.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengukur Efektivitas Pelayanan Pembuatan Surat Pengantar Kartu Keluarga (KK) di Kantor Desa Borong pa’la’la, Kecamatan Pattallassang, Kabupaten Gowa. Efektivitas pelayanan publik di tingkat desa sangat krusial karena merupakan garda terdepan dalam penyelenggaraan Administrasi Kependudukan (Adminduk) yang fundamental bagi hak dasar masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian terdiri dari Informan Kunci (Kepala Desa), Informan Utama (Pegawai Administrasi Kantor Desa), dan Informan Tambahan (Masyarakat Desa Borong pa’la’la yang mengurus KK dalam 6 bulan terakhir). Keabsahan data dijamin melalui teknik Triangulasi Sumber. Indikator efektivitas pelayanan yang diukur meliputi Produktivitas, Kualitas Layanan, Responsivitas, Efisiensi, Efektivitas (pencapaian tujuan), Keadilan, dan Daya Tanggap. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas pelayanan pembuatan surat pengantar KK di Kantor Desa Borong pa’la’la secara umum belum optimal, terutama pada indikator Jangka Waktu Penyelesaian dan Keadilan/Produk Pelayanan.

Study purpose. This study aimed to determine the extent to which the effect of shooting training using obstacles on athletes of the Petanque Training Center (TC) of Bima Regency could improve performance at the NTB Provincial Sports Week in 2023. Materials and methods. This research was a pseudo-experimental study with a "one group pretest and posttest design". The research instrument for petanque athletes was a pretest shooting at a distance of 8 meters, while the treatment was shooting practice using obstacles at distances 6, 7, 8, and 9 and throwing bosi at a distance of 10 throws each. The posttest was conducted to measure the ability of petanque athletes to shoot at a distance of 8 meters. The subjects in this study were Bima Regency petanque athletes who participated in the 2023 NTB Provincial Sports Week TC, totaling 10 people. Results. Based on the t-test statistical test, the pretest shooting results were obtained with an average value of 9.70, while the post-test shooting results with an average value of 16.10, with an average difference of 6.400. The final result of the T-Test obtained a significance value of <0.001, with a significance level of 0.05. Conclusion. There was an influence of shooting practice using obstacles on the performance of Bima Regency petanque athletes, this was evidenced by the achievement of winning 6 medals at the NTB Provincial Sports Week championship in 2023. However, in this study, shooting practice is not the only variable that affects the performance of petanque athletes.

Management is a helpful process that formulates wisdom and purpose and gives supervision of all things involved in the implementation and achievement of objectives. Study This aims: 1) to know management management tour pink beach by group farmer sustainable pink forest. 2) for knowing influence group farmer sustainable pink forest in tour pink beach in the forest area protect. The type of research used is a study approach, with data obtained with observation, interviews, and documentation. Validity of researcher data uses technique triangulation. The data collection techniques used are qualitative. Implementation This data collection also involves various activities supporting others, like creating rapport, selecting informants, and recording data/information results in data collection. Research results show that: 1) management management of the Sustainable Pink Forest Farmer Group at Pink Beach tourism-based service environment in forest areas protect. Management tourism in forest areas protector who has object tour, of course, must involve all stakeholders to use maximizing management. As well as collaboration from all parties Good government or society to basic benefit from an object tour the society can feel it directly. 2) The influence of the Pink Lestari Forest Farmer Group on the Pink Beach tour. The existence of the Pink Lestari Forest Farmer Group which is managed by the community local gets profit in development tours. If development, development as well as management tours continue to improve, of course, will interest more Lots travelers local and abroad For Keep going visit Pink Beach Alone. Reading ability is the main basis not only for teaching Indonesian itself but also for teaching other subjects. Currently, there are still many teachers who have not carried out their functions as professional teachers. This research was conducted with objectives 1). to determine students' development in reading ability in class 1 MI NW Keruak and to determine the influence of picture and letter media in reading ability in class I MI NW Keruak. This research is qualitative research carried out. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, with data collection techniques, using observation, interviews, and documentation methods. Based on the research results: Firstly, to discover the development of students' reading skills in class 1 MI NW Keruak, this has been carried out very well by the class teacher. Several developments are carried out by teachers, including: 1). Teacher as facilitator. 2). Teacher as director. 3). Teacher as a motivator. Second, the influence of picture and letter media on the reading ability of students in class 1 MI NW Keruak is classified as very good and continues to increase every year. Third, there are several benefits of image and letter media in reading, including 1). Supporting factors include a good school environment, good learning media, good learning facilities, and teachers who can make the class lively and full of passion: 2). Inhibiting factors, including students sometimes not going to school, insufficient pocket money, poor student health, there are students from broken homes and the level of intelligence of each student.
