Abstract

Management is a helpful process that formulates wisdom and purpose and gives supervision of all things involved in the implementation and achievement of objectives. Study This aims: 1) to know management management tour pink beach by group farmer sustainable pink forest. 2) for knowing influence group farmer sustainable pink forest in tour pink beach in the forest area protect. The type of research used is a study approach, with data obtained with observation, interviews, and documentation. Validity of researcher data uses technique triangulation. The data collection techniques used are qualitative. Implementation This data collection also involves various activities supporting others, like creating rapport, selecting informants, and recording data/information results in data collection. Research results show that: 1) management management of the Sustainable Pink Forest Farmer Group at Pink Beach tourism-based service environment in forest areas protect. Management tourism in forest areas protector who has object tour, of course, must involve all stakeholders to use maximizing management. As well as collaboration from all parties Good government or society to basic benefit from an object tour the society can feel it directly. 2) The influence of the Pink Lestari Forest Farmer Group on the Pink Beach tour. The existence of the Pink Lestari Forest Farmer Group which is managed by the community local gets profit in development tours. If development, development as well as management tours continue to improve, of course, will interest more Lots travelers local and abroad For Keep going visit Pink Beach Alone. Abstract

Reading ability is the main basis not only for teaching Indonesian itself but also for teaching other subjects. Currently, there are still many teachers who have not carried out their functions as professional teachers. This research was conducted with objectives 1). to determine students' development in reading ability in class 1 MI NW Keruak and to determine the influence of picture and letter media in reading ability in class I MI NW Keruak. This research is qualitative research carried out. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, with data collection techniques, using observation, interviews, and documentation methods. Based on the research results: Firstly, to discover the development of students' reading skills in class 1 MI NW Keruak, this has been carried out very well by the class teacher. Several developments are carried out by teachers, including: 1). Teacher as facilitator. 2). Teacher as director. 3). Teacher as a motivator. Second, the influence of picture and letter media on the reading ability of students in class 1 MI NW Keruak is classified as very good and continues to increase every year. Third, there are several benefits of image and letter media in reading, including 1). Supporting factors include a good school environment, good learning media, good learning facilities, and teachers who can make the class lively and full of passion: 2). Inhibiting factors, including students sometimes not going to school, insufficient pocket money, poor student health, there are students from broken homes and the level of intelligence of each student.

Abstract

Collaborative efforts among community members, health care professionals, and faith-based institutions can prove valuable in efforts to improve community health. The aim of this research is to increase knowledge about risk factors for heart disease, diabetes, stroke among the Bugis Community Kalimantan population; and to empower community members to take control of their health by modifying living habits through health education programs held within religious communities. This study used data obtained from a pre- and post-health risk assessment survey to assess participants' knowledge of risk factors that cause chronic diseases among the Kalimantan population in underserved Bugis communities. Data obtained from activity log books and health check sessions were used to assess the impact of knowledge gained about lifestyle practices. The results of the educational intervention showed progress, with 24% of participants experiencing a decrease in blood pressure, 18% experiencing a decrease in blood sugar, and 6% experiencing a decrease in weight. As many as 60% of participants reported an increase in exercise, 77% reported changes in eating patterns to be healthier, and 95% of participants reported increased knowledge about risk factors for heart disease, diabetes and stroke. These results emphasize the importance of ongoing health education programs to increase public awareness and knowledge in preventing chronic diseases. The research findings support the need for continued popular development of educational programs especially in religious institutions within the Bugis community.

Abstract

This study aims to know the description of mathematical communication skills in terms of students' mathematics ability in class IX in solving problems on the subject of quadratic equations. The type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. There were 6 research subjects namely two students that have high-ability, two students that has medium-ability, and two students that has low ability. The instruments used in data collection are written tests and interviews. The results showed that subjects with high mathematical abilities were sufficiently able to describe and state problem situations in written or image form properly, were able to use mathematical symbols and terms appropriately and were able to connect algebraic expressions into mathematical ideas. Subjects with moderate mathematical abilities are able to use mathematical symbols and terms appropriately but are less able to describe and state problem situations in written or image form properly and are also less able to connect algebraic expressions to mathematical ideas. Subjects with low mathematical abilities are not able to describe and state problem situations in written or image form properly and correctly, are less able to use mathematical symbols and terms appropriately and have not been able to connect algebraic expressions into mathematical ideas. The results of this study are expected to add insight and improve students' mathematical communication skills, especially in solving math problems related to the application of everyday life.

Abstract

This article discusses the significance of assessment in English language education and its role in improving learning quality and student motivation. The implementation of formative and summative assessments is explored, highlighting their differences and benefits. The article emphasizes the importance of understanding and employing these assessment types, particularly for English as a Foreign Language (EFL) teachers. The findings and discussion section delves into the implementation of formative and summative assessments in English classrooms, including strategies employed and their effects on student learning. The conclusion underscores the significance of both assessment types in English language education, emphasizing their ability to provide valuable insights into student progress, tailor instruction, and foster an engaging learning environment. The article concludes by emphasizing the importance of recognizing the purpose and applicability of formative and summative assessments and their role in enhancing student learning outcomes

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the problems in the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia where the highest power is held by the central government, but the territory of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia is very large and divided into islands and archipelagos as well as large and small regions so that in exercising its power, the central government is obliged to hand over some of its authority to the regions, to regulate their respective regions. This study uses a normative approach with an analysis of the articles contained in Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government. The results of the study indicate that there are problems in the Regional Government system, especially the Regional Head who is problematic, such as the Limitation of the authority of the Acting Head in carrying out his duties as the Regional Head comes from the mandate authority, where the authority of the Acting Regional Head is limited to carrying out authority in the form of policies that have been determined by the definitive Regional Head in the Regional Government because his position is only as a temporary official who replaces the vacancy of the Regional Head. The Acting Regional Head does not have the authority to issue decisions and/or actions that have legal impacts on the Regional Government organization. As well as the implementation of the appointment of the Acting (Pj) Regional Head when a vacancy occurs. However, the appointment mechanism is considered undemocratic and invites controversy. The importance of improving this mechanism to involve more community participation in the regional head election process. The effectiveness of the Acting Governor's position in the administration of government will not run optimally or will not be effective because there are limitations inherent in replacement officials such as acting governors (Plt) as stated in the legislation so that the urgency of the issue of appointing the Acting Governor in the Regional Government system still has pros and cons, whether it is democratic or political

Abstract

The research aims to describe: 1) The implementation of community empowerment through the development of a Tourism Village in Koja Doi Village, East Alok District, Sikka Regency, 2) The form of community empowerment through the development of a Tourism Village in Koja Doi Village, East Alok District, Sikka Regency, 3) The results of community empowerment in Koja Doi through the development of Tourism Villages in Koja Doi Village, East Alok District, Sikka Regency. This research is a qualitative research. The subjects of this study were the Koja Doi Village Government, the Tourism Awareness Group, and the Koja Doi Village community. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study revealed that 1) Community empowerment through the development of Tourism Villages was carried out through three stages, namely the awareness stage, the ability transformation stage and the intellectual ability improvement stage. 2) The form of community empowerment through the development of Tourism Villages has involved many local communities in improving community skills and independence, including tourism awareness counseling, tourism village management training, SOP training, scouting, entrepreneurship, catering service training. 3) The results of community empowerment through the development of the Koja Doi Tourism Village in the Koja Doi Village are increasing community skills and independence, developing the management of the Koja Doi Tourism Village, and maximizing natural and cultural resources. The increase in community skills and independence can be seen from the formation of tourism catering work groups, and guide groups from the community who have attended various kinds of training so that they acquire and improve skills and additional income.

Abstract

Hospitals, as public service institutions, require an accurate, reliable, and adequate information system to enhance their services to patients and related environments. Given the extensive scope of services, many complex issues arise in the hospital's service processes. The numerous variables involved in hospital operations influence the speed of information flow required by both users and the hospital environment. Manual data management in hospitals presents significant drawbacks, including slow processing time and a high risk of errors. With the support of current information technology, manual data management can be replaced by a computerized information system. In addition to being faster and easier, data management becomes more accurate. Accurate data processing results in accurate information, which is crucial for decision-making, both for management and others. The purpose of this study is to facilitate patient registration for outpatient and inpatient visits, ease report generation, and assist the hospital management in improving service quality and decision-making processes. Based on the research conducted at Zainoel Abidin General Hospital in Aceh, the implementation of the outpatient and inpatient patient administration information system has proven to be precise and accurate, particularly in the pharmacy department. The system has also made it easier to obtain patient information and has addressed frequent issues such as challenges in monitoring and supervising patients and medical records. The system development lifecycle (SDLC) was utilized in designing this system.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana perspektif hadis dan peraturan perundang-undangan tentang hak dan kewajiban pada fenomena Quiet Quitting. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan normatif-yuridis dan analisis data deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa ketentuan hak dan kewajiban pada fenomena Quiet Quitting tidak beretentangan dengan Hadist dan peraturan perundang-undangan. Pekerja memilih untuk melakukan pekerjaan yang menjadi tanggung jawab dan kewajiban mereka sesuai dengan gaji yang akan diterima dan tidak ada penawaran lembur, tidak keluar dari kewajiban yang tentukan, dan tidak bekerja ekstra. Pekerja tetap bekerja untuk melaksankan kewajiban tapi dengan tingkat kerja keras yang minimun, menghilangkan pola pikir untuk berusaha dipromosikan atau mendapat gaji lebih, memliki waktu lebih untuk teman, keluarga dan impian prbadi dan mencapai work-life balance.

Abstract

Shallots are one of the leading commodities in Indonesia. The demand for shallots has increased, both for consumption and seeds, forcing Indonesia to import to meet these needs. Pidie Regency has been the center for shallot development in Aceh since 2019. This community service activity aimed to transfer knowledge and technology to farmers to produce compost and biochar independently in order to increase productivity and maintain the quality of land fertility. This activity is a demonstration plot for the implementation of the USK 2023 Kedaireka activities, in the fostered village of the Pionir Nusantara Foundation as a partner (Dayah Sukon Village, Pidie Regency) from August to November 2023. Mentoring activities were carried out through FGDs, providing knowledge about onion cultivation technology with sustainable microbial compost and biochar along with pest and disease management. Demonstration of good onion planting and production of Trichoderma and biochar compost and the application techniques were executed at the beginning of the activity. Proceeded with post-harvest and onion production results calculation based on farming efforts. Participants engaged in the activity enthusiastically, asking questions and telling stories about the cultivation practices they have done, learning how to make Trichoderma and biochar compost as well as the problems. Participants planted onion seeds using the land they have. Demonstration plots of sustainable onion cultivation practices with Trichoderma compost and Biochar in fostered villages increase production by 1:15, denoting that 1 kg of seeds produces 15 kg of onion bulbs. This effort is made to drive onions as primary commodity to support the community's economy and increase farmers' income, and be replicated by other farmers to invigorate Pidie Regency as the center for Aceh's shallots production.
