Abstract

The use of digital media in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) often falls into the trap of visually excessive design, which has the potential to fragment students' concentration. This article aims to examine the application of visual simplicity through the lens of Cognitive Load Theory to address issues of distraction and cognitive fatigue in students. This study employs a library research method with a qualitative approach. Data analysis draws from reputable journal literature using an interactive model encompassing data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that visually dense media interfaces tend to increase extraneous cognitive load on students' working memory. Conversely, the reduction of irrelevant decorative elements suggests a potential decrease in such load, allowing working memory capacity to be more optimally allocated for core material processing (germane load). In conclusion, simplified media design is not merely an aesthetic choice, but a pedagogical strategy with the potential to enhance students' attention, sustain focus, and facilitate meaningful learning. Practically, this article contributes by offering a cognitive principle-based media design framework as a guide for PAI teachers in developing instructional media that is more mentally efficient and conducive to the internalization of moral values.

Abstract

The low level of halal certification at locations selling poultry products in Bireuen District will have an impact on reducing the purchasing and consumption of poultry products by consumers in the future. The Halal Product Guarantee Organizing Agency by the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia has advised that every business actor must have a Halal Certificate by 2024, and this will have an impact on poultry farming business actors in Bireuen Regency. The aim of this research is that to monitoring and evaluating the poultry slaughter in the traditional markets of Bireuen District. The research method used was a survey method through observation, questionnaires and interviews. The research results obtained were the characteristics of poultry slaughterers aged between 17-30 years (59.38%) with high school education (75%), length of business under 5 years (67.19) with ownership status belonging to someone else (90.63 %), the number of poultry slaughtered is between 50-100 heads every day (68.75%) and do not have a Halal Slaughter Certificate (JULEHA) (92.19%). In conclusion, it is necessary to provide socialization and training on halal slaughter of poultry products to poultry slaughterers by Local Government at the Bireuen Regency Traditional Market.

Abstract

Early Childhood Education (ECE) is a very important initial stage in a child’s development, particularly in shaping independence and social interaction skills. At this stage, children begin to learn about themselves, their environment, and how to build social relationships with others. Identical twins have unique characteristics, including a very high level of emotional closeness and a tendency to always be together in various activities. This condition often causes identical twins to experience challenges in developing independence and social interaction skills, especially in adapting to a broader social environment outside their twin relationship. This study aims to analyze teachers’ strategies in developing the independence and social interaction of identical twins in PAUD KB Fatimah Az Zahra. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects consist of classroom teachers, identical twin children, and parents as supporting data sources. The results of the study show that teachers’ strategies in developing the independence and social interaction of identical twins are carried out through several approaches, namely habituation of independent activities in daily routines, the implementation of group-based learning to enhance peer interaction, individualized approaches according to each child’s needs, and intensive collaboration between teachers and parents in supporting the children’s development both at school and at home. These strategies have proven effective in improving children’s independence and expanding their social interaction skills within their environment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how the implementation of sukuk in Indonesia is, as well as to discuss the opportunities and challenges of the development of Sukuk Mudharabah. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method by reviewing literature and analyzing data from various sources, including books, the internet, and research journals relevant to the topic. The findings show that Indonesia has demonstrated a strong commitment to developing the Islamic financial market, particularly through the issuance of sukuk. With various types of sukuk, Indonesia has positioned itself as a major player in global Islamic finance and continues to show positive growth. Sukuk Mudharabah, as a profit-sharing-based Islamic financing instrument, has experienced significant development supported by increasing public awareness of Islamic financial products, strong government backing, and innovations in diversifying underlying assets. Despite existing challenges, the issuance of sukuk by both the government and private companies continues to increase, thereby reducing dependence on conventional debt and supporting sustainable projects. A concrete example is the issuance of Sukuk Mudharabah Based on Sustainable Sustainability I by PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk, amounting to IDR 3 trillion. With competitive returns, sukuk mudharabah holds great potential to attract various investor segments, including the younger generation, and can serve as a key instrument in sharia financing that supports economic growth and sustainability in the future.   Keywords : Implementation of Sukuk, Development of Sukuk Mudharabah, Opportunities and Challenges of Sukuk.

Abstract

Technology adaption for healthcare services generally involves the implementation of electronic medical records. Management ini pharmaceutical facilities using Phyton can be achieved by building a CLI (Command Line Interface) or GUI-based data management systems. This system tracks patient history, diagnoses, medication lists, and dosage analysis for vertigo. One subsystem of a healthcare facility’s information system is the electronic medical record. This subsystem is connected to other subsystems within the healthcare facility. With the issuance of Minister of Health Regulation No. 24 of 2022 concering Medical Records, a medical records is defined as a document containing patient identity data, examinations, treatments, procedures, and other services provided to patients. This regulation replaces Ministers of Health Regulation No. 269 of 2008 concerning Medical Records. MENKES Regulation No. Law No. 24 of 2022 explains the purpose of electronics medical records : to improve the quality of healthcare services, provide legal certainty in the implementation and management of medical records, ensure the security, confidentiality, integrity, and availability of medical record data, and realize the implementation and management of digitally-based and integrated medical records. Under these conditions, the Minister of Health stipulates that service facilities are required to implement electronics medical records in their healthcare services. According to Rano Indriadi, an intellectual, an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) is defined as a medical record stored electronically, containing personal data, demographic data, clinical/medical data, and various clinicals events from the beginning of the service process to the end froam various data sources. Abstract

The rapid development of information and communication technology has made artificial intelligence (AI) a crucial issue in education and learning. Higher education institutions face challenges in adopting AI into the learning process to enhance the quality of technology-based education. This study aims to analyze policies and regulations, implementation, and evaluation of AI utilization in higher education learning. The method used is a literature study with data collection techniques based on primary and secondary sources relevant to artificial intelligence. Data analysis was conducted using a descriptive analysis method. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of generative AI in learning presents both opportunities and challenges. On one hand, generative AI technology can assist the academic community in accessing information and improving learning efficiency. However, improper use may negatively impact academic integrity. Therefore, appropriate policies and regulations are necessary for higher education institutions to address challenges and optimize AI integration in the learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the influence of peer interaction on impolite language behavior among students of SMPN 50 Batam. Using a qualitative case study approach, this study collected data through observation and documentation to understand how peer interaction shapes rude language habits among students. The results of the study indicate that social interactions in peer interaction significantly contribute to the emergence of impolite language behavior, including the use of rude language as a form of expression and adjustment in groups. A social environment that does not emphasize politeness norms leads to an increase in the frequency of impolite language behavior, which has a negative impact on students' social relationships at school. This study emphasizes the importance of character development and the active role of schools and families in creating an environment that supports polite language.

Abstract

The rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has brought significant changes to the scope of Islamic Religious Education. This study aims to analyze the challenges and opportunities faced by Islamic Religious Education (PAI) amidst the widespread use of artificial intelligence by students. The research method used is library research with a qualitative-descriptive approach. Data were collected through documentation of scientific literature, books, and related journal articles. The results show that the development of AI presents challenges in the form of a crisis of religious authority, the risk of shallowing of religious understanding due to the loss of scientific chains of evidence, and threats to students' academic integrity. However, this technology also offers significant opportunities in personalized learning and accelerating Islamic digital literacy. This study concludes that Islamic Religious Education (PAI) must transform the role of teachers from instructors to spiritual mentors and reconstruct the curriculum to emphasize the values of religious humanism and tabayyun literacy. The synergy between technological advancements and moral strength is the main key to maintaining the relevance of Islamic education in the future without losing its spiritual essence.

Abstract

The low level of learning independence among elementary school students, as reflected in excessive dependence on teacher instructions, limited initiative in exploration, and weak self-monitoring skills during the inquiry process, has become a fundamental issue that has not been systematically addressed through appropriate educational technology approaches. This study aimed to examine the effect of using an AI chatbot as digital scaffolding on improving the learning independence of fifth-grade elementary school students in the subject of Mathematics through the inquiry learning model. The study employed a quasi-experimental research method with a Nonequivalent Control Group Design, involving 60 fifth-grade students from SDN 060914 Sunggal who were divided into two groups, consisting of 30 students in the experimental class and 30 students in the control class, selected through purposive sampling. The research instruments included a four-point Likert-scale learning independence questionnaire, an inquiry activity observation sheet, and chatbot interaction documentation. The results showed that the average learning independence score in the experimental class increased from 61.23 to 79.87 with an N-gain of 0.52 (moderate category), while the control class only achieved an N-gain of 0.24. The independent samples t-test produced a value of t = 6.14 with p < 0.001, and Cohen’s d effect size of 1.14, which was categorized as large. These findings indicate that AI chatbots positioned as digital scaffolding significantly facilitate the development of elementary students’ learning independence, particularly through adaptive prompting mechanisms, guiding questions, and immediate feedback that support self-regulated learning processes within the*inquiry learning framework.

Abstract

Critical pedagogy, developed by Paulo Freire, is an educational paradigm that positions learners as active participants in the learning process through dialogue, reflection, and action aimed at fostering critical awareness of social realities. This study aims to describe the concept of Paulo Freire's critical pedagogy and analyze its relevance to the development of learning models in the era of digital transformation. The study employed a library research method using a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected from scholarly sources, including books, national and international peer-reviewed journal articles published between 2019 and 2025, and policy documents related to critical pedagogy and twenty-first-century learning models. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, with credibility established through source triangulation. The findings indicate that critical pedagogy rejects banking education, which positions students as passive recipients of knowledge. Instead, Freire proposes dialogical education, problem-posing education, and the development of critical consciousness (conscientization) through reflection and action (praxis). These principles align with twenty-first-century learning demands emphasizing critical thinking, creativity, communication, and collaboration (4Cs), and are consistent with contemporary learning models such as Problem Based Learning, Project Based Learning, and Learning Management Systems in technology-based instruction. Implementation has the potential to enhance students' active participation, problem-solving abilities, and social awareness, although challenges include conventional teaching culture, limited teacher competence, dense curricula, and assessment systems focused primarily on academic outcomes.
