Abstract

PT Nyrtea Beautika Nusantara merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pengembangan produk kecantikan skincare Nyrtea dan terus berupaya meningkatkan strategi pemasaran guna menghadapi persaingan yang semakin ketat. Salah satu inovasi yang diusulkan adalah penggunaan visualisasi 3D sebagai media informasi pemasaran. Visualisasi 3D diharapkan dapat memberikan pengalaman yang lebih mendalam dan informatif bagi calon pembeli dibandingkan dengan media pemasaran konvensional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas visualisasi 3D dalam menarik minat calon pembeli dan meningkatkan penjualan produk yang dikembangkan oleh PT Nyrtea Beautika Nusantara. Metodologi yang digunakan meliputi pengembangan model 3D dari unit produk menggunakan perangkat lunak Blender 3D, diikuti dengan pembuatan video animasi yang memaparkan fitur-fitur dan keunggulan dari produk kecantikan tersebut. Video ini kemudian disebarkan melalui berbagai platform digital sebagai bagian dari kampanye pemasaran perusahaan. Evaluasi efektivitas dilakukan melalui survei terhadap calon pembeli yang telah menonton video animasi, serta analisis data penjualan sebelum dan sesudah implementasi visualisasi 3D. Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa 85% responden menyatakan bahwa video animasi tersebut sangat informatif dan membantu mereka dalam melihat lebih jelas bentuk dari produk tersebut. Selain itu, sebanyak 78% responden merasa lebih tertarik untuk mengetahui lebih lanjut tentang produk kecantikan Nyrtea setelah menonton video tersebut.

Abstract

Penatahan Village is a village located in Penebel sub-district, Tabanan regency, Bali Province. The Penatahan village has six hamlets consisting of Penatahan Kaja Hamlet, Penatahan Kelod Village, Mogan Hamlet, Bedugul Hamlet, Tegayang Hamlet, and Kekeran Hamlet. In Penatahan Village there is a unit education which includes Penatah 1 Public Elementary School and Kuningan 1 Public Junior High School which are located on Jl. Batukaru, Penatahan Village, Kec. Kuningan, Kab. Kiuningan. Penatahan village has natural attractions and attractions that can be used as tourist attractions, both natural, cultural, culinary, and spiritual attractions. Some of the attractions of Penatahan Village are natural hot springs which are the main attraction in Penatahan Village. The attractiveness of the Penatah village needs to be maintained and especially in the cleanliness of the surrounding environment. Behind all this, there are many efforts that must be made by the local government to be able to maintain quality in terms of adequate cleanliness and support this. In this case, the young generation plays an important role in participating. as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the surrounding environment, especially in the area that is most highlighted, namely the tourist area. The involvement of the younger generation in the Penatahan village is very important in efforts to maintain cleanliness because this is a shared responsibility in maintaining the cleanliness of the surrounding environment. The efforts that need to be made by the government local community, namely involving youth and adolescents in activities related to environmental hygiene and the need for education for youth and the younger generation so that this can be easily carried out in the future

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the difference in the estrous performance of Aceh cows with repeat breeding. In this study, ten Aceh cows were used, consisting of five normal cows (KI) and five repeat breeder cows (KII). The criteria of the cows used were 3-5 years old, had a body weight of 150-250 kg, and had at least two regular cycles. All cows in both groups were estrous synchronized with 5 ml PGF2a intramuscularly. Estrous observation was done visually twice a day at 8 am and 4 pm. Estrous intensity was assessed by scoring. The results showed that the intensity, onset, and duration of estrous (KI vs KII) were respectively (18.00 ± 5.70 vs 17.60 ± 6.65), (40.00 ± 14.96 vs 41.60 ± 30.67 hours), and (78.40 ± 10.43 vs 80.00 ± 40.39 hour). To conclude, there was no difference in the intensity, onset, and duration of estrous between normal Aceh cows and those with repeat breeding.

Abstract

The development of instant culture and digital hypocrisy has affected the mindset and character of individuals, especially in the world of education. This phenomenon poses a challenge for Islamic education in forming an authentic personality, integrity, and moral resilience. This study aims to analyze the transformation of Islamic education in facing the negative impact of instant culture and digital hypocrisy by studying the Qur'an, hadith, as well as psychological, sociology, and anthropological approaches. Using a qualitative method based on literature studies, this study examines relevant primary and secondary sources. The results of the study show that Islamic education needs to instill the values of patience, honesty, and exemplary as an antidote to instant culture and digital hypocrisy. In addition, a learning strategy based on character education, critical digital literacy, and strengthening the educational environment that supports self-awareness and moral responsibility is needed. With this approach, Islamic education can play a role in shaping an adaptive, critical, and noble generation in the digital era.

Abstract

Abstract[English]:The research carried out this time is library research by tracing various scientific works, in the form of books, papers, journals, magazines that discuss media (especially Youtube) and da'wah and are related to this discussion. The data collection method consists of several stages such as the data collection stage, the data management stage, and the data analysis stage. The subject matter of this research is related to Youtube and da'wah media, Youtube can be a media for da'wah and a model for da'wah on Youtube. The results showed that the use of you tube media as a medium for da'wah was more promising and easier to do. It was said that the relationship between you tube media and da'wah was the same target, the same segmentation and the same needs. Meanwhile, the use of You Tube as a medium of preaching by most famous preachers has used and made the best use of it. The da'wah model on you tube can be in the form of serial video lectures, short video lectures, video lecture pieces, music videos / songs, short story videos and live streaming. The implication of this research is that the preachers and preachers will take advantage of the Youtube media as a media of preaching that is very promising.Abstrak[Indonesia]: Penelitian yang dilakukan kali ini adalah penelitian pustaka dengan melalui penelusuran terhadap berbagai karya ilmiah, berupa buku-buku, makalah, jurnal, majalah yang membahas tentang media (khususnya You Tube) dan dakwah serta ada hubungannya dengan pembahasan ini. Metode pengumpulan data melalui beberapa tahapan seperti tahapan pengumpulan data, tahapan pengelolaan data, dan tahapan analisis data. Pokok bahasan pada penelitian ini adalah terkait dengan media Youtube dan dakwah, Youtube dapat menjadi media dakwah dan model dakwah di Youtube. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media You Tube sebagai media dakwah semakin menjanjikan dan semakin mudah dilakukan, hal tersebut dikatakan bahwa keterkaitan antara media You Tube dengan dakwah adalah kesamaan sasaran, segmentasi yang sama dan kesamaan kebutuhan. Sedangkan pemanfaatan You tube sebagai media dakwah oleh kebanyakan dai kondang telah menggunakan dan memanfaatkan dengan sebaik-baiknya. Ada pun model dakwah di You Tube dapat berupa video ceramah serial, video ceramah singkat, video potongan ceramah, video musik/lagu, video cerita singkat dan aliran langsung. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah kiranya para dai dan mubalig memanfaatkan media Youtube sebagai media dakwah yang sangat menjanjikan ini.

Abstract

This research aims to know the teachers’ strategy in teaching English to students with special needs according to their type. The research was designed as a systematic literature review study. The researcher used PRISMA Model for collecting the data. There were 16 research articles that matched the criteria. The data were analyzed through a narrative method. The results of the analysis uncovered various strategies used by teachers. Those are paper braille for reading paper strategies, JAWS App for reading e-text, preview strategy and small group for strategy to obtain the content of instruction, TPR, realia and modeled talk for strategy to obtain the language development, communication games and dictogloss for strategy to encourage active involvement, teacher-mediated, routine-based and specific naturalistic strategies, explained the subject matter, flashcards, pictures, visuals, modifying classroom environment, requested students to always carry the dictionaries, alphabetic signs, patted the students' back to get their attention, repetition strategy, gave examples, song, gave reward, two languages, co-teaching strategy, IEP, differentiated instruction, created oral language comprehension, echolalia, the PECS method to improve communication abilities, direct method, lexical method, SIOP Model, instructional scaffolding, comprehensive support input, posters, real objects, modeling strategies, innovative teaching methods.

Abstract

Website-based information systems can be utilized as a means to provide quick and accurate information. One of the madrasas that has utilized a website-based information system is MIN 7 Tangerang, which has achieved numerous accolades. On the school's website, users can obtain information about the madrasa. Due to the abundance of information provided on the website, the madrasa administration must ensure data accuracy by conducting an information system audit. The objective of the information system audit is to assess the audit findings on the website for application refinement and to evaluate the implementation of the information system audit for website maintenance at the madrasa. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection is conducted through observation and interviews. The interviewees in this study are the auditees, specifically the administrators of the MIN 7 Tangerang website. The research findings reveal eleven audit findings on the madrasa's website, indicating existing deficiencies that require follow-up audits for further refinement and maintenance of the website. In conclusion, the research aims to ascertain audit findings for website application refinement and to evaluate the implementation of information system audit results for the maintenance of the madrasa's website.

Abstract

This study aimed to estimate the gestational age of Etawa crossbred goats based on ultrasound images of embryo and fetal usingtranscutaneous ultrasonography. Etawa crossbred does (n= 5) were synchronized using double PGF2 injection with 10 days interval and matednaturally. Early pregnancy was diagnosed on 20th day after mating base on isoechogenic image of the embryo (2.650.75 mm) andhypoechogenic appearance of gestational sac. On 30th day of the first trimester, the embryo size was 8.310.42 mm. The embryo reached10.440.51 mm on 35th day. On 60th day, the existence of the fetal were clearly appeared along with isoechogenic of umbilical cord,hyperechogenic os cranium (25.50.1 mm), and body length (51.831.59 mm). On 75th day, the diameter of the os cranium was 33.030.20 mm,body length of 1101.73 mm, and bones structures appeared hyperechogenic for os thoracalis and os vertebrae. The placenta was isoechogenoicwith diameter of 23.30.2 mm. On 90th day, the placenta dominated the uterus (22.671.70 mm) and reached its maximum diameter on 145th day(33.732.91 mm). In conclusion, early pregnancy detection of Etawa crossbred goats using transcutaneous ultrasonography could be performedon 20th day after mating

Abstract

The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of storage time of epididymis at 5 oC on spermatozoa quality of Aceh local goat. This research was conducted at Reproduction Laboratory, FKH Unsyiah from May to June 2009. Nine epididymis from local goat at the age of 1.5-2.0 years were used in this study. The epididymis were collected from abattoir in Banda Aceh. The experimental design used in this study was completely randomized design with 3 treatments and 3 replications. Spermatozoa quality which consist of sperm concentration, motility, amount of life sperm, and sperm abnormality were examined after the collection of epididymis on day 0 (H-0), day 1 (H-1), and day 3 (H-3) post storage at 5 oC. Data were analyzed using one-way analyses of variance (ANOVA). The result showed that no significant difference (P0.05) seen in the spermatozoa quality after different storage time. The average of spermatozoa concentration on H-0, H-1, and H-3 were 318x107/ml, 282x107/ml, and 241x107/ml respectively. On the average, the percentage of spermatozoa motility on H-0, H-1, and H-3 were 82,272,75; 80,252,83; and 78,070,92%, respectively. Life spermatozoa observed on H-0, H-1, and H-3 were 82,292,71; 80,631,87; and 80,093,31%, respectively. Observation on spermatozoa abnormality showed that the average of spermatozoa abnormality on H-0, H-1, and H-3 were 7,230,27; 8,210,55; and 10,753,14%, respectively. It could be concluded that the spermatozoa quality were not affected by the storage time at temperature of 5 oC.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The aim of this research was to asses the acute toxicity of ethanolic extract of malaka leaves using lethal dose 50 (LD50) on mice (Mus musculus). Twenty male mice weighing between 20-30 g were randomly divided into 4 groups (group K1-K4) of 5 mice each. All mice in group K1, K2, K3, and K4 were administered ethanolic extract of malaka leaves with the dose of 2, 4, 8, and 16 g/kg bw, respectively. Single dose of ethanolic extract of malaka leaves were given by oral gavage prior to clinical observation . The observation period was 14 days post administration, for sign of toxicity symptom, weight loss, and mortality. The result showed that no mortality was observed in the experimental animals during this study. Slight reduction of body weight was observed in group K2, K3, and K4, and no toxicity sign was found during fourteen days of observation. The LD50 of ethanolic extract of malaka leaves was higher than 16 g/kg body weight, thus, the substance was practically non toxic substance.
