Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of government policies, trade unions, and managerial roles on the stability of industrial relations and their impact on the performance of tin mining smelter companies in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province. The main problem in this study is how the interaction of these three independent variables can create a stable, productive, and sustainable working relationship climate, which in turn affects the company's overall performance. The method used in this study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive-causal design, where data is collected through a questionnaire of 170 respondents, consisting of tin smelter employees and employees of the Manpower Office. The instrument was measured on a five-point Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression and simple linear regression to determine the correlative relationship between the variables studied. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that simultaneously government policies, trade unions, and managerial roles have a significant influence on the stability of industrial relations. Partially, each independent variable also makes a significant contribution to the stability of industrial relations. This research makes a theoretical contribution to the study of industrial relations and offers practical recommendations for policymakers, company management, and trade unions to strive for a positive and sustainable work environment.

Abstract

The improvement of public sector employee performance depends greatly on various managerial and technological factors. This study aims to analyze the influence of participative leadership style, human resource availability, and information technology capability on work motivation and their impact on employee performance at the sub-district level in Pangkal Pinang City. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method involving 75 respondents. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) technique through SmartPLS version 4. The results indicated that participative leadership style, human resource availability, and information technology capability significantly influenced work motivation. Work motivation was also found to have a direct effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, the direct effects of participative leadership style and information technology capability on performance were not significant; however, both exerted indirect effects through work motivation as a mediating variable. These findings highlight the critical role of work motivation in mediating the influence of managerial and technological factors on achieving optimal employee performance in the public sector

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengembangan nilai-nilai karakter dalam pendidikan Islam berbasis Al-Qur’an dan Hadits. Latar belakang kajian ini adalah krisis moral yang melanda generasi muda di tengah arus globalisasi yang mengikis nilai-nilai etika dan akhlak. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi pustaka (library research), artikel ini menganalisis nilai-nilai karakter yang terdapat dalam Qur’an Surah Luqman dan Hadits Arbain An-Nawawi, serta strategi pengembangan nilai-nilai tersebut melalui prinsip tazkiyatun nafs, ta’dib, dan uswah hasanah. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai seperti berkata bijak, syukur, religiusitas, keadilan, rendah hati, dan kemandirian dalam ibadah (dari QS. Luqman), serta ikhlas, penyabar, tolong-menolong, berkata baik, dan toleransi (dari hadits Arbain Annawawi), merupakan dasar penting dalam membentuk kepribadian yang berakhlak mulia. Strategi pengembangan nilai karakter Islam membutuhkan integrasi antara pengajaran, pembiasaan, dan keteladanan dalam seluruh proses pendidikan.

Abstract

The fresh semen evaluation is very important for stallion before doing artificial insemination. This study aims to determine the quality of semen of the stallion in Deli Serdang regency and semen test at the Regional Artificial Insemination Center, North Sumatera in August-September 2017. This study was conducted on 10 male stallions aged 2-4 years in the district. then the data in show in the form of descriptive. The results showed that in macroscopic test the color of cement is white gray, consistency  is watery, pH equal to 6,7 ± 0,48. In motility microscopic test (M%) of 69 ± 0.1, concentrations of 134.5 ± 0.94 x 107 / ml, and sperm condition 80% normal. Based on motility (M%) and concentration of semen quality with progressive spermatozoa movement and concentration of 134.5 million / ml of good horse to be superior male.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Perhatian terhadap isu lingkungan, sosial dan ekonomi, inovasi hijau dan kewirausahaan hijau muncul menjadi prioritas utama yang efektif. Penekanan inovasi untuk kelestarian lingkungan menjadi sangat penting di kalangan pengambil keputusan para wirausahawan. Dalam banyak kasus, meskipun pentingnya manfaat inovasi ramah lingkungan, namun partisipasi wirausahawan dalam inovasi ramah lingkungan masih sedikit. Studi ini bertujuan Mewujudkan kewirausahaan hijau yang inovatif menuju keberlangsungan lingkungan di Kelurahan Meruya Utara. Metode: Ceramah, diskusi dan demonstrasi dengan melibatkan 28 peserta Kader PKK termasuk pengelola RPTRA. Hasil: Kader PKK dan para pengelola RPTRA memahami dan menyadari betapa sangat berartinya penekanan lingkungan melalui implementasi inovasi hijau dan kewirausahaan hijau menuju keberlanjutan usaha dan lingkungan. Kesimpulan: Kewirausahaan hijau terbentuk melalui: pengambilan risiko, proaktif, otonomi, pengembangan UMKM, dan menciptakan industri baru dalam mewujudkan keberlanjutan lingkungan. Pemerintah memberikan kepastian hukum yang memadai untuk memperkuat pasar kewirausahaan yang ramah lingkungan dan memfasilitasi teknologi yang stabil.

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to design an oil-draining spinner tailored for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) approach to ensure ergonomics, hygiene, and consumer-oriented innovation. Design– A quantitative descriptive design was applied, involving observations, interviews, and structured questionnaires with 10 MSME owners in fried food production. Consumer requirements were systematically translated into technical attributes through the House of Quality (HOQ). Reliability and validity testing were conducted, followed by concept screening and scoring to determine the optimal design. Findings – The results highlight that consumers prioritize minimalist size, multifunctionality, durability, and ease of cleaning. Correlation analysis revealed strong relationships between consumer needs and technical attributes, with system effectiveness and process stability being the most influential. Comparative evaluation of design alternatives identified a hybrid material combination of wood and heat-resistant plastic as the most feasible solution, offering balance between functionality, hygiene, and ergonomics. Practical implications – The findings provide MSMEs with a practical tool to improve food safety, durability, and competitiveness. The results also serve as a reference for policymakers in supporting MSME innovation through affordable, consumer-driven technologies. Originality/value – Unlike previous studies limited to prototypes, this research integrates consumer validation into QFD-based design, bridging gaps between technical feasibility and real-world MSME applications.

Abstract

Teacher performance is a strategic component in ensuring the effectiveness of the learning process and the achievement of educational goals. This study aims to examine the influence of organizational culture, communication, discipline, and competence on teacher performance and its impact on teacher achievement. The research was conducted at SMAN 1 Kelapa, Bangka Barat Regency, using a quantitative approach with an associative-causal design. The population consisted of 42 teachers, selected through a census method. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed through multiple and simple linear regression using SPSS version 24.0. The findings reveal that all four independent variables—organizational culture, communication, discipline, and competence—have a simultaneous and significant effect on teacher performance, with an adjusted R² value of 0.701. Each variable also has a significant partial effect, with competence emerging as the most dominant factor. Furthermore, teacher performance has a positive and significant influence on teacher achievement, with an adjusted R² value of 0.586. These results indicate that the improvement of teacher achievement is highly dependent on performance quality, which is shaped by the synergy between organizational and individual factors. The study implies that enhancing teacher achievement requires strengthening inclusive organizational culture, fostering effective communication, reinforcing discipline through professional awareness, and continuously developing teacher competence to support optimal and sustainable performance.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship education plays a vital role in fostering entrepreneurial spirit among students, particularly in the ever-evolving digital era. This research aims to analyze the role of entrepreneurship education in enhancing students' interest in entrepreneurship in the digital age. Using qualitative methods, literature analysis serves as the primary data source. Findings suggest entrepreneurship education boosts students' entrepreneurial interest, requiring continuous curriculum evaluation to align with technological advancements. Mentorship support and inclusive environments are crucial, along with strategies encompassing digital skills. Collaboration among institutions, industries, and governments ensures curriculum relevance. Continuous evaluation enhances entrepreneurship education effectiveness. Thus, developing market-relevant curricula, strengthening industry partnerships, and leveraging digital technology for engagement and accessibility are strategic steps to enhance entrepreneurship education's role in inspiring and preparing students for entrepreneurship in the digital era

Abstract

This paper aims to discuss the impact of multiculturalism on Islamic education through a literature review. Multiculturalism is a global phenomenon that affects people's lives in various aspects including education. In the context of Islamic education, multiculturalism influences the paradigms, methods, and curriculum of Islamic education. This paper uses qualitative methods using a phenomenological approach. Phenomenology is the science that studies phenomena or symptoms. Data tracing is carried out through various literary sources such as books, journals, and scientific articles related to the theme discussed. The findings of this study reveal that multiculturalism has a significant impact on Islamic education, where the paradigm shift of Islamic education becomes more inclusive and adaptive. The requirements for multiculturalism education can work if there is tolerance, respect for differences, and cooperation. In developing a multicultural curriculum, teaching materials are needed that accommodate student diversity, and the establishment of a learning environment that is inclusive and respects differences. Thus, Islamic education can develop a more inclusive paradigm and accommodate diversity in society. The challenges of implementing multiculturalism in Islamic education are differences in religious interpretations, stereotypes and prejudices, controversies over the use of language, and local cultural influences.

Abstract

Klinik Dental care merupakan klinik swasta yang melayani berbagai macam pelayanan kesehatan gigi. Salah satu permasalahan utama yang sering dihadapi oleh klinik ini terkait dengan mutu pelayanan adalah kurangnya jumlah tenaga medis yang tersedia serta keterbatasan fasilitas ruang yang ada. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan atau menjelaskan fenomena secara rinci dan objektif. Hasil dari penelitian ini dari indikator realibilitas, jaminan, dan empati pelayanan yang dilakukan oleh klinik dental care sudah cukup baik dalam melakukan kualitas pelayanan. Sedangkan daya tanggap klinik dental care masih kurang maksimal dikarenakan masih ada waktu dimana proses tindakan perawatan tidak dibantu oleh perawat karena sedang menangani pasien yang lain. Dan juga berdasarkan Bukti fisik yaitu prasarana di klinik Dental care masih kurang memadai yang mana tempat ruang tunggu yang sempit dapat mempengaruhi kenyamanan pasien.
