Abstract

Women have the same role in da’wah, but many people still think that women are not too focused on da’wah because outemluan speaking in public is considered a perpetual thing. This article aims to describe the role of female ulama in da’wah in Islamic boarding schools. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study indicate the role of female clerics in da’wah in Islamic boarding schools as managers, educators, teachers, motivators and uswatun hasanah.***Perempuan memiliki peran yang sama dalam berdakwah, namun masih banyak orang yang beranggapan bahwa perempuan tidak terlalu berperan dalam dakwah karena perempuan yang berbicara di depan publik dinggap sebagai hal yang tabuh. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran ulama perempuan dalam dakwah di pesantren. Adapun metode yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif deskripsif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa, peran ulama perempuan dalam dakwah di pondok pesantren sebagai manajer, pendidik, pengajar, motivator dan uswatun hasanah.Keyword : women’s roles, da’wah, pesantren.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the emergence of social media now that causes changes in community behavior both in culture, ethics and prevailing norms. Advances in technology and information make changes in the lifestyle and behavior of individuals and organizations. So this study aims to determine the effect of the intensity of Instagram use on the spiritual attitude of IIQ Jakarta female students. This study used quantitative research methods in the form of a survey. The respondents in this study were female students in their eighth semester at the Faculty of Tarbiyah, with a population of 113 and a sample size of 88. The data was then analyzed using simple linear regression. The results of calculations using simple linear regression analysis obtained t_hitung -1.880 < 1.987 t_table. So Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted, it can be stated that the hypothesis proposed by the author is rejected. Thus it can be concluded that there is no significant influence between the intensity of Instagram usage on the spiritual attitude of IIQ Jakarta female students.

Abstract

Persuasive communication is very important in shaping awareness, attitudes, and behavior, especially in the development of Islamic communities. In Kendal Regency, socio-religious life is influenced not only by culture and tradition, but also by legal regulations that govern social order. This study aims to analyze how persuasive communication from a legal perspective contributes to the sustainable empowerment of Islamic communities. Using a qualitative approach, data was obtained through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. The results of the study show that the integration of legal values and Islamic principles strengthens social participation, increases legal awareness, and encourages the formation of an independent and empowered society. This study offers an integrative conceptual model between persuasive communication and legal legitimacy as a humanistic, adaptive, and relevant da'wah strategy in the context of Islamic society at the local level.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the form of da'wah communication contained in the novel Rembulan Tenggelam di Wajahmu by Tere Liye. As a popular literary work, this novel not only presents an interesting storyline, but is also full of moral and religious values and da'wah messages. The research method used is a qualitative content analysis approach. Research data was obtained by identifying, classifying, and interpreting da'wah messages contained in dialogue, narrative, and character. The results show that da'wah communication in this novel is conveyed through messages of faith, sharia, and morals, which are depicted through the life journey of the main character in facing trials, regrets, and the search for the meaning of life. In addition, the author successfully presents da'wah messages that are relevant to the readers' daily lives, so that they can inspire and motivate them to strengthen the values of faith and piety. This research is expected to contribute to the study of literature-based da'wah, as well as add references regarding non-conventional da'wah media through works of fiction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Akuntansi Forensik, Whistleblowing System dan Audit Investigasi Dalam Pengungkapan Fraud Pada Inspektorat Daerah Provinsi Kalimantan Timur Dan Inspektorat Daerah Kota Samarinda secara parsial dan secara simultan. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini yaitu dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada auditor yang bekerja di Inspektorat Daerah Provinsi Kalimantan Timur dan Kota Samarinda. Dari hasil analisis uji secara parsial diketahui bahwa akuntansi forensik dan whistleblowing system tidak berpengaruh signifikan dalam pengungkapan fraud. Sedangkan audit investigasi berpengaruh signifikan dalam pengungkapan fraud. Hasil pengujian secara simultan menyatakan secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan dalam pengungkapan fraud.

Abstract

Inflasi merupakan salah satu permasalahan ekonomi yang menjadi perhatian pemerintah terutama bank sentral karena akan berdampak pada perekonomian suatu negara. Bank Indonesia menerapkan Inflation Targeting Framework sebagai kerangka kebijakan moneter dalam rangka mencapai inflasi yang rendah dan stabil dengan menetapkan BI rate sebagai sasaran operasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel moneter, yaitu BI rate, nilai tukar, dan jumlah uang beredar terhadap inflasi di Indonesia sejak penerapan Inflation Targeting Framework. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah Vector Error Correction Model. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam jangka panjang hanya variabel BI rate yang berpengaruh signifikan dan negatif terhadap inflasi di Indonesia. Dalam jangka pendek, variabel BI rate dan nilai tukar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap inflasi di Indonesia, sedangkan variabel jumlah uang beredar tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap inflasi di Indonesia. BI rate sebagai sasaran operasional kebijakan moneter ITF mampu mendominasi dalam pembentukan inflasi di Indonesia, selain variabel inflasi itu sendiri.

Abstract

This study analyses truth claims and multicultural values made by school teachers. This research is necessary because schools have teachers and students with different cultural, customs and religious backgrounds. These differences sometimes become obstacles to creating harmony in schools. Misunderstandings, especially in understanding religion due to students' ignorance, have triggered disputes in association at school. This type of research is field research using exploratory qualitative methods. At the same time, the research approach uses sociological-anthropological and structural-functional. This study uses primary data from interview results, while books, journal articles, and relevant literature are used as secondary data. Research data were collected using non-participant observation techniques, structured interviews, and documentation. The research objects were school principals, teachers of Islam, Christianity and Hinduism, and Muslim, Christian and Hindu students. The collected data were analyzed inductively. This study found that teachers in schools are still at the level of understanding of pluralism in religion and tend to be tolerant but have yet to implement multicultural values profoundly and equitably in schools. In addition, learning the doctrine of religious truth is in synergy with multicultural understanding in interfaith in the school environment. However, it is still applying an attitude of tolerance between religious communities. This research contributes to cultivating students' pluralist attitudes by mapping the pluralist attitudes of pro-anticipation students before conflicts occur in multicultural societies in religious education learning.

Abstract

This research identifies distribution schemes and achieving balance in financial income from a sharia perspective. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with literature study as the main tool in data collection. The data sources used come from books, journals, notes and summaries of previous study findings. The results show that Islam regulates the distribution of assets, social security, and wealth to achieve justice, equality, and social welfare. Sharia principles include justice, equality, and prosperity. The main instruments include zakat, the prohibition of usury, and inheritance rules. The distribution scheme in sharia economics emphasizes justice, blessing and sustainability. Through zakat, infaq, profit-sharing and mudharabah mechanisms, income is redistributed fairly. Achieving balanced financial returns requires cross-sector engagement and a holistic approach. However, challenges such as social inequality, economic uncertainty and infrastructure limitations must be overcome.

Abstract

Breastmilk (ASI) is the best source of food for babies, because breast milk has many contents that are very beneficial for babies. One of the benefits obtained is as an immune system in the body. So that achieving exclusive breastfeeding will reduce the infant mortality rate. Data from the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2020 stated that the rate of exclusive breastfeeding was 44% during the 2015-2020 period, this is also in line with a survey conducted by Lambantorium in 2018 which stated that the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in Indonesia was still very minimal at 27 .6%. Efforts that can be made to increase the scope of breast milk production are by paying attention to the nutrition of breastfeeding mothers, where one effort that can be made is  using plants to fulfill the nutrition of breastfeeding mothers. Plants that can be used are kapok banana blossoms. Where the Kepok banana flower is a type of plant that is easy to obtain, and the content contained in the Kapok banana flower is useful in increasing breast milk production. The aim of this service is expected to improve the status of successful coverage of exclusive breastfeeding and provide the latest study material regarding methods for increasing breast milk production.

Abstract

Reliable clinical diagnosis of Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms (SNPs) is necessary for personalizing tamoxifen medication according to CYP2D6*10 genetic variations. Our research aimed to create a recombinant plasmid for external control material with a molecular size of 3812 bp. The recombinant plasmid was achieved by cloning an 838 bp gene insert of CYP2D6*10 rs1065852 into a 2974 bp pJET1.2 plasmid into Escherichia coli DH10B and selection on ampicillin agar medium. Isolated E. coli recombinants provided the plasmid molecules for analysis. Bi-directional sequencing and Real-Time PCR confirmed the presence of wild-type and mutant rs1065852 DNA fragments in the plasmid, namely homozygote CC and TT. The conclusion is that we have successfully introduced a novel recombinant plasmid developed by cloning the SNP rs1065852, which carries the 100C>T mutation, using pJET 1.2/blunt system, which could significantly enhance the accuracy of clinical SNP diagnostics for personalized medicine in breast cancer treatment.
