Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mempelajari bagaimana kinerja karyawan di CV Sule Tailor dan Konveksi dipengaruhi oleh employee engagement dan kompetensi karyawan. Sebanyak 40 responden dari total tenaga kerja berpartisipasi dalam teknik sampling jenuh dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang telah tervalidasi. Reliabilitas dan validitas data yang dikumpulkan telah diuji. Regresi linier berganda dipakai dalam analisis data dengan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 26. Uji yang dilakukan secara bersamaan menunjukkan bahwa kinerja secara signifikan meningkat akibat employee engagement dan kompetensi. Selain itu, dalam uji parsial ditunjukkan bahwa employee engagement dan kompetensi secara signifikan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian ini, peningkatan kinerja individu dan kelompok memerlukan baik kompetensi maupun keterlibatan karyawan. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat berfungsi sebagai pedoman bagi studi mendatang yang menyelidiki elemen-elemen yang berkontribusi terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja di sektor UMKM konveksi. Penelitian ini dirancang untuk melanjutkan penelitian ilmiah terkait manajemen sumber daya manusia, dengan perhatian utama pada kinerja karyawan. This research aims to investigate the influence of employee engagement and worker competencies on employee performance at CV Sule Tailor and Konveksi. A total of 40 respondents, drawn from the entire workforce, participated through saturated sampling techniques, employing a validated quantitative approach. The collected data underwent reliability and validity assessments. Multiple linear regression was utilized for data analysis via SPSS software version 26. Simultaneous testing revealed that performance significantly improves due to employee engagement and competencies. Furthermore, partial testing indicated that both employee engagement and competencies substantially enhance worker performance. Based on these findings, boosting individual and group performance necessitates both competencies and employee involvement. It is anticipated that this research will serve as a reference for future studies exploring factors contributing to workforce productivity in the UMKM tailoring sector. This investigation is structured to advance scholarly work on human resource management, with a primary focus on employee performance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan dan pengetahuan investasi terhadap minat berinvestasi pada Generasi Z di Kecamatan Telukjambe Timur Kabupaten Karawang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif verifikatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel simple random sampling, melibatkan responden dari Generasi Z yang berdomisili di Kecamatan Telukjambe Timur. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji regresi linier berganda, yang meliputi uji parsial (uji t) dan uji simultan (uji F). Hasil uji parsial menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berinvestasi, sementara pengetahuan investasi berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap minat berinvestasi. Selanjutnya, hasil uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan dan pengetahuan investasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berinvestasi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa pengetahuan investasi menjadi faktor utama yang mendorong minat berinvestasi pada Generasi Z, sedangkan literasi keuangan berperan sebagai faktor pendukung ketika dikombinasikan dengan pengetahuan investasi. Kontribusi penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memperkaya kajian akademik di bidang keuangan perilaku serta menjadi referensi bagi penelitian selanjutnya yang mengkaji minat berinvestasi pada Generasi Z. This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy and investment knowledge on the interest in investing among Generation Z in Telukjambe Timur District, Karawang Regency. The research method used is a quantitative verification method with a simple random sampling technique, involving respondents from Generation Z who reside in Telukjambe Timur District. Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The partial test results showed that financial literacy did not have a significant effect on investment interest, while investment knowledge had a significant and positive effect on investment interest. Furthermore, the simultaneous test results showed that financial literacy and investment knowledge together had a significant effect on investment interest. The conclusion of this study is that investment knowledge is the main factor that drives investment interest among Generation Z, while financial literacy plays a supporting role when combined with investment knowledge. The contribution of this study is expected to enrich academic studies in the field of behavioral finance and serve as a reference for further research on investment interest among Generation Z

This study aims to analyze and explain how leadership and work culture influence employee performance at the Population and Family Planning Control Office (DPPKB) of Karawang Regency, both partially and simultaneously . Utilizing a verification method with a quantitative approach , the research involved the entire population of 38 employees as respondents through a saturated sampling technique . Data were collected via questionnaires and processed using multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing . The results partially indicate that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance , with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 . Similarly , the work culture variable is proven to have a significant partial effect on performance . Simultaneously , leadership and work culture significantly influence employee performance with a 72% contribution , as indicated by an R Square value of 0.720 . In conclusion , strengthening leadership patterns and internalizing positive work values serve as key instruments in enhancing employee performance at DPPKB Karawang Regency to achieve established organizational targets .

Studi ini tujuannya untuk menganalisa dampak beban kerja dan disiplin kerja kepada kinerja pegawai. Teknik yang dimanfaatkan ialah metode kuantitatif dengan metode mengumpulkan data melewati kuesioner yang dibagi ke 81 responden. Analisis data dilakukan memanfaatkan bantuan SPSS dengan metode uji t parsial, uji F simultan, koefisien determinasi, dan regresi linear berganda. Temuan penelitian memperlihatkan bahwasanya disiplin kerja dan beban kerja berdampak sig dan positif kepada kinerja pekerja baik dengan cara simultan atau parsial. Nilai koefisien determinasi memperlihatkan bahwasanya kedua variabel dapat memperjelas kinerja karyawan sejumlah 30,7%, sedangkan sisanya mendapatkan pengaruh oleh faktor lain yang ada di luar penelitian. Education plays a fundamental role in shaping human personality, especially character development through a planned and continuous process. This study aims to analyze the role of character education and parenting in shaping the personality of students in a pesantren environment. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through participatory observation for 3 months, in-depth interviews with 15 santri, 5 caregivers, and 3 kyai, as well as analysis of curriculum documents and daily records. The findings show that consistent parenting patterns through the example set by the clerics (80% of students imitate positive behavior), the habit of worship such as daily tahajud and weekly muhadharah, and hirz discipline (strict supervision) contribute significantly to student character. Specifically, religious attitudes increased from 65% to 92% (behavioral observation), morals were nurtured with a 40% decrease in violations in 6 months, and social behavior improved through tahfidz group collaboration (75% active participation). These results confirm the integration of character education with systematic parenting as the key to optimizing students' personalities. The study's conclusion recommends replicating this model in other Islamic boarding schools to strengthen Islamic-based character.

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh budaya kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kabupaten Karawang, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian gacorqq menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif, dengan populasi sebanyak 54 pegawai yang ditentukan melalui teknik sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert dan dianalisis gacorqq dengan SPSS versi 27 melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, serta koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian gacorqq menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Budaya Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, sedangkan Disiplin Kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Namun, secara simultan kedua variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, sehingga peningkatan kinerja pegawai sektor publik memerlukan sinergi antara penerapan budaya kerja dan disiplin kerja.

Perum Bulog merupakan perushaan yang bergerak di bidang logistic pangan dengan kegiatan usaha meliputi pergudangan, perdagangan komoditas pangan dan usaha eceran. Penurunan penjualan gula di Perum Bulog Kancab Karawang disebabkan oleh beberapa kendala, seperti keterbatasan stok gula, sulitnya menemukan mitra RPK (Rumah Pangan Kita), serta masalah disiplin kerja dan kepatuhan terhadap prosedur yang ketat. Selain itu, penerapan budaya organisasi belum berjalan secara optimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik member check menggunakan observasi, waancara aniani4d mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa budaya organisasi telah telah diterapkan dengan cukup baik dan memeberikan dampak positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, namun masih menghadapi kendala dalam penerapan budaya organisasi seperti keterbatasan sumber daya manusia dan tugas lapangan yang mendesak. Oleh karena itu, peneliti menyarankan agar Perum Bulog Kancab Karawang melakukan evaluasi dan penyesuaian dalam pelaksanaan budaya organisasi, serta peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan dapat mengembangakan penelitian ini dengan menambahkan variable lain seperti kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja untuk memperoleh hasil yang lebih komprehensif.

Character development efforts through a variety of educational institutions and through various methods continue to be developed. The problems in article this study are: first¸ What is The Values of Manners Education based on Faith according to ShaykhNawawi al-Bantani in the book Qāmīu at-Tughyān? second¸ What is the relevance Values of Manners Education based on Faith according to ShaykhNawawi al-Bantani in the Qāmī'u at-Tughyā book with the current context of moral education?The purpose of this study is to describe and critically analyze the Values of Manners Education based on Faith according to ShaykhNawawi al-Bantani in the book Qāmīu at-Tughyān and its relevance to the current context of moral education.While the usefulness of this research theoretically is to add scientific insight about moral education and can be a reference material in digging up information in order to add to scientific treasures. And its practical uses for education observers namely contribute to becoming a reference and scientific treasure in deepening scientific horizons. This study uses a descriptive qualitative analysis approach with a type of library research. While the data collection techniques is based on documentation. And the data analysis technique is the content analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that the classification of faith-based moral education in the book Qāmi'u At-Tughyān According to Shaykh Muhammad Nawawi Al-Bantani can be divided into five categories. First, morals towards Allah Swt.Second, morals towards Prophet Muhammad Saw.Third, morals towards Religious expert. Fourth, morals towards fellow people and Fifth, morals towards ourself.

Purpose of the study: The aim of this research is to provide insight and knowledge regarding the effectiveness of school principal leadership in relation to improving the quality of education. Methodology:This research uses a descriptive approach. This research uses questionnaires, interviews and documentation methods. The research subjects were 30 respondents, using population techniques. Data collection uses a questionnaire instrument to collect data on the effectiveness of school principal leadership with efforts to improve the quality of education. The collected research data was analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis techniques. Testing research hypotheses uses correlation analysis. Main Findings:The results of this research found that there is a relationship between the effectiveness of the principal's leadership and efforts to improve the quality of education at the Sudirman Islamic Vocational School Ungaran, this can be seen from the significance value <0.05. The significance value is Sig. (2-tailed) obtained is 0.000. So the better the effectiveness of the school principal's leadership, the better the efforts to improve the quality of education. The strength of the relationship can be seen from the Pearson correlation value of 0.460 which is categorized as having a moderate relationship. Novelty/Originality of this study: This research has the novelty of exploring the important role of principals in stimulating innovation, driving collaboration, and building supportive learning environments to improve the overall quality of students' educational experiences.
