Abstract

Stomata are a special part of plants, namely a number of leaf epidermal cells, both the upper and lower surface epidermis of the leaves. Stomata function as a place for CO2 to enter from the air in the process of photosynthesis, where respiration and transpiration take place so that stomata are an important tissue in plant metabolic processes. Observing stomata using a microscope is an effective and easy way to determine the type of stomata in angiosperm plants. This research was conducted on November 19 2022 with the aim of determining the type and diversity of stomata on several types of coffee plants at the Indonesian Coffee and Cocoa Research Center. The method used in this research is an exploratory survey method, while the replica method is used to look at leaf stomata, namely applying nail polish to the leaf surface and identifying the type of stomata using a qualitative descriptive method. The survey found that there were 9 types of coffee plants at the Indonesian Coffee and Cocoa Research Center. The results of the research show that the type of stomata on coffee plants based on the number and arrangement of neighboring cells is classified as a parasitic type. This can be seen from the presence of two neighboring cells surrounding the guard cell and the location of these cells parallel to the guard cell.

Abstract

Abstract During the Covid-19 pandemic, all lines had to do 3M, namely washing hands, wearing masks and maintaining distance. The policy taken by the government during the Covid-19 pandemic was that all citizens were required to work from home to anticipate the spread of the virus. One of the impacts of this policy is the decline in the community's economy, so the government provides assistance to the community to help the economy. In order to receive this assistance, the Dukuh Village government must collect data on its residents affected by Covid-19. The data collection process cannot be carried out face to face and most Dukuh Village officials are not yet able to take advantage of technological advances. This is motivation for the service team to help provide solutions by holding training on creating Google forms for Dukuh Village officials as a medium for collecting data on residents affected by CoViD-19. The aim of providing this training is so that the Dukuh Village Government can obtain valid data and continue to follow the health protocols set by the government. The hope is that the expertise possessed by Dukuh Village officials can then be used for other purposes according to the needs of the village government.   Keywords : Google Form, Pendataan, Desa Dukuh, CoViD-19

Abstract

The use of energy which always comes from fossil fuels will eventually run out, so the development of renewable energy or alternative energy is very important to maintain petroleum reserves and as a substitute for fossil fuels which are the main energy source. One alternative energy is biomass which has not been widely used by the gasification method. The gas produced by the gasification process is utilized by burning it in a flare to get a flame. In this study, the 3D simulation method with Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) was used to determine the temperature distribution on the flare walls using CFD simulations and to compare the temperature of the flare walls from the CFD simulation results with the test results. The results of this study, the distribution of combustion occurs in the flare with a temperature of 1106°C in the upper area close to the outlet boundary. The wall temperature comparison shows that the CFD simulation tends to be similar to the test results. This shows that computational fluid dynamic simulations can be used to predict fluid flow rates and combustion reactions.

Abstract

The existence of Basmati rice among the upper middle class in Indonesia is increasingly popular. Unfortunately, this rice is only grown in northern India and Pakistan. Fulfillment of rice must be imported and the price in Indonesia is relatively expensive. Responding to this phenomenon, the Center for Rice Research (BB Padi), the Agricultural Research and Development Agency succeeded in assembling a special rice variety Basmati. And given the name Baroma, an abbreviation of type Basmati Aromatic rice. And Baroma rice was launched in Subang in 2019 until now it has been recorded that several agricultural lands in Subang have planted this type. The more types of rice varieties, the more types of rice will be found. So that it will make consumers difficult to distinguish between types of rice with one another. Therefore, we need a solution to overcome this problem. And one solution that can be used is to use AI technology, as in the research we did. Using the CNN algorithm produces very good accuracy for detecting types of rice such as the type of data used for training data and test data. From the results of the model training carried out, it produces an accuracy rate of 98,52% while model testing to see how well the model predicts the label correctly is 97,80%.

Abstract

Addressing response and treatment of the community toward the development of the Ahmadiyya Jamaat in Indonesia, the Indonesia Ulema Council (MUI) issued a fatwa about the Ahmadiyya. For the Assembly of scholars of Indonesia itself, the Ahmadiyya movement without exception strayed from the teachings of Islam should be. However, in addressing this we must have a holistic paradigm, not only looking at it from one side, but also from the other side that it could be a different insight. This paper focuses itself on the impact of the fatwa of the MUI No: 11 the Congress VII MUI/15/2005 about the Ahmadiyya in Inondesia as well as State policy in ensuring the confidence of citizens according to the religion they believe related to the case of Ahmadiya. This paper is the result of field research qualitative descriptive nature. The Data collected by means of interviews and the documentation is then analyzed by means of a content analisys. While the approach used is a sociological approach. From the results of the study it was concluded that the fatwa about Ahmadiyah, a methodology does not use the MUI resource hierarchy procedure of Islamic law with good practice. In this fatwa, the MUI analyze an issue using the approach and istislahi bayani. The impact of this bull to the community can be divided into two groups. First, the positive impact of the suspension of the confusion about the position of Ahl al- Sunnah wal Jamaat ulema (MUI) in the Ahmadiyya issue fatwas and this also reduces the birth of the Islamic body, split in two, the negative impact of curbing freedom of thought. State policy in the case of Ahmadiyah, which approves the MUI that categorize the Ahmadiyya as flow sest. The Government is likely to be half-hearted in resolving the case of Ahmadiyah. In General, this fact gives an overview that Government protection against minority groups is still questionable.
