Abstract

This research aims to determine the optimization of the Online Single Submission (OSS) system at the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office for Micro and Small Enterprises in Lubuklinggau City and the factors that hinder it. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method intended to provide a clear and comprehensive depiction with assured accuracy of the existing issues. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results indicate that the optimization of the OSS system at the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office for Micro and Small Enterprises in Lubuklinggau City has been quite optimal because: 1) Communication within OSS through socialization to the public regarding OSS and communication from OSS operators and the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office has been good, as business actors are given explanations on the requirements for processing until the business identification number (NIB) is issued, in line with the vision and mission of the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office; 2) The resources (operators) tasked with operating the OSS application system number two people, as OSS services do not take a long time because when all requirements have been fulfilled by business actors, the service can be quickly completed, supported by facilities and infrastructure such as computers, printers, and internet networks; 3) The disposition or attitude and commitment of the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office have been quite good.

Abstract

This study aims to understand entrepreneurship education by implementing an Islamic work ethic in the patchwork community in Pringsewu Regency. This research was conducted on the community of patchwork craftsmen in Pekon Sukamulya, Banyumas sub-district, Pringsewu Regency from 2019 to 2021 with a qualitative approach type of research was phenomenological. Data can be obtained using observation and interviews, and documentation. Researchers used data analysis techniques starting from preparing units, data categorization, and data interpretation. The results showed that Islamic work ethic-based entrepreneurship education carried out by the patchwork community in Pringsewu Regency in order to improve social welfare was carried out through; maintaining the quality of the products produced, setting prices that are adjusted to market analysis, carrying out promotions, providing exemplary service to customers. This research has implications for the importance of implementing management and educational values in every organizational activity carried out to be able to provide maximum results according to the expectations of all parties.

Abstract

Terjadinya kasus kista ovarium yang tinggi disebabkan oleh kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat khususnya wanita mengenai kesehatan reproduksi, kurangnya kesadaran untuk memeriksakan kesehatan pribadinya. Oleh karena itu, melalui penelitian ini, dilakukan perancangan aplikasi sistem untuk mengidentifikasi kista ovarium dengan berbasis web, sebagai solusi untuk penderita kista ovarium yaitu para wanita yang malu dan tertutup untuk berkonsultasi mengenai kesehatan pribadinya secara langsung. Sistem dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penalaran berbasis kasus (CBR). Jika ada kasus yang mirip maka penalaran untuk menimbang kasus terdekat menggunakan metode Bayes. Hasilnya sistem akan tetap dapat memberikan rekomendasi solusi terbaik bagi kasus baru berdasarkan solusi kasus lama yang terdekat tingkat kemiripannya

Abstract

Moringa (Moriga oleifera Lam) is not only a vegetable but also has benefits and ingredients that are good for the health of the body, Moringa also contains vitamins, minerals, protein and fat. One of the most prominent contents of Moringa is antioxidants, especially the leaves which contain high antioxidants. Based on phytochemical tests, Moringa leaves (Moriga oleifera Lam.) contain tannins, steroids and triterpenoids, flavonoids, saponins, inter-quinones, and alkaloids, all of which are antioxidants. This service is carried out in several stages, the first stage is the preparatory stage with activities to coordinate with the head of SMA Negeri 1 Kuta Baro Aceh Besar Regency regarding the cooperation agreement and place of implementation, preparation of workshop materials and preparing time and activities for implementing the workshop on the theme Processing Technology of Moringa Leaf Flour as a Substitution of Natural Coloring Materials for Food Processing. Community service participation in this case involved 23 teacher participants along with 12 student participants from SMA Negeri 1 Kuta Baro, Aceh Besar Regency as training participants with a total of 35 participants. With this activity, cooperation can be established between SMA Negeri 1 Kuta Baro, Aceh Regency. Based on the results of the dedication that has been done, it is known that the teachers and students of SMA Negeri 1 Kuta Baro Aceh Besar Regency are enthusiastic in participating in community service activities related to the themes presented by the presenters regarding knowledge of technology development and the latest innovations in producing a product. The training provided is training needed by partners such as in the analysis of problems which reveals that current problems are related to processed food snacks using dangerous synthetic chemical dyes.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi edupreneur mahasiswa dalam menumbuhkan literasi anak usia dini melalui program bimbingan belajar (bimbel) calistung di kavling kamboja kecamatan sagulung. Peningkatan minat literasi pada anak-anak dapat didorong melalui dukungan bimbingan belajar calistung di Kavling Kamboja, Kecamatan Sagulung. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik analisa data yaitu: observasi, wawancara, dan pengumpulan dokumen. Dari hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa keterlibatan mahasiswa dalam mengelola edupreneur bidang pendidikan melalui bimbel calistung memberikan dampak positif dalam menumbuhkan literasi anak usia dini di kavling kamboja kecamatan sagulung, serta pengembangan keterampilan edupreneur mahasiswa.

Abstract

Background/purpose. In Indonesia, teacher training programs have become a contemporary issue in every national curriculum reform because their implementation has not been consistently organized, especially in hinterland areas. Therefore, improving teachers’ competence should be organized sustainably through effective and efficient training management. This study investigates the current issues in teacher training management in the Hinterland Area. This research is important to conduct to obtain accurate information that can be used as positive input to the government in formulating new policies. Materials/methods. To achieve the research goals, the researchers used a qualitative approach with triangulation in the data analysis. Collecting data through online surveys and administered interviews with 3,140 teachers from the hinterland area in the Province of Riau Kepulauan, Indonesia. The observation was also organized to ensure the data was collected from surveys and administered interviews. Results. The study found: (1) Teacher training management includes planning, organizing, implementing, controlling, and evaluating. (2) These functions are not implemented effectively or efficiently. (3) The main problem is the implementation function, which is not uniform, fair, sustainable, or integrated with the needs of teachers in the hinterland area. (4) Teachers' competence is still low because they rarely attend the training program. Conclusion. Our findings make a significant contribution to the literature on teacher training management by highlighting the importance of effective and efficient management in improving teacher competence and education quality, particularly in hinterland areas. The findings support the theory of training management, emphasizing the need for planning, organizing, implementing, controlling, and evaluating training programs to achieve desired outcomes. This study paves the way for future research directions to develop a teacher-training management model based on hinterland areas.

Abstract

Sampah merupakan permasalahan lingkungan yang hingga kini masih menjadi tantangan besar dalam kehidupan masyarakat, termasuk di pedesaan. Kawasan yang kurang terlayani infrastruktur pengelolaan sampah, masih ditemukan penumpukan sampah yang mengganggu estetika lingkungan, termasuk di lingkungan rumah tangga, pinggiran jalan, dan bahkan di kawasan yang dikelola oleh kelompok swadaya masyarakat. Kabupaten Sijunjung merupakan salah satu kabupaten di provinsi Sumatera Barat yang menghadapi permasalahan dalam hal pengelolaan sampah. Kabupaten Sijunjung memiliki 1 TPA dan kapasistas TPA tersebut masih terbatas. Apabila permasalahan sampah belum menemukan solusi dan belum dapat mencapai titik terang maka jumlah sampah akan terus meningkat jika dalam penanganannya masih belum serius. Pengelolaan sampah merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam tata kelola lingkungan dan kesehatan masyarakat. KKN UNP Nagari Latang mengusulkan program ecobrik dan plang edukasi sampah sebagai upaya pengelolaan sampah di Nagari Latang. Program ecobrik ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengurangi sampah, memperpanjang umur plastik dan mengubahnya menjadi sesuatu yang bermanfaat. Program plang edukasi sampah bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan kesadaran kepada masyarakat akan pentingnya pengelolaan sampah yang benar.

Abstract

The transformation of teachers’ roles from facilitators to learning coaches has become a pedagogical necessity in the era of globalization, particularly in English language teaching, which demands autonomous learning, metacognition, and 21st-century competencies. This article examines the shift through three lenses: the historical foundations of Islamic education, contemporary learning theories, and empirical findings from recent research (2017–2023). Using a systematic literature review, the study synthesizes evidence on the effectiveness of educational coaching and assesses its conceptual alignment with the Islamic conception of teachers mu’allim, murabbi, and muaddib. Findings indicate that learning coaching not only enhances instructional practice and students’ self-regulated learning (SRL) but also aligns with the core values and aims of Islamic education. The study proposes an integrative framework combining pedagogical, linguistic, character-based, and spiritual dimensions for English language learning in Islamic educational settings.

Abstract

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever is one of the health problems in Indonesia that tends to increase in the number of patients and spread more widely and can cause extraordinary events (KLB). The prevalence of DHF in Kendari City in 2024 is 0.474% or 474/100,000 population, while the national figure is 0.03%. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with DHF cases in the community within the working area of the Lepo-Lepo Community Health Center through an epidemiological study approach. This was a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design. The population consisted of 7,134 households, with a sample size of 99 respondents. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling. The analysis method used the chi-square test. The results showed that DHF was significantly related to PSN knowledge (0.000<0.05), 3M Plus behavior (0.000<0.05), resting places (0.029<0.05), and indoor air humidity (0.003<0.05). The conclusion is that there is a relationship between PSN knowledge, 3M Plus behavior, resting place, and indoor air humidity. This study suggests that efforts to prevent DHF in the Lepo-Lepo Community Health Center working area should focus on intensively improving education and socialization regarding mosquito breeding site eradication (PSN) and 3M Plus behavior to the community. In addition, environmental control, such as managing mosquito resting places and regulating indoor air humidity, should be a priority to reduce the habitat of Aedes aegypti mosquitoes.

Abstract

Potential hazards in laboratories can arise from various sources, such as chemical, physical, ergonomic, biological, and mechanical hazards. This study examines the potential hazards and risk levels in the laboratories of Mandala Waluya University, which include chemical, physical, ergonomic, biological, and mechanical hazards. Using a quantitative descriptive approach through observation, interviews, and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) checklists on five main hazard aspects, risk determination was carried out based on a scale of likelihood and severity, which were classified into low, medium, and high risks. Of the 19 laboratories analyzed, most showed moderate to high risks. Therefore, this analysis focused on three laboratories with moderate to high risks, namely the Pharmaceutical Chemistry Laboratory, the Medical Electrical Technology Laboratory, and the Cytohistology Laboratory, as they had the highest risk levels, particularly related to exposure to chemical and physical hazards and the need to improve the implementation of work safety procedures. These findings emphasize the importance of strengthening risk management through the consistent implementation of K3 standard operating procedures, coupled with increased supervision, safety training, and the provision of adequate personal protective equipment to minimize the potential for accidents and ensure the safety of the academic community.
