Abstract

Learning using media is an important component in the teaching and learning process. For this reason, researchers want to develop learning media in the form of modules on Kahoot! with the theme of despicable traits for Madrasah Aliyah MAN 1 Plus Bengkalis Skills level. The methodology used in this research is research and development (R&D) involving 34 teachers and 50 class X students where the data collection process was taken directly by researchers using an instrument in the form of a media assessment questionnaire which explains the media module on Kahoot and then asks respondents to answer and assess the quality of the media. The data obtained was analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results of the research show that the value of the learning media components assessed by teachers (N=34 ; sd = 0.124.) in the very feasible category. So learning using Kahoot media! can be used as a tool for conveying information so that learning can run well and students can learn in a pleasant atmosphere.

Abstract

Promotion is one way to spread information, so as to persuade/influence the audience to be willing to be loyal, accept, or buy towards a company or product. One form of promotional media that is effective in increasing the prospect of an object is online comics. Online comics are digital media that are dynamic and in accordance with technological developments. Based on this, this study aimed to evaluate the use of online comics among Universitas Terbuka students as a means of education and promotion. This research is development research using the ADDIE model with limitation of only on response test or evaluation of the use of online comics. The research was conducted by involving 60 students from various study programs. The data collection was done using an online questionnaire consisting of seven constructs with 34 questions related to evaluating the use of online comics. The data collected was then analyzed using SPSS version 23.00 for Windows. The results showed that the students' evaluation of the use of online comics in the seven constructs had an average of 3.11 in the "good" category. Therefore, students as agents of change in education are expected to be able to think openly about changes and alternatives offered by technology to improve the quality of learning.

Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi salah satunya ditandai dengan penggunaan media pembelajaran yang melibatkan teknologi. Media pembelajaran yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah media pembelajaran game berbasis website pada alamat website wordwall.net. Untuk itu, peneliti ingin mengembangkan media pembelajaran berupa modul di wordwall.net dengan tema makna nama surah dalam Al-Qur'an untuk Tingkat SD SDIT Kabupaten Bengkalis. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (RD) yang melibatkan 30 guru dan 50 siswa di kelas V dimana proses pengumpulan data dilakukan langsung oleh peneliti menggunakan instrumen berupa kuesioner penilaian media yang menjelaskan modul media dalam wordwall.net dan kemudian meminta responden untuk menjawab dan menilai kualitas media. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penilaian guru terhadap komponen media pembelajaran termasuk dalam kategori "Sangat Setuju", sedangkan rata-rata skor siswa termasuk dalam kategori yang sama dengan skor 4,7 dari 5. Media pembelajaran ini dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai pilihan yang sangat baik untuk belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam, terutama dalam hal materi tentang arti nama surah dalam Al-Qur'an, sesuai dengan evaluasi baik guru maupun siswa.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang pesat telah mengubah berbagai aspek kehidupan manusia, termasuk di bidang pendidikan. Transformasi pendidikan di era Revolusi Industri 4.0 menuju Society 5.0 mendorong integrasi teknologi digital dalam proses pembelajaran, termasuk dalam mata pelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam (SKI) yang memiliki karakteristik naratif, historis, dan kronologis. Salah satu inovasi yang menjanjikan dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran SKI adalah penggunaan media pembelajaran interaktif berbantuan platform Educaplay. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah berbagai studi terkait pengembangan dan implementasi media Educaplay dalam pembelajaran SKI melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) berbasis metode PRISMA. Artikel yang dianalisis diperoleh dari database Google Scholar, DOAJ, dan Garuda, dengan kriteria inklusi mencakup publikasi tahun 2020–2025, berfokus pada pengembangan media Educaplay, dan relevan dengan konteks pembelajaran keislaman, khususnya SKI. Sebanyak 15 artikel dipilih dan dianalisis berdasarkan aspek desain media, metode pengembangan, karakteristik peserta didik, dan dampak terhadap hasil belajar. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Educaplay efektif dalam meningkatkan minat belajar, pemahaman materi, serta keterlibatan aktif siswa melalui fitur interaktif dan gamifikasi. Media ini juga dinilai mendukung penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka dengan pendekatan yang fleksibel, menyenangkan, dan kontekstual. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Educaplay dapat menjadi alternatif strategis untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran SKI di madrasah dalam menghadapi tantangan era digital.

Abstract

Instrumen penelitian merupakan faktor penting dalam suatu penelitian yang di dalamnya terletak kebenaran hasil penelitian yang menentukan kesimpulan. Jika Instrumen yang digunakan salah, tidak dapat mengukur dengan benar objek yang seharusnya diukur. Instrumen digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dan mengukur objek suatu variabel penelitian. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji instrumen keterampilan kreatif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah instrument yang telah disusun oleh peneliti sudah valid dan realibel. Manfaat dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk memperoleh instrument yang valid dan realibel sehingga layak digunakan dalam penelitian. Instrument memuat 4 konstruk yaitu kelancaran berpikir, keluwesan berpikir, elaborasi dan originalitas. Selain itu setelah dilakukan analisis terhadap instruent maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa instrument yang telah disusun telah valid dan reliable sesuai dengan kriteria persyaratan yang telah ditetapkan oleh para ahli

Abstract

Twenty-first century education demands deep conceptual understanding and applied abilities to address the challenges of modern learning. This study aims to identify the main difficulties faced by elementary school students in science subjects and propose relevant solution strategies to enhance learning effectiveness. Employing a mixed-method approach, the research integrates quantitative and qualitative analyses gathered from two IPAS teachers and thirty sixth-grade students through questionnaires, interviews, and observations. Results reveal that two topics ÔÇ£LetÔÇÖs Get to Know Our EarthÔÇØ (63.33%) and ÔÇ£Harmony in LifeÔÇØ (36.66%) are the most challenging, significantly affecting student engagement and comprehension during lessons. Various solution strategies, including the use of Canva media, spinning earth surface visualizations, LKPD worksheets, 3D sociodrama, and interactive animation videos, have demonstrably improved studentsÔÇÖ conceptual understanding and active participation. These findings highlight the importance of innovative media and contextual strategies in supporting more effective and meaningful science learning at the elementary level.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the profile and science literacy skills of fifth grade elementary school students and (2) differences in science literacy skills based on age, ethnicity, gender, parental education and parental occupation. This study used a survey method with a quantitative approach, with a total sample of 60 people taken through purposive sampling technique. All data were collected through test questions distributed online and analyzed quantitatively using the IBM SPSS 24 application and the Two - way ANOVA test. The results showed that: (1) aspects of science literacy skills have an average of 77 with a good category, (2) There are no differences in science literacy skills based on age, gender, parental occupation and parental education.

Abstract

This community service program aimed to enhance digital marketing skills and develop online educational products among Generation Z. The program involved 32 participants with diverse backgrounds, predominantly aged over 24 years (59.4%) with high school/vocational education backgrounds (71.9%). Using a blended learning approach combining webinars, interactive online classes, and group mentoring, the program focused on fundamental digital marketing, social media marketing, and content creation. Evaluation results demonstrated significant success: 96.9% of participants showed improved digital marketing capabilities, with 87.5% implementing or currently implementing their acquired knowledge. The program achieved a 93.8% satisfaction rate, with participants reporting increased confidence (87.5%) and better understanding of reaching Gen Z audiences (84.4%). Key outcomes included the establishment of a content creator community, development of 6 online courses, and 7 participants actively working as educational content creators. The program successfully addressed the need for practical digital skills among youth while fostering digital entrepreneurship initiatives. Recommendations include implementing differentiated learning paths, establishing post-training mentoring programs, and strengthening industry collaborations for sustainable impact.

Abstract

The science literacy, critical thinking, and creativity skills of Grade VIII students at SMPN 4 Rengat Barat are still relatively low. This level is characterized by a tendency to copy other students’ assignments, remaining silent when they do not understand the material, and providing logical answers with little creativity. This study analyzes the effect of using Problem-Based Learning (PBL) e-modules on students’ science literacy, critical thinking, and creativity at SMPN 4 Rengat Barat. This research employs a quantitative approach with an experimental method. Data were collected using paper-and-pencil tests to measure science literacy, critical thinking, and creativity, as well as questionnaires to assess the use of e-modules. The study population consisted of Grade VIII students, with the research sample comprising class VIIIA and VIIIB, totaling 36 students in the control group and 36 in the experimental group. Data were analyzed using the t-test. The study’s results show that the use of PBL-based e-modules has a significant and positive effect on science literacy among Grade VIII students at SMPN 4 Rengat Barat, contributing 26.6% and categorized as moderate. The impact of PBL-based e-modules on students’ critical thinking is also significant and positive, contributing 28.5% and categorized as moderate. Furthermore, the effect of PBL-based e-modules on students’ creativity is significant and positive, with a 24% contribution, still within the moderate category.

Abstract

This paper examines whether there is a difference in the results of the average scores of those who carry out learning using student worksheets based on the PJBL model and those who do not use student worksheets as well as comparing the efficiency between the use of student worksheets based on the PJBL model and the use of other methods on critical thinking skills and digital literacy in electrical circuit learning material at VI-grade students of SD Negeri 007 Sekip Hulu. This research is a quasi-experimental research using a post-test control group design. The study used a population of 44 students of class VI, which consists of 22 students in the experimental class (classVIa) who used PjBL-based worksheets, and 22 students in the control class (class VIb) who did not use the worksheets. Data were collected through tests and analyzed using the Paired Sample T-Test. The results indicate that the value of Sig.(2-tailed) 0.000 is less than 0.05, which implies that there is a significant average difference between the class that used PjBL-based Student Worksheets and the class that did not use PjBL-based Student Worksheets on critical thinking skills and digital literacy of students. In addition, the calculation of the N-Gain score test of the experimental class shows 81.0717 or 81.07% with the high and effective category. This value indicates that the use of PJBL-based Student Worksheets efficiently improves students' critical thinking skills and digital literacy in learning at class VI SD Negeri 007 Sekip Hulu in electrical circuit learning material. The conclusion shows that the use of PjBL-based LKPD can improve students’ critical thinking skills and digital literacy. The recommendation from the findings conducted by the researcher is that teachers can use PJBL-based LKPD for learning in class or other subjects so that students can be motivated to participate.
