Peran merupakan aspek dinamis dari kedudukan (status). Ketika seseorang menjalankan hak dan tanggung jawab sesuai dengan kedudukannya, maka ia telah memenuhi perannya. Kepala sekolah sebagai pengambil keputusan politik di sekolah. Pendidikan Islam mempunyai peranan sentral dalam membentuk karakter dan akhlak generasi penerus. Sebagai Kepala Sekolah SMP Marif, beliau berperan penting dalam menjamin keberhasilan pendidikan Islam di sekolah tersebut. Artikel ini mengkaji peran pimpinan sekolah dalam melibatkan seluruh pemangku kepentingan untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan Islam yang berkualitas.Seorang kepala sekolah digambarkan sebagai seseorang yang: Mereka mempunyai harapan yang tinggi terhadap staf dan murid, begitu pula pimpinan sekolah. Seseorang yang mengetahui pekerjaannya dengan baik, dan menentukan suasana sekolah Menempatkan pemimpin sebagai pengelola lembaga pendidikan Islam Fungsi dan peran yang unik. Kepala sekolah adalah pemimpin pendidikan Hal ini mempunyai peranan yang sangat besar dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan Sekolah/Madrasah. Menumbuhkan semangat kerja, kerjasama yang harmonis, Minat terhadap pengembangan pendidikan.Dalam konteks ini, pemimpin sekolah berperan penting dalam mengembangkan visi Islam, mengembangkan guru dengan pendekatan Islami, mengelola sumber daya sekolah secara efisien, membangun kemitraan dengan orang tua, dan berkolaborasi dengan masyarakat sekitar. Metodologi yang digunakan meliputi observasi partisipan, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil diskusi menunjukkan bahwa peran aktif kepala sekolah sebagai pemangku kepentingan memberikan dampak positif terhadap pengembangan pendidikan Islam di SMP Marif. This study aims to explore how Islamic religious education influences the formation of individual character with high moral values. Furthermore, character education also aims to enhance the quality of educational outcomes by paying specific attention to develop personalities in line with the education graduate competency standards. Additionally, the goal of character education is to refine ethical intelligence and strengthen moral aspects by cultivating a better understanding of right and wrong things. In conducting this study, the methodology employed was systematic literature review involving gathering information from various literary sources related to the discussed topic. Statistical data utilized in this research was derived from books, research journals, and supporting articles. The research findings indicated that the role of Islamic religious education in enhancing character involved regulating and supervising the younger generation by instilling religious values, faith, piety, knowledge, and good conduct in order to ensure that despite the currents of globalization, the younger generation remains capable of upholding Islamic traditions and applying the positive values derived from the religion.

The aim of this research is to obtain information about the effectiveness of learning in the Roudhotul Muta'allimin Kindergarten class, Kadipaten District, Tasikmalaya Regency. This research method uses qualitative research with a case study type of research using the Milles and Huberman model of data analysis. Based on the research findings, it shows that: (1) Learning is effective because there is habituation and there is conformity between the school's vision and mission in realizing quality education, (2) There is teacher readiness in planning learning as well as the teacher's attitude and ability in providing an example to children, (3) the success of parents in achieving effective learning for children cannot be separated from the parenting style of parents which is influenced by the socio-economic background of the family and the intensity of time spent with children, (4) Community concern in helping schools succeed in providing effective learning, (5) The form of cooperation between stakeholders is carried out by establishing communication and involvement in school activities.

This study aims to improve the quality of education at MAN 1 Bandung through the implementation of madrasah culture based on the 2020 Education Unit Accreditation Instrument (IASP). The approach used is strategic management, which allows for the identification, analysis, and implementation of effective strategies to achieve educational goals. This study examines the extent to which the existing madrasah culture can support the improvement of educational quality, as well as how strategic management can be applied to maximize accreditation results. The findings indicate that the implementation of madrasah culture in accordance with IASP 2020, combined with appropriate strategic management, can significantly enhance the quality of education at MAN 1 Bandung.

This study examines the implementation of teacher and education personnel management in improving the quality of education at MTsN 3 Subang based on the 2020 Education Unit Accreditation Instrument (IASP). This study aims to analyse the effectiveness of the management of teachers and education personnel in improving the quality of education. The research methods used include interviews, observations and documentation studies with samples of teachers, madrasah heads and education personnel. The findings show that transparent management in recruitment, regular coaching and objective performance appraisal contribute significantly to improving the quality of education. Adaptive and innovative management encourages madrasahs to become pioneers in various educational innovations. The contribution of this research provides an effective management model that can be adopted by other madrasahs to improve the overall quality of education.

This research is intended to find out about the implementation of strategic management of the management of teachers and education personnel in improving the quality of education at MAN Kota Cimahi. This research uses a qualitative approach to find out or describe the real and facts in the field. The method used is descriptive of the phenomenon of what is observed from a meaning, interconnected and based on existing reality. The types of data used are primary and secondary. The data collection techniques used include direct observation at the research location, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction techniques, compilation of units, interpretation and conclusion drawing. This research focuses on strategic management in improving the management of teachers and education personnel at MAN Kota Cimahi. Education is one very important aspect, the management of teachers and education personnel are two main determining factors in the continuity of the teaching and learning process. The challenge of education management is now experiencing several problems such as the low quality of teachers and education personnel, lack of facilities and infrastructure, and lack of motivation and professionalism of teachers. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of strategic management in the management of teachers and education personnel at MAN Kota Cimahi is needed so that planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating can run accordingly so that the objectives of the management of teachers and education personnel run well and have a positive impact on improving performance, management of teachers and education personnel, as well as improving the vision and mission and quality of education quality.

21st-century education necessitates cooperative, collaborative learning, and mastery of information technology. To meet these challenges, madrasahs must enhance the quality of education by involving the community in planning, implementation, and monitoring programs. This research aims to explore the implementation of educational strategy management at MIN 2 Kota Bandung involving the community and its impact on improving educational quality. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection was conducted through observations and in-depth interviews with the madrasah principal, vice principal, madrasah committee, and community figures. The results indicate that MIN 2 Kota Bandung has successfully developed a clear vision and mission to enhance educational quality. The school collaborates with the community in formulating strategies including improving teaching quality, curriculum development, and enhancing educational facilities. Community participation is manifested through financial donations, book donations, and involvement in school activities. Moreover, community involvement in decision-making creates a sense of ownership and shared responsibility for their children's education. The research demonstrates that community involvement has a positive impact on improving educational quality at MIN 2 Kota Bandung. Financial support enables the improvement of educational facilities and resources, while participation in school activities enhances student motivation and academic achievement. The collaboration between the school and the community creates a conducive and supportive learning environment.

One of the efforts given by schools or madrasas to shape the character of students and have good morals, namely by making the habit of praying in congregation, both sunnah and obligatory prayers. Schools and madrasas provide opportunities for students to participate in praying together. Because with this habit, it is hoped that students will understand that prayer is a must or obligation for every Muslim, when they grow up it becomes a moral responsibility to carry it out. This study aims to determine and implement the implementation of the five daily congregational prayers in shaping the character of discipline. This type of research is a mix method, which is a combination of two forms of qualitative and quantitative approaches. The research location is in SMP and MTs Az-Zainiyyah Salabintana Sukabumi Regency, while the data collection techniques used include questionnaires, observations, interviews, and documentation. The population is 150 students of SMP MTs with a sample of 109 students. Based on a thorough data analysis on the implementation of five daily congregational prayers in shaping the character of the discipline, the researchers found several findings, namely: First, the condition of praying together five times in forming the character of discipline, in its implementation, students have not fully followed, but the program has been implemented, Second, The process of implementing the five daily congregational prayers in shaping the character of discipline is to provide motivation and direct examples by educators. Third, the inhibiting factor is the lack of self-awareness of students in improving prayer discipline at school, the supporting factor of the teacher being consistent in directing so that these obstacles can be resolved.

Education is one of the main pillars in sustainable national development. Effective financial management in schools is crucial to ensuring the quality of education, especially in private schools that often face challenges in managing resources. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of educational financial management at SMA PGRI Rancaekek using the Context, Input, Process, Product (CIPP) model. The research methodology is descriptive quantitative, with data collected through observations, questionnaires, and interviews with 50 purposively selected respondents. The findings reveal that the "Process" category achieved the highest score (82.10%), while the "Context" category had the lowest score (74.43%). These results indicate that although the financial management implementation is functioning well, external support and policy frameworks still need improvement. This research contributes to the educational management literature by offering new insights into the application of the CIPP model in private schools. The implications of this study include recommendations for enhancing policies and financial management practices in other private schools, which could ultimately strengthen the overall quality of education.

Education is the key to human resource development, and adequate funding is a crucial factor in achieving quality education. This study explores various financing strategies implemented by MAN 2 Kota Bandung in improving the quality of its human resources. Through data analysis and literature review, this article aims to identify various sources of funding, such as budget allocation, government grants, community contributions, and partnerships with the private sector. The method used in this research is a qualitative case study method. The results of this study show that effective financial management has made a positive contribution to the enhancement and nurturing of human resources at MAN 2 Kota Bandung. This success is reflected in students' academic achievements, adequate educational facilities, and the improvement in the quality of educators. This article provides guidance for similar educational institutions in their efforts to enhance human resource quality through effective financial management.
