Abstract

This study aims to explore the management of educational financing at SMP Islam Bakti Asih, where efficient financial management is key to achieving educational goals. The research is motivated by the financial challenges faced by private schools due to limited resources, affecting the quality of education and the welfare of teaching staff. Using a qualitative phenomenological approach, data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation on budget planning, fund utilization, and financial oversight. The key findings indicate that the primary sources of funding come from the foundation and government (BOS) funds, which are utilized through detailed budget planning and regular financial audits to ensure transparency and accountability. The implications of these findings highlight the importance of comprehensive and proactive financial management, not only to maintain the school's financial stability but also to enhance the quality of education provided. This study contributes to the literature on educational financial management by providing insights into best practices for managing funds in private schools. Additionally, the limitations of this study include its narrow focus on a single school and the limited number of respondents, which opens opportunities for further research in broader contexts.

Abstract

This research presents an in-depth analysis of financial management at Pondok Pesantren Nurul Mukmin Attaqwa Arjasari. Through data collection methods involving on-site observations, interviews, and documentation, the research provides a comprehensive overview of financial management at Pondok Pesantren Nurul Mukmin Attaqwa Arjasari. Furthermore, the study outlines specific numerical figures for components such as school operational expenses, teacher salaries and allowances, and reserve funds. The research results offer a deeper understanding of the financial management model in this educational institution and discuss potential improvements and developments for the future. Thus, this article contributes to enhancing the effectiveness of financial management in the context of Pondok Pesantren Nurul Mukmin Attaqwa Arjasari. This research indicate the primary source of funding for the Pondok Pesantren comes from donations and contributions from the community, as well as income from supplementary educational activities. There is a need to improve the budget planning process. While planning exists, more structured and clear policies need to be implemented to optimize fund utilization. Overall budget utilization has been efficient, but there is room for improving financial management in specific areas, such as enhancing the competence of human resources. These research findings provide a foundation for educational institutions to enhance their financial management model and plan more effective and sustainable future steps.

Abstract

The development of the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) and Character Education curriculum in Senior High Schools (SMA) is crucial amidst increasingly complex social dynamics. This research aims to analyze the curriculum development process of PAI and Character Education, focusing on the implementation of character-based learning methods. The research employs a qualitative approach through literature review to explore relevant theories and concepts. The research design centers on identifying curriculum development principles, including the stages of planning, implementation, and evaluation. The findings reveal that effective curriculum development involves intracurricular, co-curricular, and extracurricular activities, with the primary goal of shaping students with strong moral character and a deep understanding of religion. A holistic curriculum that is relevant to students' needs can strengthen their moral character and mitigate the negative influences from external environments. The implications of this research highlight the importance of collaboration between schools, parents, and the community in developing a PAI curriculum that can address contemporary challenges and prepare young generations to face modern life with integrity.

Abstract

Landasan psikologis merupakan landasan pemahaman khususnya bagi peserta didik ketika mempelajari segala sesuatu yang berkaitan dengan sifat dan perilaku manusia. Setiap  siswa mempunyai ciri khas pada setiap  tahap perkembangannya. Guru perlu memahami perbedaan karakteristik siswanya agar segala sesuatu yang berkaitan dengan proses pemberian materi pembelajaran dapat diselenggarakan dengan lebih mudah dan efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh landasan psikologis dalam pengembangan kurikulum terhadap proses pembelajaran PAI khususnya materi Al-Hadis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan gaya penelitian perpustakaan. Sumber data artikel ini adalah buku, artikel majalah, dan lain-lain yang berkaitan dengan judul artikel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh pengembangan kurikulum dasar psikologis terhadap proses pembelajaran PAI MTs Darul Arkam Putra Kelas VII Materi Quran Hadits terdapat pada tiga wilayah. Metode pembelajaran dan penilaian pembelajaran. Materi pendidikan untuk siswa sekolah dasar terdiri dari berbagai jenis definisi dan informasi rinci. Guru PAI diharapkan merancang pembelajaran yang memungkinkan anak berpindah dan berpindah lokasi, menggunakan metode yang serius namun santai, dan melaksanakan pembelajaran yang mendorong kerja sama siswa. Penilaian hasil belajar PAI dapat dikategorikan menjadi tiga aspek yaitu  kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing how much influence cognitive development has on students' critical thinking in PAI subjects in elementary schools. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational type with the aim of knowing the relationship between each variable. Involved 35 samples taken from grade 4-6 students at SDN Pelita Jaya by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale and making observations. In the initial findings it was revealed that there were some students who tended not to be able to maximize the level of their critical thinking power caused by inappropriate cognitive development. The results of this study indicate that the data normality test for variables X and Y using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov is fairly normal. With the results of the linear regression test showing that Y = 27,722 + 0.612X with a value of Fcount > Ftable, namely 27,289 > 4.14, the regression model is linear. While the R2 value is 0.453 which indicates that cognitive development affects students' critical thinking by 45.3% which can be categorized as rather low. Then the tcount > ttable with a significance level of 0.05%, namely 5,224 > 2,034 which shows that there is a correlation that is strong enough to make H0 rejected and Ha accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to find out (1) a description of students' use of Gadgets in the Aqidah Akhlak subject of MA Asy-Syari'ah (2) an overview of the Moral Development of MA Asy-Syari'ah students and (3) the effect of using Gadgets on the moral development of MA Asy Students - Shari'ah Waluran. This type of research is quantitative research using the ex-post facto method. The research was conducted at MA Asy-Syari'ah Waluran, Kab. Sukabumi. In this study, the population was 112 students of MA Asy-Syri'ah. And taking samples using random sampling technique with a total sample of 24 students. The data collection technique was carried out using an instrument on the Gadget usage scale and the student moral development scale. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics to answer the problem formulation and inferential statistics using a simple regression test. Based on the results of descriptive statistical analysis, the use of gadgets has a mean value of 81.41, while moral development has a value of 84.08. The results of a simple regression (inferential statistics) obtained an R2 value of 0.155 or in the form of a percentage of 15% and the remaining 85% was influenced by variables not involved in this research. This means that there is an influence between the use of gadgets and the moral development of MA Asy-Syari'ah Waluran students. Based on the significant test to analyze inferential statistics, the value of 0.008 <0.05 strengthens the hypothesis that the use of gadgets affects the moral development of MA Asy-Syari'ah Waluran students.

Abstract

In Islamic Religious Education, there is a need to innovate in the development of PAI teaching materials that are capable of creating interesting and meaningful learning. Looking at the current reality, it turns out that the quality of Islamic religious education still does not meet expectations. In its true sense, the goals of Islamic Religious Education have still not been achieved optimally. The aim of the research is to design an innovation strategy for developing PAI learning materials. In this research, the research method used is library research. In its implementation, the author collected data from several literary sources in the form of journals, theses, or other research related to learning concepts, constructivist learning theory and Islamic religious education. Furthermore, the results of the research regarding the implementation of PAI material development strategies in general can be said to be going well and in accordance with the implementation steps.

Abstract

Regulasi baru terkait penyaluran Dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) dan peningkatan jumlah siswa baru melebihi alokasi anggaran sering menimbulkan tantangan. Keadaan ini membuat anggaran BOS dianggap kurang memadai, terutama dengan dana pemerintah yang terbatas. Sekolah mengalami kesulitan dalam mengelola dana, berdampak negatif pada efektivitas pembelajaran. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menerapkan uji instrumen, analisis parsial perindikator, uji prasyarat, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil menunjukkan Manajemen Dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) berada pada rentang 2,60-3,39 (rata-rata 3,25), termasuk kategori sedang/cukup. Efektivitas pembelajaran mendapat nilai rata-rata 3,34, termasuk kategori sedang/cukup. Terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara manajemen dana BOS terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran di Madrasah Aliyah swasta se-Kabupaten Bandung. Koefisien determinasi menunjukkan 32,6%, menandakan faktor lain memengaruhi. Kesimpulannya, efektivitas pembelajaran di Madrasah Aliyah Swata se-Kabupaten Bandung termasuk kategori baik. Manajemen dana BOS dianggap baik dengan memperhatikan aspek perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengevaluasiannya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan sebuah langkah-langkah dalam menentukan faktor produksi biaya pendidikan, di mana lembaga-lembaga pendidikan dan individu bekerja sama untuk menciptakan, mengembangkan, dan menyediakan layanan pendidikan. Penelitian ini mengulas faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi biaya pendidikan, termasuk infrastruktur, tenaga pendidik, teknologi, kebijakan pendidikan, dan aksesibilitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan analitik deskriptif melalui library research. Produksi biaya pendidikan ini berhubungan dengan produksi biaya pendidikan dimana manajemen pembiayaan pendidikan memahami hubungan antara input yang digunakan dalam produksi (seperti tenaga kerja, fasilitas, dan sumber daya lainnya) dengan output berupa pendidikan yang diberikan. Implikasi kebijakan termasuk efisiensi alokasi sumber daya, aksesibilitas pendidikan, dan keadilan sosial dalam mendukung produksi biaya pendidikan yang berkelanjutan dan inklusif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan hasil produksi biaya pendidikan terhapdap dampak pendidikan yang terjadi di sebuah intansi.

Abstract

Saat ini era globalisasi abad ke-21 telah memunculkan persaingan antar bangsa, ekonomi global, perubahan budaya, perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi (IPTEK) yang semakin canggih. Untuk itu, diperlukan para pengelola dan pimpinan pendidikan yang mampu mengantisipasi perkembangan eksternal bagi kemajuan Sekolah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perencanaan penggunaan sarana prasarana di MTs As-Sa’adah , untuk mengetahui pengawasan sarana prasarana Pendidikan di MTs As-Sa’adah dan untuk mengetahui kordinasi antar kepala madrasah dengan guru tentang sarana prasarana Pendidikan di MTs As-Sa’adah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analitik metode ini bertujuan untuk memahami fenomena social atau kehidupan manusia dengan mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis data secara mendalam. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa Rencana Kerja dan Anggaran Madrasah (RKAM) MTs. As-Sa’adah berdasarkan Kebutuhan Tenaga Pendidik dan Kependidikan yang sudah diusulkan pada rapat Evaluasi Diri Madrasah (EDM) yang dihadiri oleh pihak Yayasan dan Jajaran MTs As-Sa’adah, Pengawasan Sarana prasarana dilakukan kepada pengguna barang dengan Pengawasan Melekat (Waskat) yang dilakukan oleh Kepala Madrasah dan wakamad bidang sarana prasaran serta oleh Pengawas Yayasan As-Sa’adah. Kepala Madarasah secara intensip melakukan kordiinasi dengan guru tentang kebutuhan sarpras yang diperlukan masing-masing guru dan TU serta mengevaluasi penggunaan yang sudah diserahkan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwasannya perencanaan, pengawasan dan kordinasi yang dilakukan di MTs As-Sa’adah sudah teroganisasir dan tersususn dengan rapih, serta pengawasan terus di tinjau oleh kepala sekolah atau steakholder.
