Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja (X1), kepuasan kerja (X2), dan loyalitas kerja (X3) terhadap kualitas kerja karyawan (Y) pada PT Arya Mobile, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 251 karyawan. Kemudian diambil sampel dengan rumus slovin sehingga diperoleh sebanyak 72 karyawan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji instrument, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, uji determinasi (R Square), uji t dan uji f. Sebagai metode penelitian statistik menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa secara simultan beban kerja (X1), kepuasan kerja (X2), dan loyalitas kerja (X3) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kualitas kerja karyawan (Y) pada PT Arya Mobile Dari hasil Uji T variabel beban kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan loyalitas kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas kerja karyawan. Dengan menggunakan Uji F variabel variabel beban kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan loyalitas kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kualitas kerja karyawan. Sementara nilai adjust R Square sebesar 0,595 menjelaskan bahwa simultan variabel beban kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan loyalitas kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kualitas kerja karyawan pada PT Arya Mobile sebesar 59,5% sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Researchers also believe that Live Streaming-Interaction on TikTok can increase purchasing decisions because more and more people know about brand types, brand quality, brand suitability, brand identity, and so on. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the influence of Live-Streamer Interaction on Purchasing Decisions. Different from previous research, this research adds the Brand Love variable as a moderating variable. This research is quantitative research with an explanatory approach. The data used in this research was obtained from distributing online questionnaires to 350 TikTok shop sellers and buyers on certain dates. These data can be called primary data. These data were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show the Live-Streaming Interaction variable can have a positive relationship and a significant influence on purchasing decisions because the P-Values value is positive and is below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.004. Otherwise, the Brand Love variable can moderate the influence of the Live-Streamer Interaction variable on the Purchase Decision variable because the P-Values results show a positive direction and are below 0.05. Thus the first and second hypotheses in this research can be proven and accepted.

Abstract

Kegiatan eksperimen dalam laboratorium merupakan hal yang sangat dibutuhkan dalam mendukung pembelajaran di sekolah, utamanya bagi mata pelajaran sains. Namun sejak merebaknya pandemi COVID-19, pelaksanaan eksperimen secara tatap muka di laboratorium menjadi tidak memungkinkan sehingga sistem pendidikan memanfaatkan laboratorium virtual demi memenuhi kebutuhan belajar siswa. Saat ini, meskipun pandemi telah mereda, penggunaan laboratorium virtual masih dapat dimanfaatkan dalam pembelajaran karena memiliki berbagai kelebihan, utamanya dalam mendukung keterlaksanaan praktikum bagi sekolah yang sarana prasarana laboratoriumnya kurang memadai. Meski demikian, masih banyak guru yang masih belum mengenal dan belum memanfaatkan laboratorium virtual sehingga penting kiranya dilaksanakan pelatihan bagi guru-guru. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru SMAN 10 Kendari mengenai pengembangan laboratorium virtual berbasis Microsoft PowerPoint. Metode yang dilaksanakan adalah sebagai berikut: (1) survei untuk menentukan permasalahan mitra dan solusi pemecahannya, (2) pelaksanaan pelatihan sebagai solusi untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru, dan (3) evaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pelatihan yang telah dilaksanakan berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan dan juga keterampilan guru dalam mengembangkan laboratorium virtual yang dipadukan dengan bahan ajar berbasis Microsoft PowerPoint.

Abstract

The government will be hoping for Islamic schools to prepare themselves for the implementation of a Merdeka curriculum to improve the quality of education in Islamic Schools. However, until now, the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum for Islamic Schools in Ambon City has not been optimal. This research aims to describe the causes, obstacles, and solutions in the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum of the Islamic Schools in Ambon City. This study is qualitative research in the form of a review of journal articles from the Google Scholar website. The number of journal articles found was 100, then 30 with the keyword "The role of headmaster in implementation of the Merdeka curriculum". The data obtained was in data form of the secondary then analyzed descriptively in table frequency and histogram graphs and then compared with the analysis using word clouds. The research results were that 21 journal articles concluded that the Islamic Schools were the key headmaster for implementing the Merdeka curriculum (70%), 4 journal articles concluded that responsibility was on the headmaster with the teacher for implementing the Merdeka curriculum (13.33%), and only one journal article concluded that the responsibility was on the headmaster with supervisors and teachers (3.33%). The obstacle experienced by the headmasters is that they do not yet understand the Merdeka curriculum well. The solutions found in this research are implementing socialization, BIMTEK or workshops, clinical supervision, forming a learning committee or TEAM, mentoring, monitoring, reflection, and evaluations and follow-ups.

Abstract

Strengthening children's literacy and character is a strategic effort that plays an important role in community empowerment. Literacy, which includes reading and writing skills, allows children to access information critically and wisely, improve understanding, and develop their potential. On the other hand, character education forms fundamental values such as honesty, responsibility, cooperation, and discipline, which are essential in building a resilient and ethical personality. Through strengthening literacy and character from an early age, children are prepared to become productive and competitive individuals, as well as become agents of positive change in society. This strengthening program not only has a direct impact on children, but also makes a significant contribution to improving the social and economic quality of the community as a whole. Thus, children's literacy and character are an important foundation in creating a prosperous, independent, and empowered society.

Abstract

This research identifies gaps in understanding halal business adaptation strategies amid the COVID-19 pandemic, especially in the MSME sector, focusing on case studies of Yotta and Browcyl in Makassar. This study aims to explore the development of the two products' halal businesses after the pandemic, the strategies they implemented, and the application of Sharia principles in their operations. The method used is field research with a qualitative descriptive approach through interviews and thematic analysis. The results showed that Yotta and Browcyl survived and thrived through digital transformation and halal certification despite facing significant challenges such as declining production and sales. However, this study has weaknesses in the generalizability of the findings and the lack of investigation of the long-term economic impact of the strategies adopted. For future development, it is recommended that the scope of the study be expanded by including more cases from different segments of the halal creative business industry and analyzing government policies that affect the industry. Future research is expected to provide comprehensive guidance for industry players to formulate effective strategies to face future challenges and capitalize on growth opportunities.

Abstract

The idea of Islamization of Naquib Al-Attas is basically its intellectual response to the negative effects of modern (Western) science. The concept of reality or worldview is inherent in every science, which then spreads to epistemological issues. The idea of Islamization of science was born along with the various downturns and inequalities that colored the lives of humanity due to the separation of knowledge from religion. Religion which is considered to have a central role in life needs to get more attention considering religion influences the formation of human personality. The ultimate goal of religion for humans is to return man to his former state by involving the search for his final identity and destiny through righteous deeds (good deeds).singkat.

Abstract

The Aceh High Prosecutor's Office is one of the most important parts of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia's High Prosecutor's office. The Aceh High Prosecutor's Office is the "spearhead" of the Prosecutor's Office, even the performance of the Aceh High Prosecutor's Office is often measured by the community through the success of the Aceh High Prosecutor's Office in handling specific criminal cases. One of the duties of the Aceh High Prosecutor's Office is to process data on case files which are numerous and complex. Good data management is needed to ensure that these data can be used to generate information and make decisions. From the description of the background, the author limits the problem only to the design of a special crime case data system at the Aceh High Prosecutor's Office. The purpose of the discussion is to find out and design a data system design for special criminal cases at the web-based Aceh High Court. For the perfection of this research, the authors collected data using several data collection methods, including using field studies and literature studies as well as the waterfall method as a system development model. The system will really help users or managers of special criminal case data at the Aceh High Court more quickly, easily and accurately in every activity related to Special Crimes.

Abstract

At the Sabang City Regional Financial and Wealth Management Revenue Service (DPPKKD), tax data management still uses simple methods with Microsoft Excel, causing data duplication and errors in presenting and searching for data. To overcome this, this research designs a web-based information system using PHP and MySQL. This research aims to design a Tax Arrears Information System to increase the efficiency and accuracy of information. Research methods include field studies, FlowMap analysis, interviews, comparative analysis, system design, and hardware and software specifications. The results of the analysis show weaknesses in the data processing process, such as large operational costs, difficulty in managing data, and vulnerability to data duplication. Designing a new system involves program menu structures, program flowcharts, Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), and system input/output design. The required hardware and software specifications are also explained. In conclusion, the use of information systems can increase efficiency and accuracy in managing tax arrears data in the Sabang City DPPKKD.
