Abstract

This research identifies gaps in understanding halal business adaptation strategies amid the COVID-19 pandemic, especially in the MSME sector, focusing on case studies of Yotta and Browcyl in Makassar. This study aims to explore the development of the two products' halal businesses after the pandemic, the strategies they implemented, and the application of Sharia principles in their operations. The method used is field research with a qualitative descriptive approach through interviews and thematic analysis. The results showed that Yotta and Browcyl survived and thrived through digital transformation and halal certification despite facing significant challenges such as declining production and sales. However, this study has weaknesses in the generalizability of the findings and the lack of investigation of the long-term economic impact of the strategies adopted. For future development, it is recommended that the scope of the study be expanded by including more cases from different segments of the halal creative business industry and analyzing government policies that affect the industry. Future research is expected to provide comprehensive guidance for industry players to formulate effective strategies to face future challenges and capitalize on growth opportunities.

Abstract

The idea of Islamization of Naquib Al-Attas is basically its intellectual response to the negative effects of modern (Western) science. The concept of reality or worldview is inherent in every science, which then spreads to epistemological issues. The idea of Islamization of science was born along with the various downturns and inequalities that colored the lives of humanity due to the separation of knowledge from religion. Religion which is considered to have a central role in life needs to get more attention considering religion influences the formation of human personality. The ultimate goal of religion for humans is to return man to his former state by involving the search for his final identity and destiny through righteous deeds (good deeds).singkat.

Abstract

The Aceh High Prosecutor's Office is one of the most important parts of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia's High Prosecutor's office. The Aceh High Prosecutor's Office is the "spearhead" of the Prosecutor's Office, even the performance of the Aceh High Prosecutor's Office is often measured by the community through the success of the Aceh High Prosecutor's Office in handling specific criminal cases. One of the duties of the Aceh High Prosecutor's Office is to process data on case files which are numerous and complex. Good data management is needed to ensure that these data can be used to generate information and make decisions. From the description of the background, the author limits the problem only to the design of a special crime case data system at the Aceh High Prosecutor's Office. The purpose of the discussion is to find out and design a data system design for special criminal cases at the web-based Aceh High Court. For the perfection of this research, the authors collected data using several data collection methods, including using field studies and literature studies as well as the waterfall method as a system development model. The system will really help users or managers of special criminal case data at the Aceh High Court more quickly, easily and accurately in every activity related to Special Crimes.

Abstract

At the Sabang City Regional Financial and Wealth Management Revenue Service (DPPKKD), tax data management still uses simple methods with Microsoft Excel, causing data duplication and errors in presenting and searching for data. To overcome this, this research designs a web-based information system using PHP and MySQL. This research aims to design a Tax Arrears Information System to increase the efficiency and accuracy of information. Research methods include field studies, FlowMap analysis, interviews, comparative analysis, system design, and hardware and software specifications. The results of the analysis show weaknesses in the data processing process, such as large operational costs, difficulty in managing data, and vulnerability to data duplication. Designing a new system involves program menu structures, program flowcharts, Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), and system input/output design. The required hardware and software specifications are also explained. In conclusion, the use of information systems can increase efficiency and accuracy in managing tax arrears data in the Sabang City DPPKKD.

Abstract

         This study focuses on the morphometric relationship of cultured blood cockles (Anadara granosa) and compares it with the morphometrics of cockles from natural habitats. Sampling was carried out at three stations in 2 different habitats, with a total of 90 individuals taken. The method used was a survey study with the research objects being blood cockles, substrate, and salinity. The variables observed in this study were the morphometrics of shell length, shell width, shell height, shell thickness, total weight, shell weight, and meat weight in ponds and natural habitats. The results of this study indicate that blood cockles that live in the wild have a higher size than those in ponds. Environmental conditions in ponds and natural habitats are still within normal limits of 24-30‰. The composition of the cultivated pond substrate is muddy (51%), while the natural habitat is sandy (51%).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran bahasa Madura dalam meningkatkan kearifan lokal di Pulau Madura. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi partisipatif dan wawancara dengan 20 informan yang terdiri dari tokoh masyarakat, pemangku adat, dan anggota komunitas bahasa Madura. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahasa Madura memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam mempertahankan dan mengembangkan kearifan lokal di Pulau Madura. Bahasa Madura digunakan sebagai alat komunikasi sehari-hari dalam berbagai konteks, seperti dalam keluarga, masyarakat, dan upacara adat. Bahasa ini juga menjadi identitas budaya dan alat untuk menyampaikan nilai-nilai tradisional yang ada di masyarakat Madura. Selain itu, bahasa Madura juga berperan dalam mempertahankan kearifan lokal melalui literatur lisan, seperti pantun, syair, dan cerita rakyat yang disampaikan secara lisan dari generasi ke generasi. Bahasa ini menjadi sarana untuk menyampaikan nilai-nilai budaya, sejarah, dan kebijaksanaan yang ada dalam kearifan lokal Madura. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa bahasa Madura memiliki peran yang penting dalam mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kearifan lokal di Pulau Madura. Oleh karena itu, perlunya upaya untuk melestarikan dan mempromosikan penggunaan bahasa Madura dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, pendidikan, dan budaya lokal. Dukungan pemerintah, komunitas, dan lembaga pendidikan diperlukan untuk menjaga keberlanjutan bahasa Madura dan kearifan lokal yang terkait dengannya.

Abstract

This paper is a literature review that aims to explore the optimization of learning based on local wisdom through the use of digital media in learning. In the increasingly developing digital era, the preservation of local culture faces great challenges in the midst of global information dominance. This literature review discusses optimizing learning based on local wisdom by using digital media to improve the quality of education The method used in this study is Narrative Literature Review (NLR). The literature studied shows that the use of technology in learning local wisdom is able to increase student engagement, deepen cultural understanding, and strengthen local identity among the younger generation. The technology media used include e-modules, AR, VR, Animation Videos and websites. This study concludes that learning technology media has great potential in integrating local arigan into education. As long as it is carried out in a planned and thorough manner.

Abstract

Penulisan tugas akhir merupakan tahapan krusial dalam perjalanan akademik mahasiswa, yang seringkali dihadapi dengan berbagai kendala dan tantangan. Program studi Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (PGMI) Fakultas Agama Islam di Universitas Muhammadiyah Bima mengakui pentingnya memberikan dukungan yang optimal bagi mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan tugas akhir mereka dengan sukses. Untuk mengatasi kendala-kendala yang sering dihadapi oleh mahasiswa, universitas telah merancang program Coaching Clinic sebagai solusi. Program ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bimbingan intensif kepada mahasiswa dalam mengembangkan topik penelitian, merancang metodologi penelitian yang tepat, serta menyusun laporan tugas akhir yang berkualitas. Dalam program Coaching Clinic ini, mahasiswa bekerja sama dengan mentor akademik yang berpengalaman dalam bidang studi mereka. Melalui pertemuan individual atau kelompok kecil, mahasiswa mendapatkan bimbingan yang personal dan mendalam untuk mengatasi hambatan-hambatan yang mereka hadapi. Program ini juga menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kolaboratif, di mana mahasiswa dapat saling berbagi pengetahuan dan pengalaman dengan sesama mahasiswa. Diharapkan bahwa melalui program Coaching Clinic ini, mahasiswa di program studi PGMI Fakultas Agama Islam Universitas Muhammadiyah Bima dapat meningkatkan efisiensi penulisan tugas akhir mereka serta meningkatkan kualitas akhir dari karya ilmiah yang mereka hasilkan. Selain itu, program ini juga diharapkan dapat memperkuat hubungan antara mahasiswa dan dosen pembimbing mereka, serta melahirkan lulusan yang lebih siap secara professional.

Abstract

One of the greatness and perfection of Islamic law is that it bases its sources and laws on two important sources, namely the Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, who said in the noble hadith (Indeed I have been given the Qur'an and the like thereof), as well as everything we receive in the form of sayings, practices, characteristics, and messages of the Messenger of Allah SAW. Allah SWT, including the Noble Hadith of the Prophet. This valuable prophetic heritage that we receive is a source of Islamic law and guidance. One of the most reliable things in dividing the hadiths into several types is by relying on the chain of transmission and its text, namely the chain of narrators who convey the noble hadiths to us based on the extent of their piety, faith, closeness to them. The Messenger of Allah Shallallahu Alaihi Wasallam and giving him peace, and the extent of their obedience to him. Among the types of hadith are the following: authentic hadith, authentic hadith of other people, weak hadith, and authentic hadith. Through this research, the researcher will clarify all of these things in a simple way until the differences between each become clear.
