Abstract

The business sector in this digital era is experiencing very fundamental changes in business processes as a result of the emergence of information technology. The digital era presents a variety of new challenges and unlimited opportunities for business people. Business competition in the digital era is increasingly fierce, but at the same time, digitalization opens the door for new players to enter the market easily. Marketing does not only talk about products, product prices, distribution, but also talks about how to communicate these products to the public so that they are known, bought, and then become loyal. Conventional marketing strategies are carried out to convince consumers to buy the products or services offered, as well as digital marketing strategies, which have the aim of convincing consumers to buy the products or services offered and increase brand awareness of the products or services offered by using various supporting tools. and internet media.

Abstract

Abstract

Border regions are currently entering a new paradigm of regional development. As a region that emerged as a result of globalization and policy decentralization, there has been a shift in the security paradigm towards prosperity. Characteristics that are different from other regions (immobility of production factors, transaction costs and delays, different economic systems, institutional issues, zoning and the role of the informal sector) encourage the economic function of the region on the internal and external side. The economic perspective in border areas tends to improve along with this paradigm change. Facing the challenges of economic development involves identifying the main problems that affect economic growth and progress, as well as formulating appropriate strategies and policies to overcome these problems. This involves cooperation between government, the private sector, civil society, and international institutions to achieve sustainable economic development. The economic development strategy for border areas is related to efforts to stimulate economic growth. This strategy supports existing policies and includes planning strategies in the medium and long term. These strategies include: encouraging conducive and operational regulations in the field of economic development in border areas, compiling a road map for effective and operational spatial planning, improvising infrastructure development that is responsive to needs (hard & soft infrastructure), increasing the role of leading sectors and encouraging sectors others in growth, increasing attention to the sustainability of development and development of Human Resources, facilitating internal and external trade.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of accounting quality on investment efficiency and investigates the moderating role of female executives in Indonesia’s property and real estate sector. Using data from 65 property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (2021–2023), the study employs data panel regression analysis. The results reveal that accounting quality significantly improves investment efficiency by reducing information asymmetry and minimizing inefficient capital allocation. However, the moderating role of female executives is not significant, suggesting that their current representation in managerial positions remains limited to influencing investment outcomes. The findings emphasize the importance of transparent accounting information in enhancing investment efficiency and the potential of gender diversity to strengthen governance in capital-intensive industries

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) has great potential to increase understanding and application of religious values that are in line with local wisdom. However, existing learning modules often do not integrate these two aspects explicitly, resulting in a gap between theory and practice. This research aims to develop a PAI learning module based on local wisdom and assess its effectiveness in increasing student understanding and engagement. This research uses literature research methods, by collecting and analyzing sources relevant to the development of PAI modules and local wisdom. The research results show that learning that integrates PAI with local wisdom not only enriches students' religious knowledge but also increases their understanding of the application of these values in their social and cultural context. The module developed successfully integrates examples of local wisdom that are relevant to PAI subject matter. Abstract

This study examines the strategic role of the Palangka Raya City Government and the awareness level of business actors in developing a halal economic ecosystem in Central Kalimantan. Using a qualitative approach through literature studies, interviews, and observations, this research is based on the Sustainability Governance Theory to analyze the continuity of regulations in supporting the halal economy, as well as the Fraud Pentagon Theory (Crowe Howarth, 2012) to identify obstacles in the implementation of halal certification based on five elements: pressure, opportunity, rationalization, capability, and arrogance. The halal economic ecosystem in Central Kalimantan is influenced by two main factors. First, government intervention remains dominant due to the low independent initiative of business actors in obtaining halal certification. Second, medium-sized business actors are more aware of halal certification as both a legal obligation (juridical imperative) and a strategic investment to enhance competitiveness. From the perspective of the Fraud Pentagon Theory, pressure arises from regulatory demands and market preferences, while weak opportunity in supervision creates loopholes for the circulation of uncertified products. Medium-sized businesses have a higher level of rationalization regarding halal certification compared to micro and small enterprises, as they view it as a quality assurance and business investment. Capability is a challenge for UMKM with limited resources, whereas arrogance is observed among business actors who consider certification unnecessary. This study explores the impact of low business awareness, limited policy support, and restricted access to halal certification within the framework of the Five Pentagon Assets. The deficit in human capital is reflected in the lack of understanding among business actors, while the constraints in financial and social capital are evident in the lack of incentives and regulatory support. The sustainability of halal certification depends on strengthening these five assets through policy harmonization, optimizing awareness, and increasing the independence of business actors in consistently meeting halal standards. Abstract

This study aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of how Barasuara's Hagia manifests religious tolerance and orientational pluralism in Indonesia. It is important to highlight that the responsibility for religious tolerance and pluralism extends beyond leadership to every stratum of society. By leveraging music as a vehicle to promote pluralism and instill values within individuals at their core, this approach may prove to be more effective than other governmental-implemented formalized methods. Religion can impact the behavior of young people, who are more ardent than older people, who are more cautious. By applying a qualitative approach, this study shows how orientational pluralism in the Hagia of Barasuara exemplifies religious tolerance. Through the emphasis on divergent viewpoints and other interconnected themes, the lyrical compositions of Hagia demonstrate the potential for religious tolerance and are therefore indicative of a pluralistic and diverse ethos. In conclusion, the lyrical composition suggests that pluralistic understanding can improve inclusive views toward one's own and other religions. Hagia's recognition and admiration of various religious beliefs demonstrate that sheer relativism is insufficient; individuals must show proactive compassion for others.
