Abstract

Zakat Institutions and marketplace platforms have established a collaboration to adapt to the growing shift toward digital transaction patterns in managing Zakat, Infaq, and Shadaqah (ZIS). Marketplaces offer convenience in ZIS collection, while LAZ ensures Sharia compliance in fund management. This study highlights how such collaboration significantly expands the reach of ZIS collection, presenting immense potential, but also identifies challenges in ensuring Sharia compliance and accountability. The research employs a qualitative methodology to explore the dynamics of the collaboration between Zakat Institutions and marketplace platforms. Thematic analysis was applied to identify key themes related to the opportunities and challenges of the collaboration. The research contributes to the understanding of digital platforms' role in faith-based financial management, offering practical insights for enhancing cooperation between LAZ and marketplaces. It emphasizes the need for dialogue, public education about ZIS and qurban, and system adjustments to ensure Sharia compliance. The findings have practical implications for improving digital ZIS management through enhanced accountability and regulatory frameworks, making this collaboration a model for leveraging technology in religious fund management

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the thermal performance of the starboard main engine on a tugboat, specifically a Mitsubishi type S6R2-T2MTK3L, by focusing on the phenomenon of exhaust gas temperature increase. Measurements were conducted over six days under two operational conditions: towing an empty barge and towing a fully loaded barge. The results indicate that the exhaust gas temperature was significantly high in both conditions, with a temperature difference of 40 °C at low engine speed and up to 100 °C at high speed. These findings suggest incomplete combustion, indicating the need for further improvement in the engine's combustion process. Meanwhile, fuel temperature remained relatively stable in both conditions, with a maximum difference of only 3 °C at medium and high engine speeds, suggesting that the fuel delivery system is operating safely. The analysis of specific fuel consumption (SFC) revealed inconsistent trends in relation to engine speed. The highest SFC was recorded at 600 rpm while towing a fully loaded barge, at 0.01855 l/kWh. The highest engine torque was 7523.885 Nm at medium speed, while the lowest torque was 7165.605 Nm at high speed. This study concludes that high exhaust gas temperatures serve as a primary indicator of combustion inefficiency in the starboard main engine, requiring further evaluation to maintain operational efficiency and safety of the tugboat.

Abstract

Family law has a central role in the study of Islamic law because it is considered the starting point for understanding Islamic law. In the mid-20th century, reform and renewal occurred. This research aims to describe the history of family law that occurred in Islamic countries using normative research methods. Data collected through relevant document sources related to the history of family law. The results of this study are as follows: 1) Islamic countries are defined as countries that apply Islamic law purely and countries with the largest adherents of Islam; 2) Family law reform is divided into two categories: intra-doctrinal reform and extra-doctrinal reform; 3) Family law reform began in Turkey in the early 20th century, followed by Egypt, Iran, Syria, Pakistan and Indonesia.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pelatihan Penyusunan Modul Pembelajaran Berbasis Project .(PBJL) dan Penyusunan Modul Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah (PBL) IKM dilaksanakan selama 1 (satu) hari di SD Inpres Tamanyelleng Barombong Kab. Gowa, pada tanggal Sabtu 26 Agustus 2023 dengan tujuan; a). Guru- Guru memiliki pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang Implementasi Kurukulum Merdeka Belajar ,b) Guru- Guru memiliki pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang Modul Ajar, c). Mampu mempelajari dan mampu menyusun Modul Pembelajaran Berbasis Project Basic Learning (PBJL), d). Mampu mempelajari dan mampu menyusun Modul Pembelajaran Berbasis Problem Basic Learning (PBJL)., e). Mempraktekkan Cara Penyusunan Modul Pembelajaran Berbasis Project PBJL dan Problem Basic Learning (BPL).Adapun sasaran Pelatihan Penyusunan Modul Pembelajaran Berbasis Project .(PBJL) dan Penyusunan Modul Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah (PBL) IKM yaitu peserta guru- guru yang tergabung dalam Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG ) SD Tamanyelleng Barombong Kab. Gowa, dengan jumlah 62 orang guru. Berdasarkan hasil kusioner mengukur tingkat pemahaman peserta guru- guru Kelompok kerja Guru SD Manyellengang Barombong kab Gowa yang berjumlah 62 orang Guru adalah kategori baik sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan Penyusunan Modul Pembelajaran Berbasis Project .(PBJL) Dan Penyusunan Modul Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah (PBL) IKM Berhasil. tetapi walaupun secara rata- rata item materi baik masih ada materi yang memerlukan perbaikan seperti; 1). Pemahaman terhadap P5 dan Project Based Learning dan PBL, 2). Karakteristik Pembelajaran Berbasis Project dan Problem Basic Learning, 3). Prosedur Penyusunan Modul Ajar dan Praktik Penyusunan Modul Ajar PBJL dan PBL.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manfaat dan mudharat dari penggunaan marketplace Shopee bagi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di daerah Medan Helvetia berdasarkan pandangan filsafat bisnis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pelaku UMKM yang aktif menggunakan platform Shopee. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dampak positif dari penggunaan Shopee antara lain adalah peningkatan akses pasar, peningkatan penjualan, dan efisiensi operasional. Marketplace ini berhasil membuka peluang bagi UMKM untuk mengakses pelanggan yang lebih luas dan meningkatkan eksposur produk mereka. Dari sisi efisiensi, pemilik UMKM merasakan kemudahan dalam manajemen pemasaran dan transaksi penjualan. Namun, penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi sejumlah dampak negatif. Beberapa di antaranya adalah ketergantungan yang tinggi terhadap platform, persaingan harga yang ketat, dan adanya biaya administrasi tambahan. Ketergantungan yang tinggi pada Shopee membuat UMKM rentan terhadap perubahan kebijakan platform. Selain itu, persaingan yang ketat memaksa pelaku usaha untuk terus menekan harga, yang dapat mengurangi margin keuntungan. Dari sudut pandang filsafat bisnis, penggunaan marketplace Shopee memberikan wacana etis dan strategis terkait keberlanjutan dan kemandirian bisnis UMKM. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar pelaku UMKM memperluas strategi pemasaran melalui berbagai kanal digital untuk menciptakan bisnis yang lebih resilien dan berkelanjutan. Filsafat menjadi penting bagi bisnis karena dalam filsafat seseorang akan menemukan arti bagaimana sebuah hubungan manusia dan antar manusia itu dapat bermakna bagi kehidupannya.

Abstract

Business ethics is crucial to be addressed in the era of globalization, which often neglects moral and ethical values. Therefore, Islam emphasizes that business activities should not merely aim to satisfy desires but should also strive to achieve a balanced life with positive and non-destructive behavior. Yusuf al-Qaradâwi views that modern business significantly contributes to solving ethical issues comprehensively. His moderate perspective reflects that the business ethics he proposed is a form of professionalism that will ensure business sustainability. Conducting business ethically means running a profitable venture in accordance with Islamic law. This research is a type of library research, where data collection techniques are carried out through literature studies from books, theories, journals, and other information relevant to the research problem and objectives. The results of this study are expected to enhance understanding of Islamic business ethics and provide deeper insights into its relevance to the thoughts of Yusuf al-Qaradawi. The practical implications of this research provide guidance for business practitioners, academics, and policymakers in integrating business ethics that align with Islamic values into modern business practices.

Abstract

Bangun datar merupakan objek geometri yang terdiri dari sudut, garis, dan titik. Permasalahan penelitian ini, yaitu ditunjukkan dengan adanya 9 siswa dari 20 siswa dengan persentase 45% belum mempunyai hasil belajar bangun datar yang baik. Sehingga peneliti melakukan penelitian tersebut. Tujuannya untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar bangun datar peserta didik kelas 4 SDN 208 Palembang. Metode penelitiannya yaitu penelitian tindakan kelas model Kemmis dan Robbin McTaggart yang terdapat 4 langkah penelitian, yakni perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Ditunjukkan hasil penelitian bahwa adanya kenaikan ketuntasan belajar dengan jumlah siswa dari pra siklus sejumlah 11 orang, siklus 1 sejumlah 13 orang, dan siklus 2 sejumlah 16 orang. Selain itu, adanya kenaikan rata-rata ketuntasan belajar dari pra siklus yaitu sebanyak 71,5 dengan kategori baik, siklus 1 yaitu sebanyak 74,0 dengan kategori baik, dan siklus 2 yaitu sebanyak 80,5 dengan kategori baik. Bukan hanya itu, adanya kenaikan persentase hasil belajar dari pra siklus yaitu senilai 55% atas kategori cukup, siklus 1 yaitu senilai 65% atas kategori cukup, serta siklus 2 yaitu senilai 80% atas kategori baik. Berdasarkan data yang sudah dipaparkan, bisa ditarik kesimpulan bahwa penggunaan media puzzle untuk peningkatan hasil belajar bangun datar efektif mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar bangun datar peserta didik secara efektif dan signifikan.

Abstract

This activity aims to provide digital food and beverage training in order to increase knowledge, and implement and produce high-quality and hygienic food to consumers by utilizing various online media to grow increased income for the Banda Aceh Cake industry. The location of community service activities is carried out offline at Banda Aceh Cake on the 18th to the 22nd of November 2021. Community service activities use methods with stages of presentation, discussion, case studies, and evaluation. The results of the activity provide knowledge for participants and owners of food technology innovation by staying abreast of the development of the food industry and adapting to trends so that the technology used in the digital food and beverage industry benefits businesses and consumers, especially for Banda Aceh Cake.

Abstract

The specific purpose of the research is to generate concepts and develop new models to assess higher education performance by referring to Study Program Accreditation (APS 4.0) and Institutional Accreditation (APT 3.0) BAN-PT which can monitor and evaluate quality performance, and document in accordance with accreditation instruments, as well as implement an intelligent system algorithm that is able to assess the quality of higher education performance. Broadly speaking, this research is divided into three stages of research, namely pre-development data collection, development and implementation, and post-development data collection. From the results of the distribution of questionnaires on the use of the application, it has been seen from the support and Universities that relatively positive needs are needed as applications to support the accreditation process. At the end of 2020, this application has been implemented for PT AMIK Indonesia's accreditation activities and the response from Assessors has been very good and this application can replace the use of Google Drive as a documentation medium in the accreditation assessment process. The use of the flutter framework supports attractive visualizations with a fast development process.

Abstract

The Guest Reservation Information System is an important aspect of data management at SEI Hotel. The aim is to simplify and direct the acquisition of information related to guest reservation reports. In this research, the author discusses the design of a Guest Reservation Information System at SEI Hotel using the CodeIgniter framework. Programming is carried out using HTML, PHP, CSS, JSON, AJAX, and MySQL as database support. This research aims to design a Guest Reservation Information System at SEI Hotel using the CodeIgniter framework and using the programming languages HTML, PHP, CSS, JSON, AJAX, and MySQL as database support. Data collection was carried out through two methods, namely library studies which included library book literature and related scientific works, as well as field studies by conducting interviews and direct observation of research objects. The guest reservation process at SEI Hotel is carried out by an administrative staff in the financial sector, who is tasked with recording and inputting guest reservation report data. The research results show that the Guest Reservation Information System at SEI Hotel has followed procedures using the CodeIgniter framework and the programming languages HTML, PHP, CSS, JSON, AJAX, and MySQL as database support
