ANALISA HEAT RATE PADA TURBIN UAP BERDASARKAN PERFORMANCE TEST PLTU TANJUNG JATI B UNIT 3 - Sunarwo; - Supriyo

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Heat rate pada turbin uap berdasarkan performance test. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi di PT PLN (PERSERO) Pembangkit Tanjung Jati B unit 3. Untuk mengetahui nilai Heat rate pada siklus turbin uap digunakan metode perhitungan berdasarkan kesetimbangan massa uap “steam” dan energi dalam “ entalpi” yang masuk dan keluar turbin dengan daya keluaran generator (output generator ). Efisiensi turbin uap dapat dilihat dari energi panas yang dimasukkan untuk menghasilkan listrik sebesar 1 kwh dan turbine Heat rate. Efisiensi turbin uap dapat juga dihitung dengan membandingkan energi bahan bakar yang dibutuhkan untuk setiap 1 kwh dengan turbine Heat rate. Hasil analisis yang didapatkan yaitu kurva turbine Heat rate berdasarkan performance test dengan nilai terbaik adalah 7981,97 kJ/kWh, dan terendah 8043,122 kJ/kWh . Untuk kurva efisiensi turbin uap diperoleh nilai tertinggi adalah 45,1 %, dan nilai terendah adalah 44,75 %. Kata kunci : turbin uap, performance test, turbine Heat rate, efisiensi turbin uap

Konseling pada infark miokard suatu aktivitas yang didalamnya terdapat satu orang yang membantu dan satu orang lain yang menerima bantuan untuk memecahkan masalah penyakit infark miokard, konseling dapat mengembangkan ketrampilan dan mengadopsi pendirian atau sikap seseorang merasa dihargai. Dengan tujuan memberikan informasi, pemecahan masalah, meningkatkan komunikasi perawat dengan klien infark miokard. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui perbedaan pengetahuan dan sikap sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan konseling pada klien infark miokard di ruang rawat inap dewasa rumah sakit panti waluya malang. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis komparatif dengan populasi klien infark miokard di ruang rawat inap dewasa rumah sakit panti waluya malang dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 30 orang responden. Diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling, dengan alat ukur kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan t-test, dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa seluruh responden 30 orang responden (100%) mempunyai pengetahuan baik, serta dari semua memiliki sikap positif dalam pemberian konseling pada klien infark miokard. Dari uji statistic t-test dapat disimpulkan ada perbedaan pengetahuan dan sikap sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan konseling pada klien infark miokard. Today, modification on motorcycle body cover has become a new automotive business. The main components for modifying the motor body cover are glass fibre, resin and catalyst. Catalysts are substances that can accelerate reactions, the more catalyst composition, the less time it takes to react. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of variations in catalysts on composite properties. The test is carried out by giving the catalyst in 4 variations (2.5%, 5%, 10%, and 20%) to 157 BQTN resin. The specimen was tested using ASTM D-256 for impact/hardness, ASTM D-790 for bending, and ASTM D-638 for tensile strength. During this study, we found that the 2.5% catalyst give good results for impact, bending, tensile strength, and also modulus young.

Handsanitizer gel is composed of various additives such as geling agents, humectants and neutralizing / stabilizing agents. This material is certainly a basic ingredient that will affect the shape and quality of the preparation. Carbopol is very good when used, so that low levels can provide a significant viscosity response. Eleven hand sanitizer gel formulas with variations of carbomer, aloe vera and TEA were tested for their physical properties including organoleptic, homogeneity test, pH test, spreadability and adhesion test . The optimum formula is obtained by using the Simplex Lattice Design method, then the results are analyzed using an expert design software. The optimum formula for oleum citri hand sanitizer gel contains 0.944 with carbomer 0 (0.5%), aloe vera 0.471 (5.239%) and TEA 0.529 (0.576%). The t test results obtained showed insignificant differences between the response of the physical properties of the experiment results and the prediction software. The objective of the research is to analyze and determine the factors that cause unclaimed dangerous goods and find the right procedure of disposing them at Import warehouse line 1 area Soekarrno Hatta Airport. The research was conducted due to a lot unclaimed hazardous cargo laying at import storage terminal cargo recently. The research was using 5 (five) dimensions (Environment, Method, Equipment, Procedures, and Man Power). The method used qualitatif descriptive approach with Fishbone as a tool, then continue with five why keys to find out the solution for the main problem. Based on the result, the warehouse operators still need to improve the way of handling and storaging as well as disposing the cargo by coordinating more with other institution concerned to ensure safety compliance based on national and international regulation.

In order to improve the performance of cargo warehouse owned by PT JAS, layout redesigning is carried out. It is to facilitate the operator in storing, moving, and carrying cargo so that these activities can run quickly and systematically with relatively low cost. By using the method of Cube per Order Index (COI) that refers to the data of import cargo movement in 2010, it is found that the utilization of PT JAS warehouse at Soekarno-Hatta international airport can still be optimized up to a hundred percent from the current condition.

The furniture industry is experiencing the problem of uncertainty in determining the optimal amount of wood raw material inventory. Fuzzy logic is one of the methods used to analyze systems that contain uncertainty. This study discusses the application of fuzzy logic in solving the problem of supplying wood raw materials in the furniture industry with the Fuzzy-Mamdani approach. The data used in this study are data on the entry, distribution, and supply of wood raw materials from January to December 2018. The design of the system to obtain output is carried out in the following stages: (a) Formation of fuzzy sets, (b) Application of functions implications, (c) Composition of rules, (d) Affirmation (defuzzification). Solving the problem using the Fuzzy Tsukamoto method is carried out by the Tsukamoto method with the help of Visual Basic software so that the desired results will be obtained on the output variable. From the results of calculations using the Fuzzy Tsukamoto method, it can be analyzed that the comparison between the realized wood raw material inventory with the Fuzzy Tsukamoto approach looks different and the results from the Fuzzy Tsukamoto approach are more optimal.

Supplier performance appraisal is an important decision in a company, because it will increase the company's competitiveness in the face of highly competitive business competition. PT. JQK is currently selecting suppliers who will supply mahogany wood raw materials with five suppliers, namely Manggala Jati, UD. Jati Mukti, “Mukti” Teak Wood Shop, Gunung Hijau, and Indah Sentosa. In this study, the best supplier performance assessment used the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. This method is based on the concept of pairwise comparison for each existing hierarchy in the existing hierarchical structure. The criteria used in this selection are 3 criteria and 6 sub-criteria that support each criterion. The criteria that can be used for supplier performance assessment are time, quality, and price. Sub-criteria that can be used in evaluating supplier performance are on time delivery, lead time, specifications of raw materials, quantity of raw materials, purchase price of raw materials, and transportation costs. Based on calculations using the AHP method, the supplier with the best value is the “Indah Sentosa” supplier, whose value is 0.344 or 34.420%.

Effect of gibberellin to honeydew severity and agronomical characters of soybean genotypes attacked by Bemisia tabaci Dyah Kusuma Wardhani Syakhbikhisma Arsy; Siti Zubaidah; Heru Kuswantoro

One of the factors that reduces soybean production is pest attack such as Bemisia tabaci. To increase soybean production, the physiological processes of the plant have to grow well causing optimal plant growth. It can be optimized by adding gibberellin. The research aimed to study the influence of gibberellin concentrations to honeydew severity and agronomical characters of soybean genotypes attacked by Bemisia tabaci. The gibberellin was given when the soybean plant was 35 days after planting. The gibberellin concentrations were 0, 25, 50, and 75 ppm. The result showed that the difference gibberellin concentrations did not affect honeydew severity, but the genotypes affected honeydew severity. The most susceptible genotype was shown by Gumitir. In the agronomical characters, UM 4-1 had the highest number of filled pods, but it was not significantly different from the variety of Wilis and UM 2-4. It was closely related to the number of total pods in which UM 4-1 also became the genotype producing the greatest number of total pods, although the yield was not quite different from the variety of Wilis and UM 2-4. Genotype of UM 4-1 also showed the highest number of total reproductive nodes per plant. The seed thickness was also influenced by genotype × gibberellins interaction. UM 2-4 at 50 ppm resulted the thickest seed. The 50 ppm concentration can provide an impact with the greatest number of total reproductive nodes per plant than the other concentrations. UM 2-4 also showed the highest number of total pod at 75 ppm concentration. The 50 ppm concentration is recommended to be given since it can influence the number of filled pod, number of total pods, seed thickness and number of total reproductive nodes per plant. The gibberellin concentration significantly influenced the number of filled pods, number of total pods, and number of total reproductive nodes per plant.

Soybean is a commodity that has an important role as the source of protein, but its production is affected by various factors including disease. CpMMV (Cowpea mild mottle virus) is one of the most damaging viruses that cause soybean disease. CpMMVs belong to the group of Carlavirus that are transmitted by whitefly (Bemisia tabaci). The use of CpMMV resistant plants as biological control can prevent viral diseases. Indonesia has many soybean germplasm from many regions and introduction from other countries that need to be evaluated for CpMMV. The assessment technique for soybean resistance to CpMMV is not available yet, but it is still based on other virus diseases. The specific assessment of plant resistance is important because some diseases can cause certain symptoms, depends on the resistance and the kinds of plants that are infected. This paper presents the assessment technique for soybean resistance to CpMMV infection, which can be used for various purposes and studies. One of the benefits is to find out soybean resistance to CpMMV or other objectives. This resistance assessment is not only based on leaves symptoms, but also based on the phenomenon of foliar symptoms recovery.
