Abstract

When discussing with members of the Women's Farmers' Group in Muara Harapan Village, Muara Enim, South Sumatra, they had a number of problems as well as the reasons why salted egg production and green tea production were not growing rapidly and in fact were always decreasing every year. The problem in question is a lack of capital costs. After discovering this problem, the author discussed with other authors and village officials suggesting collaborating with Fintech in order to improve the home businesses of KWT Melati women so they can compete with competitors both online and offline. Kesimpulan artikel ini menunjukkan pertama, In a short time, the author can only do three things, namely provide education on how to use FINTECH applications, identify which FINTECHs are licensed and which FINTECHs are not licensed, and submit proposals to the Village Government, Regency Government and FINTECH Companies. Kedua, FINTECH is the easiest and fastest financial institution to provide loans, so according to the author, FINTEC is the most suitable financial institution.

Abstract

Discrimination in education often occurs in people's lives. This discrimination arises because of the blurring of public awareness about the multi-ethnic and multi-religious plurality that grows in a diverse society. Discriminatory practices can occur due to religious interests, ethnic differences, economic aspects, and health dimensions. This article uses literature research and a qualitative approach and analyzes with a descriptive study of verses that teach values without discrimination. The verses used are Surah Al-Hujurat [49]: 13, Abasa [80]: 1-11, and Al-Maidah [5]: 8. The results of the study conclude two namely; First, Islamic education teaches anti-discriminatory values in various aspects, especially in education. Education in Islam should not prioritize individuals or groups based on material and ethnicity. Second, discriminatory attitudes reflect someone's heart that cannot balance justice and interests. Inclusive education will be present in society if an open attitude, willingness to get to know each other, and respect for differences by not discriminating against certain groups have grown in every Muslim.

Abstract

Recruitment of nurses in conflict zones often raises issues, and recruitment techniques are always difficult to adapt to the challenges that may arise in conflict environments (Sadhaan et al., 2022). The recruitment process of nurses in conflict areas often focuses on staffing needs, without considering other important criteria such as lack of information, transparency about the work environment, minimal security support, and lack of recruitment standards that are more appropriate to conflict conditions. (The lack of nurses' desire to work in conflict areas is a multifaceted problem that is influenced by various factors, including conflict management, working conditions, career expectations and systemic barriers (T. Pono et al., 2023). The purpose of this systematic review is to determine the impact of nurse recruitment for conflict areas. This study was conducted using 15 literature selections using the PRISMA approach to analyze 15 articles taken from 4 databases: Clarivate, SAGE, Pubmed, Scopus in 2019-2024. The keyword combinations used were: (“Conflict Impact” OR “Conflict Area” AND “Nurse Recruitment”). In assessing the bias and methodological quality of the articles obtained, this study used the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) critical assessment with a bias score range of 75-100%. Out of 856 articles, 15 research articles met the inclusion criteria of nurses' experience working in conflict areas. The conclusion of this study is that the recruitment of nurses in conflict-prone areas shows that the main challenges include security, the urgent need for medical personnel, and specialized skills in handling crisis situations. in this case, recruited nurses must have high adaptability and training in stress management and medical techniques in emergency conditions.

Abstract

The aging population faces increasing risks of cognitive decline, depression, and reduced physical capacity. Innovative interventions such as game-based systems, experiential learning, and eHealth solutions offer promising strategies to promote healthy aging by enhancing cognitive, emotional, and physical health among older adults. Aim: This study aims to review and analyze the effectiveness of various game-based, experiential, and digital interventions on cognitive function, emotional well-being, and physical health outcomes in elderly populations. Methods: A systematic analysis was conducted on ten studies involving older adults, including randomized controlled trials, pilot studies, cohort studies, and meta-analyses. The studies investigated interventions such as cognitive games, recollection-based occupational therapy, experiential puzzle games, GAMotion, eHealth platforms, and dance-based rehabilitation. Intervention durations ranged from two sessions to twelve months, with diverse sample sizes and settings. Result:The interventions demonstrated significant improvements in cognitive functioning, reductions in depression and anxiety, enhanced physical capacity, improved quality of life, and increased social engagement. Game-based and experiential activities showed high adherence rates, suggesting good feasibility and acceptance among older adults. However, several studies were limited by small sample sizes and non-blinded assessments. Game-based, experiential, and digital interventions effectively promote cognitive, emotional, and physical well-being in older adults. These approaches are feasible, well-received, and offer valuable strategies for supporting active and healthy aging. Future research should focus on large-scale, long-term studies to confirm and extend these findings.

Abstract

Indonesian is part of the Austronesian language family and has a unique script system known as Lontara. Although Indonesian is more dominant, the Bugis language still plays an important role in maintaining the cultural identity and traditions of the Bugis people. This study was conducted to find differences in Bugis speech between students from Southeast Sulawesi in Yogyakarta and their home regions. The object of this research is 22 Southeast Sulawesi students who live in a student dormitory in Yogyakarta. A qualitative-descriptive approach based on Lev Vygotsky's theory was used in this study. The results show that dialectal variations, different ethnic backgrounds, historical and cultural factors, the use of Arabic letters in Bugis writing, the level of formality of use, and the development of Bugis language literature cause the differences in language speech. The findings highlight the importance of Bugis language preservation by Sulawesi students and the strengthening of the community's cultural identity, provide a new contribution to the development of literature on Bugis language development, especially in the Yogyakarta area, and provide new insights into efforts to preserve Indonesian culture.
