Abstract

Dayah di Aceh merupakan lembaga pendidikan keagamaan dengan bahasa pengantarnya bahasa Aceh. Dayah sebagai lembaga yang mampu memberdayakan masyarakat agar mengembangkan potensi fitrah manusia, hingga ia dapat memerankan diri secara maksimal sebagai hamba Allah yang ta?at serta esksistensi dayah juga masih semakin diakui dalam memainkan perannya di tengah-tengah masyarakat sebagai lembaga dakwah. Dayah dan masyarakat juga merupakan sebuah hubungan yang sudah terjalin erat sehingga keberadaan dayah di tengah-tengah masyarakat dapat diterima dan menjadi sebuah gerakan perubahan dalam menciptakan suasana yang islami bagi masyarakat itu sendiri kemudian masyarakat dan dayah tidak lagi terjadi pertentangan baik dari pihak dayah maupun dari kalangan masyarakat. Setiap manusia pasti mengalami perubahan dan perubahan itu dipengaruhi dari berbagai faktor, apabila perubahan yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor agama maka masyarakat akan memiliki perubahan dalam prilaku keagamaan. Semua orang bersepakat bahwa kehidupan sosial tidaklah statis, melainkan selalu berubah secara dinamis. Tapi tidak orang mempunyai kesepakatan sama dalam mengartikan perubahan sosial. Malah, konsep perubahan sosial sempat diberi makna intuitif dan sebagai suatu mitos belaka. Dalam perkembangannya pun para ahli memperlihatkan perbedaan dalam memahami perubahan sosial. Pemaknaan konsep perubahan sosial kelihatannya masih problematik hingga kini. Oleh karena itu gerakan atau aktivitas-aktivitas dakwah dayah seperti majelis taklim di berbagai desa atau gampong diharapkan yang nantinya bisa menciptakan sebuah perubahan sosial sehingga bisa dirasakan oleh kalangan masyarakat itu sendiri, serta dalam menjalankan aktivitas dakwahnya, dayah tak hanya santri saja yang menjadi sasarannya akan tetapi masyarakat juga yang di luar dayah bisa mendapatkan ilmu tentang pengetahuan agama dari hasil aktivitas dakwah yang dilakukan dayah dan perubahan sosial bisa dapat dirasakan oleh masyarakat dari semenjak sebelum adanya dayah hingga dayah itu hadir di tengah-tengah masyarakat mampu memberikan perubahan, baik dari pengetahuan tentang agama maupun dalam proses pengamalan ibadah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  mengetahui latar belakang perkembangan daerah Samata sejak berstatus kampung, desa, hingga kelurahan, perkembangan daerah Samata ketika berstatus kelurahan dan Bagaimana kehidupan masyarakat Kelurahan Samata ditinjau dari segi Agama, Ekonomi dan Sosial-Budaya. Penelitian ini merupakan  penelitian sejarah yang menggunakan metode sejarah melalui tahapan kerja yakni heuristik atau pengumpulan data, kritik sumber, interpretasi, dan historiografi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kehadiran Samata sebagai suatu kampung telah ada sejak awal pembentukan Kerajaan Gowa dengan disebutkan namanya sebagai salah satu dari ke-9 Kasuwiyang atau  lebih dikenal negeri-negeri kecil yang diketuai oleh Paccalaya (Dewan Ketua Legislatif). Setelah masa kerajaan berakhir dan Kerajaan Gowa berstatus kabupaten, daerah Samata berstatus desa dan bagian dari Kecamatan Tamalate. Pada perkembangan selanjutntya status Samata yang semula desa berubah menjadi kelurahan di bawah Kecamatan Somba Opu sebagai satu konsekuensi sebagian wilayah Kecamatan Tamalate di serahkan ke Kota Makassar pada tahun 1971, dengan terbentuknya Kelurahan Samata tentunya banyak mengalami perubahan – perubahan baik perubahan infrastrukrur maupun perubahan di bidang lainnya seperti, dalam bidang ekonomi, sosial, budaya dan tentunya pendidikan.

Abstract

Micro, Small, Medium Enterprise (MSME's) marketing is still limited to traditional models and has not yet utilized digital marketing optimally. The purpose of this article is to identify the use of social media to increase the sales volume of MSME's products. This article uses the literature study method, using secondary data. Data analysis techniques used a descriptive approach. The results of studies and analysis show that the importance of using social media such as Collaborative projects (Example: Wikipedia), content communities or sharing media such as YouTube, social networking sites (example: Facebook), and virtual social worlds or market places such as open outlets, Tokopedia, and shopper. Optimizing social media can increase market share and sales of MSME's products.

Abstract

Islamic educational institutions in South Kalimantan are mushrooming both formally and informally. It is because Muslims are predominantly. They are known to be very religious and even steadfast in applying Islamic values. Most of the educational institutions grow and develop at the initiative of community members (self-help). The distribution of Islamic Religious and Religious Education Institutions in South Kalimantan is 582 institutions. This shows the potential as well as the great responsibility that is carried out in helping the government to realize the goals of National Education. However, it is unfortunate that the diniyah education curriculum experiences stagnation does not up to date. It is not connected to the needs and expectations of the community. It is due to the curriculum tends to focus more on the teacher center. Therefore, the curriculum needs to be adjusted to the needs and expectations of the community. Hence, there is no gap between educational institutions and the community. The research method of this study used Research and Development (R&D). The approach used 2 steps, namely preliminary activities and curriculum improvement (development). The data resources obtained from questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentaries. Participants are ustadz/ustadzah who teach subjects on diniyah curriculum, experts, and graduates. The results of this study indicate that the curriculum for diniyah education especially the wustha level in South Kalimantan is needed to be revised or developed. The curriculum should be adjusted to the aspirations, needs, and expectations of the community.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role in the economy of a nation. The aim of research was to know the factors that can increase and effect on increasing of the competitiveness of MSMEs. To achieve this goal, a study was conducted on MSMEs in Regency and Serang City through a population of 26,909. Survey method was used to achieve this goal, while the sampling technique was simple random sampling. Based on this technique, a total sample size of 100 MSMEs was obtained, while the analysis in achieving the objectives used path analysis. The results showed that the innovation variables and the quality of human resources had an effect on the competitiveness of MSMEs. The variable which is significant and affects the competitiveness of MSMEs is the variable of human resources. Theoretically, human resources have a more important role in increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs compared to innovation

Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial ratios have a Significant influence on the Working Capital of the Company and To Know the Working Capital of the Company Has a Significant Effect on the Company's financial ratios at PT.Kimia Farma (Persero) The level of liquidity ratios at PT. Kimia (Persero) tbk is very high. This is because the company's Current Ratio has reached more than 500% and continues to increase from year to year. This Current Ratio increased due to an increase in current assets although current debts also increased in 2011 but were offset by an increase in current assets which was quite high. Abstract

Human rights were declared by United Nation in 1948. Human rights become a reference for international world and influence all aspect relations and contemporarily-international law. However, interpretation and implementation of human rights in national scope are not as smooth as its acceptance. Collision between culture and local law and universal human rights cannot be avoided. Islamic law is the product of Syariah that is applied in all over Muslim countries in which they are also United Nation member. Is there a collision between international law of human rights and Islamic law, then how to solve it. This is a statement that has to be answered thoroughly in those both perspectives. Dialogical approach gives the most satisfactory solution. Through the doctrine of marginal appreciation in one side and benefit in another side, both are entrance for other cases for opening dialogues in order to achieve collective understanding about human rights. The positive effect for Islamic law is Fiqih that is like to regain its spirit and the benefit is not merely jargons.

Abstract

The FoMO phenomenon usually occurs in individual behaviour on social media. However, recent research in the industrial context has investigated anxiety, fear of being left behind, fear of losing market advantage, and fear of losing competitiveness. This reinforces the still rare term FoMO as an important antecedent of business performance. Highlighting FoMO, as prior research has been limited, is the best way to fill the gap. As a result, an exploratory approach is used, and selecting the SEM-PLS analysis method is the right approach because it is predictive. The results of this study reveal that both direct and indirect effects between FoMO, intention to collaborate, intention to share knowledge, and innovation performance can be accepted and justified empirically. In addition, the mediator of the intention to collaborate is the one that contributes the most to influencing FoMO on the intention to share knowledge. Afterward, the mediator from the intention to share knowledge influences the intention to collaborate on innovation performance. This study confirms that the FoMO concept embedded in the minds of travel agency entrepreneurs is meaningful for success towards competitive innovation performance through the intention to collaborate and share knowledge.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship education has become a primary focus for many higher education institutions in response to the increasingly complex demands of the job market and intensifying competition. Amid rapid technological advancements and digital transformation, skills such as adaptability, innovation, and risk-taking are highly valuable. The research aims to analyze the role of entrepreneurship education in higher education institutions in enhancing students' competitiveness in entering the workforce. This study utilizes a qualitative method, prioritizing literature analysis as the data source. Using databases like Google Scholar, articles are identified, filtered based on relevance, and analyzed inductively to extract and synthesize data. Validity is ensured through systematic documentation and triangulation. The research findings indicate that entrepreneurship programs significantly shape students' entrepreneurial attitudes and skills. Challenges include curriculum integration, soft skills development, and adaptation to technological advancements. The success of entrepreneurship programs is not only measured by the establishment of businesses but also their impact on society. Collaboration and continuous improvement are essential. Thus, entrepreneurship education in higher education institutions has the potential to enhance students' competitiveness. Efforts to improve the quality, relevance, and inclusivity of programs are crucial. These efforts are vital in shaping an innovative and influential entrepreneurial generation, overcoming challenges, and seizing opportunities in today's competitive business world

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the application of the concept of internal control on fraud prevention at PT. Bank Sulselbar both directly and when moderated by the variable of religiosity. This research uses a quantitative approach that uses data in the form of numbers and statistics to test hypotheses, identify patterns, and draw conclusions. Quantitative research focuses on collecting, analyzing, and interpreting quantitative data in order to understand the phenomenon under study. The results showed that internal control has a positive and significant influence on fraud prevention at PT. Bank Sulselbar. With the implementation of good internal control, PT. Bank Sulselbar can identify, prevent, and reduce potential fraud that can harm bank operations and reputation. Furthermore, religiosity cannot moderate significantly between internal control over fraud prevention at PT. Bank Sulselbar. Although religious factors may provide ethical and moral guidance for individuals, the study suggests that in the context of internal control and fraud prevention in financial institutions, religiosity does not significantly moderate the relationship.
