Abstract

This study investigates the impact of SITAYA Miniature media on the learning outcomes of grade VI students in science subjects at SDN 2 Darma. Conventional teaching methods, often less engaging for students, were identified as a significant factor contributing to low academic performance. The study employed a quantitative research approach, with a randomized sample of 43 students divided into an experimental group (24 students) and a control group (19 students). Pretest and posttest data were collected using a structured test instrument, and statistical analyses, including normality, homogeneity, t-tests, and N-Gain tests, were conducted to assess the effectiveness of SITAYA Miniature media. The results showed that the experimental group, which utilized the SITAYA Miniature media, experienced a substantial increase in their posttest scores, with an average of 79.58, compared to the control group’s average of 59.73. The variance in scores also decreased in the experimental group, indicating a more consistent improvement in student understanding. Statistical tests confirmed the significant impact of the SITAYA Miniature media on enhancing student learning outcomes. The findings underscore the importance of innovative educational tools in improving student engagement, understanding, and overall academic performance in science education. While the study is limited by its small sample size and specific context, the results suggest that SITAYA Miniature media could play a crucial role in reshaping science education. Future research should explore its broader applicability and long-term effects across diverse educational settings.DOI: 10.17977/jps.v12i42024p146

Abstract

The role of service quality in shaping customer satisfaction and loyalty is a research model built to determine the contribution of each factor in explaining other factors. To get a good research model using SEM-Covariance data analysis with the Linear Structural Relationship (LISREL) program. Sample data collection using purposive techniques and quota sampling conducted at Pengandaran, Karakatau, Dieng and Pahawang tourist destinations with 162 tourists. The findings of the research model that were built, that to realize sustainability and maintain the existence of travel agents in the future is to carry out aspects of service quality with excellence. Because it is known that service quality is an important factor for travel agents in shaping positive attitudes and behaviors of consumers that match expectations of being committed and being the first choice.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze a model of online tour package purchasing behavior which is influenced by the perceptual aspects of review ratings, perceived risk, trust and purchase intention. The research design used a combination of exploratory, descriptive-quantitative research. The population and sample selection uses consumers in West Jakarta who will purchase tour packages online. Determining the number of samples using purposive sampling technique and will be distributed to 203 consumers. These findings prove that the rating review positive effect on trust and perceptions of risk. Perceptions of risk have a negative effect on trust and purchase intention. Trust has a positive effect on purchase intention. This is an important consideration for business actors in making future marketing strategy decisions to achieve competitive advantage.

Abstract

Penelitian ini tentang peran product knowledge terhadap persepsi risiko psikologi, persepsi risiko fisik dan pengaruhnya terhadap repurchase intention. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian eksploratif, deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Penentuan sampel penelitian menggunakan Mahasiswa/i Universitas Mercubuana yang pernah mengkonsumsi minuman kekinian dengan teknik purposive sampling yang akan disebar kepada minimal 180 Mahasiswa/i. Temuan ini membuktikan product knowledge memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap persepsi risiko psikologi, product knowledge memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap persepsi risiko fisik, product knowledge berpengaruh positif terhadap repurchase intention, persepsi risiko psikologi berpengaruh negatif terhadap repurchase intention dan persepsi risiko fisik berpengaruh negatif terhadap repurchase intention.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a conceptual model of the best aspects of responding to negative eWOM to increase online shopping intentions. This study uses SLRs explored from indexed journals, (i.e. Elsevier, Taylor and Francis, SAGE, MDPI, and Emerald), which focus on negative eWOM and online shopping intentions. Literature was obtained through the Google Scholar search engine in electronic format to make it easier to find key words. The results of this study are (i.e. (1) responding to negative eWOM can increase online shopping intentions, (2) aspects of apologize immediately, explain immediately, compensate immediately, and promises to resolve negative reviews immediately, are recognized as the best aspects in responding to negative eWOM, and (3) aspects of feel happy, feel comfortable, consider, willing to shop, continue to use, and recommend make a strong contribution in measuring online shopping intentions.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana pengaruh kinerja keuangan pada koperasi Pegawai Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kota Palembang dilihat dari ratio likuiditas pada tahun 2019-2021, Untuk melihat bagaimana pengaruh kinerja keuangan Pada Koperasi Pegawai Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kota Palembang dilihat dari ratio Solvabilitas pada tahun 2019-2021 dan Untuk melihat bagaimana pengaruh kinerja keuangan Pada Koperasi Pegawai Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kota Palembang dilihat dari ratio Rentabilitas pada tahun 2019-2021. Untuk menganalisis data, penulis akan menggunakan ukuran tertentu dalam bentuk rasio keuangan , yaitu membandingkan rasio sekarang dengan rasio-rasio pada waktu yang lalu. Dan rasio yang akan digunakan adalah Rasio Likuiditas, Rasio Solvabilitas dan Rasio Rentabilitas yang terbagi lagi dalam beberapa bagian. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan Tingkat rasio likuiditas pada Koperasi Karyawan Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kota di Palembang sangat tinggi. Hal ini dikarenakan Current Ratio perusahaan yang telah mencapai 483 % dan terus mengalami fluktuasi dari tahun ke tahun. Current Ratio ini mengalami fluktuasi disebabkan adanya kenaikan aktiva-aktiva lancar meskipun hutang-hutang lancar juga mengalami kenaikan pada tahun 2019 tetapi diimbangi dengan meningkatnya juga aktiva-aktiva lancar yang cukup tinggi. Current Ratio yang terlalu tinggi ini dampaknya akan kurang baik , kemudian Tingkat solvabilitas pada Koperasi Karyawan Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kota di Palembang mengalami kenaikan khususnya pada hasil perhitungan Total Assets to Debt Ratio dan pada hasil perhitungan Total Debt to Total Equity Ratio mengalami fluktuai, hal ini disebabkan karena adanya peningkatan penjualan yang pada akhirnya mempengaruhi pada laba yang diperoleh. Dan Tingkat Rentabilitas, pada hasil perhitungan mengalami penurunan sebesar 9% dan Turn Over of Operating Asset mengalami penurunan juga.

Abstract

This study examines the analysis of the effect of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Bumi Mekar Hijau (BMH) Ogan Komering Ilir, South Sumatra Province. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the leadership style has a partial influence on employee performance at PT BMH then to determine whether the organizational culture has a simultaneous influence on employee performance at PT BMH and to determine which is more dominant between the influence between leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance at PT BMH. The R number is obtained 0, meaning that the correlation between the leadership style and organizational culture variables is 0.816, this means that there is a strong relationship because the value is close to 1. While the results of R Square (R2), which shows the coefficient of determination. This figure will be converted to percent form which means the percentage contribution of the dependent variable. The R2 value of 0.569 means that the contribution of leadership and motivation to job satisfaction is 56.9% while the rest is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of the liquidity ratio (current ratio, quick ratio, and cash ratio) to the profitability ratio (return on assets) at PT MAYORA TBK listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019-2023. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis with the ratio analysis method. In this study, the current ratio value of 315% is greater than the general standard for similar industries, which is only 200%, while the Quick Ratio performs well and is satisfactory in financial terms because its average of 248% has exceeded the industry standard of only 150%, the Cash Ratio has an average value of 81% higher than the general standard for similar industries, which is 50%, and ROA can be concluded to be in accordance with the standard. PT Mayora Tbk exceeds 5%, indicating the company's ability to generate profit on sales can be said to be good because the average ROA value in this period reached 13%; therefore, the company's performance is quite satisfactory and is considered stable in 2019-2023.

Abstract

Islamic parenting is an Islamic parenting style. One of the Islamic principles that will be implemented at the Pancor Kopong Islamic Kindergarten is Manners. The phenomenon of students who are less polite towards their teachers and parents, and less polite towards their peers. So that children in the school environment do not have a polite attitude towards their school friends, including what happens to children around Pancor Kopong Hamlet, Pringgasela Village. It is interesting to study such issues in more depth, which is what underlies this research with the title "The Urgency of Forming Children's Manners through the Islamic Precenting Learning Model in the Pancor Kopong Islamic Kindergarten." This research uses qualitative research using descriptive methods. The location of this research was in Pancor Kopong, and the research subjects were children aged 5-6 years. This research is planned for October 16 2023 in the odd semester of the 2023/2024 academic year. The research methods are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research have a positive impact on children, by providing habituation or teaching children how to behave politely towards older people, people around them, parents and teachers.

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to find a model and implementation of multicultural Islamic religious education at Darul Muhajirin Praya High School. Design/methods/approach – This research is qualitative research. The data were obtained through observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are the process of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Findings – The model and implementation of multicultural Islamic religious education at Darul Muhajirin Praya High School are illustrated by the existence of a curriculum design that is integrated with the school's vision and a multicultural perspective. The implementation model of multicultural Islamic religious education included the application of Problem Based Learning (PBL) methods, Student Leadership Basic Training (SLBT) programs, and school cultures such as congregational prayers, Friday prayers at the Great Mosque of Praya, religious discussions across schools, and individual and social piety. Research implications/limitations – This study provides an overview of the model and implementation of multicultural Islamic religious education through the study of case studies in high schools. This study presents findings that can have implications for the direction of determining Islamic education and learning policies in schools. However, this study is limited to the case studies studied so that it allows for different conditions in different cases. Originality/value – This study found the model and implementation of multicultural Islamic religious education at Darul Muhajirin Praya High School. This study presents findings to fill the gaps that occur in the Islamic religious education process, and this research provides an explanation related to school efforts in managing the reality of multicultural life.
