Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aspek literasi ekonomi dan modal berwirausaha pedagang kaki lima di kawasan lapangan merdeka kota Watampone Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi dan wawancara. Dengan teknik pengumpulan data diatas bahwa aspek literasi para pedagang kaki lima dikawasan lapangan merdeka kota Watampone Sulawesi Selatan merupakan masih rendah dan hal tersebut yang menyebabkan usaha tidak berkembang signifikan, dengan asumsi bahwa pendidikan yang lebih baik akan memberikan pengetahuan para pedagang kaki lima dalam mengelola usaha. Sedangkan dalam hal modal kewirausahaan menunjukkan bahwa modal yang disiapkan masih rendah sehingga tidak dapat melakukan inovasi dalam berbisnis. Alasan utama yang paling banyak ditemukan karena sebagian besar tidak ingin melanjutkan pekerjaan dalam perusahaan.

Abstract

This research aims to analyzed the level of the average income of the people of pemepek village of pringgarat sub-district central lombok regency from trigonasip honey bee cultivation, and to also analyze the contribution of the level of income from Trigona sp honey bee cultivation towards the respondent income. The type of data used in this research is qualitative and quantitative, the source of data used is from primary data and secondary data. The data collection method used in this research is observation, interview, and questionnaire with the aim to explore data verbally.The result of this research showed the average net profit from Trigona sp honey bee business in pemepek village of pringgarat sub-district central lombok regency is Rp 10.092.459/ year from 3 (three) productions in 1 (one) year. The struggle faced by Trigona sp honey bee farmer in pemepek village is that it is rather difficult to find new honey bee colony. The Trigona sp honey bee side business contribution towards the respondent household income in pemapek village is huge, where the Trigona sp honey bee side business achieve 66%, which is the highest presentation compared to other non-farming business income. Pemepek village's Trigona sp honey in the interest of business worthiness is very worthy to develop due to achieving R/C > from 1 that in the amount of 22,6 R/C thus it could be presumed to be worthy to be ran in pemepek village of pringgarat sub-district central lombok regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the development of poverty and inequality of population expenditure in West Nusa Tenggara. The research method used is descriptive research using secondary data from 2014-2021. The analysis technique used in this study was analyzing data using tables related to the aspects studied: population expenditure data analysis to determine inequality occurrence using the Gini efficiency and the World Bank criteria.The results show that the development of the number of poor people has always decreased, with the number of poor people in rural areas being smaller than in urban areas. The distribution of the poverty line in both urban and rural areas averaged more than 70% for food needs, the remaining less than 30% for non-food needs. On average, the percentage of poor people during 2014-2021 for urban and rural areas is 15,15%. The average poverty depth index (P1) was 2.700 for urban and rural areas, and the average poverty severity index (P2) during the year was 0,670%.The average inequality of population expenditure based on the Gini coefficient is 0.379 for urban and rural areas, which is “moderate”. Based on World Bank criteria, inequality of population expenditure in rural areas is classified as “mild or low inequality,” while in urban areas, it is classified as “moderate inequality.” Expenditure inquality for rural and urban areas is classified as “mild or low inequality.”

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyelidiki hubungan yang rumit antara kebijakan pemerintah, kemitraan bisnis, pengelolaan perikanan berkelanjutan, kesejahteraan nelayan, dan pertumbuhan ekonomi dalam konteks Sulawesi Selatan. Dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) pada sampel 250 peserta yang mewakili berbagai pemangku kepentingan di sektor perikanan, penelitian ini menganalisis dampak berbagai faktor terhadap kesejahteraan nelayan dan pembangunan ekonomi daerah secara keseluruhan. Hasilnya menyoroti pentingnya kebijakan pemerintah yang efektif dan kemitraan bisnis yang kolaboratif dalam mendorong praktik-praktik berkelanjutan yang secara positif mempengaruhi dimensi sosial dan ekonomi dalam sektor perikanan. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi wawasan yang berharga bagi para pembuat kebijakan, pemangku kepentingan industri, dan peneliti, yang menawarkan pemahaman yang bernuansa tentang dinamika yang membentuk lanskap perikanan Sulawesi Selatan.

Abstract

This research delves into the dynamic interplay between demographic changes and public consumption patterns within the tourism industry of Denpasar City. A sample of 260 participants, strategically stratified across key demographic variables, provides a nuanced understanding of the city's evolving population dynamics and the spending behaviors of residents and tourists. The findings reveal a mean annual population growth rate of 2.5%, a notable shift towards a younger demographic, and a rich cultural diversity within the city. Tourist expenditure, with a mean spending of USD 80 per visitor, illustrates key allocation trends across accommodation, dining, and activities. Regression analysis demonstrates significant correlations between demographic variables (age, income, cultural background, and educational attainment) and spending patterns. The results underscore the importance of adaptive strategies for stakeholders to cater to diverse preferences and foster sustainable tourism development in Denpasar City.

Abstract

This research investigates the complex interplay of economic factors, health conditions, and access to education on social inequality and poverty in West Papua through a quantitative analysis. The study, conducted with a sample of 150 participants, employs correlation and regression analyses, supported by SPSS, to unveil significant relationships and dynamics within the socio-economic landscape of the region. Key findings reveal a strong negative correlation between income distribution and poverty rates, emphasizing the pivotal role of economic factors in poverty alleviation. Additionally, a positive correlation between disease prevalence and social inequality underscores the impact of health disparities on socio-economic outcomes. The study also highlights the transformative potential of education, with a robust positive correlation between school enrollment rates and economic well-being. These findings have direct implications for policy formulation, emphasizing the need for integrated approaches that address the synergies and trade-offs among economic, health, and education indicators. The study contributes substantively to the discourse on social inequality and poverty in West Papua, providing empirical evidence to guide evidence-based decision-making.

Abstract

This research investigates the intricate dynamics influencing vegetable farming efficiency in Central Java, focusing on the interplay of Agricultural Technology, Labor Availability, and Pesticide Use. A quantitative approach employing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) is employed, analyzing data from a diverse sample of 171 vegetable farms. The results reveal significant positive relationships between Agricultural Technology, Labor Availability, and Pesticide Use with Vegetable Farming Efficiency. The study sheds light on the nuanced associations among these factors, highlighting the potential benefits of technological adoption and skilled labor while emphasizing the need for sustainable and responsible pesticide use. Subgroup analyses based on farm size and geographical location provide insights into tailored interventions for different contexts. The findings contribute to the discourse on sustainable agricultural development, providing actionable insights for policymakers, farmers, and stakeholders in Central Java.

This study presents a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of the application of Internet of Things (IoT) in financial services. The analysis encompasses a systematic review and analysis of existing literature, identifying key research themes, trends, and patterns in the field. Through the utilization of bibliometric indicators such as co-citation analysis, keyword co-occurrence analysis, and citation network analysis, the intellectual structure of the domain is mapped, uncovering emerging research topics and areas of focus. The study also provides insights and recommendations for future research directions and practical implications. The findings contribute to advancing our understanding of IoT's role in reshaping financial services and offer guidance for researchers, policymakers, and industry stakeholders.

Abstract

Green Supply Chain Finance (GSCF) has emerged as a pivotal approach for businesses to reconcile financial objectives with environmental sustainability imperatives. This bibliometric review synthesizes the evolving landscape of GSCF literature, analyzing financing instruments, challenges, and opportunities. Leveraging data from 967 papers spanning 1992 to 2024, the review reveals a substantial scholarly interest with a cumulative citation count of 82,996. Through network visualizations and citation analyses, key themes such as sustainable practices, financial innovations, and technology integration are identified. The review underscores the significance of GSCF in advancing sustainable supply chain management and calls for continued research and collaboration to address emerging challenges and capitalize on opportunities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the underlying Human Development Index in Eastern Indonesia Region by using Health expenditure and Education expenditure as variables that affect it. Using a new numerical perspective where the measurement of the Human Development Index according to the UNDP is reviewed by tracing and analysing Health and Education expenditure data using panel data, namely cross-section and time series to see the effect statistically. The results of this study which obtained positive and insignificant numbers and the low contribution value of the influence variables in this study are challenging data to face global progress, various forms of access to social services, especially in health and education, are basic things that need to be considered, some regions included in Eastern Indonesia may have experienced progress, but equity itself is what we must pay attention to together, continuous efforts to overcome the challenges of progress must ensure that all Indonesians can enjoy prosperity.
