Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk Diseminasi Eksplorasi Etnomatematika Pada Busana Tari Pasombahan Kampar yang dilakukan untuk calon guru Se-Kabupaten Kampar. Adapun tahap pelaksanaan kegiatan penelitian ini secara umum berupa perencanaan/ persiapan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan evaluasi, serta refleksi. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di aula Universitas Pahlawan Tuanku Tambusai. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh calon guru Se-Kabupaten Kampar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama, partisipasi yang baik ditunjukkan oleh calon guru terhadap kegiatan diseminasi Etnomatematika penelitian yang dapat dilihat dari antusias peserta diseminasi dari awal kegiatan sampai akhir kegiatan. Kedua, calon guru Se-kabupaten Kampar mehamami dan menulis draft penelitian Etnomatematika. Ketiga, calon guru Se-Kabupaten Kampar sudah bisa memahami dan menulis draft penelitian Etnomatematika.

Abstract

The study analyzes the mastery of science concepts in fourth-grade student' style material using the RADEC (Read, Answer, Discuss, Explain and Create) learning model. This study used a quantitative experiment, and the research method used was the One Group Pretest and Posttest with a sample of 29 students. Students will be given pretest questions first to find out student mastery of concepts in Style material, then given pre-leaming questions that are done outside of class hours and then create work. After working on pre-learning questions, students work on post-test questions to measure students succes in mastering the IPA concept on Style material. After participating in learning with the RADEC learning model, students experienced an increase to an outstanding category of 44.83, good at 48.28%, and enough of 6.90%. Logit values from the pretest and posttest can be used to quantify this rise. The findings demonstrated that studying with the RADEC model improved students' comprehension of science ideas for both low- and high-ability pupils

Abstract

Kepala madrasah memiliki peran penting dalam kemajuan lembaga pendidikan islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran, faktor penghambat dan faktor pendukung dan upaya yang dilakukan kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan profesional guru Pendidikan Agama Islam. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informan kunci dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, dan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dijadikan sebagai informan tambahan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan profesional guru Pendidikan Agama Islam yaitu menjalin hubungan yang harmonis antara kepala sekolah dengan guru, saling terbuka terhadap sesama guru, memberikan kesempatan mengembangkan profesi kepada guru melalui pelatihan, saling terbuka dan memberikan kritik maupun saran, meningkatkan kemampuan dengan pendidikan dan pelatihan, menetapkan dan merancang materi, media dan metode, mengembangkan instrumen yang digunakan, mengevaluasi guru agar tetap semangat, dan melakukan rapat bersama guru. Upaya yang dilakukan kepala madrasah profesional guru Pendidikan Agama Islam yaitu memfasilitasi dan mendorong agar para guru dapat terus menerus meningkatkan kompetensinya, memberikan kesempatan yang luas kepada para guru untuk dapat mengembangkan potensi melalui berbagai kegiatan pendidikan dan pelatihan, mengalokasikan anggaran mengajar guru, kepala madrasah melakukan komunikasi yang baik kepada tenaga kependidikan, menjalankan sikap disiplin, memberikan berbagai penghargaan kepada guru secara efektif, dan memberikan dorongan kepada guru untuk giat dalam bekerja.

Abstract

AbstrakAdapun tujuan dilakukanya pengabdian untuk meningkatkan partisipasi perempuan dalam pembangunan daerah di NTB melalui aplikasi/website ASANTB dibeberapa sektor seperti; pendidikan, infrastruktur, kesehatan, dll. Dan untuk memperdayakan perempuan agar lebih terlibat secara aktif dalam proses pengambilan keputusan di tingkat daerah. Dengan ada sosialisasi ini, diharapkan perempuan dapat lebih memahami cara menggunakan aplikasi ASANTB, yang merupakan alat untuk menyampaikan aspirasi dan kebutuhan mereka dalam perencanaan pembangunan. Serta tujuan lainnya adalah untuk memastikan agar suara perempuan lebih terdengar dan dipertimbangkan dalam kebijakan pembangunan daerah, sehingga kebijakan yang dihasilkan lebih inklusif dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan semua kelompok masyarakat. Metode pengabdian ini dilakukan menggunakan beberapa tahap pelaksanaan pertama; tahap persiapan kegiatan, kedua tahap koordinasi pelaksanaan kegiatan, dan ketiga tahap pelaksanaan kegiatan. Hasil dari pengabdian ini menunjukan bahwa masih kurang partisipasi masyarakat dalam kegiatan sosialisasi aplikasi ASANTB, hal ini karena peserta yang hadir tidak mencapai target yaitu 20 orang, namun yang mengisi aspirasi tersebut lebih dari peserta yang hadir yakni 15 orang. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan data pengisi aspirasi sebesar 50%. Namun, untuk dalam proses pengisian aspirasi selama sosialisasi berlangsung peserta mengalami keterbatasan internet untuk mengakses website ASANTB. Kata kunci: partisipasi perempuan; ASANTB                                                Abstract The purpose of the service is to increase women’s participation in regional development in NTB through the ASANTB application/website in several sectors such as; education, infrastructure, health, etc. and to empower women to be more actively involved in the decision-making process at the local level. With this socialization, it is hoped that women can better understand how to use the ASANTB application, which is a tool convey their aspirations and needs in development planning. Another goal is to ensure that women’s voices are more heard and considered in regional development policies, so that the resulting policies are more inclusive and responsive to the needs of all community groups. This service method is carried out using several stages of implementation,the frist stage of activity preparation, the second stage of coordination of the implementation of activities, and the third satge of the implementation of activities. The result of this dedication show that there is still insufficient community participation in the socialization activities of the ASANTB application.this is becase the number of attendees did not reach the target of 20 people, but the number of individuals who provided input exceeded the number of attendees, which was 15 people. This is evidenced by the data showing a 50% participation rate in providing input. However, during the socialization process, participants feced limitations in accesseing the ASANTB website due to internet constraints. Keywords: women's participation; ASANTB

Abstract

This research was conducted at MA Pembangunan UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, aiming to identify the condition and role of facilities and infrastructure in improving the quality of education at Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Pembangunan UIN Syarif Hidayatullah. The method used is descriptive qualitative, including field surveys, interviews with stakeholders, and analysis of data from various sources. The results show that the availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure has a positive correlation with improving the quality of learning and the ability of students to achieve a proper and technology-based education. This study concludes that investment in facilities and infrastructure development should be prioritized by schools to improve educational progress. Recommendations include increased budgets, comprehensive planning and community involvement in the development process to ensure local needs are met and sustainability is assured.

Abstract

Abstrak The ekolistic way adalah ilmu laku yang disandarkan dari Al Quran dan Hadist. Tidak hanya di ketahui dan dipelajari namun harus juga sifatnya wajib untuk dipraktekkan bagi santri Ma’ had Tee bee Surabaya. Dalam kamus Bahasa apapun tidak akan kita temukan arti kata The Ekolistic way. Karena guru saya Almaghfurlah KH. Miftahul Lutfie pengguna istilah kata The Ekolistic way beliau gunakan untuk membimbing siapapun dan apapun profesinya untuk menjadi seorang mukmin yang kuat. Mengubah diri demi kebaikan orang lain. Mengubah diri menjadi lebih berarti dan berfaedah untuk tata fungsi dalam kehidupan, lewat Revolusi Iqro’ Revolusi diri dan Revolusi Budaya. Dengan The ekolistic way manusia disadarkan untuk memiliki “ kecerdasan Ekolistik” yang meliputi: Kecerdasan Visioner- kecerdasan Strategis – Kecerdasan Heroisme dan Kecerdasan Momen. Kata Kunci: The Ekolistic Way- Santri- kemaslahatan dunia akhirat Abstract The ekolistic way is a practical knowledge derived from the Quran and Hadith. It is not only Something to know and learn but must also be practiced to santri Ma’had Tee Bee Surabaya . In any language dictionary, we will not find the meaning of the term The Ekolistic way. My teacher, the KH. Miftahul Lutfi, used this term to guide anyone, regardless of their profession, to become a strong person. Changing oneself for the benefit of others is beneficial for the fungsional order of life, through the iqro’ Revolution, self- revolution, and cultural revolution. Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (Pengmas) bertajuk “Pelatihan Peningkatan Mutu Produksi Makanan dan Minuman bagi IKM Kabupaten Kediri” dilaksanakan sebagai upaya mendukung penguatan sektor industri kecil dan menengah (IKM), khususnya di bidang pangan. Kabupaten Kediri memiliki banyak pelaku IKM yang memproduksi makanan olahan lokal dan minuman herbal, namun masih menghadapi kendala seperti keterbatasan pemahaman standar mutu, keamanan pangan, praktik higienis, serta penerapan kemasan dan label sesuai regulasi. Workshop ini dirancang untuk memberikan pelatihan terpadu mengenai prinsip keamanan pangan, Cara Produksi Pangan Olahan yang Baik (CPPOB), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), sanitasi dan higiene, penggunaan bahan tambahan pangan yang aman, serta strategi kemasan, label, dan pemasaran digital. Metode pelatihan menggabungkan ceramah, diskusi, studi kasus, dan praktik langsung. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta, ditunjukkan dengan perbaikan area produksi, pemilihan bahan baku yang lebih tepat, serta perbaikan desain label sesuai standar BPOM. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga mendorong terbentuknya komunikasi berkelanjutan antara akademisi dan pelaku usaha. Secara keseluruhan, workshop ini berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan daya saing produk pangan IKM melalui penguatan aspek mutu, keamanan, dan branding. Diharapkan kegiatan serupa dapat menjadi strategi berkelanjutan untuk mendukung kemandirian industri pangan lokal yang aman, higienis, dan kompetitif. Abstract

Non-formal educational institutions serve as one of the main pillars in achieving quality education. This community service program aims to disseminate integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) in learning to enrich students’ educational experiences. The methods employed in this program include systematic training and mentoring, accompanied by questionnaires to measure participants’ improvement.  Descriptive statistical analysis using mean analysis was conducted to examine the significance of changes that occurred. The results indicate a significant improvement across all measured aspects. Participants not only gained an understanding of basic AI concepts but also demonstrated the ability to utilize various AI platforms to support more creative and interactive learning abilities. Further mentoring strengthened teachers’ reflective abilities and ethical awareness in integrating AI in a balanced and purposeful manner. This program successfully enhanced digital literacy and pedagogical competence among educators in non-formal educational institutions. It demonstrates that continuous training and mentoring approaches can serve as an effective model for accelerating the digital transformation of education in the era of Artificial Intelligence.

Abstract

This study examines the representation of women in Donna Woolfolk Cross’s Pope Joan through the lens of Simone de Beauvoir’s existentialist feminism. The novel portrays a range of female experiences within a rigidly patriarchal religious and social system, making it a relevant and urgent site for analyzing how women navigate subordination, exercise agency, and construct resistance. This study aims to identify forms of women’s subordination, freedom, and resistance in the novel, and to classify the female characters according to Beauvoir’s typology: the Hetaira, the Narcissistic Woman, and the Mystical Woman. This descriptive qualitative study utilizes the text of Pope Joan as its primary data source, supplemented by secondary sources related to existentialist feminist theory. Data were collected through library research by reading, selecting, and classifying relevant excerpts. The analysis employed content analysis to identify scenes illustrating gendered power relations and women’s existential positioning, interpret them through Beauvoir’s concepts of immanence, transcendence, and otherness, and draw conclusions regarding the characters’ strategies of resistance. The findings show that Joan embodies the Hetaira who rejects immanence and pursues transcendence through education and critical reasoning. Gudrun and Richild represent the Narcissistic Woman, displaying limited and illusory autonomy shaped by patriarchal boundaries. Meanwhile, Gisla and Arn’s Mother exemplifies the Mystical Woman, fully internalizing patriarchal norms and accepting their subordinated role. These classifications reveal diverse existential responses toward patriarchy, and the novel also highlights that women’s agency emerges when they challenge imposed boundaries, affirming the relevance of Beauvoir’s existentialist feminism in literary analysis.

Abstract

Community empowerment makes efforts to increase the independence of individuals and groups of the public in providing improvement and development of self-quality for the better. The existence of community groups in contributing to the distribution of welfare distribution has an appeal to the social programs being run. The concept of sadaqa  is considered to be an intermediary for people who have more funds and distributed to people who need resgistered to the asnaf group contained in the al-Qur'an. The Sobat Salihah Community with sadaqa of Nasi Jumber program seeks to improve competence in the management of sadaqa fund management. The training is carried out by extension methods through several stages, including, 1) Planning for program activities; 2) Implementation of activity plans 3) Implementation of evaluation and reporting. This training seeks an effort to increase awareness and concern for donors to communities affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. This activity involved community administrators, 205 donors who had raised funds and 345 beneficiaries for distribution to predetermined programs.
