Abstract

This study presents the development of a decision support system to recommend the best used motorcycles for prospective buyers at PT. Sukses Motor. The system aims to provide faster, more accurate, and objective recommendations while improving customer service. The Weighted Product (WP) method was applied to evaluate motorcycle alternatives based on multiple criteria, including price, condition, production year, mileage, and buyer preferences. System development included requirements analysis, UML-based design, implementation using PHP and MySQL, and functional testing. Data were collected through interviews with sales staff and company records. The results show that the system successfully generates recommendation rankings that match buyer needs and preferences. In addition to identifying the most suitable motorcycle, the system provides several alternative recommendations, enabling buyers to compare available options before making a purchasing decision. The proposed system improves the efficiency and objectivity of the recommendation process and can serve as a reference for developing decision support systems in other multi-criteria decision-making applications.

Abstract

Language development in early childhood is crucial for communication, cognition, and social interaction. However, not all children experience optimal language growth, often due to a lack of stimulation during the prenatal period. Research has shown that language ability is not only formed after birth but can also be stimulated prenatally through specific auditory inputs. In Indonesia, there is a long-standing tradition of playing classical music, Qur’anic recitations (murottal), and maternal voices to the fetus to stimulate sensory and cognitive development. Despite this, public understanding of prenatal auditory stimulation remains limited. This study aims to raise awareness among parents and communities about the importance of auditory stimulation during pregnancy in supporting children’s language development. The method used is a literature review with a descriptive-analytic qualitative approach, analyzing various scientific sources from the past ten years. The focus is on five forms of prenatal auditory stimulation: classical music, murottal, traditional music, maternal voice, and active parental involvement. Findings indicate that such stimulation significantly affects the readiness of the auditory system and language centers in the brain. Classical music stimulates cognitive areas, murottal provides rhythmic phonetic and spiritual patterns, and the mother’s voice strengthens emotional bonds and activates language areas. These elements work synergistically to build the neurological foundation for more rapid and natural language development. In conclusion, prenatal auditory stimulation is not only a cultural tradition but also a scientifically supported method that should be consciously and systematically implemented, rooted in cultural and spiritual values from the earliest stages of life.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Education is the most important aspect for the progress of a nation. In the last year, Indonesian education is being tested by the COVID-19 pandemic, which forces all those involved in education to carry out online learning routines. This is a new challenge for both teachers and students. The teacher must think of the most effective way for learning so that it does not seem monotonous and boring. One alternative is with semiva edlink virtual class. The purpose of this study is whether there is an increase in mathematical problem solving skills by using a virtual class Sevima Edlink with a realistic approach. This research is a quantitative research with pre-experiment that applies the Sevima edlink application as a learning medium using a realistic approach to improve problem solving skills. The sample in this study was class XI IPS 6 MAN 3 Jombang, amounting to 47 students. The data were processed using inferential statistical techniques. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in the value of students' mathematical solutions before the treatment (pretest) and after the treatment (posttest). Judging from the results of the statistical price = 20,207, with db = 46 and sig. = 0.00 < 0.05 or H0 is rejected. Thus H1 is accepted, which means there is an increase in mathematical problem solving ability by using a virtual class Sevima Edlink with a realistic approach

E-learning-based learning innovation has become one of the main solutions in improving student engagement in the digital era. This article aims to explore the various forms of student engagement in e-learning and its impact on learning outcomes. Through the literature review method, it examines relevant studies in the past five years, which show that student engagement can be divided into several categories, including cognitive, emotional, social, and practical engagement. The results show that high engagement in e-learning is positively associated with improved learning outcomes, motivation, and development of students' social skills. In addition, e-learning also promotes learning independence, which is important for future learning. The findings emphasize the importance of designing interactive and engaging e-learning experiences to increase student engagement, thus supporting educational success in the digital era

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Kampung Simpang Limau, Banjarmasin Timur, menghadapi berbagai tantangan kesehatan dan kebencanaan, termasuk tingginya kasus ISPA, sanitasi rumah yang buruk, pengelolaan sampah yang tidak optimal, serta rendahnya kesiapsiagaan terhadap banjir, kebakaran, gempa bumi, dan tanah longsor. Lingkungan padat dan minim edukasi memperparah risiko. Seperti dinyatakan oleh BNPB (2023), “Kesiapsiagaan masyarakat adalah kunci utama dalam mengurangi risiko bencana dan mempercepat pemulihan”. Metode: Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat dilakukan dalam satu hari melalui tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Metode meliputi edukasi langsung, simulasi evakuasi, dan demonstrasi teknologi sederhana berbasis kearifan lokal. Inovasi yang diperkenalkan antara lain Aqua Senty (deteksi banjir), SIJAGAT (deteksi kebakaran), Resonansi Harapan (deteksi korban gempa), dan Filter Sampah Sungai. Hasil: Terdapat peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan masyarakat. Pre-test masyarakat umum sebesar 47,17% meningkat menjadi 87,69% pada post-test. Ibu RT sebagai tokoh komunitas mengalami peningkatan dari 33,33% menjadi 86,66%. Respons masyarakat sangat positif terhadap materi dan simulasi yang diberikan. Kesimpulan: Program ini terbukti efektif dalam membentuk komunitas yang sehat, tangguh, dan adaptif terhadap risiko lingkungan dan bencana. Pendekatan edukatif berbasis teknologi tepat guna dan kearifan lokal mampu meningkatkan kesadaran dan kesiapsiagaan masyarakat secara signifikan.

Abstract

This study examines the mediating role of locus of control in the relationship between openness, conscientiousness, and professional skepticism among public sector auditors at the Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia (BPK RI) Representative Office of Papua Province. Using a quantitative explanatory design, data were collected through a survey questionnaire distributed to all 150 auditors using a saturated sampling approach, with 132 valid responses analyzed. The study employed SmartPLS 4 to test the measurement and structural models. The results indicate that openness and conscientiousness have positive and significant effects on professional skepticism. Both personality traits also positively influence locus of control, which in turn significantly affects professional skepticism. Furthermore, locus of control partially mediates the effects of openness and conscientiousness on professional skepticism. These findings suggest that auditors with stronger openness, conscientiousness, and internal locus of control tend to demonstrate a higher level of professional skepticism in conducting audits. The study contributes to the auditing literature by extending Social Cognitive Theory in explaining the psychological mechanism underlying skeptical judgment in the public sector audit context. Practically, the findings imply that audit institutions should strengthen auditors’ psychological development through training, supervision, and recruitment policies that support adaptive personality traits and internal control orientation to improve audit quality and public accountability.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of implementing the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model on improving students’ critical thinking skills in learning Systems of Linear Inequalities in Two Variables. The study is motivated by the low level of students’ critical thinking skills in solving mathematical problems related to this topic, which requires analytical reasoning and logical conclusion drawing. The PjBL model is assumed to provide meaningful learning experiences by actively involving students in problem-solving activities, both individually and collaboratively. A quantitative approach with a pre-experimental one-group pretest–posttest design was employed in this study. The research subjects were 36 students of class X-1 at SMAN Mojoagung. Data were collected using a critical thinking skills test administered before and after the implementation of the PjBL model. Data analysis included a normality test using the Shapiro–Wilk method and a paired sample t-test to determine the significance of differences between pretest and posttest scores.The results indicate that the application of the PjBL model significantly improved students’ critical thinking skills. The mean pretest score of 42.77 increased to 79.72 in the posttest. The normality test showed significance values of 0.053 for the pretest and 0.188 for the posttest, indicating that the data were normally distributed. Furthermore, the paired sample t-test produced a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), confirming a significant difference between pretest and posttest results. These findings demonstrate that Project Based Learning is effective in enhancing students’ critical thinking skills in learning systems of linear inequalities in two variables.

Abstract

This community service activity aimed to provide an understanding of legal protection for child victims of bullying from the perspective of the Child Protection Act. The socialization was held at SMAN 5 Serang City on April 27, 2026, attended by 62 students from grades X and XI. The methods used were interactive presentations, case discussions, and question-and-answer sessions. The results showed that participants understood the forms of bullying (verbal, physical, relational, and cyberbullying), the legal basis for child protection, and criminal sanctions for perpetrators. This activity is expected to increase students' legal awareness and encourage the creation of a safe school environment free from violence.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the low learning outcomes and learning independence of students in mathematics learning on fraction material in Grade IV at MI Tahfidz Dan Bahasa An-Nur. Learning activities that were still teacher-centered caused students to be less active and have low motivation for independent learning. This study aimed to determine the effect of the Flipped Classroom model assisted by Kahoot interactive media on students’ learning outcomes and learning independence in learning mathematics on fraction material for Grade IV students. This research used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental research type and a nonequivalent control group design. The population of this study consisted of all Grade IV students totaling 30 students, who had already been divided into classes, so that Class A became the experimental group (n=15) and Class B became the control group (n=15). Data collection techniques included learning outcome tests, learning independence questionnaires, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted through normality tests, homogeneity tests, and MANOVA tests. The results of the study showed that there was a significant effect of the Flipped Classroom model assisted by Kahoot on mathematics learning outcomes, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. In addition, there was also a significant effect on students’ learning independence, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, the Flipped Classroom model assisted by Kahoot also had a significant effect on both learning outcomes and students’ learning independence, with a Pillai’s Trace value of 0.891 and a significance value of 0.000. Therefore, the Flipped Classroom model assisted by Kahoot was proven effective in improving students’ learning outcomes and learning independence on fraction material.
