Abstract

Child marriage is a complex and multidimensional social issue occurring in various parts of the world, including Indonesia. This phenomenon is influenced by diverse cultural norms, social pressures, and economic conditions. The practice of early marriage is often regarded as a deep-rooted tradition, where marrying off young girls is seen as a way to protect family honor and reduce economic burden. Although there are laws regarding the minimum age for marriage, their implementation is often inconsistent, and cultural norms frequently dominate. This research employs a qualitative approach to analyze early marriage from cultural, social, and Islamic private law perspectives. Data were collected through literature studies, including books and journals, to produce a comprehensive understanding of this issue. The analysis results indicate that early marriage negatively affects the quality of education and life for adolescents, their health, and contributes to the cycle of poverty. Therefore, this research advocates for a holistic approach involving all stakeholders to protect children's rights and reduce the practice of early marriage in society.

Abstract

Program Praktisi Mengajar memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran mahasiswa di perguruan tinggi. Perguruan tinggi mengundang praktisi sebagai dosen tamu atau sebagai instruktur mata kuliah tertentu dengan harapan untuk memberikan pengalaman praktis kepada mahasiswa agar lebih siap dalam menghadapi dunia kerja setelah lulus. Namun, masih banyak pertanyaan yang belum terjawab mengenai efektivitas kegiatan praktisi mengajar dalam meningkatkan capaian mata kuliah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali bagaimana program pengaruh tingkat kesiapan praktisi dalam proses belajar mengajar terhadap peningkatan Skill Mahasiswa jurusan PKK FT UNM, sekaligus mendeskripsikan persepsi mahasiswa atas program praktisi mengajar. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan lembar kuisioner berupa angket. Adapaun metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu analisis statistik deskripstif serta analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesiapan praktisi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan skill mahasiswa pada jurusan PKK FT UNM.Kata kunci:  Praktisi Mengajar, Skill, Pembelajaran, Pengaruh, Peningkatan

Abstract

Development is a process carried out to help the community gain the power to make decisions and determine the actions to be taken. Including reducing the impact of personal and social barriers in taking action. One of the areas implementing community development programs is Pakis, East Java. Precisely located in Pakis District, Malang Regency. In Malang Regency itself, there is a government program, namely (Pakis Embroidery Palace). The program form of the Pakis Embroidery Palace activities is an embroidery exhibition that is held almost every year and is accompanied by an Embroidery Fashion Show which is attended by designers and MSME owners in Pakis so they can introduce their work to the public. The type of research used is a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include gathering information through interviews and observations. From the results of focused observations regarding the development of micro-scale embroidery business actors in Pakis District, Malang Regency, it can be concluded that the development of micro-scale embroidery business actors in Pakis Regency is good. However, it still needs to be maximized. Most of the programs are dominated by women, but only a few are interested in taking embroidery training because today's young generation likes things that are instant or you could say they prefer to work in factories where the training is not difficult

Abstract

Perkembangan tekhnologi digital telah membawa banyak kemajuan dalam industri perbankan, meskipun masih terdapat tantangan dalam memastikan bahwa layanan tersebut dapat diakses dengan mudah oleh penyandang disabilitas. Hal ini menyebabkan belum meratanya akses terhadap layanan keuangan bagi penyandang disabilitas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kulitatif dengan pendekatan hukum Islam dan yuridis. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kajian studi pustaka (library research) dengan mencari informasi melalui buku, jurnal ilmiah, berita dan literature lainnya yang bersinggungan dengan penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa transformasi digital dalam perbankan syariah dapat meningkatkan akesesibilitas bagi penyandang disabilitas melalui langkah-langkah seperti pengembangan aplikasi mobile yang rama disabilitas, pelatihan serta peningkatan keterampilan staf bank dalam melayani kebutuhan khusus serta penggunakan tekhnologi yang efektif dalam memperluas akses bagi penyandang disabilitas. Dengan demikian, perbankan syariah dapat terus berinovasi dalam layanan digital serta memperhatikan kebutuhan dan tantangan yang dihadapi oleh penyandang disabilitas.

Abstract

The results of a Mujtahid's Ijtihad can change. Therefore, differences in the results of Ijtihad are often found between one Mujtahid and another scholar. Even one scholar or Mujtahid can have different new ijtihad results with the old ijtihad results on the same issue. This research analyses the role of social factors in changes in Imam al-Syafi'i's legal thinking, which is focused on the validity and how likely social factors affect changes in al-Syafi'i's ijtihad in Qaul Qadim and Qaul Jadid. This type of research is library research that focuses on library sources in the form of books and journals that are relevant to understanding the validity or how much the role of social context in changing al-Syafi'i's thinking. The results showed that social conditions can only be one of the considerations for the change in al-Syafi'i's ijtihad in Qaul Qadim and Qaul Jadid, because a Mujtahid must understand fiqh al-waqi' (fiqh of reality). However, the main factor in the change of opinion on Qaul Qadim and Qaul Jadid is the change in tarjih al-adillah (superiority of arguments) both Naqli arguments (al-Qur'an, Hadith, Atsar) and Aqli arguments (Ijma', Qiyas).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze law enforcement against lesbian and gay perpetrators in Palopo City through the perspective of Islamic law, by focusing on the basis of Islamic law that regulates homosexual behavior, law enforcement mechanisms, and social responses and challenges that arise in practice. This research was conducted to understand the principles of Islamic law applied in a modern context, especially in dealing with the issue of Lesbian and Gay in Palopo City. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach, where data is collected through in-depth interviews with religious leaders, law enforcement officials, and Lesbian and Gay perpetrators, as well as analysis of Islamic legal documents and local regulations. The results of the study show that Islamic law expressly prohibits homosexual practices based on the postulates of the Qur'an and Hadith, but its implementation in Palopo City faces various obstacles, such as the lack of specific regulations, resistance from lesbian and gay perpetrators. In addition, the study reveals the tension between Islamic law enforcement and human rights, which poses a dilemma for both the government and society. This research is expected to be a consideration for policymakers and stakeholders in formulating more inclusive and equitable regulations.

Abstract

This research presents three problem formulation items, namely: First, what are the dynamics of land dispute conflicts between PT. Lonsum and the Community in Tamatto Village, Ujungloe District, Bulukumba Regency? Second, how can contemporary fiqh approaches be applied in resolving land disputes between PT. Lonsum and the Tamatto Village Community? Third, how is the implementation of Agrarian law in resolving land disputes between PT. Lonsum and the Community of Tamatto Village, Ujungloe District, Bulukumba Regency? This research is a qualitative study that uses two data collection methods. First, through primary approaches such as observation, interviews and documentation. Second, using a secondary approach such as library research through books, journals, theses, annual reports and internet sites that are relevant to the research topic. The results of this research illustrate two main things: First, the dynamics of land dispute conflicts began when PT. Lonsum widened land that was not included in its Cultivation Rights land, so the widening caused the community to sue the company, but in suing the community, they did not have a land certificate for the land they claimed, so the land dispute has not yet been resolved. Second, the Contemporary Jurisprudence Approach is applied using wasatiyyah (the principle of balance) by finding solutions without taking sides against one party and respecting the interests of both parties by applying the concept of justice and trying to reconcile both parties. Third, non-litigation settlement of agrarian laws (outside of court), through mediation, in this case the government mediates, facilitates and brings together the two parties. In this meeting, there was a bright spot/solution that was applied to the dispute that occurred. Effective communication is the main key in resolving conflict. By communicating well, it is hoped that the best solution will be found. The government has a role as a mediator between companies and society in this matter. It is important for the government to be fair and neutral without taking sides with one party. Resolving this conflict requires the government to take firm steps that are balanced between both parties.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the form of planning, implementation and influence of applying the mind mapping model via Youtube media in learning to write explanatory texts for class VIII MTsS PP DDI As-Salman Allakuang students. The method used was mix methods, with a sample size of 31 people. Data collection techniques used in this research include observation, documentation and tests. The use of the mind mapping model via Youtube media is effective in improving students' ability to write explanatory text, the research results show: 1. Learning planning is proven by the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP), 2. Learning implementation is in accordance with the system of initial activities, core activities and final activities, 3. Influence the application of the mind mapping model via Youtube media according to statistical calculations shows an average value of Mx = 80.16 and an average value of My = 64.19. This means that Mx > My. Based on the SPSS output of tha regressive analysis, it can be seen that Tcount > Ttable or 5.115 > 2.04523, so hypothesis Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. It was concluded that the application of the mind mapping model through YouTube media had an effect on the learning to write explanatory texts for class VIII MTsS PP DDI As-Salman Allakuang students. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan bentuk perencanaan, penerapan dan pengaruh penerapan model mind mapping melalui media youtube dalam pembelajaran menulis teks eksplanasi siswa kelas VIII MTsS PP DDI As-Salman Allakuang. Metode yang digunakan adalah mixed methods, dengan jumlah sampel 31 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, antara lain observasi, dokumentasi, wawancara dan tes. Penggunaan model mind mapping melalui media youtube efektif  meningkatkan kemampuan menulis teks eksplanasi siswa, hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1. Perencanaan pembelajaran dibuktikan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP), 2. Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran sesuai dengan sistem kegiatan awal, kegiatan inti dan kegiatan akhir, 3. Pengaruh penerapan model mind mapping melalui media youtube sesuai dengan perhitungan statistik menunjukkan nilai rata-rata Mx= 80,16 dan nilai rata-rata My = 64,19. Hal ini berarti bahwa Mx > My. Berdasrkan outpus SPSS analisis regresi dapat diketahui bahwa T Hitung > T tabel atau 5.115 > 2,04523 maka hipotesis Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model mind mapping melalui media youtube  berpengaruh terhadap pembelajaran menulis teks eksplanasi siswa kelas VIII MTsS PP DDI As-Salman Allakuang. Dari penelitian ini menjadikan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan, meningkatkan kemampuan menulis dan siswa memahami materi secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

Abstrak Salah satu hal krusial dalam pembelajaran adalah penerapan model pembelajaran yang dapat mengakomodir pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca pemahaman siswa kelas VB. Pendekatan yang digunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Subjek penelitian yaitu 20 siswa dan 1 guru kelas VB SDN Bawakaraeng 2. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan sebanyak 2 siklus. Data diperoleh dengan teknik observasi, tes dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis 4 tahap kegiatan yaitu: (1) Pengumpulan data, (2) Reduksi data, (3) Penyajian data dan (4) Penarikan Kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pembelajaran dengan menerapkan model PQ4R. Berdasarkan data hasil penelitian pada siklus I hasil observasi guru  berada pada kategori C (72,68%), hasil observasi siswa berada pada kategori C (72,22 %) dan hasil evaluasi membaca pemahaman siswa menunjukkan kategori C (65%). Kemampuan membaca siswa meningkat pada siklus II hasil observasi guru berada pada kategori B (94,44%) hasil observasi siswa berada pada kategori B (90,27%) dan hasil membaca pemahaman siswa 90% dan berada pada kategori B. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan penerapan model pembelajaran Preview, Question, Read, Reflect, Recite,Review (PQ4R) dapat meningkatkan proses dan kemampuan membaca pemahaman siswa kelas VB SDN Bawakaraeng 2. Kata Kunci: Model Pembelajaran PQ4R, Membaca Pemahaman, PTK

Abstract

This research examines the use of Google Sites as an e-portfolio medium by Class X teachers in Pringsewu Regency, Lampung, through a descriptive qualitative approach. The research focuses on understanding the usage, response, and results of utilizing Google Sites as an e-portfolio media in the context of teachers' professional reflection. Data collection was conducted through interviews, observations, and content analysis of e-portfolios created using Google Sites. The research subjects were Class X teachers who have used Google Sites as an e-portfolio tool. The research results are expected to serve as a foundation for developing the Teacher Mobilization Program implemented by the Teacher Mobilization Center. The research output will be published in National Journal, and documented through social media platforms Facebook and YouTube to reach a wider audience. This research provides significant contributions to understanding the utilization of digital technology for teachers' professional development and improving education quality in Pringsewu Regency.
