Abstract

Karst areas in Indonesia are arid landscapes with water-use limitations because of dissolved carbonates. Long-term water scarcity stunts plant growth and often kills them. For tropical karst forestry-greening, the three best legume and three best non-legume species from a previous trial comprising 20 species were compared. Since October 2011, seedlings of the top three non-legume, species Aleurites mollucana, Sterculia foetida, and Alstonia scholaris, and three legume species, Acacia auriculiformis, Cassea seamea, and Acacia mangium, have been grown for four months. In January 2012, field trials were established at two dry karst locations, i.e., Pracimantoro, Central Java, and Bunder, Gunung Kidul Yogyakarta. A randomized block design was used to raise 1.764 seedlings at the two sites with 7×7 plots, 3×3 spacing between trees, and three blocks. After 10 months, legumes and non-legumes differed greatly in all growth parameters. These disparities lasted up to 30 months, when trees should have adapted to their new surroundings. After seven years of planting, legume trees raised the soil's organic matter concentration from low to medium, making it more fertile, similar to soil from intensive agricultural regions. Thus, early or mixed legume plantings on tropical karst sites may aid in better re-greening than the establishment of non-legumes.

Abstract

Pantai Kelapa di Kabupaten Tuban, Jawa Timur, dikelola oleh POKDARWIS dengan berbagai fasilitas dan aktivitas. Namun, peningkatan jumlah pengunjung telah menyebabkan masalah timbulan sampah yang belum terkelola baik. Untuk mengatasi ini, rencana program pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang fokus pada pengelolaan sampah dan pemanfaatan produk sampah untuk meningkatkan pendapatan dan menjaga lingkungan. Hal ini juga sejalan dengan Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (TPB) atau yang biasa disebut SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals). Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat di Wisata Pantai Kelapa adalah mengatasi masalah sampah melalui pengelolaan sampah. Survei dan penghitungan timbulan sampah dilakukan pada 6 lokasi yang berbeda. Sampling dan pengukuran berat serta volume sampah dilakukan pada masing-masing area. Pada area pertama memiliki timbulan sampah terbanyak, didominasi oleh sampah kelapa karena terdapat wahana dan food court. Pada area kedua memiliki densitas sampah tertinggi, khususnya dari sisa makanan. Sementara itu, area 4 memiliki jumlah timbulan sampah paling sedikit karena hanya memiliki kolam renang yang jarang dikunjungi. Berdasarkan hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa area 1 (wahana dan food court) memiliki timbulan sampah tertinggi sebesar 994,8 kg, diikuti oleh area 2 (musholla) dengan 562,95 kg. Total timbulan sampah adalah 2600,04 kg per hari dengan densitas tertinggi terjadi di area 2, yaitu 11940.71 kg/m3. Sampah yang paling banyak adalah serpihan buah kelapa, sisa makanan, sampah kebun, dan sampah kayu.

Abstract

E-commerce is a marketing or advertising medium that is very close to the target market. Society now relies on digital communication. This is an opportunity for business people to make e-commerce as a medium to attract consumer attention to the products they want to offer. This is the background for the conduct of Digital Marketing research on Saraca Handmade Accessories Business Development. The purpose of this study is to find out in depth about how digital marketing strategies and management by these business people. The research was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods. The research data used is primary data obtained through in-depth interviews with handmade accessories business owners "SARACA". The results of the study found that Saraca's handmade accessories business has experienced developments in digital marketing, by continuing to strive for the implementation of digital management skills, leadership, and workplace.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement in learning outcomes after implementing the Discovery Learning model in thematic learning theme 3 subtheme 1 in class VI of SD Negeri Bintoro 14 Demak semester I of the 2021/2022 academic year. The subjects of this study were 13 class VI students consisting of 8 male students and 5 female students. The type of research used was classroom action research which was carried out in two cycles. Each cycle was carried out in four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The data collected in this study were data on student learning outcomes using observation and test methods, then the data obtained were analyzed descriptively. In the pre-cycle, the percentage of student learning outcomes that experienced completeness was only 15.38%, then increased to 53.84% in cycle I and increased again to 84.62% in cycle II. This increase occurred because the teacher had applied the learning model according to its syntax and could encourage students to be actively involved in learning so that students could understand the material freely. Based on this, it can be concluded that the application of the discovery learning model can increase student activity and learning outcomes in thematic learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi variasi morfologi buah sukun (Artocarpus altilis) dan kandungan gizinya dari beberapa lokasi sebaran tanaman sukun di Jawa Timur. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan melakukan survey sebaran tanaman sukun, pengamatan, pengambilan sampel akar dan buah serta analisis kandungan gizi buah sukun. Hasil penelitian di Kediri, Banyuwangi dan Bawean menunjukkan bahwa buah sukun yang ada yaitu jenis buah yang tidak berduri pada waktu tua/matang dengan bentuk bulat lonjong sedangkan buah sukun di Madura umumnya jenis buah berduri sampai tua/matang dengan bentuk bulat dan lonjong. Hasil analisis kandungan gizi pada 100 gram daging buah menunjukkan variasi kandungan karbohidrat 22,66-33,12%, lemak 0,21-0,61% dan protein 1,50-2,44% dengan jumlah kalori rata-rata 92,49-135,98 kal/100g.

Abstract

The expansion of business is currently becoming more difficult, and consequently, it is possible to classify the situation as an increasingly cutthroat competition between one coffee shop and another. Improving and paying attention to aspects like as service quality, product quality, and content marketing are some strategies that may be used in the coffee shop industry to increase customer satisfaction. The strategy that was taken in this study was quantitative, and the data was collected via the use of a questionnaire method that was provided to respondents. The sampling was done through the use of simple random sampling. The findings of the questionnaire were analysed, and several different tests, including the research instrument test, the normality test, the multiple linear regression test, and the hypothesis test, were carried out. It is possible to draw the following conclusions about coffee shop Tandalan's customer satisfaction based on the findings of the hypothesis testing: Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at coffee shop Tandalan; Product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at coffee shop Tandalan; At coffee shop Tandalan, content marketing has a beneficial and noticeably large impact on the level of consumer happiness. At coffee shop Tandalan, the quality of service, the quality of products, and the quality of content marketing all have a concurrently positive and significantly impactful effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This applied research describe how the process of procurement of goods and services at PT. XYZ. This research is descriptive qualitative research where the method used is a literacy study to find out the previous research, then observation, interview, and observation of document data. Selection of good and services providers at PT. XYZ is done by way of Unit Price Contract (UPC). The stages of the procurement of good and services in UPC system include two stages, at the first stage is carried out to select the procurement participant administratively. The second stage is determining the winner of the UPC partner. In its implementation, the procurement of good and services at PT. XYZ rarely find significant obstacles.

Abstract

PT Pelindo Terminal Peti Kemas Semarang (TPKS) is a subholding of PT Pelindo that focuses on export and import container services. TPKS is one of the pioneers of the smart port concept in Indonesia, one of which is by implementing the Terminal Booking System (TBS) and Yard Plan to reduce Turn Round Time (TRT). However, in practice there are still many discrepancies between booking and gate-in hours, which have an impact on operational activities. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the Terminal Booking System, Yard Operation Plan, Turn Round Time both partially and simultaneously and to see the factors that most influence the operational effectiveness of TPKS. This study used a quantitative method of explanatory format with a population of planning, control and operational management divisions using total sampling. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between the Terminal Booking System, Yard Operation Plan, Turn Round Time both partially and simultaneously on the operational effectiveness of TPKS. Meanwhile, the most influential factor is the Turn Round Time variable. The conclusion is that there is a positive and significant influence between TBS, YOP, and TRT either partially or simultaneously on the operational effectiveness of TPKS. The researcher's suggestion for PT Pelindo TPKS is to be able to optimize loading and unloading activities and receiving delivery in domestic CY (Container Yard).

Abstract

The state is always present in solving problems of violence, including sexual violence against women and children. The presence of this state is also one of the embodiments of the Indonesian constitution which states that the Government of the Republic of Indonesia was formed to protect the entire nation and the entire homeland of Indonesia. Cases of violence against women and children (KtPA) is an iceberg phenomenon. Cases that are recorded and reported are only a small part of the cases that actually occur in the community. Cases of violence against women and children occur both in the family realm (KDRT) and in the public sphere, with a wider spectrum with increasingly diverse modes. The purpose of this study is to describe how the implementation of the Policy on the Procurement of Goods and Services in handling victims of domestic violence, who are the actors associated with the implementation of the Policy on the Procurement of goods and services in the handling of victims and what are the factors constraining the implementation of the Policy on the Procurement of goods and services in the handling of victims of domestic violence in Indonesia. Abstract

The formulation of the problem raised in this study is how the application of semiotization to Islamic banking products among millennial teenagers who incidentally are customers and prospective customers of Islamic banking?, and what are the results after semiotics are educated and socialized to them?. The purpose of this service is to educate how to easily understand Arabic terms in Islamic banking product contracts using the semiotic method among millennial youth who are in fact customers and prospective customers of Islamic banking. The method used in this service is education, outreach, and mentoring to millennial youth regarding Arabic terms on Islamic banking product contracts as an effort to increase knowledge of Arabic terms on Islamic banking product contracts. The findings of this dedication are expected to provide academic contributions and increase scientific hazanah in the field of innovation in understanding Islamic banking products using semiotization so that it is easily understood by the general public, especially by customers and prospective customers of Islamic banking millennial youth, and can be used as a reference or reference for academics and academics, general public.
