Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of fifth grade students through the application of audio-visual media. The background of this study focuses on the low learning outcomes of students caused by conventional teaching methods that are less interesting. Using the experimental method, this study involved two groups of students, namely the experimental group taught using audio-visual media and the control group taught using traditional methods. The results of the data analysis showed that the use of audio-visual media significantly improved students' understanding and learning outcomes. This is evidenced by the increase in the average score in the experimental group compared to the control group. This study concludes that the application of audio-visual media can be an effective alternative in the learning process to improve student learning outcomes. It is hoped that the results of this study can contribute to the development of more innovative teaching methods in elementary schools.

Abstract

This research is one of the assignments in the Daljab 3 Professional Teacher Education (PPG) program at the Sjech M. Djamil Djambek State Islamic University, Bukittinggi. Every teacher who takes part in this program must carry out Field Experience Practice (PPL) which is used to conduct research on problems in the learning process at school. With changes in the learning process during the pandemic, where learning was carried out online, it resulted in various problems in the implementation process. Limitations in the learning process result in student learning outcomes decreasing so that many students get grades below the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKTP) This research aims to determine the increase in motivation and learning outcomes of students in Islamic Religious Education subjects using the Problem Based Learning learning model implemented in Blended Learning (Synchronous-Asynchronous). The research process was carried out in three cycles, previously taking action at the pre-cycle stage, each cycle includes 4 stages, namely: 1) planning stage, 2) implementation stage, 3) observation stage, 4) reflection stage. The results obtained from the implementation of the research show an increase in student learning outcomes, although not significant, this can be seen from the results obtained by students from working on student worksheets. It can be seen from the results of observations of student learning motivation in cycles I, II and III that there is an increase at each cycle meeting which can be seen on average in cycle I the average results of observations of student learning motivation were 57.14% to 60.71% in the cycle II and became 67.85% in cycle III, while the average results of the student motivation questionnaire in cycle I, the average student learning motivation was 57.14%, increased to 60.71% in cycle II and increased to 82.14% in cycle III. This is because several students have high enthusiasm in learning activities using the problem based learning model. In the initial activity when the first action was implemented in cycle I, the percentage of students who completed it was 55.5%. This shows that the expected KTTP percentage target has not been achieved. In cycle II, 59% of students completed. Meanwhile, the percentage of students who did not complete was 41%. During the implementation of cycle II, student learning outcomes showed an increase of 3.5%. Meanwhile in cycle III the average student completion rate was 67.85%. From cycle I to cycle III, not all students reached the KKTP, because there were some students who did not want to do the assignments. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of the Problem Based Learning learning model based on research results can actually improve learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education subjects.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of grade VII students through a practical approach to prayer and dhikr material. In this study, the learning methods applied include demonstrations, simulations, and group discussions, so that students are actively involved in the practice of worship. For six weeks, students were trained to understand the procedures for prayer and dhikr with a focus on direct experience. Data were collected through pre- and post-learning tests, as well as observations of student participation in class. The results of the analysis showed an increase in the average test score from 68 to 86, as well as an increase in student motivation and activeness as reflected in the questionnaire. In addition, students showed a better understanding of the meaning and purpose of worship. These findings emphasize the effectiveness of a practical approach in religious learning, which can shape students' character and discipline in worship. This study recommends the application of similar methods in various educational contexts to improve religious learning outcomes.

Abstract

Study Action Class This aiming For increase results Study Islamic Religious Education through application of the active learning model on student Class V at SDN 04 Tanjuang Haro . As for background behind study This is results Study part big student on eye PAI lessons show low yield​ or be under​ standard minimum competency . This is due to by low level involvement student in the learning process , as well domination method less lecture​ interesting interest Study students . Research This use PTK design implemented in four cycle , where every cycle consists of from stage planning results observation , implementation , observation , and reflection . Subject study is 14 students Class V of SDN 04 Tanjuang Haro . Data collected covering to activity learning And results assessment beginning And end . Results study show that the application of the active learning model can increase results students learning Islamic Religious Education class V of SDN 04 Tanjung Haro . On cycle I, average value student experience improvement compared to with Pre Cycle , namely about 50 % of students reach minimum completion . On cycle II, improvement results Study student around 71.43 % . At cycle III, improvement results Study student around 92.86 %. Apart from that , the result observation show that student more motivated And involved active in the learning process that uses the active learning model . With Thus , it can concluded that the active learning model is effective in increase results Study Islamic Religious Education in student Class V of SDN 04 Tanjuang Haro.

Abstract

This classroom action research aims to determine whether the use of audio-visual media can improve the learning outcomes of students in class V SDN 04 Batu Balang. This research is based on the low learning outcomes of students, where conventional learning methods are considered less effective in helping students understand the material optimally. Audio-visual media is considered effective because it involves more of the students' senses, which can help them understand the subject matter better. This research uses the classroom action method (CAR) with two cycles, where each cycle includes planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The data collected includes the results of student tests before and after the application of audio-visual media, as well as observations of their learning activities during the learning process. The results of the study showed a significant increase in student learning outcomes after the application of audio-visual media. In addition, students became more active and motivated in the learning process. The use of audio-visual media has proven effective in improving the learning outcomes of students in class V SDN 04 Batu Balang. Therefore, this media is recommended to be applied in the learning process for other subjects that require a better understanding of concepts. This study recommends that teachers use audio-visual media more often in learning to improve students' motivation and understanding of the material being taught.

Abstract

An educational institution must have human resources that should be managed as well as possible. Therefore, the responsibility of the head of school must have a strategy in managing the human resources that exist in the educational institutions so that the quality of education increases more so as to be able to compete with other institutions in the face of technological developments and developments of the time at present. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with the type of case study research. The technique of collecting data through observations, interviews, and sources from documents, books, previous research and journals related to the title of this research. The informants in this study are the head of the school, the chief, and the administrative staff. The findings in this study are that the head of the school followed a series of steps to implement a human resource management strategy for teachers. The initial step involves cultivating a strong character, understanding the vision and mission of the institution, improving teacher skills, promoting relationships with other institutions, and building effective communication with student guardians. One of the steps is human resource development through workshops and courses both inside and outside the school. The main focus is the approach used by the head of school to oversee instructors in improving the quality of secondary education institutions. The development of quality education strategies in educational institutions is achieved through the involvement of teachers and through internal and external activities. As for the main obstacle faced by school leaders in implementing their strategy is the presence of teachers who are satisfied with their current level of skill and resist learning new things. Therefore, teachers must have strong motivational skills to encourage these teachers to improve, as well as a deep understanding of their psychological condition to maximize their performance. Abstrak Sebuah lembaga pendidikan pasti memiliki sumber daya manusia yang harus di kelola dengan sebaik mungkin. Maka dari itu tanggung jawab kepala sekolah harus memiliki strategi dalam mengelola sumber daya manusia yang ada di lembaga pendidikan tersebut agar mutu pendidikan lebih meningkat agar bisa bersaing dengan lembaga lain dalam menghadapi perkembangan teknologi dan perkembangan zaman pada saat sekarang ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan datanya melalui observasi, wawancara, dan bersumberkan dari dokumen, buku, penelitian terdahulu dan jurnal yang berkaitan dengan judul penelitian ini. Informan pada penelitian ini yaitu kepala sekolah, duru, dan tenaga administrasi. Temuan pada penelitian ini yaitu kepala sekolah mengikuti serangkaian langkah untuk menerapkan strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia untuk guru. Langkah awal melibatkan menumbuhkan karakter yang kuat, memahami visi dan misi lembaga, meningkatkan keterampilan guru, mempromosikan hubungan dengan lembaga lain, dan membangun komunikasi yang efektif dengan wali siswa. Salah satu langkahnya yaitu pengembangan sumber daya manusia melalui lokakarya dan kursus baik di dalam maupun di luar sekolah. Titik fokus utama adalah pendekatan yang digunakan oleh kepala sekolah untuk mengawasi instruktur dalam meningkatkan kualitas lembaga pendidikan menengah. pengembangan strategi pendidikan berkualitas di lembaga pendidikan dicapai melalui keterlibatan guru dan melalui kegiatan internal dan eksternal.  Adapun hambatan utama yang dihadapi kepala sekolah dalam menerapkan strategi mereka adalah kehadiran guru yang puas dengan tingkat keterampilan mereka saat ini dan tahan belajar hal-hal baru. Oleh karena itu, guru harus memiliki keterampilan motivasi yang kuat untuk mendorong para guru ini untuk meningkatkan, serta pemahaman yang mendalam tentang kondisi psikologis mereka untuk memaksimalkan kinerja mereka.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to provide an in-depth understanding of the extent of employee job satisfaction at Sekolah Islam Al Azhar Bukittinggi. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach to analyze employee job satisfaction at Sekolah Islam Al Azhar Bukittinggi. The study population included all school employees, with a sample randomly selected for representativeness. Data was collected through a structured questionnaire that explored factors such as salary, work environment, recognition, career development, work-life balance, relationship with superiors, duties and responsibilities, intrinsic motivation, and satisfaction with management. The results of this study show that Employees at Sekolah Islam Al Azhar Bukittinggi show a significant level of job satisfaction, reflected in the main factors that influence their well-being at work. Fair pay and compensation is one of the main drivers of satisfaction, which includes not only financial rewards but also appreciation for contributions made. In addition, a safe, clean and comfortable working environment plays an important role in creating a conducive working atmosphere. Supportive facilities such as good ventilation, adequate lighting, and maintained physical conditions provide a sense of comfort for employees in carrying out their daily tasks. In addition to external factors, internal aspects such as recognition for good performance and opportunities for career development also play an important role in increasing job satisfaction. Awards in the form of praise, certificates or bonuses for outstanding achievements provide additional motivation for employees. In addition, the existence of clear avenues for career growth and self-development demonstrates the institution's commitment to supporting employees' professional advancement. Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang sejauh mana tingkat kepuasan kerja pegawai di Sekolah Islam Al Azhar Bukittinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif untuk menganalisis kepuasan kerja pegawai di Sekolah Islam Al Azhar Bukittinggi. Populasi penelitian mencakup seluruh pegawai sekolah, dengan sampel dipilih secara acak untuk representativitas. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terstruktur yang mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor seperti gaji, lingkungan kerja, pengakuan, pengembangan karier, keseimbangan kerja-kehidupan, hubungan dengan atasan, tugas dan tanggung jawab, motivasi intrinsik, dan kepuasan terhadap manajemen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pegawai di Sekolah Islam Al Azhar Bukittinggi menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan kerja yang signifikan, tercermin dari faktor-faktor utama yang memengaruhi kesejahteraan mereka di tempat kerja. Gaji dan kompensasi yang adil menjadi salah satu pendorong utama kepuasan, yang tidak hanya mencakup imbalan finansial tetapi juga penghargaan atas kontribusi yang diberikan. Selain itu, lingkungan kerja yang aman, bersih, dan nyaman turut berperan penting dalam menciptakan suasana kerja yang kondusif. Fasilitas yang mendukung seperti ventilasi yang baik, pencahayaan yang memadai, dan kondisi fisik yang terjaga memberikan rasa nyaman bagi pegawai dalam menjalankan tugas sehari-hari mereka. Selain faktor eksternal, aspek internal seperti pengakuan atas kinerja yang baik dan peluang untuk pengembangan karier juga memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja. Penghargaan berupa pujian, sertifikat, atau bonus untuk pencapaian yang luar biasa memberikan motivasi tambahan bagi pegawai. Di samping itu, adanya jalan yang jelas untuk pertumbuhan karier dan pengembangan diri menunjukkan komitmen lembaga dalam mendukung kemajuan profesional pegawai.

Abstract

Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah (MDTA) has a strategic role in shaping the morals and character of the younger generation through Islamic religious education. This study aims to analyze the role of MDTA Tarbiyatul Athfal Desa Pulau Tujuh in fostering the younger generation, the coaching methods used, and their impact on student character. Using a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method, this study was conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation for two months. The results of the study indicate that MDTA Tarbiyatul Athfal plays a role as a moral fortress by instilling religious values, such as honesty, discipline, and responsibility, through learning the Qur'an, aqidah, and morals. Coaching methods include lectures, talaqqi, worship practices, and teacher role models. The positive impacts of education at MDTA include increasing religious understanding, forming disciplined behavior, strengthening worship practices, and reducing negative behavior. This study concludes that MDTA contributes significantly to forming a young generation that is religious and has noble morals. This success shows the importance of ongoing support from various parties to improve the quality of education at MDTA. ABSTRAKMadrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah (MDTA) memiliki peran strategis dalam membentuk moral dan karakter generasi muda melalui pendidikan agama Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran MDTA Tarbiyatul Athfal Desa Pulau Tujuh dalam membina generasi muda, metode pembinaan yang digunakan, serta dampaknya terhadap karakter siswa. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi, penelitian ini dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi selama dua bulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa MDTA Tarbiyatul Athfal berperan sebagai benteng moral dengan menanamkan nilai-nilai religius, seperti kejujuran, disiplin, dan tanggung jawab, melalui pembelajaran Al-Qur'an, akidah, dan akhlak. Metode pembinaan meliputi ceramah, talaqqi, praktik ibadah, dan keteladanan guru. Dampak positif pendidikan di MDTA meliputi peningkatan pemahaman agama, pembentukan perilaku disiplin, penguatan praktik ibadah, dan berkurangnya perilaku negatif. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa MDTA berkontribusi signifikan dalam membentuk generasi muda yang religius dan berakhlak mulia. Keberhasilan ini menunjukkan pentingnya dukungan berkelanjutan dari berbagai pihak untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di MDTA.

Abstract

Abstrak Peningkatan mutu pendidikan menjadi tantangan utama bagi lembaga pendidikan dalam menghadapi tantangan akibat keterbatasan sumber daya dan perubahan zaman. Penelitian ini didasari pada pentingnya integrasi perencanaan pendidikan dan manajemen pembiayaan sebagai strategi kunci dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran kolaboratif antara perencanaan pendidikan berbasis kebutuhan siswa, perkembangan teknologi, dan tuntutan pasar kerja dengan manajemen pembiayaan yang efektif. Kajian literatur dan analisis studi kasus menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan strategis jangka panjang dan pendek menjadi panduan relevan bagi pengembangan kurikulum adaptif. Manajemen pembiayaan berbasis kolaborasi, seperti dana publik, investasi swasta, dan kemitraan industri, mampu mendukung implementasi rencana pendidikan secara berkelanjutan. Selain itu, transparansi dalam pengelolaan keuangan meningkatkan akuntabilitas dan kepercayaan para pemangku kepentingan. Kontribusi orisinal penelitian ini adalah integrasi kedua aspek sebagai pendekatan holistik yang tidak hanya meningkatkan mutu pendidikan, tetapi juga menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran inovatif dan berdaya saing tinggi. Temuan ini menjadi rekomendasi strategis bagi lembaga pendidikan untuk beradaptasi dengan tantangan era digital dan ekonomi global.     Abstract Improving the quality of education is the main challenge for educational institutions in facing challenges due to limited resources and changing times. This research is based on the importance of integrating educational planning and financing management as a key strategy in improving the quality of education. This research aims to analyze the collaborative role between educational planning based on student needs, technological developments, and job market demands with effective financing management. Literature review and case study analysis show that long and shortterm strategic planning is a relevant guide for adaptive curriculum development. Collaboration-based financing management, such as public funds, private investment and industry partnerships, is able to support the implementation of education plans in a sustainable manner. In addition, transparency in financial management increases accountability and trust among stakeholders. The original contribution of this research is the integration of both aspects as a holistic approach that not only improves the quality of education, but also creates an innovative and highly competitive learning environment. These findings become strategic recommendations for educational institutions to adapt to the challenges of the digital era and the global economy

Abstract

Dalam era pendidikan yang terus berkembang, pendekatan inovatif seperti Teaching Factory (TEFA) menjadi solusi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di pendidikan vokasi, terutama dalam mempersiapkan lulusan yang kompeten dan siap menghadapi dunia kerja. Model ini mengintegrasikan praktik industri nyata ke dalam proses pembelajaran, memungkinkan siswa untuk memperoleh pengalaman kerja yang relevan. Tujuan utama TEFA adalah menjembatani kesenjangan antara teori yang diajarkan di kelas dengan keterampilan praktis yang dibutuhkan di dunia industri. Melalui pengajaran berbasis produksi, siswa tidak hanya mempelajari teori, tetapi juga terlibat dalam kegiatan produksi yang menghasilkan barang atau jasa yang memiliki nilai ekonomi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kepustakaan untuk mengembangkan konsep TEFA dan prosedur implementasinya di sekolah menengah kejuruan (SMK). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penerapan TEFA mampu meningkatkan keterampilan teknis, manajerial, dan interpersonal siswa, serta memperkuat kemitraan antara sekolah dan dunia kerja. Dengan penerapan TEFA, lulusan diharapkan tidak hanya menguasai aspek kognitif, tetapi juga memiliki sikap profesional dan keterampilan yang relevan untuk bersaing di pasar global, terutama di tengah tantangan revolusi industri 4.0. Model pembelajaran ini menawarkan harapan baru dalam menciptakan generasi tenaga kerja yang siap dan kompeten sesuai dengan kebutuhan industri.
