Abstract

Good character needs to be familiarized and exemplified in everyday life by teachers and parents. One character is instilled and accustomed to during that semester. Thus, 12 characters such as orderliness, patience, honesty, responsibility, forgiving, humble, care, sensitivity, concern, tolerance, self-control and wisdom have been formed in children during the 6 years of elementary school. Thematic learning is an interesting learning strategy a number of subjects that provide valuable experience educating students with concise language thematic learning is mixed learning a number of subjects or field studies in one theme. This integration can be seen from the aspects of process or time, curriculum, and teaching and learning aspects. Learning through character formation is the process of carving or sculpting the soul in such a way that it is 'formed' as unique, interesting, and different or distinguishable from others. Creativity learning is a term used in learning activities that have a relationship between creativity and student self-actualization which will be developed through thematic learning activities at school.

Abstract

Efforts to improve the quality of Islamic boarding schools are increasingly urgent and unavoidable. The free market era that has rolled out demands the ability to compete from our human resources. The problem of declining math learning outcomes in boarding schools is influenced by the lack of innovation and creativity of boarding school teachers in providing learning facilities for students. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of digital media in 21st Century Mathematics subjects to improve learning outcomes in Islamic boarding schools. The method used in this research is quantitative with a case control approach. Data analysis conducted in this study was carried out by looking at the results of the pretest and posttest after treatment, by looking at the results of the Gain normality test. The sample in this study amounted to 30 people considering that the sample was homogeneous in class VIII. the results of research and discussion of digital media can be seen to increase by 70% in math learning outcomes. Digital media provides a role to make it easier for students to understand concepts such as visualizing complex mathematical concepts, digital media can bring mathematics into the context of real life.

Abstract

The presence of information and communication technology does not escape the impact on the education system in Indonesia, especially in learning and learning, the presence of technology in the field of education has an impact on the convenience in the process of delivering learning to know from teacher centered to student centered learning, of course by utilizing information and communication technology media, students and teachers can find learning resources and references very easily through information and communication technology media. The style of pesantren life can be seen from the structure of the teaching provided. From the structure and systematics of the teaching, you will find repeated levels from one level to another without seeing the end. The issues taught are often discussions that have been repeated over a period of years, although the textbooks used are different. It starts with a small book (mabsuthât) containing simple, concise texts, then moves to a medium book level (mutawassith). The lessons are given in recitations that take the form of open lectures, where the kiai reads, translates and explains the issues mentioned in the text being studied. Therefore, in order to solve the problem of learning methods, a new breakthrough in learning is needed. This research aims to describe the literature on steam innovation learning approaches to conventionoal methods in Islamic boarding schools. This study is a research and development study using a mixed approach (Mixed Method) which aims to determine the effectiveness of the development of steam innovation learning training on conventional methods of teachers in boarding schools. By using the ADDIE model, analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. This research was conducted at Ponpes Darul Huffaz Pesawaran, the sample of this study amounted to 30 teachers. The research technique used interviews, observation, documentation and assessment instruments. As well as data analysis using quantitative data from pretest and posttest scores which are then tested using the N-Gain statistical formula. By adopting the STEAM innovation learning approach, boarding schools can provide teachers with the skills needed in the future. In addition, this approach can also help teachers to develop creativity, critical thinking, and problem solving, which can help them in everyday life and the future. overall total results with an average of 0.75 with a high classification as well as the effective effectiveness level of STEAM innovation learning development training against conventional methods of teachers at Darul Huffaz Pesawaran boarding school.

Abstract

The role of guidance and counseling at school is one component of education aimed at helping facilitate learners (students) to achieve optimal self-development. Providing facilities for the development of students' abilities and self-establishment is one of the duties of Guidance and Counseling teachers at school. In a vocational high school that prepares students to become work-ready graduates, counseling teachers take part in shaping the work-ready character of these students, by providing guidance and counseling services to students according to their needs, but as we all know, new student learning takes place offline again after the last two years of running online due to the covid-19 virus outbreak which requires online learning from home making it less optimal to provide guidance and counseling services. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The population in this study amounted to 513 respondents with a sample of 128 respondents, this research was conducted at SMK 8 Bandar Lampung, data collection techniques using a work readiness questionnaire and analysis of work readiness personality attributes. There were 128 students in class XI of SMK Negeri 08 Bandar Lampung, 70 students (54.6%) had high work readiness, 56 students (43.7%) had moderate work readiness, and 2 students (1.5%) had low work readiness.... Students already have self-mastery of the attitudes and behaviors that a person must have to be declared ready to work. In this study, the form of work readiness is reviewed from personality attributes, namely work ethics, responsibility, enthusiasm for effort, time management, critical thinking skills, communication, and cooperation. Students who are in the high category can be declared to have been able to adjust to their work environment or to be ready to work.

Abstract

Suatu hal perlu dilaksanakan dalam memberikan peningkatan standar pendidikan, dibidang pendidikan ialah dengan meningkatkan kinerja tenaga kerja atau guru. Setiap aktivitas yang melibatkan tanggung jawab atau berguna di tempat kerja memenuhi syarat sebagai pelatihan. Pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat membantu para guru mengembangkan hard skill dan soft skill mereka, pendidikan dan pelatihan diperlukan bagi instruktur disekolah menengah kejuruan untuk bekerja lebih baik dan menjadi lebih kompeten. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwasannya hasil kerja pendidik memperoleh pengaruh yang signifikan dari pendidikan serta pelatihan.

Abstract

Tujuan pembuatan media pendidikan matematika adalah untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pengajaran dan pembelajaran matematika. Pembuatan konten matematis dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan berbagai macam pendekatan, dari yang sudah dicoba dan benar hingga yang inovatif (dan menarik secara visual). Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu latihan yang dapat membantu pendidik melihat pentingnya kemampuan mengkonstruksi dan memproduksi media pembelajaran Matematika dengan berbagai model untuk memudahkan siswa dalam memahami materi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan SLR (Systematic Literature Review) dalam penyelidikannya. Artikel yang berhubungan dengan Media Pembelajaran Matematika didokumentasikan dan direview untuk mengumpulkan informasi. Lima belas makalah ilmiah digunakan dalam penyelidikan ini; mereka bersumber dari Google Schooler, Research Gate, SINTA, DOAJ, dan Scopus.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan program kegiatan pendidikan dan pelatihan di awali dengan tahap perencanaan. Salah satu tahap perencanaan tersebut yaitu analisis kebutuhan. Dalam melakukan analisis kebutuhan peneliti terlebih dahulu melakukan kegiatan identifikasi dengan melakukan pengambilan data yang kemudian dilakukan analisis guna menentukan skala prioritas untuk dilanjutkan penyususnan perencanaan program kegiatan pendidikan dan pelatihan. Tujuan dilakukan analisi kebutuhan tersebut adalah agar program diklat sesuai dengan apa yang diharpkan, yaitu meningkatkan kompetensi atau kinerja.

Abstract

Sangat penting untuk mengejar pengembangan profesional berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan kaliber sumber daya manusia Anda. Seiring dengan persyaratan untuk pendidikan berkelanjutan, program persiapan guru harus mengatasi masalah yang secara langsung membantu guru dalam melakukan pekerjaannya. Guru dilatih untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, kemampuan, sikap mental, dan kepribadiannya agar dapat melaksanakan tanggung jawabnya di sekolah dan membina pembelajaran seefektif mungkin. Kebutuhan sektor menginformasikan perkembangan pelatihan guru. Untuk mencapai tujuan, sangat penting untuk mengembangkan model manajemen pelatihan manajemen yang mencakup tindakan dan prosedur. Untuk mengelola pelatihan, diperlukan untuk mengaturnya. Individu, organisasi, dan masyarakat semuanya dapat memperoleh manfaat dari pelatihan fungsional jika dikelola dengan baik dan profesional.

Abstract

Saat mengevaluasi sistem pendidikan di Indonesia, sangat penting untuk berfokus pada efektivitas guru di kelas. Keterampilan seorang guru sangat penting untuk kualitas pendidikan siswa dan karir selanjutnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi keberhasilan program In House Training (IHT) dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru. Salah satu metode untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan profesional pendidik adalah melalui In House Training. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi Systematic Literature Review (SLR), yang memerlukan peninjauan literatur yang relevan secara sistematis dan menilai temuannya secara kritis. Tim peneliti merekam dan membaca setiap dan semua publikasi yang dapat mereka temukan tentang In-House Training, efektivitas guru, dan kompetensi pedagogis. Berdasarkan temuan studi yang ada, program in house training (IHT) berhasil meningkatkan kualitas kerja tenaga pendidik. Seperti yang ditunjukkan dengan keberhasilan pelatihan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan guru. Guru dapat melakukan pekerjaan yang lebih baik dalam mengarahkan siswa mereka jika mereka lebih mampu secara langsung mengawasi pembelajaran di kelas, dan jika mereka mahir dalam manajemen kelas. Adanya efektifitas guru dalam menyusun media pembelajaran menjadi salah satu tolak ukur dalam meningkatkan kreatifitas guru dalam mengajar yang terus dapat ditingkatkan melalui program pelatihan in house training (IHT).

Abstract

Objective: Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) is a 2030 agenda comprised of 17 goals. One of these goals, the fourth, pertains to Quality Education and includes indicator 4.7, Education for Sustainable Development (ESD), as one of its achievements. The implementation of ESD in education targets the instillation of systems thinking competencies within learning objectives. Consequently, students are expected to possess systems thinking competencies as a direct outcome of the learning process. The purpose of the research is to find out how good the system thinking competence of students in elementary schools is. Method: This study employs descriptive quantitative methods, analyzing 15 tested items to assess system thinking competencies. The analysis of competency in system thinking involved 65 sixth-grade students at Elementary School 1 Sukaraja. Data collected was analyzed using the Rasch model via the Winstep application. Results: The analysis of the data obtained revealed a notably low interaction between the items and the student's responses, with Cronbach Alpha producing a logit of 0.34. This suggests that students have limited ability to engage with complex systems, as evidenced by the logit number of -0.8. Novelty: The development of systems thinking competency in elementary school students must be continually monitored and fostered as an essential aspect of applying ESD principles to real-life issues to ensure a sustainable future. This is based on an analysis of the data obtained regarding the long-term impact of such an approach on the students' problem-solving abilities.
