Abstract

Abstract

Psychological tests require continuous refinement and evaluation to ensure their effectiveness. This study aimed to evaluate the factor structure, invariance, item quality, and differential item functioning (DIF) of the 60-item Myers–Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) among Indonesian students using modern psychometric methods. Involving 7,526 participants, the results of the item factor analysis (IFA) indicated that a single-factor model for each MBTI dimension adequately fit the data, supporting satisfactory construct validity. The Infit and Outfit MNSQ values ranged between 0.5 and 1.5, demonstrating good item quality. Moreover, no gender bias was detected based on the DIF Contrast effect size, indicating that MBTI items function equivalently for male and female students. These findings provide strong empirical evidence for the psychometric validity and reliability of the MBTI in the Indonesian context and represent the first large-scale study contributing to the refinement and modernization of the instrument in alignment with national legislative standards for psychological test use.

Abstract

Celebrity boxing matches held by RANS Entertainment have two different opinions in response to it. On the one hand, he believes that this match has a lot of substance, namely raising the good name of Indonesian boxing and inspiring young people to channel their talents in positive ways and not commit criminal acts on the streets. However, on the other hand, they think this event is just a sensation because the match being held does not have good boxing standards, there are no professional boxers involved even though the event is an official event. Therefore, this research aims to describe whether the match only contains substance, vice versa, or contains both. This research is qualitative research with an explanatory approach. The data used in this research is secondary data that researchers obtained from websites, scientific articles, books and a number of other commonly used sources. These data were analyzed using the stages of data collection, data selection, data reduction, and drawing conclusions.

Abstract

The use of plastic as a packaging material remains the primary choice among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) due to its practicality and affordability. However, growing environmental awareness has encouraged the adoption of sustainable packaging as a more ecologically responsible alternative. This activity aimed to assist Rena Snack in identifying and applying environmentally friendly packaging alternatives suited to the characteristics of its products. The program was implemented in three stages: preparation, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation. The results showed that sustainable packaging was relatively easy to implement, effectively maintained product quality during distribution, and remained cost-efficient. However, several challenges emerged, including mismatched packaging sizes, limited resistance of paper materials to oil and moisture, and extended processing times when using banana leaves. The sustainability evaluation indicated that the combination of paper and banana leaves held promising potential for broader application, provided there were adjustments to production efficiency and alignment with consumer preferences. This initiative is expected to encourage broader adoption of sustainable packaging practices among MSMEs to enhance competitiveness in the green economy era.
