Test anxiety is a pervasive problem related to the evaluative of educational programs. It is necessary to learn about the nature, causes, effects, and treatment so it is important to give the interventions to reduce test anxiety the students can show their best performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of aromatherapy to students who will take the exam. The participants were 17 students of 8th Grade. This experimental research design is a time series control group design with a pre-test and post-test group models. A scale of Test Anxiety based on the aspects by Cassady and Johnson (2002) was used to measure anxiety levels with a reliability value of 0.944. The analytical method used is the Friedman and Kruskal-Wallis test. This study found that aromatherapy was effective in reducing calculations in the test using the Kruskal-Wallis test with the Asymp value.Sig p <0.05, the test scores for participants between group KK, KE1, and KE2 based on the pre-test results with p = 0.450 , post-test 1 with p = 0.025, post-test 2 with p = 0.019, and post-test 3 with p = 0.011. Aromatherapy can be used to reduce test anxiety as an effective independent therapy.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji potensi penggunaan sensor optik dan ultraviolet (UV) dalam deteksi mata uang, dengan fokus pada autentikasi dan identifikasi nominal uang. Penggunaan metode Tinjauan Pustaka pada 13 artikel terindeks Scopus yang dikaji dan dipilih berdasarkan kriteria inklusi serta eksklusi yang ketat. Hasil review menunjukkan bahwa sensor optik digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi nominal mata uang dengan membaca pola cetakan mikro, sedangkan sensor UV diterapkan untuk memverifikasi keaslian uang dengan mendeteksi watermark atau serat tersembunyi yang hanya terlihat di bawah sinar ultraviolet. Kombinasi kedua teknologi ini terbukti meningkatkan akurasi dan kecepatan dalam mendeteksi uang, serta memberikan kontribusi dalam meningkatkan aksesibilitas bagi penyandang tunanetra. Penggunaan gabungan sensor optik dan UV memungkinkan alat deteksi yang dikembangkan untuk memiliki fungsi ganda, yakni identifikasi nominal dan verifikasi keaslian uang dengan tingkat keandalan yang lebih tinggi. Penelitian lanjutan perlu dilakukan untuk mengoptimalkan kombinasi kedua sensor tersebut guna meningkatkan deteksi uang yang lebih akurat dan efektif dalam berbagai kondisi pencahayaan. Selain itu, penelitian juga perlu fokus pada kemudahan penggunaan dan aksesibilitas teknologi untuk penyandang tunanetra dalam transaksi keuangan secara mandiri.

PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk merupakan salah satu perusahaan swasta yang bergerak dibidang retail di Indonesia. Sebagai salah satu perusahaan swasta PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk wajib mempekerjakan karyawan disabilitas minimal satu persen dari jumlah karyawan. Upaya yang dilakukan adalah dengan melakukan sosialisasi terkait program Alfability serta melakukan rekrutmen tenaga kerja disabilitas. Program Alfability merupakan salah satu program yang dikembangkan oleh perusahaan sebagai upaya membangun lingkungan kerja yang inklusif. Pada Kegiatan ini terdapat proses sosialisasi dan rekrutmen di Kantor Sentra Wirajaya Makassar. Hasil akhir dari dua kegiatan ini adalah Alfamart Branch Makassar berhasil membangun kerja sama dengan Sentra Wirajaya Makassar sebagai perpanjangan tangan Alfamart dalam menyebarkan informasi lowongan pekerjaan, Pembina Sentra Wirajaya Makassar bersedia memfasilitasi alumninya dalam proses rekrutmen karyawan disabilitas secara berkala untuk kedepannya dan mendapatkan satu calon kandidat yang sesuai kualifikasi.

Interpersonal relationship merupakan komunikasi antara dua atau lebih individu yang perlu diciptakan dan dibina sedemikian rupa dalam suatu organisasi sehingga tercipta kerja sama yang baik dan mampu mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Komunikasi yang efektif dapat meningkatkan kerja sama, pemahaman, dan kepuasan kerja, maka sangat penting untuk membangun Interpersonal relationship yang kuat. Salah satu langkah yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan hal tersebut adalah dengan memberikan psikoedukasi terkait interpersonal relationship. Tujuan dari psikoedukasi Interpersonal Relationship ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman tentang bagaimana berinteraksi dengan orang lain dan memiliki keterampilan komunikasi yang efektif. Kegiatan Psikoedukasi diikuti sebanyak 17 peserta dan dilakukan dalam bentuk psikoedukasi melalui kegiatan seminar dan role play yang dilaksanakan di Unit Penilaian Teknis Potensi dan Kompetensi Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Hasil yang diperoleh setelah melakukan Psikoedukasi yaitu peserta mengalami peningkatan pemahaman terkait interpersonal relationship dan dapat menerapkannya dalam lingkungan kerja maupun kehidupan sehari-hari

Fetal heart rate using Doppler Ultrasound is a standard method to assess fetal health. Examination of the fetal heart with a Doppler device is more convenient for women. Fetal Doppler can accidentally take the mother's heartbeat. A filter is needed to enhance the audibility of fetal heartbeats while suppressing unwanted frequencies and noise. The normal fetal heart rate ranges from 120 to 160 beats per minute, or 2 Hz - 3 Hz. This frequency can be filtered using a bandpass filter. the digital FIR bandpass filter were created using the Hamming and Hanning window methods. The results of the FIR filter with the Hamming and Hanning window, Orde 100 Hanning gave the best frequency bandwidth range which was 1.833 Hz to 3.167 Hz. Orde 20 Hamming and Hanning had the shortest delay +- 2 s and Orde 100 Hamming and Hanning had the longest delay +- 6s. For the noise at 1.6 Hz, Orde 100 Hamming and Orde 100 Hanning the signal level of the signal output is the same as the desired signal level. For the noise at 3.1 Hz, Orde 100 Hamming and Orde 100 Hanning had the signal level of the signal output is almost the same as the desired signal level. At the frequency point of 1.6 Hz, the noise signal at the input has a magnitude response 2533, it is a decrease after passing through the filter to = 0. At the frequency point of 3.1 Hz, the noise signal at the input has a magnitude response 2246, and there is a decrease after passing through the filter to 167.7. From this study, we can choose 100 orde Hanning because it gave the best frequency bandwidth range which was 1.833 Hz to 3.167 Hz, the delay of +- 6s.

Perpustakaan suatu sekolah menjadi salah satu tolak ukur suatu sekolah dikatakan maju atau tidak. Perpustakaan yang ideal ialah yang memiliki ruang perpustakaan nyaman, bahan pustaka yang lengkap, serta pustaka-wan yang melakukan pelayanan secara COMFORT. SD Negeri 1 Gema-wang berada di Kecmatan Girimarto Kabupaten Wonogiri mempunyai koleksi pustaka yang memadai, akan tetapi sistem administratif per-pustakaan serta belum adanya sumber manusianya sebagai pustakawan. Perpustakaan di SD Negeri 1 Gemawang telah mendapatkan bahan pustaka baru dari Dinas Pendidikan yang belum ditata dan dilakukan pengadminitrasian. Pembuatan kategorisasi bahan pustaka yang dil-akukan di perpustakaan SD Negeri 1 Gemawang menggunakan sistem klasifikasi Dewey Decimal Classification (DDC). Mengklasifikasi bahan pustaka dengan menggunakan sistem klasifikasi DDC terdiri dari nomor klasifikasi, lalu diikuti 3 huruf awal nama pengarang kemudian satu huruf kecil dari judul buku. Penyusunan buku harus sistematis. Penyusunan pertama dimulai dari nomor klasifikasi, dimulai dari nomor klasifikiasi terkecil dari bahan pustaka di perpustakaan hingga ke terbesar, kemudian menurut abjad dari tiga huruf awal pengarang, dan menurut abjad terkecil dari huruf pertama judul. Dengan adanya pembu-atan kategorisasi bahan pustaka menurut DDC memberikan kemudahan bagi pustakawan dalam temu kembali koleksi. Selain itu, diharapkan dapat menumbuhkan minat baca para siswa-siswi dan menjadikan SD Negeri 1 Gemawang sekolah yang semakin maju dan berkembang.

Psychological tests require continuous refinement and evaluation to ensure their effectiveness. This study aimed to evaluate the factor structure, invariance, item quality, and differential item functioning (DIF) of the 60-item Myers–Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) among Indonesian students using modern psychometric methods. Involving 7,526 participants, the results of the item factor analysis (IFA) indicated that a single-factor model for each MBTI dimension adequately fit the data, supporting satisfactory construct validity. The Infit and Outfit MNSQ values ranged between 0.5 and 1.5, demonstrating good item quality. Moreover, no gender bias was detected based on the DIF Contrast effect size, indicating that MBTI items function equivalently for male and female students. These findings provide strong empirical evidence for the psychometric validity and reliability of the MBTI in the Indonesian context and represent the first large-scale study contributing to the refinement and modernization of the instrument in alignment with national legislative standards for psychological test use.

One can explain the material torque through a device called a torsional modulus. The Physics Laboratory of the Faculty of Science and Technology of UIN Walisongo Semarang does not yet have a torsional modulus experiment. With this torsional modulus experiment tool can increase the amount of experiment inventory and can be used as a means of supporting experiment in explaining the concept of torque. The purpose of this research is to design the torsional modulus experiment tool and compile the torsional modulus experiment guide so that it can be used in basic physics experiment courses in the physics laboratory of FST UIN Walisongo Semarang. The design of torsional modulus experiment tools developed with the Research and Development (R&D) procedure has been tested with a very high validity category. This study aims to describe the achievement of the numeracy cognitive level of elementary school students on a minimum competency assessment. The population of this study were fifth grade students at C-accredited elementary school in Lampung province. The sample of this study selected using stratified random sampling. Data were collected using a level 2 numeracy test instrument developed by the Center for Evaluation and Learning of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia. Data were analyzed descriptively and inferentially using the Mann-Whitney test. It was concluded that: a) students’ category of numeracy ability was “competent” (mean score 43.04); b) there is no significant difference between the numeracy abilities of male and female students; c) the highest percentage of correct answers was matching type questions (62.9%); and d) the lowest cognitive level was achieved is in the measurement concept which was only 28.6. The Effectiveness of The Problem Based Learning Model in Terms of Students Mathematical Communication Skills. This research aimed to examine the effectiveness of the problem based learning (PBL) model in terms of students mathematical communication skills. The samples of this research were students of VIII D as many 32 students as experiment class and VIII-D as many 29 students as control class which were chosen by cluster random sampling technique. This research used randomized pretest-posttest control group design. The research data was obtained by test technique through mathematical communication skills tests instrument which form essay question. Reaserch data analized using One Side Proportion Test and Mann Whitney U test. By the rasults of data analysis the students who got score 71 or more of mathematical communication skill in PBL class were not more than 60% of all students in that class. Gain score mathematical communication skill who treated by PBL more than the students who treated by non PBL. The conclusion of this research is that the PBL model was not effective in term of students mathematical communication skills, but the student’s mathematical communication skills who took PBL was higher than students who took non PBL.keywords: problem based learning, mathematical communication, effectivenes DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/jpmipa/v19i2.pp99-110
