Abstract

Rossama Pratama Clinic is one of the health service providers for the community, which is located on Street Taman RT/RW 01/03 Sukajadi Village, East Prabumulih District, Prabumulih City, South Sumatra Province. The lack of information conveyed to the public has resulted in a lack of public knowledge about the Rossama Prabumulih Clinic Pratama Prabumulih because the information administration system carried out at this clinic is still manual, namely people who want to know about the latest information about the clinic must come directly so that it is more effective and efficient, because take a lot of time to arrive at the clinic. Therefore, the researcher will create a web informationsystem for the Rossama Pratama Clinic which will be accessed via a browser using the PHP programming language with the help of UML design to help design the system that will be created. The method of developing the system is using the Waterfall method. With this website, hopefully it will help people save time when they want to go to the clinic or seek treatment from home.

Abstract

Fungsi penting perpustakaan sebagai fasilitas penunjang universitas adalah menyediakan bahan bacaan dan sumber belajar tambahan bagi mahasiswa. Perpustakaan merupakan bangunan penting yang harus ada di setiap lembaga pendidikan. Perpustakaan adalah sumber daya yang luar biasa untuk memperluas pemikiran mahasiswa dan profesor. Hal ini harus lebih diperhatikan oleh pihak universitas agar dapat memberikan pelayanan yang sebaik-baiknya. Menggunakan sistem pengolahan data yang terkomputerisasi adalah salah satu pilihan untuk membuat segala sesuatunya berjalan lebih lancar dan efisien. Dalam skenario ini, teknik Spiral digunakan untuk membuat sistem informasi, sedangkan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data untuk sistem tersebut. Model Spiral adalah pendekatan hibrid dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak yang mengambil fitur terbaik dari Model Prototyping dan Model waterfall dan menambahkan penekanan pada penilaian risiko di setiap tingkat proses.

Abstract

Along with the rapid development of technology and knowledge at this time makes information a very important role in order to achieve goals the development of computer technology today has grown rapidly, this encourages the creation of the need for the application of increasingly sophisticated computer technology. Design and build a kiosk rental information system at the web-based traditional market of Sumaja Makmur Village aims to facilitate the process of kiosk rental payment transactions. The situation faced by the traditional market of Sumaja Makmur Village is that the process of stall rental transactions is still carried out manually, so it takes time because traders have to come to the market chairman's office to make stall rental transactions. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method, while the system development method uses the waterfall method.

Abstract

Tembikar merupakan artefak arkeologi yang dibuat dari tanah liat bakar yang secara umum berfungsi sebagai peralatan sehari-hari. Tembikar banyak ditemukan di situs-situs arkeologi, termasuk di dataran rendah Lampung. Penelitian desk study tahun 2020-2021 melakukan analisis mengenai rekonstruksi bentuk, kronologi, dan asal tembikar Lampung dengan metode gabungan kuantitatif melalui uji laboratorium X-ray fluorescence, X-ray diffraction, Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, Petrografi, dan Thermoluminescence. Metode kualitatif pun digunakan untuk rekonstruksi hasil selective sampling dengan menggunakan Rhinoceros software dan didukung pendekatan sejarah. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui kecenderungan varian bentuk, kronologi, dan asal tembikar Lampung secara umum. Penelitian ini menghasilkan bentuk yang direkonstruksi berupa wadah sehari-hari terbanyak berupa mangkuk, cawan, dan jambangan. Cakupan kronologi tembikar adalah sejak abad ke-12 hingga ke-20 Masehi. Adapun asal produksi tembikar diketahui melalui pendekatan geologis dan sejarah, dan diduga di sekitar kawasan Kayu Agung Palembang dan Bakung Udik, Lampung. Pottery is an archaeological artefact made from baked clay, which functions as a daily tool. Pottery has been found in archaeological sites, including Lampung lowlands. The 2020-2021 desk study analyses were carried out to reconstruct the form of pottery and to understand the chronology as well as the origin of the Lampung pottery using a quantitative combined method through laboratory tests of X-ray fluorescence, X-ray diffraction, Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, Petrography, and Thermoluminescence. Qualitative methods were also used to reconstruct the results of selective sampling using the Rhinoceros software supported by a historical approach. The purpose of this research is to know the favourable varieties of form, chronology, and origin of Lampung pottery in general. This research resulted in reconstructed forms of dominant pottery containers common for daily use such as bowls, cups, and vases. The chronology of pottery covers from the 12th to the 20th century. The origin of pottery production is known through a geological and historical approach and suggested to be manufactured around the Kayu Agung Palembang and Bakung Udik regions, in Lampung.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the English accents that students use in English reading class and their perceptions about English accents in Indonesia. The research employed a qualitative design to elicit more detailed answers and utilized a modified interview as a research instrument. The researcher enlisted 38 students of English Language Education from a private university in East Kalimantan as participants in this study. Four out of the 38 students were selected for interviews. The results of the research indicated that 9.5% (N=34) participants used an American accent and 10.5% (N=4) participants used a British accent when reading a text in English. The interview result showed that American English was the favored accent for reading and general perception, likely due to its popularity and perceived ease in the media. Despite these preferences, students acknowledged British English as a formal and distinguished accent. They agreed that exposure to different dialects can help in speaking, listening, and vocabulary development. Media exposure played a significant role in influencing their accents.

Abstract

Consider how Technology has been used in the teaching and learning process. This study aimed to explore PSTs' final practice in practicum integrated into Technology and how they solve the problem if they have it. This research was conducted at Widya Gama Mahakam University. This study focused on PSTs' competence when designing and using Technology in teaching final practice in practicum programs through the TPACK framework. The design of this study was a qualitative study that illustrates the PSTs' competence in integrating Technology in the final practice teaching in the practicum program through TPACK Framework. There were 22 PSTs of seven semesters as the participants. There were three items of instruments. Documents, interviews, Observation, and three PSTs were willing to be interviewees. The study result showed they plan the lesson well before teaching using Technology even though there are slight differences in their performance. The Technology they used, combined with pedagogy and content, varied depending on the state of equipment, facilities, PSTs' abilities, and student levels. PSTs also stated the involvement of supervising teachers was beneficial when they faced difficulties in teaching practice. The Researcher suggested that PSTs design their lesson plan effectively. The teacher preparation program prepares PSTs with technological education skills, and the school provides nondigital or digital technology support, student-centered software, and collaboration media tools.

Abstract

Imam Al-Ghazali's educational leadership model is a leadership approach based on the teachings and thoughts of the famous Islamic philosopher, Imam Al-Ghazali. Imam Al-Ghazali was an 11th century Islamic scholar known for his contributions to the fields of philosophy, theology, and education. This educational leadership model combines the principles of Islamic education with the leadership concept developed by Imam Al-Ghazali. In this model, educational leadership is seen as a very important role in guiding and motivating students and educational staff members to achieve their educational goals. Imam Al-Ghazali emphasized the importance of fair, wise and moral leadership in the context of education. This model outlines several main principles underlying Imam Al-Ghazali's educational leadership; Leadership Based on Islamic Values, Deep Understanding of Students, Personality Development, Exemplary Leadership, Teamwork and Consultation, Continuous Education Improvement, Imam Al-Ghazali's educational leadership model encourages a holistic approach in education that includes Islamic moral and ethical aspects . This creates an educational environment that supports the development of students' character and personality and helps them become better individuals in society. By following these principles, educational leaders can become agents of positive change in the world of Islamic education.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the strategic role of the Green Human Resource Information System (Green HRIS) in bridging the transformation of human resource management with the demands of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles, specifically examining how Green HRIS contributes to sustainable HR practices, organizational performance, and digital HR transformation. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, this study identifies, evaluates, and synthesizes prior research by conducting a structured search across major academic databases—Scopus, Web of Science, Springer, Elsevier, and Wiley—for publications from 2020 to 2025 that address green HRM, HR digitalization, sustainable HR practices, and ESG integration. The review process includes screening titles, abstracts, and full texts, extracting key data, and categorizing findings into environmental, social, and governance dimensions. The results demonstrate that Green HRIS strengthens ESG implementation by reducing paper usage, lowering carbon emissions, and promoting sustainable HR practices such as digital recruitment and e-learning, while also improving governance through enhanced transparency, accountability, regulatory compliance, and real-time reporting. Empirical evidence indicates that Green HRIS fosters employee engagement, organizational innovation, and the development of green competitive advantages. Practically, the study highlights how organizations, policymakers, and HR managers can utilize Green HRIS to optimize digital transformation and meet ESG requirements, thereby reinforcing legitimacy and long-term competitiveness within the green economy. This research offers originality as one of the first systematic reviews addressing Green HRIS in the ESG era, integrating theories such as the Resource-Based View, Technology Acceptance Model, and organizational sustainability theory, while also mapping trends, best practices, and gaps for future research.

Abstract

The British accent, spoken by individuals from the United Kingdom (UK), comes in various forms. "Bring Me The Horizon" is a renowned British band featuring British musicians who employ diverse British accents. This study aims to identify the prevalent British accent utilized by Oliver Sykes and Jordan Fish and to assess students' perceptions of the British accent spoken in the video, with the goal of facilitating their English language learning. The researcher used a descriptive qualitative research in order to gain the data.The researcher used an article from ‘Accent Bias Britain’ and was guided by a native speaker from UK in order to validate the data. The participants in this study included four students who had viewed the video. The data collection instruments comprised the video itself, transcripts of the dialogue, and an article sourced from Accent Bias Britain.. The research reveals that Oliver Sykes used General Norther English, and Jordan Fish used Multicultural London English
