Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran yang jelas dan sistematis tentang strategi mengatasi stres dan burnout pada guru dan staf di lingkungan pendidikan. Penelitian ini berawal dari perhatian peneliti terhadap kondisi kesejahteraan psikologis guru dan staf di lembaga pendidikan, yang sering kali mengalami tekanan akibat beban kerja yang tinggi serta perubahan administrasi yang terus menerus. Stres dan burnout dapat mengganggu kinerja mereka, yang pada akhirnya berdampak pada kualitas pembelajaran dan kebahagiaan peserta didik. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk menawarkan strategi yang efektif bagi guru dan staf dalam mengelola stres dan burnout. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi di SD Alfa Centauri Bandung. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi pada stres dan burnout, serta untuk menemukan solusi yang dapat diterapkan di lingkungan sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa faktor yang dapat membantu mengurangi stres dan burnout, antara lain: (1) Budaya organisasi yang mendukung kesejahteraan psikologis menjadi kunci utama dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang sehat, (2) Pelatihan mengenai kesehatan mental yang dapat membantu guru dan staf untuk mengelola kondisi psikologis mereka agar tetap seimbang, dan (3) Pemberian reward atau penghargaan yang dapat menjadi motivasi positif dalam menjaga kesejahteraan serta kinerja mereka selama bekerja. Penelitian ini juga menekankan pentingnya manajemen stres dalam mencegah dampak negatif dari stres dan burnout terhadap kesejahteraan mental guru dan staf. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah menciptakan kesejahteraan psikologis melalui berbagai strategi yang tepat sangat penting untuk mendukung kesehatan mental guru dan staf di lingkungan pendidikan. Strategi tersebut tidak hanya bermanfaat bagi para pendidik itu sendiri, tetapi juga dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan yang diberikan kepada peserta didik.

Abstract

Non-formal education can play a role as a complement, addition, and substitute for formal education. One form of non-formal education in Islamic religious education is the establishment of the Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an (TPQ). The management of ustadz and ustadzah as human resources at the Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an (TPQ) is crucial, particularly concerning competency development planning to enhance their professionalism. This research was conducted at TPQ Darul Muzakkirin, utilizing qualitative research methods with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation. The collected data were analyzed using the Miles & Huberman analysis model, involving data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research findings conclude that competency development planning is not optimal as the acquired material does not align with the needs and lacks relevance for ustadz and ustadzah. Therefore, the recommendation that can be made through this paper is to use the TPACK (Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge) model as a framework for planning the development of educator competencies at TPQ Darul Muzakkirin.

Abstract

The motivation for the study was the importance of transformational leadership in developing teachers' work at MIN Bandung. However, there is little research on the contribution of this type of leadership in Islamic education. The purpose of this study is to examine the responsibilities of school/madrasah leaders in improving teacher performance. This study used a quantitative comparative method. The research sample consisted of 21 teachers from MIN Bandung, and information was gathered through a Likert scale-based questionnaire that measured teachers' perceptions of transformational leadership and teachers' roles, and the relationship between variables. Based on the research, the findings indicate that the transformational leadership of school leaders in MIN Bandung is in the best category, and is positively and significantly related to improving teacher performance. It can be concluded that transformational leadership is essential to establish supportive working conditions, which can motivate and encourage teachers to be more creative and responsible to ensure the quality of academic coaching in schools.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop an organizational psychology module that is specifically designed to meet the needs of teachers in improving collaboration and communication competencies at MTs Persis Lempong Garut. The method in writing this journal uses a qualitative method with a field research approach. This type of research is development research to produce products (modules). The researcher develops the module through the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) development model. The data collection includes questionnaires, interviews, observations, and document studies. Furthermore, the results of the research findings are divided into several important points, including; a) Research results that include the development of organizational psychology modules, results and analysis (both qualitative and quantitative), b) Research discussion that includes module trials, results analysis, implications of findings, and contribution to results. So it can be concluded that the research on the development of the organizational psychology module at MTs Persis Lempong Garut has succeeded in fulfilling its goal of improving the understanding and management of organizational psychology in the context of education.

Abstract

Islamic Cultural History Curriculum Analysis is an in-depth review of the structure and content of the curriculum relating to Islamic history and culture. This research evaluates the philosophical, theological, sociocultural, psychological and science and technology foundations. The analysis of the history of Islamic education curriculum also provides a foundation for efforts to improve the quality of Islamic education. Evaluation of the curriculum helps identify strengths and weaknesses, so that continuous improvement can be made. The focus of the analysis includes learning objectives, teaching materials, learning resources, and evaluation. The purpose of this study was to analyze the Islamic cultural history curriculum, especially in the Riyadhul Jannah Modern Junior High School with a qualitative case study approach. The results of the analysis of the Islamic cultural history curriculum in general went well with the appropriate planning and implementation stages.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Tajweed learning on the ability to read the Quran among 8th-grade students at Al Karimah Islamic Junior High School in Bogor. The research method used is qualitative, involving 22 students as research subjects. Three chapters of the Quran, namely Al-Bayyinah, Al-Zalzalah, and Al-‘Adiyat, were used as test objects to evaluate reading ability, articulation points (Makharijul Huruf), and tajweed knowledge. The results showed that most students could read the three chapters well, with 16 students for Al-Bayyinah, 19 students for Al-Zalzalah, and 20 students for Al-‘Adiyat. In the aspect of articulation points, most students demonstrated good ability, with 18 students for Al-Bayyinah, 17 students for Al-Zalzalah, and 21 students for Al-‘Adiyat. Meanwhile, in tajweed knowledge, the results showed that the majority of students could answer tajweed questions well, with 18 students for Al-Bayyinah, 19 students for Al-Zalzalah, and 19 students for Al-‘Adiyat. Thus, tajweed learning has a positive impact on the Quran reading ability of 8th-grade students at Al Karimah Islamic Junior High School, showing significant improvement in the tested aspects.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi visi misi dalam peningkatan kualitas berdasarkan IASP 2020 di MIN Bandung. Penelitian dilakukan secara kualitatis dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus yang merujuk pada IASP 2020. Pengumpulan data menggunakan Teknik : wawancara, dokumentasi serta observasi. Pengolahan data menggunakan Teknik : reduksi, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Validitas data Teknik yang kridibel dan daoat dikonfirmasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : Madrasah menciptakan, mensosialisasikan, melaksanakan dan mengevaluasi visi, misi dan tujuan termasuk mitra sekolah dan hasil penilaian tersebut digunakan untuk mencapai kemajuan dan peningkatan madrasah secara continue. Kesimpulan bahwa visi dan misi telah dilaksanakan dengan sangat baik dibuktikan dengan adanya program kerja yang relevan.

AbstrakBuku ini mengeksplorasi kiprah dan karya-karya Syekh Abdussamad al-Palembani, seorang ulama besar abad ke-18 yang dikenal sebagai pelopor moderasi beragama berbasis hati. Melalui pendekatan filologi, sejarah, dan antropologi, buku ini membahas perjalanan hidup, karya, serta diaspora ajarannya yang tersebar luas di Nusantara dan Timur Tengah. Penulis menyoroti karya-karya monumental seperti Sirrussalikin dan Hidayatussalikin yang memadukan tasawuf dengan fikih, mencerminkan harmoni antara spiritualitas dan syariat. Buku ini juga mengkaji transformasi ajaran beliau dari teks tertulis menjadi tradisi lisan yang mengakar dalam budaya lokal, seperti tradisi Ratib Saman yang berkembang di berbagai daerah. Dengan fokus pada moderasi beragama, buku ini menampilkan bagaimana Abdussamad mendorong nilai-nilai toleransi, cinta tanah air, dan kerukunan sosial melalui pesan-pesan keagamaannya. Ajarannya yang berbasis hati menekankan pentingnya penyucian diri sebagai fondasi harmoni kehidupan. Buku ini juga mengungkap peran beliau dalam melawan penjajahan Belanda, menunjukkan bahwa spiritualitas dapat menjadi kekuatan dalam perjuangan kemerdekaan Dalam konteks kontemporer, buku ini menawarkan wawasan berharga untuk menghadapi isu-isu global seperti radikalisme dan intoleransi. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis akuntansi biaya pendidikan pada implementasi biaya operasional pendidikan di sekolah. Analisis ini dilakukan untuk menilai apakah biaya operasional pendidikan digunakan secara efektif dan efisien. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Data penelitian diperoleh melalui pencarian literatur secara sistematis di internet, fokus pada jurnal-jurnal yang membahas analisis akuntansi biaya pendidikan dalam penerapan biaya operasional pendidikan di sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi biaya operasional pendidikan memiliki dampak langsung pada ketersediaan sumber daya, kualitas pengajaran, dan aksesibilitas pendidikan. Adanya pemahaman yang lebih baik terhadap komponen biaya, termasuk pengeluaran untuk tenaga pengajar, fasilitas, dan teknologi, dapat meningkatkan pengelolaan keuangan lembaga pendidikan.

Abstract

In recent years, the development of information technology has been very fast. Information Science and Technology (IST) has become one of the most important fields in the development of modern society. It plays a key role in changing the way we work, communicate, and access information. student needs analysis is carried out to evaluate the program planning that has been implemented and to improve further program planning related to the learning process (design, development, utilization, management, and evaluation). By understanding these needs, the PAI curriculum can be structured more appropriately to meet the expectations of the community and provide an understanding of religion that is relevant to the reality of life.
