ABSTRACT Terang bulan is a traditional Indonesian snack that comes in various flavors, sizes, and presentations. One of the currently popular variations of terang bulan is the mini terang bulan with healthy toppings of sticky rice and green beans. The author is interested in examining the presence of this healthy mini terang bulan as a new alternative in the already well-known terang bulan snacks, considering the high sugar content in traditional terang bulan snacks that leads to a decline in public health. This study aims to assess how much the community cares about their health when consuming snacks and is also expected to encourage the community to pay more attention to their health in the future. This activity was conducted using the Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) method, where the author directly participated in discussions and practices to obtain data that was later used for analysis. This activity concluded that the millennial generation is quite interested in buying mini terang bulan with healthy toppings. Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to describe Muslim women in the field of Islamic jurisprudence. This study uses a qualitative approach with content analysis. Data collection was conducted by documenting several documents relevant to the research topic. Data analysis was carried out through data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/verification. The results of this study indicate that Muslim women have specific laws and regulations discussed in Islamic jurisprudence that regulate their religious, social, and personal lives. A woman's private parts must be covered with loose clothing that does not reveal the curves of the body to maintain honor and avoid slander. During worship, Muslim women are not required to perform Friday prayers and are not permitted to lead prayers for men. Issues of menstruation, postpartum bleeding, and istihadhah also receive special attention, including the provision on whether a woman may attend a gathering of knowledge in the mosque while menstruating. Family rules are also discussed, for example regarding the guardianship of marriage, which is mandatory in a woman's marriage contract. All of these provisions demonstrate the sharia's attention to the protection, honor, and religious obligations of Muslim women. Sharia education is obligatory for Muslim women to understand the laws of women's jurisprudence and apply them in their daily lives. Women play a vital role in society, particularly in da'wah (Islamic outreach), provided they protect themselves from slander and avoid sexual intercourse with non-mahram men.

Abstract

Classroom management is a strategic approach that plays a central role in improving student learning achievement in educational settings. The main objective of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of classroom management to improve student learning outcomes. This research adopts a type of field research with a qualitative naturalistic approach, which was chosen based on the consideration that the focus of the research is on data that is able to provide a picture and painting of complex social realities into concreteness. The main source of information and data in this study involved interviews with homeroom teachers, school principals and students. The results show that every decision and strategy taken by teachers not only creates a physical space in the classroom, but more deeply, forms the basis of character and understanding. In a well-managed classroom, the expected conditions are created. The teacher serves not only as a leader, but also as a harmonizer who creates harmony among the diverse personalities and talents of students. Through wisdom and sensitivity to classroom dynamics, teachers are able to create an environment that fosters a sense of security, curiosity and passion for learning. Effective classroom management gives each student the opportunity to develop according to his or her potential. They are not only invited to participate, but also to collaborate and immerse themselves in the learning process. In a well-organized classroom setting, chaos can turn into cooperation, challenges into opportunities for growth, and uncertainty into confidence in one's abilities.

Abstract

Technological advances in the 21st century provide great opportunities to improve the quality of education, including Islamic education. This research aims to explore the role of technology to support the transformation of Islamic education by using a qualitative approach based on a literature study. The analysis focused on opportunities, challenges and strategies for technology integration in Islamic education. The results show that technology can expand access to education, improve learning efficiency and create innovation in teaching methods. The use of digital platforms, simulations and interactive applications allows students to access classic Islamic literature and understand religious concepts more deeply. However, technology implementation also faces challenges, such as lack of infrastructure, limited teacher competencies and cultural resistance to change. Negative impacts, such as dependence on digital devices and exposure to inappropriate content, require prudent management. Strategies for technology integration in Islamic education include developing a technology-based curriculum, training teachers, strengthening digital literacy and closely monitoring online content. With the right approach, technology can support Islamic education to remain relevant in the digital era without losing the core values that underpin it. This study concludes that technology, if managed well, can be a powerful instrument to support the goal of Islamic education to form a smart, moral and noble generation.

Abstract

Islamic education has great potential to contribute to environmental conservation through the integration of Islamic values into environmental education. This research aims to analyze the gaps, challenges, and opportunities faced in such integration efforts. Using a qualitative method based on a literature study, this research explores environmental concepts in the Islamic perspective, such as “khalifah,” “mizan,” and the prohibition against “israf,” as well as their relevance to contemporary environmental issues. The results show that the current Islamic education system still faces various obstacles, including the lack of a relevant curriculum, limited competence of educators, and a lack of supporting infrastructure. Socio-cultural dynamics, such as low public awareness of environmental issues and a consumptive culture, are also significant obstacles. Nevertheless, there are great opportunities to strengthen environmental education in Islamic education through the use of educational technology, cooperation with environmental organizations, and adaptation to global frameworks, such as the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This study concludes that the integration of environmental education in Islamic education requires a systematic and collaborative approach. By utilizing relevant Islamic values and support from various parties, Islamic education can be transformed into a strategic instrument to build a generation that has ecological awareness and responsibility for environmental conservation.
