Abstract

Kepuasan kerja merupakan salah satu faktor kunci yang menentukan kinerja dan produktivitas karyawan dalam suatu organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, beban kerja, gaya kepemimpinan, kompensasi kerja, dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di Klinik Aminah Amin Rianta 1, Kota Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur pada tahun 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Populasi penelitian mencakup seluruh karyawan klinik sebanyak 31 orang yang dipilih menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dengan skala Likert yang mengukur enam variabel utama. Analisis data dilakukan melalui uji univariat, bivariat (korelasi Pearson), dan multivariat (regresi linier berganda). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, kelima variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja (p < 0,05) dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 96,1%. Secara parsial, seluruh variabel independen juga menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pengelolaan faktor-faktor organisasi seperti lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, sistem kompensasi yang adil, gaya kepemimpinan yang suportif, serta dorongan terhadap perilaku OCB dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja, kinerja, dan retensi karyawan

Abstract

Topik penelitian ini mengkaji peran kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di satuan pendidikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan secara mendalam bagaimana kepala sekolah menjalankan perannya sebagai pemimpin pembelajaran, manajer, supervisor akademik, inovator, motivator, dan administrator guna menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang profesional dan kondusif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, yang dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan dan menganalisis berbagai sumber literatur ilmiah yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan peran kepala sekolah secara terpadu mampu meningkatkan kualitas kinerja guru, mengoptimalkan proses pembelajaran peserta didik, serta membentuk budaya sekolah yang positif dan progresif. Manfaat dari penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi referensi praktis dan teoretis bagi para kepala sekolah, pendidik, dan pengambil kebijakan dalam mengembangkan kepemimpinan sekolah yang efektif dan berdampak nyata terhadap peningkatan mutu pendidikan.

Abstract

Stunting results from nutritional deficiencies during pregnancy and early childhood, affecting physical growth and brain development. Maternal, child, and environmental factors contribute to stunting, which can impair physical, cognitive, and motor development, impacting a child's quality of life. This study analyzes the relationship between risk factors and stunting in children aged 24–59 months in Puskesmas Semen, Kediri Regency, in 2023. Using a correlational approach, 189 randomly selected children were analyzed with the Chi-Square test. Low maternal education increased stunting risk (RR 0.3, p < 0.05), while higher education levels were not significant. Non-exclusive breastfeeding (RR 2.9), low birth weight (RR 2.6), short birth length (RR 2.2), and maternal height <150 cm (RR 1.6) were key risk factors. Preventing stunting requires improving maternal education, promoting exclusive breastfeeding, and monitoring birth weight, birth length, and maternal height during pregnancy

Abstract

This study aims to describe PAUD teachers’ understanding of the social-emotional development of children aged 4–6 years in PAUDQ East Bekasi. The research employed a descriptive quantitative method using a Likert scale questionnaire. The results showed that 85% of teachers understood the basic concepts of social-emotional development and applied strategies such as role-playing, group discussion, and storytelling. However, only 62% had optimal lesson planning to support this aspect. About 78% of teachers expressed the need for further training. The findings highlight the importance of continuously strengthening teachers’ pedagogical competence to effectively and contextually support young children's social-emotional development.

Abstract

Increased blood sugar occurs at menopause age because at the age of menopause there is an increase in blood components which results in blood sugar levels being higher and difficult to reduce if not with regular injections of the hormone insulin. Blood sugar disease occurs due to disorders of the pancreas gland which can disrupt the production of the hormone insulin. Based on a preliminary study in Tamanan Village on 30 menopausal women respondents, 20 of them (66.67%) suffered from increased blood sugar levels. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brown rice consumption on blood sugar levels in menopause. The research design used was a pre-experimental study with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study were all postmenopausal women who experienced an increase in blood sugar levels in Tamanan village. By purposive sampling, a sample of 16 people was obtained. The research instrument used was an observation sheet. Data were analyzed using paired t-test. The results showed that the average blood sugar level before giving brown rice was 131.94 mg/dl. The average blood sugar level after being given brown rice was 123.56 mg/dl. From the results of statistical tests with = 0.05 obtained p value = 0.000 so that p-value < then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This study concludes that there is an effect of the consumption of brown rice on blood sugar levels during menopause. Based on the research results, postmenopausal women should consume brown rice and pay attention to the consumption of balanced nutrition, so that blood sugar levels are controlled and health status can be optimal.

Abstract

The phenomenon of fatherlessness, or the absence of a father figure in the family, is a growing social problem in many countries, including Indonesia. This condition is not limited to the physical absence of fathers due to divorce, death, or work demands, but also includes emotional absence when the father is physically present but not engaged in child-rearing. Its impact is highly complex, ranging from psychological disorders such as low self-esteem, anxiety, and depression to social problems such as juvenile delinquency and difficulties in building interpersonal relationships. On a spiritual level, children lose a role model in internalizing religious values. Previous studies have examined this phenomenon from psychological and sociological perspectives; however, research within the framework of Islamic Guidance and Counseling (IGC) remains limited. This study employs a literature review method by examining various sources, including books, scholarly journals, articles, and classical Islamic references such as tafsir and hadith. The analysis is conducted using a descriptive-analytical approach, emphasizing the integration of modern concepts of fatherlessness with Islamic teachings. The findings indicate that Islam emphasizes the irreplaceable role of fathers as leaders, protectors, and educators of the family. From the perspective of IGC, addressing the issue of fatherlessness can be carried out through strengthening spiritual values, providing emotional support for children, empowering mothers as substitute figures, and fostering community support based on Qur’anic and Prophetic values. Thus, this study contributes both theoretically and practically to the development of Islamic counseling services in addressing the challenges of modern families. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi strategi perluasan pemasaran melalui digital marketing bagi pelaku usaha kacang sangrai di Desa Poreh, Kecamatan Lenteng, Kabupaten Sumenep. Permasalahan utama yang dibahas adalah bagaimana digital marketing dapat meningkatkan jangkauan pasar dan penjualan produk kacang sangrai di era teknologi informasi. Penelitian ini menempati posisi strategis dalam menjawab kebutuhan pelaku usaha kecil terhadap inovasi pemasaran berbasis digital untuk bersaing dalam jangkauan pasar yang lebih luas. Metode yang kami pilih dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan observasi lapangan, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis konten digital marketing yang relevan. Menurut hasil penelitian, penggunaan platform media sosial dan e-commerce dapat secara signifikan menaikkan serta mengop visibilitas dan penjualan produk kacang sangrai, terutama dengan strategi konten yang menarik dan optimalisasi SEO. Pengelolaan media digital secara efektif memungkinkan pelaku usaha untuk memperluas pasar tanpa bergantung pada metode pemasaran konvensional.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work system and work-related stress on the performance of nurses at RS Islam Sari Asih Arrahmah Tangerang, considering that the nursing profession is highly vulnerable to physical and psychological pressure due to high workload and task complexity. The study employed a quantitative approach with an associative survey method, involving 65 nurses working in shift systems as respondents. Data were collected using Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed through multiple linear regression. The results indicate that a proportional work system, clear task allocation, and regular shift schedules positively affect nurses’ performance, whereas workload imbalance, rapid shift rotations, high administrative demands, and ineffective communication increase work-related stress, which in turn reduces performance. Most respondents were categorized as experiencing moderate stress, yet they were still able to demonstrate good performance in terms of task accuracy, service quality, professionalism, and responsibility towards patients. These findings confirm that work-related stress serves as an important mediator in the relationship between work system and nurses’ performance. Practically, hospital management is advised to balance workload across shifts, enhance vertical and horizontal communication among staff, provide adequate managerial support and supervision, and implement stress management programs, professional development training, and fair work rotation. Such efforts are expected to create a healthy, safe, and productive work environment, improve nurse retention, and support the sustainable enhancement of healthcare service quality.

Abstract

Gold (Au) commonly occurs as nuggets or grains in rock veins and alluvial deposits. Because of its scarcity, chemical stability, and distinctive properties, gold commands higher market prices than base metals. Global gold price volatility has a significant impact on the strategic decisions of mining companies. This study aims to quantify the correlation between international gold price fluctuations and the dynamics of gold resources and reserves at PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk. Using a quantitative approach, the average gold prices and the company's annually reported resource and reserve figures were analyzed. The Pearson correlation coefficient was employed to measure the strength and direction of the relationship. The results reveal a robust and statistically significant negative correlation. This inverse relationship suggests that periods of high price volatility are associated with a decrease in the company's reported gold resources and reserves. The findings highlight the significant impact of external market dynamics on resource management. It is recommended that stakeholders incorporate market volatility forecasts into long-term strategic planning and resource valuation models to enhance resilience.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Price Perception, Brand Awareness, and Customer Engagement on Purchase Intention for Aerostreet shoes through Shopee Live Streaming in Surabaya. This topic is essential in the field of digital marketing as these three variables play a key role in shaping consumer purchasing decisions, particularly in the increasingly popular context of live streaming e-commerce. The study seeks to provide a deeper understanding of how pricing, brand recognition, and consumer involvement can be optimized by businesses to enhance interest in local products amid intense competition. The research employs a quantitative approach using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis, processed with SmartPLS software. The sample consists of 90 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected via an online questionnaire distributed to Shopee users in Surabaya who had previously viewed Aerostreet’s live streaming sessions. The findings reveal that both Price Perception and Brand Awareness have a significant positive effect on Purchase Intention, while Customer Engagement shows a significant negative effect. These results suggest that rational and cognitive factors outweigh emotional engagement in influencing purchase decisions in the live streaming context.
