Abstract

Compliance with partograph documentation and AMTSL varies across childbirth services. Objective: To map determinants influencing compliance. Methods: A PRISMA-ScR/JBI scoping review searched PubMed, Scopus, ProQuest, and DOAJ and checked reference lists. Results: Of 630 records, 142 duplicates were removed; 76 full texts were assessed; and 22 studies were included (14 quantitative, 5 qualitative, 3 mixed-methods). Determinants clustered into five domains: provider factors (knowledge, skills, fatigue), organizational factors (supportive supervision, staffing, audit-feedback), system/policy factors (SOP clarity, guideline dissemination), resources/logistics (forms, monitoring equipment, uterotonics), and workflow/documentation processes (time constraints, documentation burden, duplication). Conclusion: Improving compliance requires strengthening both provider competence and enabling systems, alongside standardized compliance indicators.

Abstract

Cyberbullying has become a critical challenge in educational environments, with 30% of students experiencing victimization while only 23% of teachers report confidence in managing such cases. This research developed, implemented, and evaluated a Virtual Reality (VR)-based training program to enhance teachers' cyberbullying conflict management abilities. Employing a qualitative collective instrumental case study design, the research engaged eight junior high school teachers from four schools in Cibinong, West Java, through a participatory design approach. Data collection utilized methodological triangulation (in-depth interviews, participatory observation, focus group discussions, and reflective journals), analyzed through reflexive thematic analysis. The study identified five critical teacher competency domains: contextual digital literacy, early detection and behavior interpretation, strategic intervention skills, therapeutic communication, and capacity to build support and prevention systems. Five realistic VR scenario categories were developed—early detection, direct intervention, multi-stakeholder communication, victim support, and prevention/education—characterized by contextual authenticity, linguistic nuance, cultural relevance, relational complexity, and ethical ambiguity. Training effectiveness evaluation demonstrated substantial improvements: early detection accuracy increased from 25% to 87%, teacher confidence rose by 62%, and intervention likelihood increased by 57%. Follow-up interviews three months post-training confirmed sustained skill transfer to real classroom situations, with participants reporting systemic shifts from reactive to preventive approaches. Despite proven effectiveness, implementation challenges included technological accessibility constraints and variations in teachers' digital literacy levels. This research contributes the first empirical evidence that immersive VR technology can effectively bridge the theory-practice gap in teacher preparation for technology-mediated conflict management, offering a validated, scalable model for educational institutions worldwide.

Abstract

This study aimed to find out the attitudes and students' perspectives on the policy-based differentiated class toward ELT learning. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study research type. It involved 50 students in grade VIII of Muhammadiyah Langsa Middle School, consisting of two classes: class VIIIC for girls and class VIII E for boys. In collecting data for this study, the researchers used class observation sheets, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data from observations and interviews indicated that the attitudes of teachers and students in the classroom were very good. Teachers did not discriminate against students, gave them the freedom to express their opinions, and students were free to express themselves and confident in learning. Students were also able to participate well in the classroom. Meanwhile, the results of the questionnaire showed that students' perspectives on this class policy had a positive value. Students felt that ELT learning in gender-differentiated classes was more enjoyable than in mixed classes. They also felt more comfortable and free from interference from the opposite sex when studying ELT, and according to them, gender differentiated class policies made them more focused when studying ELT in class.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze corporate income tax optimization strategies in Sharia cooperatives through fiscal reconciliation, utilization of tax incentives under Article 31E, and the treatment of zakat. The research employs a qualitative case study approach using financial statement data of KSPPS An Nahl Berkah Jatim for the 2024 fiscal year, complemented by limited interviews with cooperative management. Data were analyzed using fiscal reconciliation techniques, tax calculation simulations, Effective Tax Rate (ETR) analysis, and a fiscal sensitivity model. The results indicate that the cooperative successfully optimized its tax burden, reflected in an Effective Tax Rate (ETR) of 14.81%, which is lower than the statutory tax rate of 22%. The application of Article 31E incentives and accurate fiscal adjustments contributed to this efficiency. Furthermore, simulation results show that treating zakat as a deductible expense reduces tax payable and improves tax efficiency. However, the absence of standardized zakat allocation and documentation limits the full utilization of these tax benefits. The findings imply that tax optimization in Sharia cooperatives is influenced not only by regulatory compliance but also by internal governance, particularly in managing Islamic social finance instruments such as zakat. This study contributes to the integration of tax planning and Islamic finance and provides practical implications for cooperatives and policymakers.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has brought significant changes in the world of education, especially in dealing with the character of the alpha generation of students who have been familiar with technology in the digital era since an early age and have become accustomed to using technology. This generation has a tendency to prefer visual, interactive, and digital-based learning but also has a relatively short attention span. This study aims to analyze the strategies of teachers at SDN 1 Cimahpar in creating a conducive learning atmosphere for the alpha generation in the digital era. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through classroom observations, in-depth interviews involving teachers and students of SDN 1 Cimahpar as research subjects. The results show that teachers' strategies in creating a conducive learning atmosphere include the use of digital technology in learning, needing to implement interactive learning strategies, individual approaches to students at SDN 1 Cimahpar, and the creation of a positive and enjoyable learning environment. In addition, teachers also play a role as facilitators and motivators in supporting active student involvement during the learning process. However, there are challenges such as distractions from gadget use and low student concentration. Therefore, teachers are required to increase creativity and competence in managing learning in the classroom. By using appropriate strategies, a more conducive learning environment can be created, thus supporting the success of the learning process in the digital era. This research is expected to contribute to the development of more innovative learning strategies and serve as a reference for teachers in navigating the ever-evolving dynamics of education alongside the rapid advancement of digital technology.
