Immunization is an effort to actively increase a person's immunity against a disease. Follow-up immunization for toddlers under two years old (Baduta) (aged 18-24 months) is a repeat immunization to maintain the level of immunity and to extend the protection period of children who have received immunization. Not all children can receive further immunization, this can be seen from global vaccination data in 2021, it is known that 25 million children did not receive vaccinations, 2 million more than in 2020 and 6 million more than in 2019. The aim of this research is to find out the relationship between knowledge, maternal employment and family support simultaneously in providing follow-up immunizations to children aged 12-24 months at the Tanjung Api-Api Banyuasin II Community Health Center in 2024. Type and Design of Research is quantitative using analytical survey methods with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were mothers with babies aged 18-24 months who visited the Tanjung Api-Api Community Health Center, totaling 60 people. The sample used was 60 respondents. The results of univariate analysis obtained from 60 respondents, there were 43 respondents (71.7%) who provided follow-up immunization and 17 respondents (28.3%) who did not. The results of the chi-square statistical test showed that the mother's knowledge variable was ρ value = 0.011, the family support variable was ρ value = 0.002 and the mother's employment variable was ρ value = 0.019, which was smaller than α=0.05, indicating that there was a significant relationship between knowledge and family support. and maternal work by providing follow-up immunizations to children aged 12-24 months at the Tanjung Api-Api Banyuasin II Community Health Center in 2024.

ABSTRACT This study aims to test the hypothesis of the effect of murabahah financing and BI interest rates on murabahah margin income. This research was conducted in the Islamic banking sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with a quarterly period from 2018-2020. The method in this study uses quantitative research methods. The population used is all Islamic banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in total there are four banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. As for this study using the saturated sampling method, a sample of three banks were obtained that met the criteria. The analytical technique used is the classical assumption test (normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, and autocorrelation test, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing (test of determination, significant test of F test and significant test of t test).The results of the hypothesis test can be partially concluded that there is an effect of Murabahah Financing Variable on Murabahah margin income of 4.845> 2.034 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 and the BI interest rate variable partially has no effect on Murabahah margin income with a significant value of 0.299> 0.05 . Simultaneously, murabahah financing and BI interest rates have a significant effect on murabahah margin income with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 in the Islamic banking sector listed on IDX. Keywords: Murabahah Financing, BI Interest Rate, Murabahah Margin Income. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Hipotesis pengaruh pembiayaan murabahah dan suku bunga BI terhadap pendapatan margin murabahah. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada sektor perbankan Syariah yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dengan periode triwulan dari tahun 2018-2020. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan yaitu seluruh perbankan syariah yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia(BEI) total ada empat bank yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Adapun dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampling jenuh maka diperoleh sampel sebanyak tiga bank yang sudah memenuhi kriteria. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu uji asumsi klasik( uji normalitas,uji heterokedastisitas,uji Multikolinieritas, dan uji autokorelasi,regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis( uji determinasi,uji signifikan uji F dan uji signifikan uji t).Hasil dari uji Hipotesis dapat disimpulkan secara parsial terdapat pengaruh Variabel Pembiayaan murabahah terhadap pendapatan margin murabahah sebesar 4,845>2,034 dan nilai signifikan 0,000<0,05 dan variabel suku bunga BI secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan margin murabahah dengan nilai signifikan 0,299> 0,05. Secara simultan pembiayaan murabahah dan suku bunga BI berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan margin murabahah dengan nilai signifikan 0,000<0,05 pada Sektor perbankan syariah yang terdapat diBEI. Kata kunci: Pembiayaan Murabahah,Suku Bunga BI,dan Pendapatan Margin Murabahah.

The Influence of Health Education on Women's Age Behavior in IVA Examinations in Early Detection of Cervical Cancer at Community Health Centers in Makassar. Currently, the coverage of early detection of cervical cancer is still very low, this is due to a lack of public knowledge and awareness to participate in early detection programs for cervical cancer. IVA examination is an early detection program for cervical cancer implemented by the government. The aim of this research was to determine the influence of health education on the behavior of women of childbearing age in early detection of cervical cancer at the IVA examination at the Community Health Center in Makassar. The research design used was a quasi-experimental pre-post design with a comparison group that attempted to reveal the effectiveness of the independent variable on the dependent variable by stretching the control group in addition to the experimental group with a sample size of 66 women of childbearing age. The results of the research show that health education influences the knowledge, attitudes and actions of women of childbearing age in IVA examinations at early detection of cervical cancer at Community Health Centers in Makassar, from the T-Test statistical test p sig = 0.000 < 0.05. Health education in IVA examinations in early detection of cervical cancer has the effect of increasing knowledge, attitudes and actions to be more positive, it is hoped that the authorized agencies can carry it out with a wider reach and better quality.

Background: Betel leaf oil is a wonderful natural antiseptic. Betel leaf oil is rich in polyphenols, especially chavicol, which can be used to protect against microbe pathogens that cause infection. The cause of the spread of nosocomial infections in radiology can occur using a radiographic cassette. Previous research has found that radiographic cassette contains microorganisms and fungi. Purpose: To determine the effectiveness of using betel leaf oil as a natural disinfection on a radiographic cassette. Method: Quasi-experimental research with pre-test and post-test design designs was carried out by calculating the number of microbes, including Total Plate Count (TPC), Staphylococcus, and fungi. The study on 12 conventional radiographic cassettes was calculated using the swab method before and after cleaning with betel leaf oil. The data were analyzed descriptively to illustrate the rate of decline. Result: The results showed that the percentage rate of decline after the radiographic cassette was cleaned with betel leaf oil was ALT (17.8%), Staphylococcus (57.41%), and fungi (37.21%). Conclusion: Betel leaf oil can be used as alternative natural disinfection on radiographic cassettes, quite effectively suppressing the activity and number of microbes present.

Problems in the basic soil layer, which is generally sandy soil will greatly affect the life of the planned cracking and rutting in the construction of the paved layer. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of CBR values on the Subgrade layer on the life of the paved road pavement plan until there began to be a fine crack on the paved road surface and predict the depth of rutting on the road surface when fine cracks began to occur. The method used in this study is the Determination of TYN and RDM Values using the HDM III. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that the higher the CBR value, the longer it takes for a pavement to experience fine cracks as well as at the life of plans of 10, 15, and 20 years where the CBR value is directly proportional to the length of time a fine crack occurs. Predicted intensity of rutting (Decrease) at the time of the fine crack at the age of the 5-year plan, there was a decrease of 3.01 mm after 8.14 years of the road being opened. At the age of the 20-year plan, the value decreased by 2.33 mm after 5.438 years of the road being opened.

Water quality must meet the mandatory parameters listed in the environmental health quality standards, especially in drinking water media. In chemical parameters, the residual chlor content in the homes of PDAM Sleman Nogotirto Unit customers based on distance shows a lower content in the area with the farthest distance from PDAM Sleman Nogotirto Unit. making researchers to conduct mapping using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to determine the distribution map of water quality in customers' homes to the distance of PDAM Sleman Nogotirto Unit.This research is descriptive analytic with observation survey method and laboratory result analysis. The design used is an ecological study with a variable prospective approach through GIS-based mapping with GIS modeling techniques in the form of overlays and buffers with spatial interpolation analysis. the presence of water quality at a distance can be related. The state of residual chlor at the farthest distance (Banyumeneng) has decreased followed by the results of the IDW and Kriging interpolation techniques showing a difference in color gradation in the farthest area. while pH and temperature are still within the insignificant line with data analysis of overlay, buffer, and interpolation. Based on the results of the interpolation analysis, it can be concluded that the residual chlor water quality that affects the distance is at the farthest distance of 4.1 km in the Banyumeneng Region with a residual chlor concentration of 0 mg / l seen in the color gradation of the region. The results of the influence of water quality on distance can be visualized in the interpolation method of IDW and kriging techniques.

Latar Belakang: Salah satu faktor yang menyebabkan kurangnya kualitas pangan pada tempat pengolahan pangan seperti rumah makan adalah rendahnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman terhadap tempat pengolahan pangan seperti seperti lokasi tempat pengolahan pangan, pemilihan bahan, penyimpanan bahan, pengolahan pangan, penyimpanan pangan jadi dan penyajian. Tujuan: Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui gambaran hygiene Rumah makan di lingkungan kampus pusat Poltekkes Kemenkes Yogyakarta. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif yang dilakukan dengan cara survei langsung pada lokasi penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi menggunakan checklist dan wawancara dengan jumlah sampel 29 rumah makan. Hasil: hasil penelitian diperoleh dari 29 rumah makan yang tidak memenuhi syarat berjumlah 29 rumah makan dengan presentase 100%, hygiene sanitasi area pelayanan konsumen diperoleh dari 29 rumah makan yang memenuhi syarat berjumlah 7 rumah makan dengan presentase 24,2% dan rumah makan yang tidak memenuhi syarat berjumlah 22 rumah makan dengan presentase 75,8%, hygiene sanitasi area dapur atau penyiapan pangan, yang memenuhi syarat berjumlah 17 rumah makan dengan presentase 58,6% dan rumah makan yang tidak memenuhi syarat berjumlah 12 rumah makan dengan presentase 41,4%. Dan hasil keseluruhan hygiene sanitasi rumah makan yaitu 14 rumah makan (48,3%) memenuhi syarat dan 15 rumah makan (51,7%) tidak memenuhi syarat. Dengan batas laik hygiene sanitasi ≥ 80 memenuhi syarat dan ≤80 tidak memenuhi syarat. Kesimpulan: Mayoritas rumah makan yang diteliti tidak memenuhi standar hygiene dan sanitasi yang ditetapkan. Khususnya, area pelayanan konsumen menunjukkan tingkat ketidaklayakan tertinggi dengan 75,8% rumah makan tidak memenuhi syarat.

Mathematics is the foundation of all sciences. Due to this reason, mathematics will never be divorced from any area of life. Thus, we must embrace mathematics, as it is present in all facets of our lives that we meet on a daily basis. However, in elementary school, there are still many students who dislike mathematics, especially in multiplication. The difficulty learning multiplication arise from the beginning of 3rd grade to 5th grade students, which is influenced by several factors including the teacher's delivery factor with the multiplication material that makes some students cannot digest and students' cognitive abilities. For this reason, the teacher has various ways so that students are able to understand multiplication. The techniques applied by the teacher are memorizing, fast counting with fingers, and so on.

Problem-Based Learning (PBL) is an active learning approach that engages students in solving real-world problems to enhance their mathematics learning outcomes. This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of the PBL model in improving students' understanding and achievement in mathematics. The research employed an experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group. The participants were divided into an experimental group receiving PBL-based teaching and a control group receiving conventional teaching. The results demonstrated that students in the PBL group exhibited significantly better mathematics learning outcomes compared to the control group. These findings suggest that PBL holds promise as an effective learning approach, promoting critical thinking, problem-solving skills, collaboration, and motivation in mathematics. This study's implications may contribute to the development of learning strategies that emphasize the practical application of mathematical concepts, fostering students' deeper understanding and ability to apply these concepts effectively.

Abstract: Anemia has a negative impact on the life of the mother and fetus, where the quality of human resources is a very prioritized condition, the problem of anemia needs to be treated seriously. Iron deficiency anemia in the mother can affect the growth and development of the fetus/infant during pregnancy and afterward. Anemia in pregnant women can have a negative impact on pregnant women and babies to be born. Anemia increases the risk of antepartum and postpartum bleeding complications which if not handled properly will be fatal, because pregnant women with anemia cannot prevent blood loss. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between nutritional status, ANC visits and parity simultaneously with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women in the Tegal Binangun Health Center Work Area, Palembang City in 2021. The quantitative research design used an analytical survey method with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique in this study used Total Sampling. The sample in this study were all pregnant women who checked their pregnancies in the Tegal Binangun Health Center Work Area, Palembang City in 2021, which amounted to 97 pregnant women from January to July 2021. The results of the study did not show a partial relationship between parity and the incidence of anemia in mothers. Pregnant women at Tegal Binangun Health Center with p-value = 0.107 > 0.05, There is a partial relationship between nutritional status and the incidence of anemia in pregnant women at Tegal Binangun Health Center with p-value = 0.006 < 0.05, There is no partial relationship between ANC visits with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women at the Tegal Binangun Health Center with p-value = 0.437 > 0.05. It is hoped that the results of this study can be a reference for the puskesmas to be able to further improve health services, especially in the incidence of anemia in pregnant women.Abstrak: Anemia berdampak buruk bagi kehidupan ibu dan janin, dimana mutu sumber daya manusia merupakan keadaan yang sangat diprioritaskan maka masalah anemia perlu mendapat penanganan yang serius. Anemia defisiensi besi pada ibu dapat mempengaruhi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan janin/bayi saat kehamilan maupun setelahnya. Anemia pada ibu hamil dapat berdampak buruk pada ibu hamil maupun bayi yang akan dilahirkan. Anemia meningkatkan risiko komplikasi perdarahan antepartum dan postpartum yang jika tidak tertangani dengan baik akan berakibat fatal, sebab ibu hamil dengan anemia tidak dapat mencegah terjadinya kehilangan darah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara status gizi, kunjung ANC dan paritas secara simultan dengan kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Tegal Binangun Kota Palembang Tahun 2021. Desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survei analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Total Sampling. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu hamil yang memeriksakan kehamilan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Tegal Binangun Kota Palembang Tahun 2021 yaitu berjumlah 97 ibu hamil dari bulan januari sampai dengan bulan juli tahun 2021. Hasil penelitian tidak ada hubungan secara parsial antara paritas dengan kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil di Puskesmas tegal Binangun dengan p-value = 0,107 > 0,05, Ada hubungan secara parsial antara status gizi dengan kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil di Puskesmas Tegal Binangun dengan p-value = 0,006 < 0,05, Tidak ada hubungan secara parsial antara kunjungan ANC dengan kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil di Puskesmas Tegal Binangun dengan p-value = 0,437 > 0,05. Diharapkan dari hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi referensi bagi pihak puskesmas untuk dapat lebih meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan terutama pada kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil.
