Abstract

Saat ini dalam bidang industri dan organisasi sekarang ini sistem karyawan kontrak sering digunakan dibanyak perusahaan di Indonesia. Fenomena karyawan kontrak ini dapat menyebabkan munculnya ketidakamanan kerja, ketidakamanan dalam hal ini yaitu ancaman akan kehilangan pekerjaan. Seorang karyawan yang merasa khawatir akan kehilangan pekerjaannya berhubungan dengan efikasi diri yang dimiliki oleh seorang karyawan tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan efikasi diri dengan job insecurity pada karyawan kontrak. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dimana pengambilan subjek berdasarkan ciri-ciri atau karakteristik yang telah ditentukan. Jumlah subjek sebanyak 40 orang karyawan kontrak disalah satu perusahaan. Hasil analisis data diperoleh nilai r = -0,564 p = 0,000 (sig<0,01) artinya penelitian ini menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan antara efikasi diri dengan job insecurity pada karyawan kontrak. Efikasi diri dengan job insecurity memiliki sumbangan yang efektif sebesar 31,8% dan sisanya 68,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Katakunci: Efikasi diri, job insecurity, karyawan kontrak In the industrial and organizational systems outsourcing currently used in many flare in Indonesian companies. The phenomenon of outsourcing to cause an job insecurity, insecurity in this case the threat of job loss. An employee is worried about losing his job related to self-efficacy which is owned an employee. The purpose of this research was to determine the correlation self-efficacy with job insecurity in outsourcing employee. The data analyzed used purposive sampling technique in which taking based on the characteristics of the subject have been determined. Number of subjects as much as 40 outsourcing employees at one company. The results of a data analyzed values obtained r = -0,564 p= 0,000 (sig<0,01) it means this research which was very significant between self-efficacy with job insecurity. Self efficacy in term job insecurity equal to 31,8% and 68,2% had been influenced by other factors.  Keywords: Self-efficacy, job insecurity, outsourcing employee

Abstract

&nbsp; ABSTRACT &nbsp; Teenagers are part of a population that has an age range between 10-19 years. Based on the 2010 Population Census the number of adolescent groups was 43.5 million or around 18% of the total population in Indonesia (WHO, 2014). Adolescence is a period where physical and psychological growth and development are so intellectual that development is quite rapid. Having a great curiosity causes teenagers to fall into risk and may have to be associated with various physical and psychosocial health problems. Therefore, it must issue health care for adolescents who can meet the health needs of adolescents who are needed to avoid premarital sex obligations at risk for adolescents. The purpose of this study was to analyze factors that influence premarital sexual behavior in adolescents.This study is a descriptive analytic study using cross sectional. The research subjects were 100 students consisting of 50 students and 50 female students. Data collection was done directly by filling out the questionnaire and analyzed using bivariate using chi square and then refined. In the knowledge variable obtained x2 count of 38.74, attitude variable x2 counted 76.07, variables supporting media x2 count 17.29, peer role variables x2 count of 56.58, the variable has a value of p 0.000 (value p &lt;0.05) significant for premarital sex behavior in adolescents in the Porong Health Center area. As for the variable role of parents x2 count of 0.26 with a p value of 0.614 (p value&gt; 0.05) which means there is no relationship with premarital sex in adolescents in the work area of Porong Health Center. There is a significant positive relationship between knowledge, attitude, media discussion and peer role with premarital sex in adolescents in the Porong Health Center area. &nbsp; &nbsp; Keywords: Premarital Sexual Behavior, Adolescents

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of top management support, AIS user training, and AIS personal technical capabilities to the AIS user satisfaction on PT. Bank Sultenng, Palu Central Sulawesi. This research subject is the headquarters of PT Bank Central Sulawesi and one of the branches of service PT. Bank Sulteng branch Donggala, Central Sulawesi. The populations in this study were all employees whose job is directly related to the use of AIS on the headquarters and branch offices that is the subject of this study. The sampling technique in this research is census, because the total population of 47 people who are still allowed to do the census. This study used a questionnaire as a research instrument and multiple linear regression analysis as the statistical test data processing. The result showed that the support of top management, AIS user training, AIS personal technical capability, have a significant effect on the AIS satisfaction users simultaneously. Top management support and AIS user training are effect on AIS user satisfaction partially. AIS personal technical ability variable does not affect the AIS user satisfaction. Based on the value of Adjusted R Square AIS user satisfaction not only influenced by the variable support of top management, AIS user training, AIS personal technical capability, but is also influenced by other variables that not examined in this study, so expected for further research can add other variables that affect user satisfaction SIA other than those examined in this study.

Abstract

Children under five age is a group that susceptible to health problems such as lack of energy and protein nutrition, so this age group should get special attentions. One of the problems that should get an attention is problems nutritional status of children. Nutritional status of children is one of the indicators the level of social welfare. The classification of children?s nutritional status was conducted by nutritionist, but the problem is the scattering of nutritionist in Palu is very limited, especially in areas which far away from the city center. This case of study will be taken from Pantoloan Boya village. The limited of nutritionist was being the problems in detecting the indication of malnutrition. Through this research will be made an implementation based of computer system that has a same understanding as a nutritionist who is able to determine the nutritional status of children. One method that can be used in solving the classification of the nutritional status of children is K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) method. K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) is one method that use the learning algorithm where the result from the new testing sample is classified based on the majority of KNN?s category. In this research, the system classified the children according to their nutritional status based on data that obtained from the place of research. These results using k = 1 as the number of nearest neighbors which labels the majority of the k nearest neighbors are used to predict the unknown nutritional status of new data. This is because for k = 1 has better accuracy results than other values ??of k is equal to 81.67%.

Abstract

The implementation of health services carried out at the Kuantan Singingi Regional General Hospital where the implementation of health services there are problems with the doctor's slow coming, waiting for the medicine to be treated for a long time, sometimes there is no medicine so it requires buying outside, the doctor is not there and there is no substitute doctor, the officers are less friendly registration. The purpose of this study is to Organize Health Services at the General Hospital of Kuantan Singingi and find out the factors that influence the Implementation of Health Services at the General Hospital of Kuantan Singingi.Using the concept of public service theory according to Suryadi (2009: 69). Using qualitative descriptive methods. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data. Data collection uses observation, interview, literature study, documentation. Data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing and verification. The results of the study addressing the Implementation of Health Services at the General Hospital of Kuantan Singingi, the hospital has not run optimally. Abstract

 Abstract: This study was an experimental research with one pre-post test design. It was aimed to find out the effect using videos on listening comprehension of the first year students of SMAN 1 Pekanbaru. A single group was invited to be the sample of this study by cluster random sampling to get the treatment. Multiple choice and filling gap test were used both in pre and post-test. The experiment conducted for 5 weeks. Where the first meeting was for the pre-test, the second to seventh meetings were for the treatment and the last meeting was for the post-tes.  In order to know the difference between pre and post-test and to analyze the hypotheses, t-test was used. After analyzing the data, it was found out that t-test was higher than t-table which means that alternative hypothesis is accepeted and null hypothesis is rejected. It can be drawn from the result that the students’ score was increasing after given the videos as a treatment. Based on research finding, it is suggested that teachers use video in teaching listening and students watch more videos outside the classroom to comprehend the language.

Abstract

Abstract : This study was motivated by the low learning outcomes Indonesian students, with an average grade 69.25. While the value of maximum completeness criteria (KKM) BahasaIndonesia is 75. Among the students of 20 people, only 8 students who reach KKM with classical completeness 40%. This study is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted aims to improve the ability to write reports observations Elementary School fifth grade students 001 Gulf Makmur Dumai City with implementing media use pictures. Formulation of the problem: Is the use of media images may improve the ability to write reports observations Elementary School fifth grade students 001 Gulf Makmur Dumai City? This study was conducted starting on February 9 2015 until February 28, 2015 with 2 cycles. The subjects were students of class V Elementary School 001 Makmur Gulf of Dumai City with the number of students as 20orang students as a source of data. Instrument of data collection in this paper is a sheet of activities of teacher and student activity sheets and learning outcomes. This thesis presents the results of learning derived from the value of daily tests before treatment with an average of 69.25, an increase in the first cycle with the average being 75.75. In the second cycle increased by an average of 83.5. Observation activities of teachers in the learning process in the first cycle of the first meeting and the second meeting of the 50% increase to 62.5%. Second cycle of the first meeting and the second meeting of the 66.66% increase to 83.33% on the observation of student activity in the first cycle of the first meeting and the second meeting of the 58.33% increase to 66.66%. The first meeting of the second cycle and 75% for the second meeting increased to 83.33%. Results of the study in class V Elementary School 001 Makmur Gulf of Dumai City proved that use of media images may improve the ability to write reports observations Elementary School fifth grade students 001 Gulf Makmur Dumai City.Keywords: Use of media images.

Abstract

Tumpi jagung adalah sisa hasil pertanian berkualitas rendah. Bahan ini dimanfaatkan sebagai pakan ternak, dalam pemafaatannya terlebih dahulu tumpi difermentasi. Pada proses fermentasi sering kali terkendala dengan lama waktu fermentasi dan tumbuhnya bakteri pembusuk yang merusak kualitas pakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengisolasi dan mengkarakteristik jenis bakteri asam laktat yang berperan dalam proses fermentasi tumpi jagung sebagai bahan pakan ternak. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional. Metode penelitian meliputi isolasi bakteri asam laktat yang berasal dari tumpi jagung dan karakterisasi berupa karakteristik morfologi dan biokimia. Dari penelitian ini diharapkan bakteri asam laktat yang diisolasi nantinya dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan tambahan dalam proses fermentasi tumpi jagung sebagai pakan ternak sehingga mempercepat proses fermentasi dan menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri pembusuk yang merugikan pakan ternak. Melalui tahap isolasi bakteri diperoleh 5 isolat bakteri asam laktat yang diperoleh dari proses fermentasi tumpi jagung bahan pakan ternak memiliki karakteristik umum yaitu berbentuk batang, Gram positif, tidak membentuk endospora, katalase negatif, heterofermentatif dan homofermentatif, dapat tumbuh pada suhu 35?-45?, serta tumbuh pada konsentrasi NaCl 4%-6,5%. Berdasarkan hasil karakterisasi yang dilakukan, diduga kelima isolat bakteri yang diperoleh merupakan anggota genus Lactobacillus. Tumpi jagung (corn waste) is a waste of agricultural products that have low quality. Tumpi jagung (corn waste) is used as animal feed, in the maize corn tillage first fermented tumpi jagung (corn waste). In the process of fermentation is often constrained by the length of fermentation time and the growth of bacterial decay that damage the quality of feed. The purposes of this research were to isolate the type of lactic acid bacteria and characterize the type of BAL that plays a role in the fermentation process of tumpi jagung (corn waste) as animal feed ingredients. This research was an observational research. The method consisted of isolating the lactic acid bacteria derived from the tumpi jagung (corn waste) and characterization of morphological and biochemical characteristics. The lactic acid bacteria isolated in this study, could be utilized as additional material in fermentation process of corncrop as animal feed so that accelerate the process of fermentation and inhibit the growth of decay bacteria that harm animal feed. Through the isolation stage of bacteria obtained five isolates of lactic acid bacteria obtained from the fermentation process of corn crops of livestock feed has a common characteristic that were rod-shaped, Gram positive, did not form endospora, catalase negative, heterofermentatif and homofermentatif, can grow at temperature 35?-45?, and grow at a concentration of NaCl 4% -6.5%. Based on the result of characterization, it was suspected that the five bacterial isolates were members of the genus Lactobacillus.

Abstract

Disposal Planning of Semi Induced Flow and Finger Flow in PT Vale Indonesia Tbk, East Luwu Regency, South Sulawesi Province). PT Vale Indonesia Tbk produces sizable nickel ore, which is an average of 75,000 tons per year and the overburden is around four times the amount of nickel ore production, thus requiring good disposal planning.Disposal planning includes disposal design, allocation of the number of dozers, disposal life length, and disposal costs. The research locations are Watulabu 16C DP and Watulabu 19 DP in West Block Area and Nickel Hill 15 DP and Nayoko 01 DP in East Block Area. Watulabu 16C DP and Nickel Hill 15 DP are semi-induced disposal, while Watulabu 19 DP and Nayoko 01 DP are disposal finger flow. Each disposal has two units dozer. The dozers used are dozer D8R Caterpillar. Disposal planning was made using Maptek Vulcan and Microsoft Excel software. Based on the results of the research, the disposal design of Watulabu 16C DP has a surface area of ​​72,229.40 m2 and a volume of 125,959.92 m3, Nickel Hill 15 DP has a surface area of ​​92,375.68 m2 and a volume of 128,344.04 m3, Watulabu 19 DP has a surface area of ​​129,061.97 m2 and volume of 775,396.21 m3, and Nayoko 01 DP has a surface area of ​​227,318.16 m2 and volume of 1,270,176.94 m3. The disposal life length of Watulabu 16C DP is 1.5 weeks (11 days), Nickel Hill 15 DP is 1.4 weeks (10 days), Watulabu 19 DP is 7.5 weeks (53 days), and Nayoko 01 DP is 11.2 weeks (79 days). The disposal cost of Watulabu 16C DP is $51,841.49, Nickel Hill 15 DP is $138,061.15, Watulabu 19 DP is $370,924.26, and Nayoko 01 DP is $957,625.14.

Abstract

Based on the mandate of the State Civil Apparatus Law number 5 of 2014, one of the policies for filling up the State Civil ApparatusHigh Leadership Position is through open selection. The implementation of State Civil Apparatus’s open selection in 2016 at the Ministry of Administrative and Bureucratic Reform experienced twice the extension of open selection registration. There was a decrease in participants in the open selection in 2016 compared to the previous year. The results of the paper selection and interview selection have not been supplemented by the participants’ selection scores on each announcement letter issued by the Ministry of Administrative and Bureucratic Reform. This study aims to determine and analyze the management of the open selection of the state civil apparatus in the Ministry of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. In this research, the analysis of the management of open selection State Civil Apparatuswas conducted with the aspects studied were planning, organizing, actuating and controlling. The results showed that the management of State Civil Apparatus’s open selection of the state civil apparatus in The Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform already performing quite well in the aspects of organizing and controlling, but in the aspects of planning and actuatingstill encountered obstacles.
