Abstract

This researchwas conducted to determine the success level of the implementation of Siskeudes (Sistem Keuangan Desa ? Village Financial Information System) by using the updated DeLone and McLean information system success model that had been adjusted to the implementation of Siskeudes as a mandatory information system in Villages in Majalengka Regency, West Java. This research examined the impact of quality of system,quality ofinformation, and service quality on user satisfaction, and the impact of user satisfaction on perceived net benefit. Data wereobtained from questionnaires distributed to 65 respondents in Majalengka Regency. The methods used in this study was descriptive analysis with path analysis, while for hypothesestesting, the t test was performed and also the p-value test. The results of this study indicated a significant effect of system quality and the quality of service on user satisfaction, and also the effect of user satisfaction on perceived net benefits, but showed no significant effects of the quality of information on user satisfaction.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Kinerja Dinas Pangan, Pertanian dan Perikanan dalam pemberdayaan petani rumput laut di Kota Tarakan Provinsi Kalimantan Utara.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan analisis Kinerja Dinas Pangan, Pertanian dan Perikanan dengan dimensi yang diteliti yaitu (1) Produktivitas, (2) Kualitas, (3) Responsivitas, (4) Responsibilitas, (5) Akuntabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kinerja Dinas Pangan, Pertanian dan Perikanan dalam pemberdayaan petani rumput laut sudah terlaksana dengan cukup baik namun masih memerlukan penyempurnan dalam dimensi kualitas dan responsivitas.Hambatan Kinerja Dinas Pangan, Pertanian dan Perikanan dalam pemberdayaan petani rumput laut(1) Kurangnya tenaga penyuluh di Dinas Pangan Pertanian dan perikanan, (2) Data Jumlah Petani Rumput Laut yang belum Valid, (3) Tidak adanya industri Pemasaran rumput laut. Upaya mengatasi hambatan kinerja Dinas Pangan Pertanian dan Perikanan Kota Tarakan dalam pemberdayaan petani rumput laut Kota Tarakan yaitu: (1) Melakukan penambahan jumlah tenaga penyuluh untuk para petani rumput laut, (2) Melakukan update data tentang jumlah petani rumput laut di kota Tarakan, (3) Melakukan Bina Usaha dengan Perusahaan Domestik. Saran dari penelitian: (1) Perlunya memberikan pelatihan kepada seluruh tenaga penyuluh yang baru maupun tenaga penyuluh yang sudah ada. (2) Perlunya melakukan sosialisasi kepada para petani rumput laut tentang pentingnya update data administrasi. (3) Perlunya membangun Industri pemasaran rumput laut di Kota Tarakan. Kata Kunci: Dinas Pangan, Pertanian dan Perikanan, Kinerja,Pemberdayaan ABSTARCT This study aims to determine and analyze the Performance of the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries Food in empowering seaweed farmers in the City of Tarakan, North Kalimantan Province. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods.In this study an analysis of the Performance of the The Department of Agriculture and Fisheries Foodwas conducted with the dimensions examined, namely (1) Productivity, (2) Quality, (3) Responsiveness, (4) Responsibility, (5) Accountability. The results showed that the performance of the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries Food in empowering seaweed farmers was done quite well but still needed perfection in Efforts to overcome the performance barriers of The Department of Agriculture and Fisheries Foodin empowering seaweed farmers in Tarakan City are: (1) Increase the number of extension workers for seaweed farmers, (2) Update data on the number of seaweed farmers in the city of Tarakan, ( 3) Doing Business Development with Domestic Companies. Suggestions from the study: (1) The need to provide training to all new extension workers and existing extension workers. (2) The need to conduct socialization to seaweed farmers about the importance of updating administrative data. (3) The need to build a seaweed marketing industry in Tarakan City. Abstract

Tumpi jagung adalah sisa hasil pertanian berkualitas rendah. Bahan ini dimanfaatkan sebagai pakan ternak, dalam pemafaatannya terlebih dahulu tumpi difermentasi. Pada proses fermentasi sering kali terkendala dengan lama waktu fermentasi dan tumbuhnya bakteri pembusuk yang merusak kualitas pakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengisolasi dan mengkarakteristik jenis bakteri asam laktat yang berperan dalam proses fermentasi tumpi jagung sebagai bahan pakan ternak. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional. Metode penelitian meliputi isolasi bakteri asam laktat yang berasal dari tumpi jagung dan karakterisasi berupa karakteristik morfologi dan biokimia. Dari penelitian ini diharapkan bakteri asam laktat yang diisolasi nantinya dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan tambahan dalam proses fermentasi tumpi jagung sebagai pakan ternak sehingga mempercepat proses fermentasi dan menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri pembusuk yang merugikan pakan ternak. Melalui tahap isolasi bakteri diperoleh 5 isolat bakteri asam laktat yang diperoleh dari proses fermentasi tumpi jagung bahan pakan ternak memiliki karakteristik umum yaitu berbentuk batang, Gram positif, tidak membentuk endospora, katalase negatif, heterofermentatif dan homofermentatif, dapat tumbuh pada suhu 35℃-45℃, serta tumbuh pada konsentrasi NaCl 4%-6,5%. Berdasarkan hasil karakterisasi yang dilakukan, diduga kelima isolat bakteri yang diperoleh merupakan anggota genus Lactobacillus. Tumpi jagung (corn waste) is a waste of agricultural products that have low quality. Tumpi jagung (corn waste) is used as animal feed, in the maize corn tillage first fermented tumpi jagung (corn waste). In the process of fermentation is often constrained by the length of fermentation time and the growth of bacterial decay that damage the quality of feed. The purposes of this research were to isolate the type of lactic acid bacteria and characterize the type of BAL that plays a role in the fermentation process of tumpi jagung (corn waste) as animal feed ingredients. This research was an observational research. The method consisted of isolating the lactic acid bacteria derived from the tumpi jagung (corn waste) and characterization of morphological and biochemical characteristics. The lactic acid bacteria isolated in this study, could be utilized as additional material in fermentation process of corncrop as animal feed so that accelerate the process of fermentation and inhibit the growth of decay bacteria that harm animal feed. Through the isolation stage of bacteria obtained five isolates of lactic acid bacteria obtained from the fermentation process of corn crops of livestock feed has a common characteristic that were rod-shaped, Gram positive, did not form endospora, catalase negative, heterofermentatif and homofermentatif, can grow at temperature 35℃-45℃, and grow at a concentration of NaCl 4% -6.5%. Based on the result of characterization, it was suspected that the five bacterial isolates were members of the genus Lactobacillus.

Abstract

The issues of terrorism and radicalism emerge in almost all countries in the world. Acts of violence based on intolerance - religious, cultural, social- bring drastic consequences and often lead to a humanitarian crisis. Hate narratives, drastic changes of social order, poverty, and injustices influence people, especially youth, to be easily attracted by radical ideology. As a result, destructing church and other worship places, even killing non-Muslims become massive agendas held systematically and planned as the name of jihad. The wrong way to understanding Islam supporting peace and tolerance brings extremist people to have a perception that non-Muslim blood is halal. As a country with Muslims as the majority society, Indonesia needs to do comprehensive and systematic agendas to prevent young generations from radical ideology. Pesantrens as a reliable Islamic institution that have played significant roles in promoting peace and tolerance since many years ago need to have innovative ways to promote world peace. This study aimed to explore the role of a Pesantren in Jombang to promote world peace through conducting an international interfaith event namely ASEAN Youth Interfaith Camp involving 94 youths from many countries. This study was qualitative research using interview, observation and document analysis as tools to gather data. This study found that the Pesantren promote world peace through an international event involving credible speakers, and bringing the participants to visit some religious places and meeting various religious adherents. This paper hopefully could be an inspiration for other pesantrens in promoting world peace.

Abstract

Notaris sebagai salah satu profesi hukum yang sebagian wewenangnya adalah menerbitkan suatu dokumen berupa akta dengan kekuatan sebagai akta otentik.Kesalahandan kelalaian Notaris menyebabkan pembatalan akta Notaris disebabkan oleh kesalahandan kelalaian penghadap yang mengikatkan diri dalam akta Notaris itu, kesalahan dankelalaian kedua belah pihak maupun salah satu pihak mengakibatkan adanya atautimbulnya gugatan atau tuntutan dari salah satu penghadap terhadap akta. Hal inidapat dicermati dalam Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Kisaran Nomor657/Pid.B/2015/PN Kis. Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam tesis ini adalah bagaimana prosedur Notaris dalam mengeluarkan pembatalan akta secara sepihak, bagaimana akibat hukum terhadap Notaris dalam mengeluarkan pembatalan akta secara sepihak, bagaimana bentuk penyelesaian tanggungjawab hukum terhadap Notaris yang mengeluarkan pembatalan akta secara sepihak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalahuntukmengetahui dan menganalisis prosedur Notaris dalam mengeluarkan pembatalan akta secara sepihak, untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis akibat hukum terhadap Notaris dalam mengeluarkan pembatalan akta secara sepihak, untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bentuk penyelesaian tanggungjawab hukum terhadap Notaris yang mengeluarkan pembatalan akta secara sepihak.Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif analisis, jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum normatif (yuridis normatif). Teknik penumpulan data diperoleh dengan cara penelitian kepustakaan (library research) berupa studi dokumen. Analisis data menggunakan analisis kualitatif, selanjutnya ditarik kesimpulan dengan menggunakan metode berpikir deduktif. Alasan yuridisuntuk menyatakan batal demi hukum suatu akta Notaris adalah jikaakta Notaris tidak memenuhi persyaratan objektif dan subjektif dalam suatu perjanjian. Akibat hukum pembatalan akta Notaris yaitu berubahnya status dan kekuatan pembuktian suatu akta Notaris sebagai akta otentik menjadi akta di bawah tangan. Pertanggungjawaban Notaris terhadap akta yang dinyatakan batal demi hukum oleh pengadilan meliputi pertanggungjawaban perdata, pidana dan administrasi.Penelitian ini menyarankan agar Hakim harus membuat keputusan yang bijaksana dan seadil-adilnya dalam menangani setiap perkara, terutama yang berkaitan dengan akta Notaris. Setiap akta yang dibuat Notaris harus memenuhi persyaratan materil dan formil. Notaris harus siap dan bertanggungjawab terhadapsetiap produk akta yang dibuatnya, baik secara perdata, pidana dan administrasi

Abstract

Perception is the experience about objects, events, or the relations that are gotten by concluding the information and interpreting the mesagge. The more complex definition is given by Pareek in Alex (2003:446) who states that perception is a process of receiving, selecting, organizing, interpreting, evaluating, and giving relation to stimulate of the sense. Based on the definition above, it can be summarized that perception is a process of recognizing/receiving the stimuli in form of events, objects, or others through the sense, then those stimuli are organized and interpreted, and lastly giving reaction toward them. To achieve the research purposes, this research uses analytic induction. The researcher use theory from Walters that is self perception Self perception is based on self-efficicacy. It means that the perception occurs based on individual mind (intrinsic). Because the student’s appreciate about the foreign volunteer’s role by themselves. They will appreciate does the foreign volunteers give positive or negative impact.Learning with foreign volunteer made the seventh grade’s at SMPN 2 GlagahBanyuwangi more interested to study English and foreign volunteer give big impact to the students, so they can study hard. Based on the result, it is suggested To the teacher it is suggested to imitate the techniques applied by foreign volunteer, or the teacher can consolidate the teacher’s techniques and the foreign volunteer’s techniques. Students should be active, creative and also fun in teaching learning process and be more confident and do not afraid with English lesson. Students should pay attention to teacher explanation.While for the the other researcher, it is suggested to use the information to know the student’s perceptions about the foreign volunteer’s roles in English learning process at SMPN 2 Glagah. The other researcher are also suggested to use it as reference if having similar research

Abstract

This community service is carried out together with the Gayo Lues District Education Office. The purpose of this activity is to improve the speed counting skills and junior high school teachers in Gayo Lues, so that each teacher can become an agent of change in improving students' fast counting skills. The implementation of the activity began with a pre-test, discussion of partner problems, mentoring and training, review and evaluation by giving rewards to participants who get the best score. The results of the initial pre-test showed that the math teachers' ability to count quickly in Gayo Lues district was still low, where only 22.5% of the teachers were able to solve the questions according to the time given. However, after training and mentoring, more teachers were able to solve quick arithmetic questions according to the set time (75%). Although the level of accuracy is still low.

Abstract

Since the establishment of  School of Medicine in 1967 YARSI which consists of only one medicine faculty until they changed the status to YARSI University in 1989 until now, with five faculties,  many achievements have been reached and can be proud of. Among them are the best private medical college in Jakarta, and even nationally recognized. However, these conditions are not followed outside medicine faculty where less students when compared to medicine faculty. To find the root problems that facing by YARSI university and its solutions, a preliminary step is collecting data on both primary and  secondary  data. Secondary data used to analyze the macro environment, the porter's five force analysis, competitors analysis, segmenting, targeting and positioning, and marketing mix. Primary data used to consumer analysis with distributing questionnaire to and YARSI University  student. The result analysis are YARSI university does not have a strong marketing strategies and less optimal promotions so that could cause low awareness. Therefore, the proposed marketing strategy in accordance with current conditions as well as marketing communications strategy to increase the number of students who enroll in all YARSI  university courses. Keywords: higher education, YARSI, marketing strategy

Abstract

Problem in this research is the behavior of children with autism is different from the behavior of light category children without special needs while it is playing. Sensorymotor ability of autistic children seen by playing sensorymotor. Sensorymotor play to help reveal stimuli through the senses that occur physical relationship with the environment. This study aims to explain the behavior of autistic children in the lightweight category as well as contributing factors sensorymotor play activities of children with autism, light category in TK Talenta Semarang. This research is a qualitative descriptive study and using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation of the data it collects. Determination of informants is purposive sampling informants selected is one parent with a child with autism is the mother, two teachers and three students of the class with children with autism. Data analysis techniques using Miles and Huberman. This research was conducted in TK Talenta Semarang. TK Semarang is an inclusive school that accepts students with various needs of children without any distinction as well as children with autism. The result of this research is the behavior of children with autism in sensorymotor play in TK Talenta Semarang deficient behavior and excessive behavior. Behavior deficient characterized by lack of focuschildren in learning activities, while the excessive behavior characterized by an aggressive child behavior, run-run-off, and hurt others. Factors supporting the activity of sensorymotor play in TK Talenta Semarang is learning very comfortable room for props complete and their students are taught to accept the advantages and disadvantages of his friends. Teacher motivation is very important in the learning process of encouragement contained in a person to try to establish behavioral changes that better meet their needs.
