Abstract

Abstract[English]:The research carried out this time is library research by tracing various scientific works, in the form of books, papers, journals, magazines that discuss media (especially Youtube) and da'wah and are related to this discussion. The data collection method consists of several stages such as the data collection stage, the data management stage, and the data analysis stage. The subject matter of this research is related to Youtube and da'wah media, Youtube can be a media for da'wah and a model for da'wah on Youtube. The results showed that the use of you tube media as a medium for da'wah was more promising and easier to do. It was said that the relationship between you tube media and da'wah was the same target, the same segmentation and the same needs. Meanwhile, the use of You Tube as a medium of preaching by most famous preachers has used and made the best use of it. The da'wah model on you tube can be in the form of serial video lectures, short video lectures, video lecture pieces, music videos / songs, short story videos and live streaming. The implication of this research is that the preachers and preachers will take advantage of the Youtube media as a media of preaching that is very promising.Abstrak[Indonesia]: Penelitian yang dilakukan kali ini adalah penelitian pustaka dengan melalui penelusuran terhadap berbagai karya ilmiah, berupa buku-buku, makalah, jurnal, majalah yang membahas tentang media (khususnya You Tube) dan dakwah serta ada hubungannya dengan pembahasan ini. Metode pengumpulan data melalui beberapa tahapan seperti tahapan pengumpulan data, tahapan pengelolaan data, dan tahapan analisis data. Pokok bahasan pada penelitian ini adalah terkait dengan media Youtube dan dakwah, Youtube dapat menjadi media dakwah dan model dakwah di Youtube. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media You Tube sebagai media dakwah semakin menjanjikan dan semakin mudah dilakukan, hal tersebut dikatakan bahwa keterkaitan antara media You Tube dengan dakwah adalah kesamaan sasaran, segmentasi yang sama dan kesamaan kebutuhan. Sedangkan pemanfaatan You tube sebagai media dakwah oleh kebanyakan dai kondang telah menggunakan dan memanfaatkan dengan sebaik-baiknya. Ada pun model dakwah di You Tube dapat berupa video ceramah serial, video ceramah singkat, video potongan ceramah, video musik/lagu, video cerita singkat dan aliran langsung. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah kiranya para dai dan mubalig memanfaatkan media Youtube sebagai media dakwah yang sangat menjanjikan ini.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the advantages and disadvantages of incorporating customary criminal law within the national legal framework of Indonesia. The local justice principles of customary criminal law, which is rooted in indigenous communities, frequently diverge from those of the national criminal justice system, which is focused on legal positivism. The incorporation of customary criminal law has emerged as a key concern in legal reform with decentralization and the constitutional recognition of indigenous communities. The research method used is juridical-normative with analysis of laws and regulations and court decisions. According to the study's findings, Indonesia's law enforcement system might benefit greatly from customary criminal law, particularly in achieving restorative and contextual justice that aligns with the local values of indigenous people. The significance of living law in society as a supplement to national law is highlighted by the recognition of customary criminal law by Law Number 1 of 2023 respecting the Criminal Code. Although there are still issues with legal harmonization, the legality principle, and the limitations of customary institutions, this study also discovered that regional regulations governing customary criminal law can improve the legitimacy and efficacy of customary law enforcement.

Abstract

Adolescents are individuals in a period of growth and development that is synonymous with finding and building identity towards maturity. Adolescent behavior is very easily influenced by the surrounding environment. The current digital era makes the flow of communication, information, and individual freedom unlimited. Islamic education is needed to shape the behavior and character of adolescents who have akhlakul karimah and healthy soul. The purpose of this study is to analyze the transformation of character education and adolescent values towards mental health in the digital era through Islamic education. This research method is qualitative with a library research approach. Data sources come from literature reviews from research journals, books and other scientific articles according to the theme. Data is collected through literature study and analyzed by analyzing Islamic education in the process of transforming character and value education for adolescents in the digital era towards a healthy soul. The main focus of the research is to describe the transformation of character and value education in mentally healthy adolescents in the digital era through Islamic education. The accuracy of the results of this research analysis was carried out by triangulating the data analysis results involving experts according to expertise. The results of this research analysis show that Islamic education based on the Qur'an, Sunnah/Hadith, and Ijtihad is very appropriate for transforming value and character education which is also in line with mentally healthy values, especially for adolescents in the digital era.

Abstract

This study examines the intersection of entrepreneurship, strategic management, and education in contributing to the achievement of SDG 4. The bibliometric analysis covers research published from 2016 to 2024, focusing on the global trends and key themes that have emerged in strategic management and education. The United States, United Kingdom, and India have been identified as the leading nations conducting significant research in these areas. Notable themes such as sustainability, digital innovation, and education governance have emerged as central topics in the literature, reflecting their critical role in shaping the future of education. This paper investigates how strategic management practices can foster educational equity, sustainability, and innovation, providing essential insights into how educational systems can be optimized through strategic entrepreneurial approaches. The analysis highlights the importance of integrating entrepreneurship into strategic management to address educational challenges globally, particularly in the context of SDG 4, which aims to ensure inclusive and equitable quality education for all. The study further delves into how strategic management and entrepreneurship can align with the evolving demands of global education systems, ensuring adaptability and resilience in the face of technological advancements and changing societal needs. By exploring research trends and advancements within the 2016–2024 period, this study offers a comprehensive overview of the dynamic relationship between strategic management, education, and entrepreneurship, providing a foundation for future research and practical applications that contribute to the achievement of SDG 4. Abstract

The use of modern knowledge, such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), in Islamic education is becoming increasingly common. However, implementing AI requires adaptation, as students and teachers need to acquire more advanced skills to utilize this technology effectively. It is essential to understand the ethics and consequences of AI use in Islamic education to ensure its application is thoughtful and appropriate, with full awareness of potential risks. AI can also support discovery-based learning and create a learning environment that encourages exploration and innovation. AI’s ability to analyze data and learn from experience is valuable for enhancing accuracy and personalization in education. Despite AI's numerous positive potentials, there are aspects that require careful consideration and further study. Therefore, this research aims to explore AI usage in Islamic education through a literature review that combines qualitative methods and library research. This literature review uses secondary data from various relevant sources on the research topic. While AI offers significant potential benefits in Islamic education, there is also a risk of misuse, necessitating comprehensive analysis and holistic solutions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah literatur, menganalisis teks, dan memahami konteks terkait peran keluarga dalam pendidikan Islam. Keluarga merupakan institusi pertama yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan dalam pembentukan karakter, nilai, dan identitas keagamaan anak. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode kajian literatur untuk mengungkap pentingnya kontribusi keluarga dalam mendukung pembelajaran Islam, baik secara langsung melalui pengajaran dan keteladanan, maupun secara tidak langsung melalui lingkungan keluarga yang mendukung. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa keluarga memiliki fungsi strategis sebagai pendidik utama dan pertama, sekaligus sebagai pengasuh, pemimpin, dan teladan dalam membentuk moralitas dan spiritualitas anak. Faktor-faktor seperti kualitas pendidikan orang tua, lingkungan sosial, dan ekonomi keluarga memengaruhi efektivitas peran tersebut. Namun, tantangan seperti kesibukan orang tua, perkembangan teknologi, dan lingkungan yang kurang kondusif juga menjadi kendala dalam implementasi pendidikan Islam di rumah. Kajian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memahami dinamika dan urgensi keterlibatan keluarga dalam pendidikan Islam sebagai upaya membentuk generasi berkarakter Islami yang unggul.

Abstract

The increasing development of technology provides convenience in the business world, including investing in sharia mutual funds, so that it can be an alternative choice for students in investing in sharia mutual funds. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of financial literacy, return and risk partially and simultaneously on the decision of UIN Antasari Banjarmasin students to invest in sharia mutual funds using the bibit application. The research carried out was a type of research with a sample of 100 people based on the Cochran formula. The data collected using. The instruments were analyzed with validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that the variables of financial literacy, return and risk have a positive effect on the decision to invest in Islamic mutual funds according to the hypothesis test where the value obtained by F count (53.371) this value is greater than F table (2.14), so that H0 is accepted, and the level of significance for financial literacy, return and risk is 0.001 <0.1 then H0 is accepted, thus, it can be concluded, financial literacy return and risk have a significant effect on the decision to invest in Islamic mutual funds.

Abstract

This study explores the wasathiyyah paradigm, the concept of ummatan wasathan, and the balance within Islamic teachings in the context of Islamic education. It employs a library research method, drawing on relevant literature as the primary source. The findings indicate that the wasathiyyah and ummatan wasathan educational paradigm constitutes a framework comprising concepts, principles, values, theories, methods, and applications upheld by Muslim scholars, rooted in the ideals of moderation. This paradigm seeks to shape a moderate society by internalising wasathiyyah values through education. Islamic education based on this paradigm promotes religious balance between reason and revelation, text and context, worldly and spiritual orientation, divinity and humanity, individual and social life, body and soul, remembrance and reflection, and knowledge and action.

Abstract

Development communication is the idea that aims to create community compounds and strives to involve all groups in the development of physical and non physical. Development communication in the context of Indonesia is very important to build up a tolerance and harmony between fellow in social interaction-interaction community. Indonesia is one of the countries most compounds in the world, it can be seen in terms of ethnicity, language and religion. In development, communication and tolerance of differences in question here is not only communication leads to physical development, but development that leads to the kognif aspect as well. Because in the society development communication is not the focus of the compound cuukup just on spec development physically, but the most important is the communication that leads to the builders of the spirit of tolerance of antarperbedaan with the aim of getting the harmony of the nation and State. Such things can be achieved by identifying the values and rules that are stored on each of these differences in order to influence society with all of the differences, both accommodate differences in aspects of religion, culture and politics.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of price, social media endorsement, and venue atmosphere on purchase decisions, with consumer satisfaction as a moderating variable, within the context of coffee shop consumers in Pangkal Pinang, Indonesia. The research employs a quantitative approach using survey data collected from 200 respondents who meet specific criteria related to digital behavior and purchasing experience. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). The findings reveal that while price does not significantly affect purchase decisions directly, it strongly influences consumer satisfaction, which in turn has a significant effect on purchase decisions. Social media endorsement exerts a direct and significant influence on both satisfaction and purchase decisions, underlining its strategic importance in contemporary digital marketing. Meanwhile, venue atmosphere significantly enhances satisfaction but shows limited direct impact on purchase decisions, confirming its mediating role through emotional experience. This research emphasizes the importance of integrated marketing strategies that combine pricing, influencer marketing, and atmospheric design to optimize consumer satisfaction and drive purchasing behavior in service-based industries.
