Abstract

This research aimed to find out the effectiveness of audio-visual media (picture, video, audio) on culinary students' learning outcomes in chicken carcass material. The researcher implemented a quasi-experimental method with a nonequivalent control group design. The subjects of this study were the 10th-grade students of SMK Negeri 8 Medan, Academic Year 2016/2017. Cluster random sampling was applied in this study, which consisted of one experimental class and one control class. Meanwhile, some hypothetical tests used in this study were n-gain, independent t-test, and dependent t-test. The n-gain score of learning outcomes in the experimental class is higher than the control class, which is 0.5 and categorized as moderate. Furthermore, students' learning outcomes between those taught using audio-visual media and without audio-visual media in chicken carcass material indicated a significant difference with a significance score of 0.000 ≤ 0.05. Thus, the audiovisual media effectively improves the learning outcomes of the 10th-grade students of the culinary department in Chicken Carcass material.

Abstract

Bangkalan district is the closest district to the city of Surabaya than the cities on the island of Madura. This is an extraordinary potential of the economic sector, especially in the halal tourism sector. There are several tourist destinations that can be conceptualized in Bangkalan district, one of which is Jaddhih Hill Tourism which is located in Jaddhih village, Socah district, Bangkalan district. This destination is a tourist destination that explores the nature that exists in the village. This destination has not conceptually been conceptualized as a halal tourist destination, but considering that this is a 100% Muslim population, it certainly has its own potential to become a halal destination. With the SWOT analysis method, this research tries to analyze in terms of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges to be conceptualized as a halal tourist destination. The results of the calculations from IFAS and EFAS that have been carried out show the score value, namely Strengths of 3.13, Weaknesses of 2.24, Opportunities Factors of 3.31, Challenges Factors (Threats) of 2 ,33. So it can be concluded that the Bukit Jaddhih Tourism Object is very possible to be used as a Halal tourism village destination by approaching office holders both at the village level and at the government level. The challenges and weaknesses that need to be addressed are the availability of facilities to the location, security and public transportation that does not yet exist to the location as well as several matters relating to the development of these destinations

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas dan kehalalan produk terhadap loyalitas pelanggan deidara cake bangkalan yang dipengaruhi oleh bebrapa faktor, penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif, data yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini melalui tahap wawancara, observasi dan kuesioner tentang kualitas dan kehalalan produk terhadap loyalitas pelanggan deidara cake bangkalan. Berdasarkan uji yang dilakukan seperti uji validitas, reliabelias, uji asumsi, uji analis regresi berganda ataupun uji hipotesis, tidak ditemukan penyimpangan. Kualitas dan kehalalan produk berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dan berpengaruh bersama-sama secara simultan X1 dan X2 terhadap variabel Y Dengan demikian nilai R Squer atau R2 dalam penelitian ini sebesar 0,417 atau 41,7% sementara sisanya yang 48,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak terdapat pada penelitian ini

Abstract

Penelitian ini ingin mengetahui Pengaruh Faktor Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan Terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Mahasiswa Ekonomi Syariah Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Darul Hikmah, menggunakan persepsi mahasiswa sebagai moderatingnya. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan peneliti kuantitatif, untuk populasinya ialah dari mahasiswa atau mahasiswi di STAI darul hikmah dengan menyebarkan angket kepada mahasiswa yang berjumlah 50 responden, dan hasil kajian bahwa pentingnya factor pengetahuan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa ekonomi syariah Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Darul Hikmah

Abstract

The objective of this study is to ascertain : (1) The work ethic of farmers in Gapura Village, Sambas District, Sambas Regency in the Belalle' tradition (2) the economic values of the Belalle' tradition in Gapura Village (3) Factors influencing the work ethic of farmers in the village Gate. This research employs a qualitative methodology with a descriptive approach. The data collection process comprises observation, interviews, and documentation. The tools used to collect information include observation guides, interview guides, and documentation tools. The data analysis was conducted by adhering to the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. To ensure data validity, extended observations and triangulation of information sources were conducted. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that.: (1) The work ethic of farmers in Gapura Village, Sambas District, Sambas Regency is high. This is evidenced by farmers with signs indicating someone with a high work ethic. (2) The economic values contained in the work ethic of farmers in Gapura Village, Sambas District, Sambas Regency reduce production costs, facilitate the production process, increase profits, save production costs, do not need to pay labor wages, and do not buy consumption. (3) The factors influencing the work ethic of farmers can be categorized into two groups, namely supporting factors including high tolerance, social interaction, mutual assistance, mutual cooperation and Enhancing the economy serves as a facilitating factor, while inhibiting factors include the rise of individualism and differing attitudes among individuals.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain the sales analysis of rice husk charcoal goods on Facebook for the Micro Hand company. The research techniques used are qualitative descriptive methodologies. The owner of the Micro Hand company and a devoted client are the sources of the research's information. The information was obtained through interviews. The study's findings demonstrate the value of using technology to increase the sale of rice husk charcoal through the use of Facebook social media.The business of Micro Hand was successfully conducted, and this was based on thorough research as well as the application of business methods or indicators, such as good pricing, the effectiveness of marketing media, and the sales effectiveness of products. Media marketing plan for selling rice husk charcoal goods Facebook social can be said to achieve marketing with clear objectives to achieve a business that meets sales targets with the implementation of a number of strategies, including indicators: increasing the variety of products offered by consumers; utilizing technology and social media in product marketing; offering prompt and courteous customer service; and conducting successful promotions. This implies more business for Micro Hand. These indicators already employ a marketing strategy for husk charcoal that is appropriate for the market and facilitates the faster development of the company.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the strategy of fulfilling the needs of oil palm farmer families in facing fluctuations in palm oil prices in Bebatung Village, Landak Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. Data collections and are carried out in there ways, namely interviews, observations and dokumentations, involving oil palm farmers in Bebatung Village. The results of this study indicate that the strategis used to fulfill the needs of oil palm farmer families in facing fluctuations in palm oil prices in Bebatung Village are: When the price of palm oil is high, it has a positive impact on the economic canditions of households, a sense of security, clam and being able to meet the management and increased saving. When the price of palm oil is low a) Implementing a frugal lifestyle; b) Carrying out stricter financial planning; c) Saving; d) Utilizing Natural Resources in the from of gardening, framing rice; e) Looking for additional sources of income, namely opening a barber shop, selling snacks or snacks, opening a grocery business or grocery stall, working as a carpenter, becoming a casual laborer and tapping rubber.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Tayan Hilir District, Sanggau Regency. The purpose of this study is to find out how far the implementation of the CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) program that has been carried out by PT Antam in the field of education has been. The research approach used is in the form of qualitative research in the form of interactive inquiry. The results of interviews and observations with 6 informants consisting of 1 person as Secretary of Inland Village, 1 person as ER and CSR Department Head, 1 person as representative of student beneficiaries, and 3 people as beneficiaries of school representatives. Data were collected using closed interview and observation methods as well as several documents relevant to the research. The results of the study found that the implementation of PT Antam's CSR program in the field of education in Tayan Hilir District, Sanggau Regency had been going well and according to a predetermined plan, but the implementation of the program was still unable to accommodate all the needs and problems in the education sector in the area where they carried out their business activities.

Abstract

This research aims to get a clear picture of the level of satisfaction of students at the University's Faculty of Teacher Training and Science (FKIP) regarding the implementation of the 2nd generation campus teaching policy program. In connection with the research objectives above, the method used in this research is a quantitative research method with a descriptive approach, where the subjects or samples in this research are 113 FKIP Tanjungpura University students who have participated in the 2nd generation campus teaching program. Meanwhile, the data collection technique used is a questionnaire with a rating assessment scale. The students sampled as part of the research will answer several statements in the research related to the implementation of the 2nd generation campus teaching program by choosing an answer rating scale of 1 - 4 (very dissatisfied - very satisfied). The questionnaire will be distributed via Google Form media. The results of the research show that the level of satisfaction of Tanjungpura University FKIP students is relatively high with the class 2 campus teaching program, namely reaching 77.9% with a percentage of student dissatisfaction of only 22.1%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine changes in the value of solidarity of marriage and death in the Empaong Hamlet community due to oil palm plantations. This research uses qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews with the people of Empaong Hamlet, and documentation. data sources used primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques are obtained through data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The technique of testing the validity of this research data using triangulation. The results of the study showed that the solidarity value of marriage and death in Empaong Hamlet before the existence of oil palm plantations was seen from the community always participating such as working together, cooperating and helping in the form of food donations. After the existence of oil palm plantations, there was a change in the solidarity value of marriage and death in Empaong Hamlet where changes occurred in the community who owned oil palm plantations no longer participated in the form of labor but participated in the form of donations of money and basic necessities to families who held marriage and death events. Factors causing changes in the solidarity values of marriage and death are internal factors including economic and egoistic factors while external factors include modernization factors.
