Abstract

Abstract

Abstract

Neck Pain is classified as one of the most common musculoskeletal disorders, typically arising from non-ergonomic working postures and repetitive static activities, particularly among professions such as teachers and office workers. This condition may increase pain intensity and interfere with daily functioning. Physiotherapy interventions, including McKenzie Exercise and stretching, are considered effective approaches to alleviate these symptoms. This study employed a one-group pretest–posttest design involving 27 teachers experiencing neck pain, who received physiotherapy interventions twice a week over a three-week period. The results of the Repeated Measures ANOVA with Huynh–Feldt correction revealed a p-value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), and the Pairwise Comparisons analysis with Bonferroni correction indicated significant differences in pain levels across all measurement intervals. These findings demonstrate that McKenzie Cervical Exercise and stretching are effective in reducing pain among individuals with Neck Pain.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of learning to understand the contents of the Qur'an in the Qur'an Hadith subject at MA Darul Ulum Palangka Raya, which includes preliminary, core, and closing activities, as well as identifying the main obstacles and solutions applied by teachers. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with field research. Data were collected through observation, structured interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The results show that learning is carried out systematically and reflectively. In the introductory activities, teachers build students' readiness to learn through religious habits and reflective perception. In the core activities, tadabbur-based learning using lecture and question-and-answer methods encouraged students to actively construct their understanding of the meaning of Qur'anic verses and internalize the value of patience as part of the learning process. The closing activities emphasized reflection and reinforcement of Qur'anic values. The main obstacles in learning included limited media, learning time, and variations in student motivation. The solution was implemented through flexible learning strategies, strengthening teacher-student interaction, and reinforcing spiritual motivation. These findings show that Al-Qur'an Hadith learning reflects a constructivist approach that not only builds cognitive understanding but also strengthens the internalization of patience as a Qur'anic character trait.

Abstract

Character education is a fundamental aspect in the formation of students' personalities, especially in the midst of the challenges of globalization and technological developments that have the potential to affect the moral values of the young generation. This research seeks to explain how character education is implemented through the Teaching Campus Program as an effort to reinforce students’ character values at SDN 16 Dasan Agung Baru Mataram. It also aims to identify the specific values being cultivated and to examine both the supporting and inhibiting factors in the process. Employing a qualitative approach with a case study design, the participants were selected purposively, consisting of the school principal, Islamic Religious Education teachers, Teaching Campus participants, and fourth-grade students. Data were gathered through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, with data validity ensured by triangulating sources and techniques. The findings reveal that character education at SDN 16 Dasan Agung Baru Mataram is integrated into learning activities, routine practices, and religious programs such as congregational prayers, morning literacy sessions, flag ceremonies, imtaq activities, and the enforcement of school discipline. Teachers serve as key role models (uswah hasanah) in instilling values among students. The values emphasized include religiosity, discipline, responsibility, honesty, cooperation, tolerance, and environmental awareness. Factors that support the implementation of character education involve the commitment of principals, teachers, and parents, the presence of a positive school culture, and consistent habituation programs. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors include the influence of the environment outside school and social media, limited time for carrying out activities, and the lack of awareness of some students in applying character values. This study concludes that the Teaching Campus Program contributes positively to strengthening the implementation of character education in elementary schools.
