Abstract

Background:Chronic kidney disease has emerged as a leading cause of death and suffering in the 21st century. Hemodialysis is the most common renal replacement therapy for patients with chronic kidney disease. Hemodialysis patients experience physical and psychological distress. The psychological effects include increasedFatigue, anxiety, decreased quality of life, and increased risk of suicide are some of the factors contributing to this. Self-acceptance in patients can lead to the development of a new purpose in life, known as psychological well-being. One of the major problems contributing to hemodialysis failure is patient refusal, which is linked to low knowledge. This study aims to analyze the influence of knowledge levels about chronic kidney disease on psychological well-being in patients with chronic kidney disease. Method:This quantitative, observational, and analytical research method utilized a cross-sectional design. A population of 103 patients with chronic kidney disease undergoing hemodialysis in October 2023 served as the study subjects. The sampling technique used was total sampling. The Spearman rank test was also used by the researchers. The research instruments used were a questionnaire on the level of knowledge regarding chronic kidney disease and a questionnaire on the psychological well-being scale theory from Ryf.Results:A total of 89 respondents met the inclusion criteria. The Spearman rank test yielded a p-value of 0.000 and a correlation strength of +0.737, indicating a strong positive effect of knowledge on the psychological well-being of chronic kidney disease sufferers.Conclusion:The better the level of knowledge regarding chronic kidney disease, the greater the impact on improving the psychological well-being of chronic kidney disease sufferers.

Abstract

Periode usia 48–72 bulan merupakan bagian dari masa pra-sekolah yang termasuk dalam fase kritis perkembangan anak sebelum memasuki pendidikan formal. Pada fase ini, kemampuan motorik kasar dan halus, bahasa, kognitif, sosial dan emosional berkembang dengan sangat cepat dan kompleks. Urgensi Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Dari sisi layanan kesehatan, pelaksanaan Stimulasi, Deteksi dan Intervensi Dini Tumbuh Kembang (SDIDTK) belum sepenuhnya terintegrasi dengan lingkungan pendidikan anak usia dini. Padahal, taman kanak-kanak merupakan tempat strategis untuk menjangkau anak secara rutin dan melakukan pemantauan perkembangan secara sistematis. Tanpa adanya pendampingan dan penguatan kapasitas guru serta orang tua, peluang emas untuk melakukan intervensi dini sering terlewatkan. Tujuan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Meningkatkan kualitas tumbuh kembang anak usia 48–72 bulan di TK Seroja Desa Denatahun Tahun 2026 melalui pelaksanaan stimulasi, deteksi, dan intervensi dini tumbuh kembang secara sistematis dan berkelanjutan dengan melibatkan pendidik, orang tua, dan tenaga kesehatan. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menggunakan pendekatan edukatif, partisipatif, dan aplikatif, dengan melibatkan anak, guru TK, orang tua, serta tenaga kesehatan menggunakan keusioner Pra Skrining Perkembangan. Hasil Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Hasil skrining menunjukkan bahwa 12 anak (80%) berada pada kategori perkembangan sesuai usia, sementara 3 anak (20%) teridentifikasi memiliki risiko keterlambatan pada salah satu aspek perkembangan, terutama pada aspek bahasa dan motorik halus. Temuan ini menjadi dasar dalam pelaksanaan intervensi dini. Kesimpulan Hasil deteksi dini menggunakan instrumen skrining perkembangan menunjukkan masih adanya anak dengan kategori perkembangan meragukan, khususnya pada aspek bahasa dan motorik halus.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara Case-Based Learning berbasis kearifan lokal Maja Labo Dahu dan internalisasi pendidikan anti korupsi di perguruan tinggi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatori dengan desain Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM). Subjek penelitian melibatkan 120 mahasiswa program studi Keperawatan yang mengikuti pembelajaran berbasis kasus terintegrasi nilai lokal Maja Labo Dahu. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert untuk mengukur konstruk Case-Based Learning dan internalisasi pendidikan anti korupsi yang mencakup kesadaran anti korupsi, integritas akademik, dan komitmen etika sosial. Analisis data dilakukan melalui evaluasi model pengukuran dan model struktural menggunakan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh jalur hubungan antara Case-Based Learning berbasis kearifan lokal Maja Labo Dahu dan internalisasi pendidikan anti korupsi belum mencapai signifikansi statistik, dengan nilai t-statistics < 1,96 dan p-values > 0,05. Meskipun demikian, arah koefisien jalur menunjukkan kecenderungan positif pada dimensi refleksi nilai Maja Labo Dahu terhadap kesadaran dan sikap anti korupsi. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa internalisasi pendidikan anti korupsi merupakan proses jangka panjang yang tidak dapat dijelaskan melalui intervensi pedagogis tunggal secara langsung. Penelitian ini menegaskan peran Case-Based Learning berbasis kearifan lokal sebagai wahana pedagogis fasilitatif yang berpotensi mendukung internalisasi nilai anti korupsi secara berkelanjutan, serta memberikan implikasi teoretis dan praktis di perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

Religious education is an integral part of the curriculum that guides students in developing morality, ethics, and spiritual values. This study aims to examine the challenges of religious guidance at SMPN 8 Palangka Raya. The research employed a descriptive-qualitative method with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of the study were Islamic Religious Education teachers and students at SMPN 8 Palangka Raya. The findings reveal that religious guidance activities include spiritual counseling, social development, and cultural programs. However, several challenges were identified in the implementation process, including time constraints, limited external environmental support, and low student interest. This study is expected to provide insights and practical recommendations for schools, particularly teachers, in formulating more effective and innovative strategies for religious education.

Abstract

Khitan merupakan ajaran penting dalam Islam sekaligus intervensi kesehatan yang bermanfaat, namun praktik di masyarakat kerap dipengaruhi tradisi sehingga tidak selalu selaras dengan syariat dan standar medis. Program ini melibatkan Alumni SMPN 1 Mranggen Angkatan 1988 sebagai mitra edukatif untuk meningkatkan kesadaran berkhitan yang syar’i, aman, dan ramah anak. Metode yang digunakan adalah desain deskriptif-partisipatif melalui dua sesi tematik (fikih dan kesehatan) dengan materi interaktif, booklet/infografis, evaluasi pra–pasca menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara singkat, serta pendampingan daring selama satu bulan. Hasil menunjukkan partisipasi tinggi, peningkatan skor pengetahuan dan sikap, bertambahnya kesiapan merujuk tindakan khitan ke tenaga medis, serta terbentuknya kanal komunikasi “Khitan Islami & Sehat” untuk tindak lanjut; materi dipandang relevan dan mudah dipahami. Disimpulkan bahwa pendekatan kolaboratif keagamaan dan kesehatan efektif meningkatkan literasi dan komitmen praktik khitan yang aman dan sesuai syariat; replikasi disarankan melalui kemitraan puskesmas dan pemanfaatan materi digital berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Diarrhea is a communicable disease that frequently causes Extraordinary Events (KLB/outbreak) and is often accompanied by death in Indonesia. One of the factors associated with the incidence of diarrhea is the unhygienic or indiscriminate disposal of feces, which is closely related to human behavior. This study aims to describe the level of knowledge, attitudes, and actions regarding toddler feces management in relation to the incidence of diarrhea in Galung Village, Tapalang District, in 2024. This research used a descriptive method with total sampling, involving 106 mothers of toddlers as respondents. Data were collected through direct interviews using a questionnaire. Based on the results, of the 106 respondents, 74 (69.8%) had toddlers who experienced diarrhea. Respondents with good knowledge who experienced diarrhea numbered 57 (69.51%); respondents with a disapproving attitude who experienced diarrhea numbered 68 (72.3%); and respondents with insufficient actions who experienced diarrhea numbered 48 (67.6%). It is concluded that the majority of mothers had good knowledge but still experienced diarrhea, most mothers held disapproving attitudes toward safe feces management, and most mothers' actions in feces management were still insufficient. It is recommended that local health centers routinely conduct health education targeting safe toddler feces management practices, particularly focusing on areas with the highest rates of insufficient responses. The suggestion from this research is that the public is expected to pay more attention to the processing of toddler feces so that the incidence of diarrhea in toddlers can be treated early

Abstract

The multidimensional crisis that is currently happening to the Indonesian state, if we look for the causes of the problem, comes from weak development of the nation and character which causes moral and moral shifts for the nation's successors such as becoming perpetrators of physical and psychological violence. This study aims to describe the Islamic character of students at Sekolah Sahabat Alam Palangka Raya and to describe the formation of Islamic character in students through religious culture at Sekolah Sahabat Alam Palangka Raya. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that: 1) the character of the students at Sekolah Sahabat Alam Palangka Raya can be said to have good Islamic character. This can be seen from their independent attitude which spontaneously applies religious habituation activities in behaving so that they are well organized without any encouragement or coercion. 2) the formation of the Islamic character of students through religious culture at Sekolah Sahabat Alam Palangka Raya, namely when reciting the Koran, traveling around nature, camping and exploring the environment around the school, praying dhuha in congregation, shaking hands and greeting teachers and students and teachers of the opposite sex do not shake hands directly . In addition, love the environment by disposing of trash in its place.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: This study aims to analyze how the Deep Talk Critical method is applied by Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers to enhance student self-disclosure and the impacts of this method on learning effectiveness. Methodology: This qualitative field research employed triangulation of data sources, including interviews, observation, surveys, and documentation. The Miles and Huberman analysis model comprising data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing was used. The study also defined four self-disclosure indicators: openness, empathy, support, and equality, based on interpersonal communication theories. Main Findings: Findings indicate the Deep Talk Critical method is highly effective (85.72%) in fostering student self-disclosure. Specific indicators showed high performance: empathy (90.41%), equality (88.63%), support (84.87%), and openness (78.97%). Novelty/Originality of this study: This study contributes to PAI communication strategy literature by formalizing Deep Talk Critical as a practical pedagogical model for strengthening self-disclosure and emotional intelligence among students.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the evaluation of learning based on Islamic Religious Education (PAI). This research is included in the type of library research, namely research that analyzes content related to the opinions of experts and researchers that have been published regarding the evaluation of learning in PAI subjects based on local wisdom. Secondary data sources were obtained through books and journal articles as well as other sources relating to the policies of the government of the Republic of Indonesia regarding PAI curriculum and learning. Selecting literature that is relevant to the content of this research, namely evaluation of PAI and local wisdom-based learning, as well as the implementation of both in learning. Next, analyze the literature to assess the extent to which it provides an understanding of the evaluation of PAI learning based on local wisdom. Aims to determine the suitability of the concept and application of local wisdom-based learning for PAI teachers. The findings of this research are that local wisdom-based PAI learning evaluations have a positive impact in achieving learning goals, helping teachers and educational institutions understand the strengths and weaknesses of learning, so they can continue to improve the process. The integration of local wisdom in PAI learning does not only focus on cognitive aspects, but also builds strong morals and culture in students, not only serves to assess the effectiveness of materials and methods, but also to understand the extent to which students can link religious values with the culture they live in. The results of this evaluation will provide valuable information for teachers in achieving PAI learning goals

Abstract

Rapid technological advances require the integration of digital tools in educational practices to increase student involvement and understanding, therefore this research is important to increase student interaction in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning using word puzzle-based learning media at Tahfidz Al-Jamiel Elementary School, Palangka Raya. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data was collected through participant observation of Islamic Religious Education teachers, in-depth interviews with PAI teachers and school principals, and students as research informants, and documentation. The research results show that word puzzle-based learning media effectively increases student interaction in learning PAI and the use of word puzzle media. Teachers report a marked increase in student engagement. Apart from that, students expressed their level of satisfaction with the word puzzle media on the grounds that they found it easy to understand the material, and found it interesting, thus making students feel happy studying Islamic Religious Education material in Tahfidz Al-jamiel Elementary School, Palangkaraya
