Abstract

This study examines the impact of social media use on the quality of student social interaction in the digital era. Technological developments, particularly smartphones and the internet, have changed the way humans interact, with social media being the primary platform for communication. This study uses a literature study method, examining various research and theories related to social media, social interaction, and its impact on students. The main source of data for this research is scientific articles published and identified by Google Scholar. The results of the analysis show that the intense use of social media can reduce the frequency of direct interaction, affect non-verbal communication skills, and reduce participation in social activities in schools. However, social media can also be used positively for learning if used wisely and supported by good digital literacy. Other factors such as parenting patterns and social environment also play an important role in moderating the impact of social media. This study concludes the importance of balancing digital activities and direct social interaction to maintain the quality of students' social interaction

Abstract

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) have an important role in creating information transparency, improving work efficiency, minimizing errors, and supporting the development of educators and education personnel's skills. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The data used came from literature studies, direct observations, and interviews with administrative staff and teachers involved in school operations. The analysis process includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the analysis show that one of the components in managing administration in elementary schools to ensure the sustainability and quality of education is the Standard Operating Procedures or SOPs. Thus, a well-designed SOP is able to create information transparency, improve work efficiency, minimize errors, and support the development of the skills of educators and education personnel. The implementation of SOPs at SD IT Rocha Indonesia shows that although formal SOPs have not been fully implemented, initial steps such as digitization of archives, regular evaluations, staff training, and internal audits have supported more structured administrative management. Constraints such as technological limitations, manual attendance systems, and lack of formal guidelines can be overcome through the development of relevant SOPs and systematic implementation

Abstract

Learning effectiveness is influenced by a number of factors, including educator competence, material quality, delivery methods, and study time allocation. In particular, study time has a significant impact on students' concentration and motivation, especially in the context of the implementation of the shift system in Indonesia, which divides study time into morning and afternoon sessions. This study aims to illustrate the importance of learning time management and its impact on student motivation, concentration, and learning outcomes. This study uses a literature study approach to analyze the influence of learning time duration and system shifts on learning effectiveness. The main source of data for this research is scientific artifacts published through the Google Scholar database. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively with the knowledge of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the analysis showed that the morning session was more effective in increasing students' concentration and motivation than the afternoon session which tended to cause fatigue. Schools should pay attention to learning time and curriculum adjustments to create a supportive learning environment
