Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan, pengembangan karir, dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Telekomindo Primakarya. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dilaksanakan pada 50 karyawan PT. Telekomindo Primakarya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini 50 orang dengan sampel 50 orang karyawan, yang dipilih secara keseluruhan sehingga memakai sampling jenuh. Hasil penelitian ini pengujian hipotesis menunjukan variabel Pelatihan nilai t hitung 1,431 t tabel 1,678 dan nilai signifikan 0,164 0,05 yang berarti Ha ditolak dan Ho diterima. Berdasarkan keriteria diatas variabel pelatihan tidak memiliki peran penting dalam mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. -1,005 t tabel 1,678 dan nilai signifikan 0,324 0,05 yang berarti Ha ditolak Ho diterima. Berdasarkan keriteria diatas variabel pengembangan karir tidak memiliki peran penting dalam mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. 6,355 t tabel 1,678 dan nilai signifikan 0,000 0,05 yang berarti Ha diterima Ho ditolak. Berdasarkan keriteria diatas variabel komunikasi memiliki peran penting dalam mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. dan hasil uji F (simultan) dari hasil uji f menunjukan f hitung Hasil uji F memperlihatkan nilai F sebesar     14,564 (F hitung) 2,81 (F tabel) yang berarti Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Hal ini berarti bahwa secara bersama-sama variabel pelatihan, pengembangan karir, komunikasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawanjadi Ha ditolak dan Ho diterima artinya variabel Pelatihan, Pengembangan Karir, Komunikasitidak berpengaruh terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pengaruh perceived organizational support, human relation, kompetensi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Negara Indonesia, Tbk Kantor Cabang Utama Batam. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 147 orang karyawan, dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin sehingga mendapatkan responden berjumlah 108 orang karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh perceived organizational support berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, human relation berpengaruh tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kompetensi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. perceived organizational support, human relation, kompetensi, dan disiplin kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Bank Negara Indonesia, Tbk Kantor Cabang Utama Batam.

Abstract

There are several affecting factors to the Employees' performance. This research aimed to examines the factor that influences work motivation and employees' performance. The method was the structural equation model. The results found that leadership style and compensation affect the work motivation, but the variable of work discipline does not have an impact on work motivation. This study also found that work discipline and compensation affect the employees' performance, but the leadership style does not have an impact. The Policy implications suggest the chairman to set-up leadership style appropriate to the employees' situation, and compensation should be enhanced, awards and penalties apply to increase employees'discipline and welfare.JEL Classification: G21, M12

Abstract

The Effect of Organization Commitment, Reward, and Work Satisfaction to Turnover in Islamic Banking at BatamThis study aims to analyze the effect of organizational commitment, reward to turn-over intention through work satisfaction variable and to analyze the most affective variable on turn-over intention. The method that used on this study is path analysis. Abstract

This reserach aims to effect of compensation, organizational climate, job satisfaction on employee performance of PT. PEB. This research uses 85 employees of PT. PEB as the study sample. The data analyzed using “Path Analysis” path by using statistical software SPSS 16.0. The research results are: Compensation direct and significant effect on job satisfaction with path coefficient of 0.387, and significant at the 0.000 Sig probability, ≤ α = 0.05, Organizational climate has direct and significant effect on job satisfaction with the value of the path coefficient amounted to 0.512, and significant at the 0.000 probability Sig, ≤ α = 0.05, job satisfaction is directly and significantly impact on performance with the path coefficient of 0.648, and significant at the 0.000 Sig probability, ≤ α = 0.05, the compensation effect indirectly to job performance through job satisfaction and the indirect effect coefficient> direct influence (p31 x p43> p41) ie 0.329> 0.078, organizational climate indirectly influence on employee performance through job satisfaction and indirectly influence coefficient> influence directly (p32 x p43> p42) ie 0.332> 0.179.

Abstract

Employee performance is one of the things that is very interesting to develop, because employee performance is crucial in determining the performance of partnerships. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect on employee performance, encourage work on employee performance, placement on employee performance, and personality, encourage work, and placement on employee performance. This research uses quantitative methods. The population of this research is 50 employees of PT. Asuransi Kredit Indonesia Cabang Batam. The research sample of 50 employees, with census sampling technique. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that there is no significant difference in employee performance, work planning is significant on employee performance, and placement is not significant on employee performance, and competence, encouraging work, and significant placement on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership Style, Work Environment, Workload and Compensation on Employee Performance of Lamoist Layer Cakes. The population is 65 people were all employees of Lamoist Layer using a total sampling technique. Type of research uses quantitative and descriptive analysis research design. Collection data was distributing questionnaires via Google Form. The results of this study indicate that 1) Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance 2) Work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance 3) Workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance 4) Compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance 5) Leadership Style, Work Environment, Workload and Compensation together have a significant influence on employee performance. This can be seen from the value of F count 60.077 ≥ F table 2.523 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

Abstract: Human Resources is an important factor for the company, because the human resources which have high performance will support the company's main goal. The company's main goal is to make the company able to survive in the middle of the higher minimum wage in Indonesia, especially in Batam. The purpose of this study was to determine the training and motivation as predictors of employee performance at Production Department PT. Y Batam partially and simultaneously. The population in this study were employees of the Production Departement PT. Y Batam, as many as 147 people, with a sample of 108 employees. Sampling techniques using simple random sampling. Data colecting is using a questionnaire. Analysis of the data is using multiple linear regression by SPSS software version 22. Results showed that training and motivation as predictors of employee performance.Keywords: Training, Motivation, Performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan, untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan, untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh etos kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh karakteristik individu terhadap kinerja karyawan dan untuk  menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, komunikasi, pelatihan, etos kerja dan karakteristik individu terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasi dengan metode kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan Yayasan Al Muhajirin Dotamana Indah Batam yang berjumlah 52 orang. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 52 orang, yang diambil dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Data diperoleh dengan metode menyebarkan kuesioner kemudian dianalisa dengan menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) gaya kepemimpinan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) komunikasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) pelatihan secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (4) etos kerja secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (5) karakteristik individu secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta (6) gaya kepemimpinan, komunikasi, pelatihan, etos kerja dan karakteristik individu secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
