Abstract

The Abbasid Dynasty, founded by Abu Abbas al-Shaffah in 750 AD, played a significant role in the history of Islamic civilization. Replacing the Umayyad Dynasty, it marked the Islamic Golden Age, integrating various cultures and advancing knowledge, the economy, and civilization. However, the dynasty faced numerous challenges, including internal conflicts, a monarchical political system, and power struggles within the family, which led to instability and civil wars. This research was conducted using a library research method, with a qualitative approach and continued with content analysis., shows that the Abbasid Dynasty symbolized the rise of Islam and its advancements but was also entangled in internal conflicts and political weaknesses. Their downfall was accelerated by the emergence of smaller kingdoms and external threats, such as the Mongol invasion that destroyed Baghdad. The experience of the Abbasid Dynasty highlights the dangers of power without wisdom and justice, emphasizing the importance of humane leadership.

Abstract

Evaluation activities are often problematic both in their effectiveness and efficiency. The learning evaluation activities that have occurred so far have provided clear evidence that in its implementation, teachers need a lot of money because they have to give question sheets to many students and it is also time-consuming to check.This study aims to examine the use of Google forms in helping the process of implementing learning evaluations today considering that the implementation of assessments using Google forms has been carried out in various schools.This article uses the literature review method (library research). The results show that the use of Google Forms as a learning evaluation media shows excellent potential in providing effective and efficient time in making questions. In addition, by using technology effectively, teachers can help students develop digital skills that are essential for success in this modern era..

Abstract

Worker efficiency is an important part of an organization's tasks. Because the level of progress or decline of the organization depends on it. When representative performance is ineffective, the organization will fail. Work efficiency cannot be separated from the nature of the work. This can be estimated from the abilities of each worker. However, this does not encourage improvements in good company administration. Furthermore, there must be great correspondence and participation between the organization and its workers. Regardless of whether they work for a similar organization. Even so, each worker's presentation is unique. Therefore, pioneers must know this.

Abstract

This article explains the impact analysis of Starlink's entry into the telecommunications industry in Indonesia. In the modern era, the telecommunications industry in Indonesia has grown rapidly, but still faces geographical challenges and limited infrastructure. The telecommunications market in Indonesia is dominated by several large players, such as Telkomsel, XL Axiata, and Indosat, which control more than 95% of the market share. However, the presence of Starlink, a satellite internet network project owned by SpaceX, has changed the dynamics of this competition. Starlink offers high-speed internet connectivity without the need for fiber optic cable infrastructure, making it effective in reaching remote areas that are difficult to reach by traditional technology. By using thousands of small satellites in low orbit, Starlink offers a stable and reliable internet connection with low latency. This analysis uses a literature review method to compare and analyze theories related to oligopoly and technological innovation. The results show that Starlink has the potential to trigger innovation and improve the quality of service in the Indonesian telecommunications industry. Although initially expensive, Starlink is believed to become cheaper if demand increases, thus encouraging local providers to innovate and increase their service coverage.

Abstract

This study explores the views of high school/vocational school students in Pasuruan City regarding the employment contract system and its impact on their readiness to enter the world of work. With a quantitative approach and survey method, this study involved 54 grade XI students who were selected using the purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through a closed questionnaire, while data analysis used simple linear regression. The results of the analysis showed that students' perception significantly affected their readiness to work, with a regression coefficient of 0.748 and a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). An R Square value of 0.500 indicates that 50% of the variation in job readiness can be explained by students' perception of the employment contract system. The regression assumption test showed that the data met the requirements of normality, homoscedasticity, and no autocorrelation was found. The results of this study highlight the importance of providing a deeper understanding of the employment contract system to increase students' readiness to face the world of work.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the quality of internet service at CV. Asri Jaya Mandiri using the Quality of Service (QoS) and SERVQUAL methods. QoS measures network performance based on parameters such as throughput, delay, jitter, and packet loss, while SERVQUAL evaluates employees' perceptions and expectations across five dimensions: tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The analysis reveals significant gaps, particularly in reliability and empathy, with unstable connections and inadequate access speed being the primary issues. To improve Service Quality, the study recommends infrastructure upgrades, increased bandwidth, and enhanced communication within the IT team. Implementing these measures is expected to ensure smooth operations, improve employee satisfaction, and enhance the company’s competitiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to measure user satisfaction with the Booking Bromo website using the Modified WebQual 4.0 method. The website is used by tourists to book entrance tickets to Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park (TNBTS); however, there have been complaints about service quality, such as frequent server inaccessibility, a monotonous website design, and a lack of community interaction features. Using a quantitative approach, the study involved 338 respondents who were users of the Booking Bromo website. Data were collected through a questionnaire measuring variables such as Usability Quality, Information Quality, Service Interaction Quality, Visual Quality, and User Satisfaction. The results show that Usability Quality and Information Quality significantly influence User Satisfaction, while Service Interaction Quality requires improvement, particularly in transaction security and user communication features. This study provides recommendations to enhance website service quality and features to improve user satisfaction, such as improving server stability, providing clearer information, and adding more interactive community communication features.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence customer decisions in choosing Mudharabah deposit products at PT Bank Sumut Marelan Raya Branch Office. This study uses variables of Service, Location, Religiosity that influence Mudharabah Deposit Customer Decisions. This research method uses quantitative research using data collection methods, namely questionnaires or questionnaires, while the data analysis technique used is the multiple regression analysis method. The population in this study were customers at PT Bank Sumut Marelan Raya Branch Office totaling 139 respondents from these respondents, the researcher only took a sample of 103 respondents. The data that has been obtained is then processed using the SPSS Version 25 application. Data processing and analysis techniques are, instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. From the results of simultaneous hypothesis testing, the Fcount value (85.042)> Ftable (3.09) was obtained, so it can be concluded that service, location and religiosity simultaneously have a significant effect on customer decisions. In addition, from the results of the determination test, it is known that the determination coefficient value in the Adjusted R Square column is 0.720, meaning that the variables Service, Location and Religiosity have an influence of 72.0% on the Customer Decision variable. While 28.0% is influenced by other variables not explained in this study. For the Service variable, the partial t-count value (2.572)> t-table (1.984) is obtained, meaning that the Service variable partially has a significant effect on Customer Decisions. The Location variable partially has a t-count value (3.090)> t-table (1.984), meaning that the Location variable partially has a significant effect on Customer Decisions. The Religiosity variable partially has a t-count value (4.842)> t-table (1.984), meaning that the Religiosity variable partially has a significant effect on Customer Decisions. The results of this study indicate that the variables of Service, Location and Religiosity have an effect on Customer Decisions Using Mudharabah Deposit Products at PT Bank Sumut Marelan Raya Branch Office

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Analisis Penerapan Akuntansi Lingkungan Terhadap Pengelolaan Limbah Pada Rumah Sakit KH. Daud Arif Kuala Tungkal. Teknik penelitian yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan pendekatan interpretif dengan objek penelitian Rumah Sakit KH. Daud Arif Kuala Tungkal. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara dan dukungan data sekunder lainnya. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, dimanaene penelitian dilakukan dengan cara menganalisa data dengan cara mendeskripsikan atau menggambarkan data yang telah terkumpul. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beberapa kendala dalam penerapan Akuntansi Lingkungan di Rumah Sakit KH Daud Arif sudah di lakukan dengan baik tetapi dalam pelaporan biaya lingkungan belum jelas karena pelaporan biaya lingkungan rumah sakit tercatat di sub-sub biaya operasional bagian sarana prasarana dan itu masih tergabung dalam laporan keuangan induk.

Abstract

Latar belakang. Salah satu kelebihan Al-Qur’an adalah gaya penulisannya yang indah, termasuk gaya interogatif (uslub istifham). Uslub istifham yang sering ditemukan dalam Al-Qur'an banyak yang keluar dari makna aslinya. Uslub istifham memiliki makna-makna tertentu mengikuti syiqaq atau konteks kalimat, sehingga hal ini menjadi titik permasalahan tersendiri. Tujuan. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan uslub istifham dalam al-Qur’an dan menguraikan makna-makna uslub istifham yang keluar dari makna aslinya. Metode. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif karena metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data didasarkan pada pendekatan kualitatif dan juga termasuk dalam peneitian pustaka. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah simak dengan teknik catat. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif untuk menganalisis data dan dibagi menjadi tiga tahap: 1) identifikasi data; 2) klasifikasi data; 3) deskripsi data. Hasil. Pada juz 11 jumlah ayat yang didalamnya terdapat uslub istifham ada 38 ayat, dan terdapat 51 istifham, adapun pada juz 12 jumlah ayat yang didalamnya terdapat uslub istifham ada 26 ayat, dan terdapat 30 istifham. Ditemukan 16 makna yang keluar, yaitu: 1) nafi; 2) ta’jib; 3) taqrir; 4) ta’zhim; 5) tahqir; 6) istibta’; 7) istib’ad; 8) inkar; 9) tahkim atau istihza; 10) tahdid; 11) tahwil; 12) tanbih; 13) tasywiq; 14) amr; 15) nahi; 16) tahdidh. Kesimpulan. Dari 320 ayat dalam juz 11-12, terdapat 64 ayat yang didalamnya terdapat uslub istifham, dengan jumlah uslub istifham keseluruhan yaitu ada 81 istifham. Dari 19 makna istifham yang biasanya keluar dari makna aslinya dalam juz 11-12 hanya terdapat 16 makna yang ditemukan.
